Sicuramente la vista, dalla stanza e dal ristorante. Buona posizione. Personale cortese e massaggio anche se caro ne vale la pena.

Il buffet internazionale appena sufficiente, soprattutto a cena, per la colazione meglio. Inoltre quando ho prenotato su Booking mi dava navetta gratuita dall’aeroporto ma non è stato così.

The location of the resort and the surrounding beach is absolutely gorgeous. The room was comfortable but the bathroom could use a little facelift. Reception staff was attentive and tried their best to help with issues.

Some building parts, such as doors feel a bit outdated. Main restaurant had a bit of a cafeteria feel about it. Bar staff seemed a little disconnected.

Las instalaciones está descuidadas y viejas, y había bastante suciedad, telas de araña y suciedad en varias paredes...se notaba dejadez en el cuidado de los detalles. La calidad no esde un resort 4 estrellas. No justifica el precio.

Pour un hôtel 4 étoiles, la propreté de la chambre ainsi que l’entretien des restaurants et de l’ensemble de l’établissement est largement à revoir.. De plus, la piscine ainsi que le jacuzzi sont non chauffés, donc impossible de se baigner pendant la période d’hiver

I loved the breakfast where they served you hot omelettes and pancakes. The staff were nice and friendly and happy to assist you

The dinner options. The food was bland nothing worth the price glad I paid for halfboard. Between chicken/beef sausages and chicken curry there really wasn't much variety. The bird poop on the chairs. Had maintenance done on my balcony which meant the day I was checking out I had to sit in the room.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt im Hotel Solana Beach und waren rundum zufrieden. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die aussergewöhnlich freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Mitarbeiter. Man hat sich jederzeit willkommen und sehr gut umsorgt gefühlt. Das Frühstück war eines der besten Hotelfrühstücke, die wir bisher hatten. Es war unglaublich lecker und die Auswahl war riesig. Auch das Abendessen im Restaurant hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt. Besonders toll fanden wir auch die verschiedenen Angebote und Aktivitäten des Hotels wie z.B. Schnorcheln. Es wird sehr viel geboten und man kann seinen Aufenthalt dadurch sehr abwechslungsreich gestalten. Die Lage des Hotels ist super, direkt am klaren, hellblauen Meer. Die gesamte Anlage war zudem sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir können dieses Hotel absolut weiterempfehlen! Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Hotel vieux, les chambres et les restaurants ont besoin d'une grosse rénovation. Très cher pour la qualité et bien en dessous des autres hôtels mauriciens.

Food was too bland

Loved the beach and location and free activities. In general Mauritian people are very friendly and helpful, especially the taxi operators.

Food prices at the hotel are very high and we felt a pressured to upgrade to half board. Example, a glass of soda was 175 Mauritian rupees and you cold buy a 2 liter soda a a shop in town for 65

the bathroom and the toilet had a not so nice smell at times, even after cleaning.

Solana is absolutely stunning and they have the most amazing staff. What an incredible experience.

La plage est magnifique, et les professionnels sont vraiment accueillants. Le spa est également très bien entretenu, ce qui ajoute une touche de détente agréable. Les repas sont bons, mais j’avoue avoir une petite préférence pour le service à la carte, qui est bien plus sympa que le buffet au restaurant principal.

Le fait que ma chambre n’était pas disponible à mon arrivée (suite) et que je n’ai pas été prévenu à l’avance, surtout sachant que la chambre avait été payée bien à l'avance, a été un GROS souci. Une solution partielle a été trouvée, mais après réflexion et du recul, elle n’était pas vraiment suffisante. Malgré tout, mon séjour s’est globalement bien passé après le deuxième jour.

The small private beach and gym was really nice . Big pool and relaxing .

Some of the staff were not very helpful and it felt like we were bothering them at the bar/ breakfast buffet etc . Not all , a few . Dealing with international guests I would have expected the restaurant staff to be more experienced. Had to ask 6 times for coffee pods to be put in my Room and I was even told be the one staff member from reception that I should go and ask for coffee pods at the bar since housekeeping was closed , even though I asked twice that day . Meghna from reception was extremely professional and helpful, also the entertainment lady was always polite, helpful and accommodating with the gym opening times .

Check in experience was disappointing, food at one restaurant was overcooked, drinks from the bar were poorly prepared and a lot were not available from the menu, room layout was poor and in some cases hazardous, bed was uncomfortable, bathroom amenities were poor and entertainment was poor.

Relaxing and spacious

Having been here previously, general maintenance and updating of the resort is needed. Maybe consider restocking the room fridge instead of having to collect drink rations everyday. This system is a bit clumsy

Solana Beach is a beautiful resort. While it isn’t a very large property, it feels spacious, and the restaurant and lounge areas are lovely. The lagoon is definitely the highlight of the resort and makes the property especially beautiful. I stayed in a Prestige Sea View Room, which was spacious, clean, well-maintained, and had a large balcony with an amazing view. Overall, both the room and the resort were kept in very good condition. Overall, Solana Beach is a beautiful, clean, and well-maintained resort with spacious rooms and stunning ocean views. However, the unwelcoming reception experience, rigid policies, limited vegetarian food, and cold vibe of the place took away from what could have been a much better stay.

Unfortunately, my experience with the reception staff on the day of check-in was quite disappointing. Their attitude was not welcoming at all, and I found them arrogant and indifferent when I asked about my early check-in request, which I had informed the hotel about months in advance. Despite this, my request was completely ignored and I had to wait four hours for my room. I completely understand that the standard check-out time is 11 AM, but I find it difficult to understand why it would take several hours to prepare a room, especially when I personally saw during my stay how quickly the housekeeping team cleaned rooms. What was even more disappointing was learning that an early check-in could be arranged if you paid an additional fee — which gives the impression that the room can be made ready, but only when an extra charge is paid. The hotel also feels far too strict with its rules and policies, almost like being in a school. In hospitality, I believe hotels should try to work with their guests wherever reasonably possible to make their stay comfortable. Unfortunately, I did not feel that this hotel went out of its way for its guests. The food was another major disappointment. Since I arrived just a few minutes later after the breakfast time, I asked whether the chef could prepare something for me, and I was happy to pay for it, but I was simply told to wait until lunch started at 12 PM. As someone who does not eat non-vegetarian food, I also found the vegetarian options extremely limited — there were only two choices on the menu, neither of which looked particularly appealing. That is the reason I chose to only have breakfast at the restaurant, but unfortunately, even that was extremely bland and tasteless. I would honestly recommend exploring restaurants outside the hotel instead. That said, the restaurant staff themselves were kind, polite, and respectful, which I appreciated.

The food was fabulous..your staff were very friendly and did their best to help, specially Anu from the front desk and Anousha from the entertainment and activities department. In fact, all the staff was very helpful.

Hmmm....shower door wasn't properly sealed. Tiny bugs like tiny spiders in the bathroom wall and bed corners were seen. They should be cleaned properly. There was also a wasp nest under the small table on the balcony.

Amazing stuff and property with a sea view. Special thanks to Avishek, who took time every day to ask about everything and my stay. I felt welcomed and the service was always exceptional

المنتجع متوسط وصغير الحجم والاكل ايضا جيد مقارنه بسعر الليله ، والشيء الجميل فيه جميع الفعاليات موجوده ضمن المنتجع وباسعار رخيصه بالمقارنه باماكن ومنتجعات اخرى وتستطيع ان تأخذ المنتجع يومين او ثلاثه حتى تجرب جميع الفعاليات من الغوص ،للمشي تحت الماء ، ل البراشوت للسنوركل وووو

Location is nice, garden is very beautiful. Stuff in Pomelo restaurant always polite and thoughtful.

They charge your card in advance and already on the spot upon checking in they tell you that drinks are not included in paid package (we had halfboard option). You cannot get a single tea or coffee for dinner they already charged you for.

Hotel vieillissant qui mériterait une bonne rénovation. Literie trop dûre, mal de dos tous les matins. Plage très restreinte et impossibilité de se baigner dans la zone de transats, trop de rochers et de pierre, il faut se décaler de 300 mètres pour pouvoir trouver une zone baignable.

The Adults ONLY is so relaxing and peaceful. Room right on beach with NO other buildings in front. Restaurant food was wonderful especially that fresh fish dishes. This was our 2 nd stay at Solana and we will return again.

The price in the SPA is unaffordable for South-Africans that must pay with our ZAR that is 14 x times weaker than the Dollar! The unfriendly answers when we try to ask for a few hours later departure, due to our late flight back home. It felt like they chased us out when we did not vacate EXACTLY on check out time!

On nous a dit directement à l’arrivée qu’il y avait aucun restaurant autour , pour forcément nous inciter à manger au restaurant de l’hôtel qui est très chers pour ce qui est proposé ! ( il y a 2 restaurants a côté de l’hôtel avec des prix très abordable ) Hôtel , Équipement un peu vieillot La piscine également Les taxis de l’hôtel sont très chers , pour notre part on a utilisé uber Dommage qu’il n’y ai pas eu de soirée pour la fête de la musique à l’hôtel .

We could not afford the Spa. We are from South-Africa and our ZAR is R16.39 MORE EXPENSIVE compared to the Dollar. Meaning anything we buy will cost us 16.39 times more than what a Americal will pay with his Dollar, so they could get 16 massages for the same price we pay for 1.

Magnifique hôtel, personnels accueillants. Très bon petit déjeuner et dîner. Les activités proposées sont top. Nous avons passé un super séjour. Mention spéciale pour Meghna (Je crois qu'elle s'appelait comme sa) a l'accueil qui était super gentille et très accueillante.

Hotel retirer c'est vraiment pour rester a l'hôtel et se détendre. Côté de l'île un peu venteux. La piscine n'est pas chauffée.

Stay overthere for a weekend no regrets pleasant place very peaceful, staffs were very pleasant such as Dominique who share his work experience overthere, we had a great time overall was a great experience i would recomend this place for summer instead of winter. Food was very good. Very clean room good smell in the room with great seaview. Variety of Cocktails.

The fact that I couldn't get sweet wine.For someone that enjoys a moscato, it was hard to find something that could compare. Having to buy drinking water while having my meals( I had a half board package) and only needed just a glass to wash down my food.They should consider offering at least complementary drinking water just for meals. Overall , a lovely establishment , slighltly dated but well maintained.Highly recommend

Starting from our check in lots of love to the beautiful lady in front desk who always made sure we were comfortable. We loved the staff in general especially the housekeeping and restaurant staff are the best. Our room was always very clean.

The breakfast buffet had a lot of options but could be better in taste. But overall everything was way better than we expected. Do not mind any bad reviews. It was very clean and and everything was better in real than in pictures.

L'accueil que nous avons eu fût digne d'un conte de fée pour notre lune de miel. Tout le personnel est adorable et attentionné! Les gestes pour notre lune de miel, la propreté, le lieu, la vue sur la mer, les activités, les repas (un grand merci au chef avec mes allergies tout était parfait!) et, je le répète, le personnel qui rend le séjour magique.

La seule chose qui nous a surpris, c'est que l'eau du jacuzzi est froide, plus froide que la mer. C'est vraiment un détail, parce que sinon, il n'y a rien de négatif à dire!

Great resort and highly recommended! The food offered a fantastic variety, with something for everyone. The views were absolutely beautiful, making it a perfect place to relax. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The all-inclusive package provided excellent value for money, making the overall experience even more enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again.

The only minor downside was that some days were a little breezy, as the resort is located on the east coast of the island and we visited during winter. However, this didn’t take away from our overall experience, and we would definitely stay here again.
