Un double vitrage des fenêtres ne seraient pas de reste : On entendait les bruits et même les conversations dans la rue deux étages plus bas au milieu de la nuit

O ponto alto da estadia foi sem dúvidas a localização mas principalmente a funcionária Isabela! Uma simpatia e doce de pessoa que nos acolheu inclusive falando português! Acolhimento sem igual em todos os lugares da Itália que passamos!!

Hotel Antigo Trovatore provided an amazing stay! Even before we flew in to Italy, they provided information on how to get to the hotel from different locations. This was incredibly useful when we landed and didn't know where to go. The hotel is located incredibly close to the water taxi ports and which was incredibly convenient. It was easy to walk to anywhere in Venice from there. The hotel staff were also very kind and gave great advice on things to do while we were there, such as day trips to Murano and Burano. The air conditioning was also great and provided much needed relief from the summer heat. Overall, really enjoyed our experience here.

Honestly, for what we paid, I think we got great value from our stay. Just a heads up though, there are some stairs at the entrance - you'll need to bring your suitcases up from the lobby but once you get there, you'll be able to take an elevator if you're not on the first floor.

Excellent location, off an alleyway from the main canal. Easy to find from the water taxi. Late check in was great. Wonderful, welcome and polite staff. Great room with shutters on windows to block out light and noise, air con and toiletries. Comfortable beds and extra pillow.

Everything was perfect.

Great location: close to sea sights, close public transport, lively area even at night, so you can chill in bar until late and near by. But in the hotel is quite! Great stuff, they gave me nice advices and returned lost item after the check out. Very nice. It is also very clean.

A 3-minute walk reaches the Doge's Palace and a 5-minute walk leads to the Bridge of Sighs. Multilingual staff members are available around the clock to assist with luggage storage or local tips. The hotel does not serve morning meals, but local options sit right outside the door.

Like most historic Venetian buildings, the rooms and bathrooms can be quite small and tight for space. The building features narrow staircases and a small elevator, which might feel cramped for guests with limited mobility.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé l'endroit et le site. Mais surtout la grandeur et le grand confort de la chambre. Un buffet excellent un bon accueil. A recommander

Una buena ubicación conectado a los lugares más emblemáticos.

Las cortinas de nuestra habitación no cerraban completamente dejando pasar luz. Había pocos enchufes y algunos de ellos rotos. Las almohadas no eran cómodas. Se nos solicitó la tasa del turismo en efectivo cuando en los mensajes previos no se dejaba claro que tuviera que ser así.

Location was amazing. Lots of fabulous restaurants close by and just a few minutes walk from Piazza San Marco. It was easy to find from the water taxi stop at San Zaccaria following the instructions sent by the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had 2 rooms with terraces which were lovely! Rooms were spotlessly clean. I will stay here again on my next visit to Venice.

Struttura centralissima con una attenzione particolare al cliente e con una pulizia eccezionale

Otelin konumu çok iyiydi. San Marco meydanına çok yakındı. Otel temizdi, oda 2. Gün temizlenmişti havlular değiştirilmişti. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi.

Oda çok küçüktü. Bir ketıl bir kahve yoktu. Otel terliklerinden burda da vardır diye terlik getirmemiştim maalesef terliksiz kaldım. Banyoda perde vardı hijyenik bulmuyorum perdeli banyoları. Cift kişilik yatak gibi görünüyordu ama yatınca farkettik ki iki tane tek kişilik yatağı yan yana koymuşlar çok rahatsızdı belim ağrıdı yatakta.

We were on lower floor and it was very noisy and can hear other people in their rooms above us and around - loud doors closing at night. No elevator or help with bags. Small bathroom and rooms very small.

Great location and isnt too expensive for a central location in Venice

It isnt sound proof so when other visitors are loud, you hear them from the room.

They were really really nice and even gave us a free fan and overall the place was amazing and it was behind San Marco and immediately when u went down u were met with the beautiful city and u are right in the city !

La ubicación, muy cerca de la plaza de San Marcos y con la parada de vaporetto justo al inicio de la calle. La amabilidad del personal. Las camas son muy cómodas y todo estaba muy limpio.

Lo único que eché en falta fue una neverita para meter el agua, que en verano con las temperaturas fuera se hace necesario.

フロントの女性が非常に親身で親切だった。私のスマホではサン・マルコ寺院の予約が出来ずに困っていたところ、近隣の旅行取扱会社まで同行してくれてチケットを取得してくれた。おかげさまで念願だったサン・マルコ寺院の見学をすることができて感無量だった。冷蔵庫が備わっているのが良かった。

部屋がフロントの裏奥だったことで窓ガラスがすりガラスで外が全く見られなかったこと。窓を開けるとエアコンが停止し、一定時間経過しないとオンにならないこと。シャワールーム天井のライトが切れかかって点滅し続けていたこと。

I liked my stay there a lot. Clean and spacious room. Great and very helpful staff. Very good location. I walked 35min from the main train station. I would book this place again. It met my expectations. Thank you

Pobyt w tym hotelu był naprawdę udany. Świetna lokalizacja – wszędzie blisko, a jednocześnie spokojnie i cicho. Pokoje czyste, zadbane i codziennie starannie sprzątane. Obsługa bardzo miła, uśmiechnięta i zawsze chętna do pomocy. To idealne miejsce na zwiedzanie Wenecji – po całym dniu spacerów można wrócić i spokojnie odpocząć. Dziękujemy za gościnność i miłą atmosferę. Z przyjemnością wrócimy tu ponownie i będziemy polecać ten hotel innym!

Location was excellent

The bed was very uncomfortable. Lift was not operating down to the entry level and required a flight of stairs to reach the reception level, not easy for mobility impaired.

totally satisfied. near the st Marco's place. Venice is so expensive city but because of the hotel. We can stay comfortably.scilence and clean.

Water supply is only first day. first day gave us water ( appriciate). but next day no water supply. I can't bring myself to pay one euro for water at vending machine, so we have to walk for coop selling 0.4Euro water (far from 1km from the Hotel)

Really good hotel, it was súper clean, the room was spacious and overall very comfortable. Good lighting. The location was perfect, just a 2 min walk to the Vaporetto station, it was just aside Plaza de San Marcos. Really good, the staff was super nice. There is a breakfast room, but we didn’t take it, there are lots of places to sit just outside.

Della struttura mi è piaciuta la posizione, centralissima a 5 minuti a piedi da piazza San Marco con tanti ottimi locali per ogni esigenza nelle immediate vicinanze. Hotel facilissimo da raggiungere con il vaporetto dalla stazione FS. Lo staff sempre cordiale, sorridente e gentilissimo. Stanze spaziose, silenziose, complete di ogni comfort e letto comodissimo. E’ stato davvero un piacere soggiornare in questo hotel e sicuramente sarà un piacere ritornarci.

Location is amazing - literally 2 minutes from the San Zacc waterbus stop and 5 from St Marks Square. We got the room with the terrace with a lovely view of the Campanile. The staff were very friendly and the room cleaning is extremely thorough. The team even brought in our clothes that were drying outside when we were out getting caught in a thunderstorm. There is a brilliant vending machine with cold drinks half the price of many shops too! It’s all just great value.

Only minor quibbles. You have to lug your bags up a flight of stairs on entry, but there is a lift to the other floors. The decor of the rooms is a little chintzy and they are on the small side, but we had outdoor space which made up for it. TV didn’t have all the advertised channel (but we rarely watch it on holiday) and the shower was small with a wonky showerhead. We made it work ok.

There is a flight of stairs that you will have to carry luggage when you arrive and leave. However, flight of stairs was not difficult and was a wide stairwell which made it easy to carry luggage

1階から階段になっているのでスーツケースを上げるのが大変なぐらいです。スタッフの方が手伝ってくださいました。

Lokalizacja w ścisłym centrum miasta, miła obsługa, pokoje czyste i zadbane.

A szoba egy fő számára tökéletesen kényelmes volt, nagyon jó helyen van, imádtam a kis teraszt, ami a szobához járt. A személyzet kedves volt. Nagyon jól éreztem magam, elmentettem magamnak a helyet, ha legközelebb Velencébe megyek szívesen megszállok itt újra. Én nem szoktam reggelizni, szóval arról nem tudok nyilatkozni.

Egyetlen kisebb nehézség, hogy a recepcióra lépcsősor vezet, amin sajnos fel kell küzdeni a bőröndöt, nem bántam volna, ha segít ebben a személyzet, de ezen felül minden tökéletes volt.

I liked that it was in a centralized location.

I didnt like that it was only accessible through the stairs ( no elevators available) we had heavy luggage and dragging that up the stairs was very strenuous, although the staff was very willing to help.

We had a beautiful time in Venice and the hotel was awesome. The room is very spacious and pretty clean. The strong point is its location: next to Piazza San Marco and surrounded by restaurants.
