The twin room was smaller but still had a quality feel and was clean and comfortable. Close to the main road but quiet and idyllic setting. The restaurant was excellent. It was exactly what we needed at the end of a two week camping holiday!

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026The room was comfortable with a really good shower room. Most of the staff were welcoming and friendly. The restaurant was very good and breakfast exceptional. It is surrounded by farmland so very quiet.
Although the description says air conditioning, this does not apply in the rooms so it was hot when we arrived and no fans available The receptionist was not helpful.

Le déjeuner est un peu cher pat rapport au prix, il n'y a pas de pain complet et le café a un goût de café instantané. Dommage aussi pour les mouches qui survolent les aliments...

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026Breakfast was good but relatively expensive. Most of the hotels we stayed at on our trip were 'breakfast included'. Location close to Tournai but in the country was excellent. Reception staff were very helpful. We enjoyed our evening meal in the restaurant.
See my previous comment about breakfast. Apart from that, no dislikes.

Restauranten ga inntrykk av at det var overlegent bra mat der, men maten var helt grei. Stod ikke i forventning til prisen eller førsteinntrykk. Fryktelig dårlig luft inne på soverommet.

Er was geen airco op de kamer. De trap kraakte enorm en ik vermoed dat dit storend is voor een aantal kamers.

Reviewed Jun 18, 2026Close to Tournai but you feel like you're out in the sticks - perfect. Easy check-in and then you can sit in the bar area relaxing before your meal. Definitely book a meal here, you know it's good when the locals make use of a great restaurant. You can tell Risa and Bernard have a great place as we see the same staff each time - thank you Alison & all the restaurant staff for some excellent cuisine!

Mein (geschäftlicher) Aufenthalt hat mir sehr gut gefallen, sowohl im Hotel als auch im Restaurant, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hat so zum Wohlfühlen sehr beigetragen. Etwas enttäuscht war ich, dass meine Rechnung im Nachhinein auf meine Bitte nicht nach Hotel- und Restaurantkosten getrennt werden konnte
