Battery on room safe not working so safe was not usable

Es ist ein sehr sehr grosses aber eher ein etwas älteres Hotel wo das eine oder andere erneuert werden müsste meiner Meinung. Sauberkeit war ok aber nicht top. Ich habe für 5 Sterne Hotel in Istanbul mehr erwartet aber war ok für eine Nacht. Nochmal buchen würde ich jedoch nicht mehr dort.

Мы останавливались на одна ночь (тк была пересадка в старом аэропорту). Месторасположение к аэропорту SAW очень хорошее, около 10 минут езды на машине. По поводу расположения к городу сказать ничего не могу

We stayed at the renovated rooms it was really nice and comfortable, breakfast is pretty good The staff were nice and friendly, Tsira and Cenk were very helpful.

Alles war ok, jedoch sieht man mittlerweile das Alter des Hotels und ein wenig Reparaturstau.

De locatie van het hotel en de hamam suite op zich is het enige wat positief is aan dit hotel.

Het eten van het restaurant is helemaal niet lekker. Verschillende soorten gerechten geprobeerd, maar steeds dezelfde soort smaakloze gerechten. Dit verwacht je niet als je 3x meer betaalt dan de normale prijs. Je mag ook niks bestellen van buiten, dus ze verplichten je om van hun matige voedsel te eten. Daarnaast moet je ook meerdere keren bellen om iets te laten leveren. Bijvoorbeeld voor de extra bed van mijn dochter heb ik 3x moeten bellen. Voor water heb ik 2x moeten bellen. Het laten ophalen van vuile borden heeft meer dan 3 uur geduurd.

The hotel is located about 10 minutes by taxi from Sabiha Gökçen Airport. The taxi cost us around 1,400 TRY. We asked for a quiet room, and the hotel gave us one, which we appreciated 👍 We stayed with a child, and an extra bed was provided. The room was generally comfortable enough, and overall everything was acceptable for a short stay. There was even a balcony.

The hotel feels quite old and dated. It is a large property and probably used to be much better some years ago, but now it needs renovation and better maintenance. The balcony was very dirty and clearly had not been cleaned. The restaurant downstairs was almost empty, with only a couple of tables occupied, and the service/atmosphere there was not very impressive. Overall, it was okay for one night near the airport, but there are better hotel options in the area.

Vanaf aankomst tot vertrek uitermate netjes behandeld door al het personeel. Het hotel beschikt over alle voorzieningen. Kamer zeer schoon en ook voorzien van alles wat nodig is (en meer)

Spa gedeelte om 2300u gesloten, hieronder vallen ook alle zwembaden + bubbelbaden. We hadden hier graag nog gebruik van gemaakt na aankomst in het hotel. Plus dat het binnenbad + bubbelbaden ook niet voor enige overlast kunnen zorgen voor het hotel zelf, ook is hier tijdens openingstijden GEEN personeel aanwezig voordat iemand denkt dat er toezicht gehouden dient te worden.

Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. Il design degli interni è stupendo. Le stanze e tutto l’hotel è molto pulito. Mi è piaciuta molto la spa. Il ristorante dell’hotel è eccellente. Le portate deliziose e abbondanti. Anche la colazione è stata ottima.

Il frigo nella stanza non funzionava e hanno messo qualche ora per aggiustarlo. L’arredamento della stanza era un poco ingombrante: troppe sedie/poltrone in uno spazio stretto. E non c’è possibilità di godersi la vista dal balcone perché c’è la rete (per la sicurezza). La struttura è molto bella ma necessita di essere verniciata esternamente.

Er was sprake van te kort aan personeel. Er is veel werkdruk op personeel. Hotel wordt niet goed gemanaged.

Great location close to Sabiha for overnight stay. Decent gym with barbells. Great breakfast and two pools (outdoor and indoor).

Two pools. Inside pool opens at 11:00. We had to leave by then to catch our flight.

Overall a comfortable stay, with all the things in place. The air conditioning first day was not effective and it was stuffy in the room. Requested the staff to check it and they managed to make it better. Tried having food once for dinner, very limited menu and not much choices, specially the traditional Turkish cuisine, rather than having pizza/burger etc.

Нам сделали апгрейд номера и дали номер с собственной сауной. Мы были всего 1 ночь перед вылетом, поэтому не воспользовались ею, но сам номер большой, с отдельной гостиной и огромным балконом. Вылет был ранний, поэтому завтрак не брали, не могу его оценить к сожалению

На ресепшен просят оставить залог 50 евро, можно наличными. Вот только ваучер выписывать не спешат, выписали только после моей просьбы, а утром при выезде без этого ваучера никто не отдаст залог, естественно. Во избежание всяких казусов, мною был сфотографирован мини-бар со всем его содержимым и при заезде и при выезде.

Az ágy kényelmes volt és a szoba tágas, tiszta. A Casa Grill étterem nagyon hangulatos, a személyzet kedves és segítőkész, az étel kiváló! A Spa részleg nagy, jól felszerelt és szép. Van külön női részleg is szaunával, gőzkabinnal és relax szobával, valamint két belső úszómedence és számos egyéb medence. Taxi gyorsan érkezik, a SAW reptér 10 perc alatt elérhető!

A reggeli meglepően rossz volt. Azért egy öt csillagos szállodában nem ezt vártam. Voltam már más Radisson Blue szállodákban és Isztambulban is másik 5 csillagos szállodában, és ezek után az itteni reggeli minden elvárásomat alulmúlta. Kicsi volt a választék, a tojásrántotta gusztustalan volt és még tojáshéj is volt benne. A szoba egyes elemei részben vagy teljesen tönkrementek, pl. lötyögő akasztók és polcok a fürdőben. A víznyomás alacsony volt és a zuhanyt nem lehetett esőztetőre állítani. A hajszárító olyan gyenge volt, hogy a hajat egyáltalán nem szárította. Kevés ásványvizet (1 liter) készítettek be és kérésre sem kaptam többet, pedig megígérték a recepción, hogy felküldenek a szobába. Sosem jött meg. A légkondicionáló nem működött, az erkély galambszaros volt, a forgalmas út zaja pedig annyira behallatszott, minta nyitva lett volna az erkélyajtó. A szobában a második napra elment az áram, amit nem tudtak megjavítani, ezért másik szobába kellett költözni. Senki nem kért elnézést a kellemetlenségért (pont annyi idő ment el ezzel, amit a kinti úszómedencében tölthettem volna zárás előtt). Ebben is hasonló volt a helyzet, de a víznyomás jobb volt. A folyosókon a padlószőnyeg foltos. A személyzet egy része egyáltalán nem beszél angolul.

Die Nähe zum Flughafen. Sehr ruhig gelegen. Grüne Umgebung, trotz Flughafen und viel befahrener Straße.

Das Badkonzept. Sehr dunkel gehalten. Kosmetikspiegel für etwas kleinere Menschen schwierig. Badezimmertür kann man nicht anschließen und man kann die Menschen sehen. Nicht wirklich meins. Trotz der ruhigen Lage leider fussläufig keine guten Restaurants. Man muss ein Taxi nehmen, um etwas zu unternehmen. Ist aber günstig.

То, что зависит от персонала: 1) Номер – с третьего раза и только со скандалом дали pool view, который я бронировал и оплачивал, при этом балкон и крыша за ним все в застарелом птичьем помете 2) Ресторан / рум сервис - еды мало, нечего выбрать, даже когда хочется есть. При этом на ресепшене табличка, что со своей едой в отель нельзя) 3) SPA-зона - хаммам не работает, мало душевых, массаж не качественный и при этом довольно дорогой 4) Персонал в основном не гостеприимный и не говорящий по-английски То, что не зависит от персонала: 1) Локация - вокруг отеля в радиусе 15 минут пешком нет ничего, от центральных районов, торговых центров и чего угодно очень далеко находится, не меньше 30 минут на такси до цивилизации 2) В номерах в санузел нет двери, в душевую и туалет формальная стеклянная, это на любителя

The pools are really clean, the breakfast selection is brilliant. A lot of hotels have awful breakfasts, if you know you know. This place has one of it'll not the best breakfasts out of the many hotels we've stayed at in Turkey. Not sure we'd book again.

The sheer amount of single old Turkish guys that use the facilities, obviously locals. Its like the single hearts lonely club or something. Wasn't expecting that. The aircon is awful and doesn't really work and personally for me the beds are uncomfortable. Wife was fine so its a personal thing. No assistance when booking in with basic need to knows. The room was on the 5th floor. Large plenty of space but not the cleanest you'll see. Patchy wall paper, dirty windows, broken aircon, broken lights as only half were working, 1 seat on the balcony, we did mentionthis at reception but cba to chase. Did eventually get moved on the final night just to be able to sleep as room temp was 25c and like a sauna. Overall very run down. The staff are all dressed smart and give the feel of quality but the hotel itself is just a large 2 or 3 stsr hotel. Absolutely not 5 star as others have mentioned. The saving grace being the clean outdoor pools and the really good breakfast.

Spa: Der Spa Bereich ist grandios und eignet sich perfekt um sich von der Erschöpfung vom Istanbul Zentrum zu regenerieren. Das Fitness Studio kann sich ebenfalls sehen lassen. Ausstattung: Die Zimmern sind groß und sind alle gut ausgestattet. Personal: Wir sind zum fünften Mal dort und das sagt eigentlich schon alles. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Duty Manager Mehmet Abi. Alle machen einen super Job. Danke an das Team.:

J’ai loué une chambre avec jaccuzzi, il était sale et froid (34 degré), la climatisation sentait très fort la cigarette (obliger de couper la Clim en pleine nuit car odeur trop forte), forte odeur de remonté d’égout dans la chambre, le personnel est passé 2 fois pour mettre du désodorisant. Évier bouché, évacuation de douche bouchée. Nous avons manger un soir au restaurant de l’hôtel, obligé d’attendre 1h15 avant d’avoir uniquement les boissons. Très déçu de cet établissent ce n’est pas digne d’un 5 étoiles

People here have no idea what brand they are working on behalf of. Parking lot entrances are extremely narrow. So much so that they divided a gap that only one car could pass through at the same time with a pontoon. Shameful management. Room Service delivery speed minimum 1 hour.

Le meilleur séjour que j ai pu faire à Istanbul, le personnel était super, la piscine extérieure parfaite. La chambre était juste incroyable avec un sauna individuel encore merci.

La réception a été très agréable et serviable tout au long du séjour. Mention spéciale à Batuhan, le voiturier de midi, pour son amabilité et son accueil chaleureux.

L'équipement est vieillissant et le ménage laissait à désirer.Nous avons même trouvé des toiles d'araignée dans notre chambre. L'hôtel est très mal situé, ce qui complique l'accès aux sites touristiques comme aux commerces, et oblige à multiplier les taxis, ce qui alourdit considérablement le budget. Côté restauration, le petit-déjeuner est correct sans plus, mais les dîners étaient décevants : menu identique chaque soir et saveurs globalement médiocres, à l'exception de la salade césar. L'accueil en salle était froid, voire peu avenant contrairement à la réception de l'hôtel avec une ambiance qui donnait l'impression de ne pas être les bienvenus, notamment du côté de la direction de cuisine. Notre séjour à Istanbul a été agréable dans l'ensemble, mais clairement terni par l'hôtel. Je ne peux pas le recommander.

Le personnel est très accueillant, disponible et professionnel. L'hôtel est grand, très bien équipé et idéalement situé (proche de l'aéroport Sabiha Gökçen). Les services proposés sont intéressants bien qu'avec des prix un peu prohibitifs.

Le ménage était loin d'être parfait, de nombreuses traces étaient visibles autour de l'évier de la salle de bain, le tour de la piscine dans la suite était vert et de nombreux déchets se trouvaient sous le canapé d'extérieur (boite de sandwich etc..).

My stay at the Radisson was amazing, completely thanks to the wonderful staff. A special shoutout to the reception team! From check-in to check-out, they were incredibly professional, welcoming, and always smiling. Their efficiency and warm hospitality made me feel right at home. The entire hotel staff provided top-notch service. Highly recommended, and I will definitely be back!

From the first moment I arrived, I felt like I was staying in a dormitory rather than a hotel. This hotel is extremely poor. The place is dirty, unhygienic, and very poorly maintained. I booked a full villa, which is supposed to be one of their best accommodations, but the furniture was broken and damaged. Cleanliness is 0/10. The hotel is very old, and the high ratings seem to be based on reviews from many years ago. The current condition is completely different. In its current state, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Excellent hotel. Superior room with pool view and balcony was spacious. Good check in experience. Excellent / premium service at the bar. Lovely views and high quality food at breakfast. I used the hair salon and the spa for a massage, both were first class. I also used the gym which is large and well equipped with modern machines / free weights. The only let down was evening dinner service. The menu was on an app only and the dinner staff didn’t make the ordering process clear. Once I did manage to order, the food was excellent, so it was more of a service problem, which was out of sync with the rest of the hotel. Overall highly recommend staying here.

It was one of the best stays in a hotels ever. The room was amazing, so was the whole hotel. You could sit outside near the pool. Unfortunately it was too cold to use it. The check-in was super and friendly The food was great and the service. It is 10 minute to the airport. A regular taxi costs 10US
