Excellent hôtel, avec tout le nécessaire pour passer un séjour agréable et confortable. Le personnel est très accueillant, attentionné et toujours disponible pour aider. Un autre grand avantage : un immense centre commercial se trouve à seulement 5 minutes à pied de l’hôtel. Une très bonne expérience, je recommande cet hôtel sans hésitation !

Ik heb inmiddels drie keer in het Miracle Istanbul Airport Hotel overnacht tijdens een tussenstop tussen mijn vluchten, en geen enkele keer ben ik teleurgesteld geweest. Dat zegt voor mij eigenlijk al genoeg. Wat ik vooral prettig vind, is dat het hotel snel en gemakkelijk vanaf de luchthaven te bereiken is. Na een vlucht is het heerlijk om niet lang onderweg te zijn en snel in een comfortabele kamer te kunnen uitrusten. De kamer is comfortabel, het bed ligt heerlijk en ook de badkamer is prima. Alles is bovendien superschoon en goed verzorgd, iets wat ik zelf erg belangrijk vind. De locatie is voor mij ideaal. Op slechts twee minuten lopen ligt ViaPort Outlet, dat tot 22.00 uur geopend is. Je kunt er niet alleen winkelen, maar ook heerlijk eten. Er zijn ontzettend veel kleine eetgelegenheden met een enorme keuze aan lekkere en mooi gepresenteerde gerechten en lekkernijen. Voor een tussenstop is dat echt ideaal. Het personeel is vriendelijk, gastvrij en behulpzaam. Je voelt je er welkom, ook als je er maar één nacht verblijft. Ook het ontbijt vind ik een sterk punt. Het is zeer uitgebreid en biedt veel variatie, met onder andere groenten, fruit, beleg en diverse andere gerechten. Het aanbod wisselt deels met de seizoenen. Vooral de verse, lekkere en prachtig uitziende broodjes zijn me bijgebleven. Na drie verblijven kan ik zeggen dat dit voor mij een betrouwbare en comfortabele plek is geworden om te overnachten tijdens een overstap in Istanbul. Als ik weer via Istanbul reis en een overnachting nodig heb, zou ik hier zonder twijfel opnieuw boeken.

Mijn grootste teleurstelling was het beddengoed. Dat is van polyester en persoonlijk vind ik dat helemaal niet prettig om in te slapen. Katoenen beddengoed zou voor mij een duidelijke verbetering zijn. Daarnaast ligt het hotel direct aan een drukke snelweg. Voor lichte slapers kan het verkeersgeluid daarom mogelijk een probleem zijn. Ik zou in dat geval zeker om een rustige kamer vragen. Ook de televisie is wat beperkt. De beschikbare zenders zijn voornamelijk Turks en er is geen mogelijkheid om de televisie met je telefoon te verbinden of eigen content te streamen.

Just 10 min by taxi from the airport. Spacious family room with a separate bedroom and a large unfoldable couch in the main area. A welcoming dessert in the room.

The swimming pool was being renovated, so we were not able to use it

L'ensemble est agréable, les chambres spacieuses et en deux entités (un salon et une partie nuit) ce qui est vraiment appréciable. Très propre, très fonctionnel, très efficace.

Rien de vraiment important. Je suis moins fan des plats proposés par le room service que je trouve un peu excessifs en terme de prix. Il est plus intéressant de manger dans les restaurants alentours.

المكان مكانه راىع وقريب من الاوتلت تقريبا 5 دقايق مشي ، وفي حوالينه مطاعم وماركت ، الموضفين كانو راوعين وسوولنا تطوير للحجز لان طلبنا غرفتين يكونون سرير منفصل ولذلك عملولنا تطوير للحجز وشكرا لهم ، الموضفين جدا ودودين ويحاولون يساعدونا بكل المستطاع ، المطار كان تقريبا 20 دقيقه قريب من مطار صبيحه .

البوفيه الريوق كان جدا صغير ومافي تنوع نفس اللي قرينا بالتعليقات ، الاطباق جدا محدوده وماتتوفر مشروبات شامله الريوق ابدا ، ولايوجد طلب بيض مثل الفنادق الباقيه الخمس نجوم ابدا ، فالشي الوحيد اللي تضايقنا منه ان دفعنا 1700 ليره لريوقهم ، بالتاللي لو فاطرين بمطاعم اللي حوالين الفندق كان افضل لنا بصراحه

Near to the airport

The exterior windows are also very dirty, and it seems that the hotel does not pay enough attention to maintaining and cleaning the outside façade.

The hotel is conveniently located for an overnight stay or transit through Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport. The taxi ride takes only about six minutes. The rooms are spacious, well equipped and pleasantly decorated, and both the lobby and spa area look beautiful.

Unfortunately, the level of service does not match the hotel’s five-star rating. Apart from the reception staff, very few employees speak or understand English. Communication was particularly difficult in the restaurant and spa. In the restaurant, staff sometimes had to ask one another to help translate. Restaurant service was practically non-existent. The waiters were rarely present in the dining area and usually stayed near the bar in the lobby. We had to go and find them every time we needed anything. This is supposed to be a full-service restaurant, not a self-service one. The prices are also relatively high: around €10 for a glass of wine and €45 for lamb chops. The food itself was average, and neither its quality nor the service justified these prices. There is practically nothing around the hotel, and the surrounding area is still under construction. This makes the quality of the hotel’s own restaurant and its service especially important Breakfast offered a large selection, but unfortunately very little of it tasted good. There were no omelettes or proper egg dishes, and the coffee was terrible. Service in the spa was equally disappointing. We had to ask repeatedly for towels, and nobody explained where anything was - we had to find out everything ourselves. The hammam was barely warm, only the sauna was properly heated, and both swimming pools were out of service.

Ottima struttura super accogliente. Abbiamo dormito una sola notte, nella suite e a causa del nostro arrivo in tarda serata non abbiamo potuto usufruire dei servizi previsti. Ottima la colazione. Raggiungibile in taxi in 5/10 minuti.

Прожил две недели. Отличный номер, удобная кровать, приветливый персонал. Персонал слышит гостя и старается помочь, порой проявляя фантазию. Менеджер по работе с клиентами Hele, услышав что у меня проблемы с работой мышки на стеклянном столе в номере, нашла и предоставила коврик для мышки. И благодаря ее прекрасному русскому языку, осуществлялись все сложные коммуникации с остальным персоналом. Бармен Jasmir, очень обаятельная девушка с красной прядью волос и искренней улыбкой, варит отличный кофе по турецки.

В период когда я был, не работали оба бассейна, при этом на букинге об этом не сообщалось. А отель я выбирал по наличию бассейна…. Несколько раз персонал уборки номеров заходил вообще без стука. Так не должно быть, номер в гостинице, хочется воспринимать как личное пространство, где не обязательно все время находится в галстуке, в ожидании что дверь сейчас откроется.

The cleanliness, The staff were very honest and helpful. My daughter lost her watch when we left the hotel, and when we returned later to collect our luggage, they informed us that the watch had been found and was safely kept in the lost and found.

Some staff members need additional training to improve their level of service. They should understand that they are working in a customer service role and that professionalism and attentiveness are important.

Sauberkeit

They upgraded my room, which was very nice. Breakfast was okay, but not at the level of a 5-star hotel. Location was perfect. I took the bus UM73 from/to Sabiha Gokcen airport. The bus stop is just 2-3 minutes away from the hotel and the journey takes around 10 minutes. There is a big open mall (Viaport) near to the hotel. There are also various eating places in the surrounding.

Prices at the restaurant could have been a bit lower to attract eating at the hotel rather than going to outside.

Great hotel, very welcoming, comfortable and clean. We want to mention an exceptional care we received from the hotel staff, in particular Hale, the guest relations, and Muhammed, reception, when my son lost his passport on a bus and they made everything possible to help us to find it, which saved our trip. Our room was spacious and clean, comfy beds, nice breakfast. Pleasant area, close to the Sabiha Gökçen Airport and public transport stops and lots of shops, supermarkets and cafe. About an hour on public transport to the central Istanbul attractions. Really good value for money. We did not have time to use lesure facilities.

Nothing to dislike. Would happily stay for longer, and will happily return.

I stayed at Miracle Istanbul Asia Hotel for 4 nights with my family, and it was truly a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us with warmth and helped us with an early check in because we are accompanied with my little child. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well‑maintained, offering all the comfort we needed. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh options that satisfied both adults and children. The hotel’s location was convenient for reaching nearby Viaport outlet and Migros, and a park which is located behind the hotel. Miracle Istanbul Asia Hotel provided us with a memorable family holiday. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, hospitality, and great value in Istanbul.

Near the airport

Pool was closed and under construction which was complete disappointment as we booked it especially for the pool. However hotel manager was very kind to offer us complementary dinner.

J’ai choisit spécialement cet hôtel pour sa piscine et son spa mais quand je suis arrivé, la piscine et le spa n’était pas accessible car tout était en travaux. Malheureusement j’avais déjà réglé au préalable sinon je serai parti.

ان الفندق يقوم بالترميم المسبح مغلق والاسبى وصوت المعدات والتكسير كل صباح . العمال الواقفين على مدخل الفندق للمساعدة بحمل الأمتعة وإيقاف السيارة عنصريين ويطلبون دفع البخشيش بطريقة أمر وهناك أحدهم اسمه محمد يحتاج إلى تدريب للتأهيله فقد قام بإيقاف سيارتي وصدم بها ولم يخبرني احد وعند اكتشاف الصدمة طلبت من الفندق الإطلاع على الكمرات واخباري إذا كانوا السبب في حادث السيارة ولم يكن هناك اجابه حتى مغادرتي

Staff were very friendly, the room was very nice, and the bed was very comfortable. The pool and gym were nice facilities as well.

The laundry service is extremely expensive, and the language barrier made it difficult to realise how much it would cost.

Für Leute, die sich lieber auf der Asien-Seite Istanbul's aufhalten wollen ist die Lage, direkt neben dem Flughafen SAW, perfekt. Für alle die Istanbul's Sehenswürdigkeiten erkunden wollen: man fährt ca. 1h. Direkt nebenan ist ein riesengroßes Einkaufszentrum. Das Zimmer war geräumig und sehr sauber. Fluglärm nimmt man nicht wahr. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist vielseitig, okay, aber nicht überwältigend.

Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption, Front-Desk und im Frühstückssaal schaffen es leider nicht mal "Guten Morgen" zu sagen. Ich war schon in vielen vielen Hotels, aber so ein Desinteresse an den Gästen hab ich noch nicht erlebt. Die Dame am Front-Desk wirkte eher hochnäsig, ein Junge an der Rezeption war mit seinem Pickel im Gesicht beschäftigt, eine junge Dame mit ihren Haaren. Alles war wichtiger als der Hotelgast. Im Frühstückssaal lag z.B. eine heruntergefallene Tomate, jeder Mitabeiter ging einfach dran vorbei, ohne es zu beseitigen. Lieber fuhr man mit dem Servicewagen nochmal drüber und verteilte diese auf dem Boden. Als Krönung waren noch der Aussenpool ausser Betrieb (größere Sanierungsarbeiten) und der SPA-Bereich war auch geschlossen. Uns hat das Hotel leider gar nicht überzeugen können.

Parkplätze und das Professionalität war sehr schwach.

Отдельно хочется отметить отличное отношение к гостям: нам повысили категорию номера, для ребёнка бесплатно предоставили кровать, а при заезде и выезде нас приятно порадовали десертом. Wi-Fi работает отлично, что тоже очень удобно. Завтрак полноценный, разнообразный и вкусный. Особенно хотим отметить сотрудника HALE — замечательный, внимательный и отзывчивый человек. Она дополнительно говорит по-русски, всегда готова помочь, всё подскажет и делает пребывание гостей ещё комфортнее. Желаем HALE дальнейшего карьерного роста и больших успехов! Отелю желаем процветания, благодарных гостей и дальнейшего развития! С удовольствием рекомендуем этот отель и будем рады вернуться снова. 🌷

Диванът не беше приготвен за третия човек.Липсваше спално бельо и хавлии.Явно имаше някакъв проблем, защото два пъти ги молехме за спално бельо и двата пъти нещо липсваше,а даже и ни ги донесоха полу сухи,не добре изсушени завивките.Добре,че е лято

There is a construction ongoing. So noisy, no pool, no spa. Staff was not friendly. (Example: We asked for Turkish tea glass during breakfast and they said they can't serve however another waitress was serving it or we asked for peach ice tea and they said there is only lemon however someone else was serving it)

Der Spa-Bereich, Garten und Außenpool waren im Umbau und nicht nutzbar. Das hätte man zuvor kommunizieren müssen, finde ich.

Jag har bokat rum till 3 personer men jag har fått för 2 plus extra säng i vardagsrummet till min dotter kunde vi inte villa ordentligt, jag har skrivit till er Bokning inte svar tyvärr Mycket stormningen från hissen som är framför rummet plats ljud från bilar så kommer från utsidan.rummet var mycket damm i , de byter bara säng kläder inte något annat .

Overall, a good experience. The hotel was pleasant, the staff friendly and helpful, and the location ideal, next to Istanbul Sabiha Airport and a large mall. The breakfast buffet was awesome.

The only slight problem is the constant traffic noise. I politely asked the young woman at reception for a quiet room and she assured me that there would be no noise on the 6th floor... I can assure you that from my room overlooking the pool I had trouble getting any sleep because of the traffic.

Very clean nice hotel, beautiful rooms and convenient location

The pictures of the pools, spa and gym didn’t reflect reality. All facilities much smaller than portrayed. Unfortunately, the whole stay experience was spoiled by other guests (the hotel hosted several large groups of international school kids). Having a peaceful breakfast or drink at the bar was impossible, gym and both pools unusable due to hoards of unruly school boys. For the sake of future bookings, the hotel manager will one day have to make a choice between short-term revenue and loss of quality guests.

Die reinigung der Zimmer ist eine Katastrofe nach 2 Tagen nicht Reinigen sind wir an die Rezepzion haben nach gefragthaben eine Kalte und unfreundliche Antwort bekommen das es 16:00 Uhr vorbei wähere das keiner mehr Sauber macht !!!!!!!! Hallo das Zimmer Kostet die Nacht 120,00€ da kann ich doch wenigstens verlangen das es Sauber gemacht wird !!!!!!!!!!!!
