Reviewed Sep 4, 2026Je suis arrivée à l'hôtel par le train, la gare est toute proche. Un petit supermarché Lawson est à côté. J'ai choisi cet hôtel pour sa proximité avec l'aéroport de Osaka. La veille de mon départ le personnel m'a donné les informations pour utiliser la navette gratuite pour rejoindre l'aéroport. Très satisfaite de cette option, pour un prochain voyage je n'hésiterai pas à revenir dans cet hôtel. Merci pour votre accueil

Reviewed Jun 30, 2026The staff here are so incredibly friendly and went above & beyond. We were here during the typhoon in May. We were worried that the airport shuttle would be cancelled and we would miss our flight but the staff really took care of us and ensured the van arrived. They even came early to our room to check on us and assured us on the van.
I love everything here. Would stay again if i come by this area.

Reviewed Jun 8, 2026The staff is very friendly and very service driven. The free shuttle bus service is a bonus and a nice feature to the hotel so close to the airport. It was clean and calm. The breakfast was ok.
The comfort of the bed and pillows could be better. The hotel in general feels a bit dated in terms of furniture and decoration. But it serves it's purpose when you need an overnight stay to a connecting flight.

Reviewed Apr 17, 2026The service was so nice. Just lovely. The rooms in the new wing are big and just great. Pay the upgrade!! The free alcohol is a nice touch. $5 breakfast smelled so good though i didn't have it. Isumisano is a really nice area.
