Quiet part of Legian. Comfortable distance to Bintang Supermarket, restaurants and shopping. Loved the private villa and pool. Staff always friendly and responsive.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa. Everything was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The villa was exactly as described, and we really appreciated the attention to detail and the peaceful atmosphere. The staff was very kind, helpful, and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this villa to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and relaxing place to stay in Bali. We would happily stay here again!

The villas were safe and secure, they were clean and well decorated. Room and bathroom was a good size. Please be aware that some of the villas are different to the pictures, the kitchen was outside of ours, but some have sliding doors.

There were a few issues that I don’t agree with for a ‘villa’ it seemed more like a room in a hotel. We arrived 30 mins before check in and the room was clearly ready, yet they made us wait until check in time. Usually in luxury places they will accommodate you as soon as possible. You are NOT allowed any external suppliers for massages, floats!!??? Or floating breakfast etc. not allowed to bring your own floats seems really odd to me. The pool is very small and villas are all right next to each other, meaning you can hear everyone else. The deposit seems excessive and needs to be paid in cash. This doesn’t help if you are leaving straight after this stay, because you then have money on the last day to spend that you don’t want to have to do. They need to change this to a card option. This was disappointing. Lots of changes needed to make it meet the standards of other villas in Bali.

The villa was an absolute pleasure to stay at!! The venue was self contained, clean and secluded. We could walk to any and all places within Kuta easily while also being tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city. I absolutely recommend this villa as I hope to have it available the next time I return to Bali.

The shower could b a couple degrees warmer & be able to pay room service with the Wise Card, surprised me that they couldn’t take it, even little venders u could use it.

We were asked for a million DR as a deposit, but their card machine was out of order, so they requested this in cash - we doidnt have any, as this was out last stop (one night only) before our flight home. We also wanted to extend out check out - this was also insisted in cash, (again as their card machione was out of order). Ironically, the massive sign out the from stated, they loved Master Card. Overall a great stay. The shower was a bit disappointing, wasn't the waterfall we had experienvced in our other 2 accomodations - both of which featured a rain showerr head AND additional mobile/directional head. And the water pressure was poor. The ahirdryer in the room was broken, flapping and had bare wires exposed, both points we reported, and was told to leave in the review, so hopefully both will be actioned. Great appartment, real friendly crew and there's a great bar/restaaurant next door, where we ate evening meal, breakfast and lunch - try the beef stay - it's to die for.

These villas are beautiful, tranquil and very private. They are beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean. The staff are so welcoming and friendly and we will be back.

The kitchen is not equiped to actually cook a meal 🥲

Septic system so you can’t flush toilet paper seems unsanitary for 2025, no utensils for kitchen unless requested, bed was very squeaky when just rolling over, otherwise perfect

When to Bali on august and stay here for a bit. The villa is alright and beautiful. The toilet smell like shit, there’s no knife or scissors in the room to cut some stuff. The other hand the staff can’t even explain there self about the term and condition about the villa :) Staff kick out my fam who dropping me to airport when they come early in the morning since I have an early morning international flight. Definitely not coming back here again

Die Aufteilung der Villa, der Pool, die Freundlichkeit des Personals und Sauberkeit waren Top!!

- Der Whirlpool musste vor jedem Betrieb für maximal 45 min.! an der Rezeption angekündigt werden und diese mussten ihn einschalten - Man gewöhnt sich daran ;-) - Die Küche ist nur mit Gechirr ausgestattet, man muss nach Kochutensilien fragen, haben wir bemerkt nachdem wir eine Pfanne gekauft hatten. Geschirrspüler ist keiner vorhanden (stand bei uns in der Beschreibung), dies erledigt jedoch der Zimmerservice für euch.

Da es ein wenig abgelegen ist, war es von außerhalb recht ruhig. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und die Absprachen mit der Rezeption waren sehr einfach.

Im Bereich des Pools ist es sehr hellhörig, so dass man jedes Wort von den Nachbarn mithören kann.

1st time in Bali, but everything was great! The staff were very nice and accommodating.

These are well-appointed villas sited in a regimental style. Comfortable with small pool, jacuzzi and a few trees to 'naturalise' the surroundings. The hosts were welcoming and did everything to make our stay pleasant (although please note they are clearly business oriented).

A few too many rules and regs which guests have to follow for my taste. The location is in a quiet neighbourhood across the river from all the action in Legian. While that is beneficial, you need a Gojek to ferry you around, otherwise it's a 20 minute walk into the centre due to the lack of crossing points over the river.

This facility layout is absolutely stunning! The landscaping is beautiful and so green and full of life. Due to being an adult only facility, it is so relaxing and quiet. The walls are soundproof, so no outside noise filters its way in. For those who want to do their own cooking, there is a stove top and a full size fridge for food and beverages storage. This is our second time staying and will definitely be back! The staff remembered us and were so accommodating, nothing was too hard for them to organise for us! Biggest thank you to Mega, Adi, Dewa,Seka, Merry, Milan and Aging (our favourite people in Bali) :)

The reason why I put 3 out if 4 for value for money is I paid most of the payment by card but then had to pay an amount when checking-in (which was the right amount in total. At the time I suggested to the kind and competent reception team if they could let customers know they will take two payments (not 1) and what dates they will take the two payments.

Room size, quietness, own pool, helpful staff

Location for a single female. Away from anything at all. Not even a coffee shop. Would be fine if you had a bike or felt safer with others. No restaurant on site either.

The cleaning of the room was done daily on a 8 day stay however they did not change the towels or linens after 3 days we had to request to be done. Additionally we had laundry done through the facility, they would not accept payment via card and when trying to pay from the deposit given they didn’t provide change even though they recommended this would be an acceptable payment method.

Outdoor spa, pool and pool swinging chair. Bed was very comfortable.

No TV in lounge room.

Absolutely everything, staff were so friendly, rooms were so clean, and the floating breakfast was wonderful, if i had more time in Bali i would've stayed in this villa for the rest of my vacation.

I didnt like that i found it on my last day only.

Beautifully decorated, actual private (small) pool and jacuzzi. Workable kitchen. Good wifi though flaky from time to time. Very accommodating staff. Bedroom seems soundproofed.

Nothing! Though beware that the rooms can be quite different from each other. Some rooms have a roller door between the outdoor area and the kitchen/lounge and some don’t! Done have a pool that is 1m deep, others have a 1.7m pool. You have to ask for cooking pots and pans at reception.

Such good value for money, we stayed 4 nights and this was our cheaper accommodation but we preferred it over the more expensive Villa! Staff were great, bed was so comfortable, great pool, and facilities close enough to get a 2 minute bluebird to wherever we wanted to go.

only down side was the pool was deep, over my head the whole way.

Beautiful Villas they were clean and very easy to relax and enjoy your own space. Pool was very clean and so was the villa. Would absolutely recommended this property.

Only downside to the stay was the pillows in the villa where horrible and very small as well as very soft, I asked reception if it was possible to get another pillow and he said they don’t have any spare pillows. Air con wasn’t the best but did the job. Whist the villa is in Legian you do have to walk around 15 minutes to be able to get across the waterway to get into the hustle and bustle.

Beautiful place, with a great location that is very central to everything. The personell working there is very nice and helpful. They are always available and ready to help.

The room was beautiful. The outdoor area in particular with the pool and lounge chairs.

I wish it was a little closer to all the restaurants and beach as we had to jump in a car every time. But considering the car was about $1 to get there I can’t really complain. The only other thing is the tiles around the pool can be slippery when wet for small children.

The front door lock to villa was hard to use and needed attention. The Bed and pillows were very uncomfortable compared to Anantara Vacation club that was close to half the price for a 1 bed apartment. The toilet had to be repaired 3 times

great staff beautiful villa

A little bit out of main area of Legian paying a 1 million rupiah bond before you stay is very unusual to me never have to do that in Bali before 3pm check in is also strange in Bali normally check in is 2pm almost every where else having said that our early arrival was ok on the day they is a great kitchen but you had to ask for pots and pans to cook please let people know on check in that they are available for use

you could use the bath tub only until 10pm.

The Villa itself was absolutely beautiful and was fully equipped, however I must say the highlight of our stay were the hosts. Their friendliness and professionalism could not have been any better. My partner lost his phone in a GoJek and the hosts managed to help us get it back. I 100% recommend this Villa and will most definitely be returning!

Too far to walk to double six beach, but I got a Gojek for less than $2

It’s convenient to go around places. I would like to compliment Ary the receptionist of Bali Cosy Villa as he was super helpful. He help me with chasing the lizards from the room away. it took him quite awhile but he still did not give up and tried his best. You have such kind & helpful worker bali cosy villa. Love it! keep this guy for long & give him a raise as such staffs are hard to come by nowadays. thank you Ary for making my last day stay a memorable one. thanks for the help!! Appreciate it.

The wifi is abit slow, aircon on 16 degrees but not that cold & the small tv is actually fine but the quality on the tv is kind of distracting. also im scared of lizards so there is plenty of lizards outside at night. i stayed for 5 days so only 1 of the days there is two lizards in the room😭 the rest is all good!
