Very friendly staff, cosy and super clean room, wonderful breakfast

Sehr ❤️ Empfang . Konnten auch früher ins Zimmer.

Nettes Personal

🤷🏻‍♂️

We can't really give a fair assessment as the following coloured our overall experience

The beds need replacing, creak badly and made good sleep impossible. Style over quality. A four star building with hard working staff but being managed like a three star..

Fajne spa. Duże pokoje .

Słabe jedzenie

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this hotel. Such a gem. The hotel is beautiful the rooms are very comfortable and clean and the half board is a great option with an excellent variety of food choices. Just a few minutes stroll to the ski lift and the heart of Mayrhofen. Highly recommended hope to be back again soon

Goed ontbijt, veel keuze. Diner: beperkt aanbod visgerechten

Diner: beperkt aanbod visgerechten

We had a fabulous stay at Hotel Rose, my husband and I spent 6 nights at Mayrhofen skiing. Hotel Rose is in a great location, near the ski lift, the ski bus that takes you to the ski lift is located a few steps away from the hotel. The food was great, my husband is a coeliac and is allergic to gluten, the chefs and the wait staff especially Sonja were really great and had great choices for him.

Zimmer sehr schön geräumig und modern.

Bathrooms and showers were amazing.

Everything, except the meal

Quality of the food despite the variety

Perfect accommodation for a family ski holiday good food beautiful dining ideal location

Friendly staff

No swimming pool

Very good breakfast. Nice wellness zone. Perfect ski room. Very good location, 6min to Penkenbahn on foot. No complaints. Some free parking places outside were enough, we did not use underground parkink.

No fridge and kettle in the room.

Vriendelijkheid

Een beetje fris

The bedroom was comfortable with an ensuite shower which was excellent and produced hot water when needed after a hard day skiing. Breakfast was excellent with a very wide choice and they had a chef cooking eggs etc to order. The coffee was also excellent though any thing would be given I drink instant normally. Although on half board we opted to eat in on some nights for a guest discounted price of euro 25 per head. A three course meal, sometimes a theme night and sometimes a buffet. All very good, especially the buffet. Skis can be hired from Greenroom, just 100yds away and 15% discount for guests.

A little far to the lift (10m walk) however I'm used to skiing to the door. Charging for coffee outside of breakfast hours. No kettle in room.

The room was comfortable and quiet, Bathroom amazing Staff very friendly and helpful Good breakfast options

No coffee in the room Dinner options challenging

Sauberes und sehr hübsches Hotel, gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück

Tout

Alles Sehr komplikationslos

Super außergewöhnlicher Wellnessbereich, mit Liebe gestaltet. Einfach zum Wohlfühlen. Herzlicher Empfang, super Service, tolles Frühstück.

Sehr gute Lage, sehr nettes Team, Hotel sehr gepflegt, sehr gutes Frühstück

Breakfast Wellness facilities Staff Room

Food was plentiful but quality could . have been better Too much pork/beef Salads too predictable

Clean and modern, with plenty of Austrian charm

A lovely, comfortable hotel with nice rooms, public areas and a great spa area. Hotel is in a quiet area but, at the same time,is close to other hotels, bars and restaurants and everything else you need, such as ski bus route and ski hire shops.

Nothing

Great Staff in the hotel were excellent and very friendly

Clean, great location, friendly staff, diverse tasty breakfast, very reasonable price.

Owner/Manager very helpful Food and service excellent Spotless clean Ski locker room excellent

Great food Great facilities Location

All meals were lovely and good value

Fantastic hotel in a great location The Owner/Manager/Staff couldn't be more helpful

Nothing

Great food, lovely room, warm welcome, great hospitality.

An extended time window for dinner would have been more convenient; although I appreciate the need for hotel to get everyone seated and to manage kitchen and staffing.
