Reviewed Feb 11, 2026Невероятно хороша отделка отеля. Натуральные материалы! Очень богато отделан.Великолепные завтраки. Рядом торговый комплекс, улица где можно вкусно поесть. Великолепный вид из окна! Белье и халаты 5+. Персонал 5+. Полный комплект средст для ванной комнаты.
Подуставший отель. Требует реновации. Холодильник одно название. Включили прикроватные лампы в розетки , проскочить искра. Тут же отключили. Окна панорамные , но очень грязные.

In winter the heating can only be used as on and off. It is too hot or it turns cold, But this is the Chinese system.

Reviewed Feb 4, 2022We needed to change rooms after the first night. The first room had no hot water for the shower, one side of the bathroom sink faucet did not work. There were a number of lights that did not work also. The next morning we asked for another room which they gave us. We had hot water but the rain shower did not work. I know this sounds like I am being very picky but for an up scale hotel I expect better.

Reviewed Feb 19, 2019대리석으로 꾸민 굉장히 고급스럽고 여유로운 공간과 친절한 직원들이 인상적이었습니다. 5성급답게 세밀하게 투숙객을 고려한 인테리어가 좋았구요. 그런데 실내 공기가 별로 안좋고 주차장 이용이 좀 불편하네요. 아침식사는 그다지 특별한 부분은 없지만 흠 잡기도 어려운 그럭저럭 괜찮은 수준이었습니다. 공항에서 가깝고 시내와도 그리 멀지 않아 위치는 최상입니다.

There was some sewerage smell in the toilet and the front desk did a room change for me. Other then that no other issues. Will come back again.

Reviewed Jan 11, 2019Hotel is grand. Lobby is huge, high and beautifully decorated. Room is very spacious comfortable. Enjoyed the stay as it is near the airport, about 20 minutes by taxi or 45 minutes by monorail. The surrounding is full with eating and shopping facilities. View is fantastic as you can see the Olympic stadium in nice and beautiful lightings at night. There is also a rapid train station within 3 minutes walk. Love staying with this hotel
