Reviewed Sep 17, 2026The location of the Villa is great for exploring Firenze, the tram stop is located a few minutes’ walk from it and it takes you to the city centre in 15 minutes. We arrived by car and appreciated the private parking just behind the accommodation. The villa’s location is also easy to find and is just out of the autostrada system. The studio was well-equipped, clean and bright. We loved the backyard, it provided a quiet space in the bustling area! The staff was helpful and provided us with all the information we needed. If we ever return to Firenze, we will book with Villa Aruch again!

Al volver por la noche te tienes que adaptar un poco a los horarios del tranvia pero es accesible y facil de llegar.

Υπήρχε μυρωδιά στο WC μαλον έπη τη αποχέτευση .Δεν υπήρχε παράθυρο και ήταν αδύνατον να καθαρίσει . Η πλατφόρμα να ξεκαθαρίζει ότι στη τιμή δεν υπάρχουν οι φόροι που καλείται να πληρώσει στο τέλος ο πελάτης

While everything wanted to show it’s rustic, the main floor screamed barn. There was no one at the property so we were given directions how to get the keys and enter. While on booking it said all taxes included, we were asked to leave 12 euro on the table as city tax. The bathroom door was very low so it was scratching the floor hence it made it hard to open and close. The decor, art wall which was about a third of a barn door hanged on the wall was “unique” while I couldn’t help thinking what if it detaches from the wall since it was right above our heads where the sofa bed was on the main floor. The sofa bed relatively short so my adult legs were out and so it would have been for my oldest if she wouldn’t have slept upstairs since she is taller than me.

… la pulizia va assolutamente migliorata. In bagno abbiamo trovato capelli lunghissimi OVUNQUE, e nessuno di noi ha capelli lunghi. Il materasso (sprovvisto di copri materasso e le lenzuola corte lo hanno ahimè scoperto ai miei occhi) pieno di macchie e peli. C’era un lunghissimo capello perfino sull’anta del microonde (che non abbiamo usato poi perché sprovvisto di presa); potenziale ottimo, ma igiene e cura assolutamente da migliorare

Reviewed May 29, 2026Es war alles sauber, das Personal haben wir nur beim Check-out gesehen, da wir übers Wochenende dort waren. Die Vilka Aruch liegt etwas außerhalb sehr nah am Flughafen; man erreicht aber in ca. 5 bis 8 min die Straßenbahn Haltestelle, von wo man in schnellem Takt in ca. 12 min ins historische Zentrum gelangt. Ticket kostet einfach 1€70, am besten online kaufen.
Die Küchenausstattung könnte etwas besser sein. Ich hätte beispielsweise gerne einen Toaster und ein oder zwei Biergläser gehabt!!

Баллы снижены за то, что с нас дважды взяли городской налог (изначально был оплачен с карты, а потом просили доплатить наличными еще столько же). Будьте с этим внимательны!!! Мы написали об этом в букинг, они проводят расследование ! На кухне не было масла , соли и сахара

The advantage is that it is in a very calm area, allowing you to avoid the crowded, noisy city-center hotels. In your apartment, you feel at home. All the amenities are available, and the staff is friendly.
Nothing serious. Clients should not expect a hotel with the usual services associated with this structure.

Reviewed May 14, 2026Die Lage ist wirklich top. Man ist im 5 min bei der Straßenbahn und fährt dann ca. 15 min nach Florenz rein. Zudem ist es ruhig. Manch einer könnte sich von dem angrenzenden Fußballplatz gestört fühlen, uns hat es nicht gestört. Die Betten sind bequem, selbst das ausziehbare Bett. Die Wohnung ist großzügig und der private Parkplatz ein großer Pluspunkt. Übrigens gibt es eine tolle Bäckerei auf dem Weg zu Bahn.
Die Duschkabine ist leider undicht und nach dem Duschen ist vor der Dusche alles nass. Auch ist die Duschnische leider ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Für den Bereich am Waschbecken würden wir uns ein paar Regale für die die Kulturtaschen und Zahnbürste wünschen.

Reviewed May 2, 2026Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento e l’esperienza è stata davvero eccellente sotto ogni punto di vista. Su Booking era indicato che la stanza sarebbe stata disponibile dalle 15:00, ma al nostro arrivo alle 10:00 la ragazza della reception, davvero carinissima, ci ha subito assegnato una camera già libera: un gesto che abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo dopo il viaggio. Il personale si è dimostrato sempre gentile e disponibile, fornendoci indicazioni utili e consigli preziosi per muoverci in zona e vivere al meglio il soggiorno. L’appartamento era impeccabile: super pulito, curato nei dettagli e molto accogliente. La posizione è un altro grande punto di forza: vicinissimo alla stazione della metro, che permette di raggiungere il centro in circa dieci minuti, comodissimo per visitare la città senza stress. In sintesi, un soggiorno fantastico che consigliamo senza esitazioni. Ci torneremmo volentieri!

Reviewed May 1, 2026Bellissima villa, arredata con cura e con un grande giardino a disposizione degli ospiti. La nostra cucciolona non vedeva l'ora di andare a giocare in giardino.
La camera non era al massimo della pulizia, riferito ciò alla reception hanno immediatamente provveduto a sistemarla perché la precedente impresa di pulizie non vi provvedeva a dovere. Inoltre, delle zanzariere risolverebbero il problema delle zanzare in camera.
