Elevators are extremely slow! Gym was minimalist with few very expensive equipments which nobody uses and take a lot of space when they could be replaced with useful equipment in the existing space

Location is perfect..apartment room was also very nice.

My son's headset was taken from our room. I'm 100% sure because we had an argument before we left about him not taking it with him, and left at kitchen table at the exit door. They weren't very expensive, but it's still very annoying. We gave the hotel all the details and were told they would check the cameras, and that the manager would contact me. A week later, nobody has even bothered to message me to say they didn't find anything. It's a great place to stay, don't get me wrong. But keep anything valuable in the safe, because it seems that if you leave something lying around, it's treated like a flea market and can simply disappear.

Great location and very good hotel with a great bakery dowstairs

Camera spaziosa e confortevole, curata in ogni minimo dettaglio. Per noi non è stato un problema la mancanza della colazione, considerando che in camera c’è tutto il necessario per prepararla. Personale amichevole e posizione eccezionale, particolarmente comoda anche per chi visita Venezia in occasione della Biennale. Sicuramente torneremo il prossimo anno!

The staff was great. The rooms were very comfortable and quiet. Amenities were very nice and worked well. The location was close to St. Marks square and close to many other places we wanted to see.

If you are staying anywhere in Venice (including here), just understand that it will take a transfer to get to the hotel which is usually around 180 euros each way. We stayed at the hotel for one night and had we known the cost for the transfers we most likely would have stayed inland for that night.

El apartamento es super agradable, limpio y muy bien ubicado. la terraza es increible, las camas muy comodas y el aire acondicionado funciona muy bien para la epoca de Agosto, lo recomiendo 100%.

Cuando pregunte la mejor forma de llegar la respuesta no fue la mejor, y ya en el hotel para el regreso si me ofrecieron un servicio privado de transporte, cosa que hibieraj podido ofrecer desde el inicio. Adicional creo que por la categoria del hotel podrian ofrecer desayuno.

Excellent stay! The hotel is in a great location, very clean, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We arrived before check-in and were able to use a bathroom to change and leave our luggage, which was very convenient. Although breakfast is not included, the hotel's bakery is fantastic, with delicious traditional pastries that are very popular with locals. We also loved the Rituals toiletries in the bathroom—a lovely touch. We would definitely stay here again!

La climatisation grésillait. Impossible de dormir avec le climatiseur allumé. L’hôtel ne propose pas de fer à repasser « pour des raisons de sécurité » mais prévoit un sèche-cheveux dans la salle de bain…

Suite was exceptional, clean, comfortable, great location. Lovely touches with water, coffee, juice supplied daily. Strong air conditioning was perfect. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We also loved the location.

Didn't love that the café that's part of the hotel wasn't clear when ordering breakfast that there are different prices for here and to go. Woman at the café was very rude. When we sat down with our food she said we couldn't sit down. We even went to the other side where it seemed to be part of the hotel and she came over and yelled at us again. Then we explained we were staying at the hotel and finally left us alone without any apology.

Great location, convenient for sightseeing, easy to find, and with excellent air conditioning. In the annex, there was an elevator, and it was a nice-sized room with a rooftops view. There were blackout curtains and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was a good size with a large shower. Everything was very clean. The room was stocked with water and snacks, and I was offered more water and clean towels. Wifi was lightning fast, which was welcome. A good Italian restaurant and a pasticceria were steps from the front door but there was zero noise in the room.

A single English-language TV news channel would have been nice.

Staff at the desk was always responsive. Having the bakery downstairs and a room to enjoy, our breakfast was a bonus. Location was excellent. room was beautiful and well-maintained for us.

Although staff was quick to offer us a way to get to the airport refilled the cost was exorbitant. The taxi arrives 15 minutes late leaving us in a panic, but we did get there on time.

This was such a wonderful hotel, front desk were wonderful, the pastry shop was so scrumptious. The room is compact but ours had an amazing balcony which I enjoyed my pastries and cafe latte on!!! It was magical ❤️

Great location. Spacious suite - plenty of room for 4 people. Clean and very quiet. Very much walkable to anywhere you'd like to explore in Venice.

Die Zimmer und das Bad sind ausreichend gross, die Betten bequem ein zusätzlicher Topper wird zur Verfügung gestellt.

In manchen Zimmern liegen die Schlitze der Klimaanlage genau quer zu den Kopfkissen. Da kann man vor lauter Luftzug am Kopf kaum schlafen. Der Regler der Klimaanlage lässt sich sehr schwierig regeln, es gibt leider keine schriftliche Erklärung für die Reglerbedienung , sehr unangenehm !!

Great location, amazing space and value for money. The staff is very polite and welcoming. We stayed in a suite that is very spacious and modern. We really loved our stay.

When we called the reception from the phone in our suite, we never received an answer or call back. The TV is set up in German and there’s no assistance / internet connection in case you have to stay in and watch Netflix.

We stayed in one of the apartments as we are a family of four (two kids, two adults). The apartment was excellent. It has all the facilities we needed and loved the inclusion of bottled water, fruit juice, and yogurts. There's an induction hob, microwave, coffee machine, fridge with built-in freezer, and dishwasher. The bathroom and shower were split between two rooms which worked out really well. The bedroom for the adults was fantastic, ample space and the bed was huge. The location is great, very close to San Marco's but away from the main thoroughfares so it's actually very quiet.

Really not much to say. The amount of bowls was a bit low. The fact that that's the only complaint speaks volumes about how good the room was.

Very modern, comfortable and quiet property despite being 4 minutes from San Marco. There was juice, yogurt and coffee in unit and a spectacular cafe in lobby. My friend who has lived in Venice for 25 years says he frequently goes to that cafe. I also want to acknowledge the friendly and helpful service from Antonio and Fernando.

Hotel in the perfect location in the centre of Venice. All sights and restaurants within close walking distance. Staff were very friendly and hotel clean throughout. Room nice and modern, well equipped and well sized. Throughly enjoyed our stay here and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again in future. Highly recommend, as is the Rosa Salva Cafe connected to the hotel.

This hotel was in a great location. The room was clean and modern. There is a hairdryer and some reviews said the cord is short but it’s retractable so that was not an issue. The staff was helpful and kind and the “attached” bakery had delicious items.

Everything was great. We did walk past it one or two times and it’s not overly obvious where the entrance is.

The location was fantastic. Very close to all of the tourist spots.

It was very clean. I have nothing but positive things to share.
