Reviewed Sep 6, 2026소라나 본관 에어컨 등 리모델링을 다 해놓아서 좋았어요. 낡았다기 보다 그냥 세월이 그대로 있다고 해야하나... 저렴한 가격, 쾌적한 시스템 에어컨 덕에 잘 지내다 왔습니다. 한식당 맛있구요, 청결 쾌적해요. 지하에 오락시설도 훌륭.
분리수거를 직접 해야했던 건 좀 색다로웠어요 ㅎㅎ

사기 당했습니다. "한화 리조트 설악 별관"은 "한화 리조트 설악 쏘라노"보다 한등급 낮은 별개의 숙박업소임에도 불구하고(한화리조트 홈페이지에도 서로 별개의 지점), "한화 리조트 설악 쏘라노"라는 숙소명으로 방을 판매했습니다. 부킹닷컴이 사기꾼인지 한화리조트가 사기꾼인지 모르겠군요.

The building (별관) and the rooms are very old. There are no adequate facilities wherefore we went alway to the main building to give our kids the opportunity to play at the late evening.

Be careful when booking the Annex The main thing to know is that the Annex is very different from what you might expect from the hotel. The apartments are extremely old and dated, and the location feels very isolated — far from everything, with no convenient public transport, restaurants or services nearby. The rooms themselves need a serious renovation. The towels are surprisingly tiny, and the air conditioning blows directly towards your face while you sleep, which makes the stay quite uncomfortable. Considering the price, the experience was very disappointing. Honestly, in Europe, an apartment like this could easily be the setting for a horror movie! I would strongly recommend checking exactly which building you are booking before confirming. The Annex definitely does not offer good value for money.

예약시 요청사항란에 엘리베이터에서 멀고 높은 층의 방을 부탁했으나 거절 당함. 암환자임 어머니를 모시고 가서 이렇게 부탁한건데…우리가 묵던날은 삼월이었고 평일이어서 투숙객도 아주 적었는데 실망스러워요.

booked for Hanwha resort Seorak Soriano, but was redirected to Hanwha Annex, another location about 1 KM away. The annex location is not the same from what I was expecting from Seorak Soriano. The Annex is older and room is not as furnished from the picture I saw from Seorak Soriano.

아직까지 다녀본 여행지 숙박시설 중 최악 이었음. 침대스프링은 한쪽으로 기울어져 있고.. 벽지는 여기저기 뜻어져 있고... 주방시설은 여기저기서 삐그덕 소리가 날 정도로 낡았으며 냉장고는 있으나마나한거 하나 있고... 발코니는 곰팡이가 있으머 편스는 녹 슬어있고... 전반적으로 불꽤하고 다시는 가고싶지 않은 숙박시설 임.

Reviewed Jan 26, 2025워터피아 이용하고 1박했어요. 늦게 체크인해서 7동이였지만 건물이 연결되어있어서 편의점이나 스타벅스 갈때 밖으로 안나가도 되서 좋았어요. 식당이 해맞이뿐이고 룸서비스가 가능한데 워터피아에 있는 족발이나 피자, 치킨만 가능해서 좀 아쉬웠어요.

Reviewed Dec 18, 2024편안하여 자주 이용하는 숙박시설이나 이번엔 주방쪽 바닥 청소가 잘 안되어있었네요ㅜ 부모님 모시고 가족여행으로 오랜만에 갔는데 윗층에서 너무 쿵쿵 소음과 밤늦게 주위에서 배란다에나와 ㆍ 담배를 피워서 담배냄새가 심한 기억뿐이네요ㅜㅜ

Reviewed Nov 28, 2024오래된 건물이지만 잘 관리되고 있고, 유럽풍 건물에 조경이 적절히 되어 있으며, 조망도 훌륭하여 속초 여행 시 가장 선호하는 리조트임. 개인적으로는 35년여전 신혼여행 시부터 지금까지 가끔 이용하고 있슴. 추천하고 싶은 곳임.

Reviewed May 27, 2023Stayed in this hotel which was included in the group tour. Hotel itself is very big with a lot of rooms in different buildings. It is also easy to get lost trying to locate our rooms and the breakfast area. There is also a Starbucks at the lobby area. Rooms were huge with a dining table and a kitchenette. There was also a small room with futon beds available. Room feels a bit dated though. We also have issues connecting to the Wi-Fi from the tablet provided in the room. Breakfast was the highlight. Many delicious food options that can also cater Muslim guests with halal food. There were also plenty of seats and the whole area feels comfortable.
