Breakfast was surprisingly good although staff could do with some training, ask for milk for our tea , in Mandarin , and get a cup of milk. The quality of the food in the executive lounge was good.

Main bar Song, advertised opening times 10AM - 11PM , closed at 20.45 , in fact closed whenever they felt like it, executive lounge also advertised opening until 10PM , if you arrive around 9PM do not expect to be welcome. When we did visit the executive lounge we wanted to finish two glasses of wine in our room, on the same floor i add, we were warned we should return the glasses which we tried to do the next morning but the lounge was not open therefore we left the glasses on the table opposite, when we checked out the the same morning we were challenged at reception and asked if we had returned the glasses or we should pay for them. To be honest , wouldn't stay in this hotel again,some staff were good but on the whole not up to Hilton standard.

There was was construction going on so we had to move our room. The floor they moved us too was a smoking floor the bed was hard and huge nothing cozy about that at all

The services in general and the silence in the corridors and no smoke .

Only few people are able to speak English but far away better than the other international hotels in Shenyang .

In short, the whole stay at Hilton Shenyang was great! The place was clean and quiet, the staff was nice and helpful, the food was good.

This is my Second Time Staying here, Spacious room, comfortable bed and Great Location, Highy Recommended !

The breakfast was excellent with the omelettes made perfect, and plenty of choice. The location to the science Park was great and the location was close to family.

Pool area could be upgraded

The local of the hotel is good. The staff are very friendly. The swimming pool is nice. It’s also open for the swimming lessons, so it could be crowed. It’s very easy to ask food deliveries. The view is great.

Deposit payment was requested during check-in. The rest of the payment was refunded after check out, only the exchange rate they used was very poor. It's cheaper to pay it in RMB.

Breakfast was amazing and vast variety of foods available. Staff were super helpful. Although not everyone spoke fluent English, they managed to help us out somehow. Special mention to Tina at reception for Going extra mile to help us as well as Kurt, Concierge mgr who spent time helping us over and beyond.

Difficulty understanding some staff who wouldn't speak English, less tea coffee provided in the room.

The hotel was not that great as my expectation , customer service needs to learn how to talk with foreign guest ( no smile , no courtesy just say give your credit card deposit ) I said ok then didn't direct me where is the lift and I will not recommend anyone to stay here unless you are drunk or don't care service ! I will not at least go this hotel ever !

The Location is Not Far from the Railway Station by Taxi, the Breakfast was also Good, will stay here again if i come the next time.

Staff are nice and friendly. Location is perfect for public transport (metro) or taking the cab. If you are lucky enough to stay at the main street side, the view is awesome to overlook the Qingnian Ave.

Old facilities and bad solutions for customers. I chose to stay in a non-smoking floor, however, very badly smoking smell came in my room at midnight. And I turned out coughing badly. I chose your hotel because I wanna stay in a fresh air environment, why would I spend so much money if you cannot make sure of it? When I called the front desk for help, they offered either to do some air-cleaning spray(with some other kind of smell) or to change a room(cannot guarantee non-smoke either). It’s nearly 2 am at midnight and I said I don’t wanna change room. They were like ‘these are the only 2 choices and we could not guarantee anything’. Bad problem-solving manner treating me as if I am à very picky person. Bad experience and never would comeback again!

My experience at the Hilton was solid. The rooms were fine, view was fine, staff was fine, food was fine, location was great, overall not much to really pick on. If I didn't get to visit the lounge I would have at least given 4 stars. However, the lounge experience was not up to par whatsoever mainly due to the hands-off (or "reactive") service. We went for happy hour twice and not once were our empty plates cleared during the 4 hours we spent there across two visits. The lounge was not busy during our visits - in fact, the staff spent lots of time chatting, on their phone, or simply nowhere to be found, and it was not uncommon for the drink trays to be empty or wine bottles to sit empty for long periods. I don't think Hilton Diamond means anything nowadays anyways except for the lounge piece, and this experience plus many others solidified my decision to not renew next year. Bottom line - for the price this hotel is selling for, there are definitely better options in town.

Stayed a day fir a business meeting. Great location, friendly, attentive, helpful staff, and quality hotel. As ab Hilton Diamond member, I received an upgraded, spacious room. Bed and linen made for a relaxing night’s sleep. Great breakfast was included.

This is a very nice hotel in south part of Shenyang. I have stayed there for one night because it is near the airport. The hotel room is clean and spacious. Service is great. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. There is a subway station just outside of the hotel. The only inconvenient I have found it this hotel is a bit far from local restaurants and shops. I have to walk about 15 mins to find a small local restaurant for local food.

Our wedding 10th anniversary was very well coordinated and planned by the Asst dir FnB Mr Ryan. Execution was flawless and food was fantastic. We are so grateful for your attention to details and made our small celebration a very memorable one. Would like to compliment Ms Molly Duan as well who was very attentive and served us superbly well. Overall Shenyang Hilton will be my first choice in term of room quality and top notch service. Clean and nice

Staff used their personal mobile to capture passport details - understand this is a requirement for hotels in China but doesn't feel professional not using a scanner for important personal documents.

I booked for my mom and dad, they told me the hotel is so good and convenient. The metro Is located in front of the hotel and the buffet is delicious.

Me and my wife went to the gym in Hilton Shenyang in November it was in the morning a male staff member served us, his attitude was so rude with no greeting!!! He asked us if we are the members of the gym and my wife told him yes then he told us to sign in not asking! What makes me mad is that we are the members since November 2021 we were never asked to sign in, if the gym do have the policy should let me know in the first place not after a year!!! Second thing is that there was absolutely no customers when we walked in the gym, the guy said to us we need to sign in by ourselves because he was busy with bad attitude!!!!! I’m not a picky person but this guy is terrible!!! I will definitely not come back when my membership ends and I will not recommend others to go to there either!! There are other hotels in Shenyang.

Fabulous experience. The room decor is sophisticated with a light touch of traditional Chinese elements. Happy Hour is good, but not so much for afternoon tea. Wonderful breakfast. It's very hot in the room but if one turn the AC to the lowest, one may find the temperature tolerable. Welcome fruits are... well... very dramatic (in a good way)

This hotel was wonderful with such great spacious rooms , good breakfast and great friendly staff . It was so so nice and I loved everything about it . From the check in to check out always someone treated you like a treasured guest . Totally worth it .

A great location. Friendly, helpful staff (though a bit nervous with all of the covid restrictions in place right now). Everything was clean and quiet. Great view of the Golden Corridor from our window.

I do like the location of this hotel yet there's men at the check-in counter made me felt unwelcome. When I arrived he gave me that impatient face, like I owe him a billion dollars. I’m not upset just because this men but really disappointed that Hilton gave such service. I had stay in many different Hilton, this time just made me never choose Hilton again.

Stayed 8 nights in an Executive level room which included lounge access, which proved very useful for breakfast and the occasional evening drink. Being on the same level as the lounge saved trips up and down the elevator and the staff at the lounge were very welcoming. Special mention to Nini Fu who would remember my breakfast and coffee preferences and remind me to take a juice back to the room for my wife. The room and bed was very comfortable ( and quiet since it didn’t face the main road ). Just not a fan of hotels having glass wall to the bathroom - what view are you expecting ? And like all hotels in winter in Shenyang, lack of control over room temperature which was too warm at night. Hotel location was ideal for us, being close to my wife’s family and metro station within 200 meters. And if the weather was warmer you could walk to major shopping centres.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Rooms are very clean and the lounge has a great layout. Didn’t get a chance to check out the gym but breakfast choice for was very acceptable. Pleasant experience, thank you!

I live in this hotel as a long term resident. We have been here over a year and love it. My colleagues live in other hotels around Shenyang, but they are all jealous of the quality and hospitality of this Hilton. The staff are all familiar and friendly. They know and greet us by name. Minor issues come up from time to time, but a quick call and a staff member is on the way to handle whatever it is. The all day dining is very good I eat breakfast here a lot, the variety is great and the staff is first rate. Sudeep is the fantastic and on the move constantly. Friendly, intuitive, and focused on your experience as a guest. If I had to start again in Shenyang, I would still start at the Hilton.

Very comfortable, clean hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was some English to Chinese conversion issues, but nothing serious. I like my room cool but I was was unable to turn the thermostat down with much effectiveness. They said the heat was on for the winter and couldn’t turn it to cool. Minor gripe, but I wish there was a window to open. Overall, an enjoyable stay.

Good Restaurant - breakfast is good, friendly staff and quality of pizza is good.

As a diamond member, although us three registered guests got upgraded to Twin Executive room, only one got Executive status. When three of us entered the lounge, one was charged 190 RMB(about $30) for “extra guest” which was buxxxxit because three of us were upgraded to Twin Executive room, all should have been given Executive status!!!! Only Hilton Shenyang charged the third person and my feedback did not get respond from the hotel!!! Stay away from this property(manager is Chinese)!!!

Very nice hotel. Staff is friendly and professional and the rooms are immaculate. All this at a very affordable price. Additionally, I had some issues at my next hotel ( my fault) and the staff quickly resolved the issue for me within 30 minutes of check in. It was very much appreciated

I wrote a review about his hotel a while ago but wanted to give an update after staying there several more times for short and longer stays. It has always met expectations with a high level of service from the welcoming and helpful staff and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. A special mention for Sudeep in the Feast restaurant who always goes out of his way to provide a personal welcoming and the best possible service. So based on my experience I can highly recommend this hotel and will be staying there again in the near future!

A good Hilton, nice welcome with smiling employees and excellent service. Comfortable rooms with very large beds. The location is central with the possibility to walk outside in a « green » environnement. A bit too hot in the rooms (only heating is on; not yet AC). The lounge is excellent with good food & view.

Almost nobody speaks basic conversational english! In a 5 star hotel bot even the receptionist - consierge are able to hrlp us!

The Hilton is a nice addition for Shenyang hotels. Having stayed at some other Shenyang hotels, I really appreciated the clean, new, nice sized rooms, and good service. It all works well. Executive lounge is nice. Staff had good english skills.

The hotel is modern, very clean and in a good location. The rooms are modern, clean and well equipped including usb next to bed. Bathroom is very clean and modern with bath and separate shower. The level of service from all the staff is just excellent by any standard but particularly good at reception and in the restaurant on 3rd floor (did not try other restaurant). Probably one of the best experiences I have had in China! The food provided for breakfast and dinner in the buffet restaurant is good with a reasonable variety. Would highly recommend this hotel...!

The location is great, near to subway station and staffs are very friendly. Chinese Restaurant is perfect, very traditional and delicious Chinese Northeast food. Will come back to stay here again!
