Very spacious and clean. Free water dispenser with bottle. Free one way transport everyday. Massive spa bath. Well designed into 3 sections. Short walk to main road / shops Good front gate security to actual villa. Breakfasts was humongous and delicious and you can pick what time you want it (they bring to the villa). Outdoor sitting area was big and good.

Front security gate to the street. Sliding doors didn’t line up / had gaps and some locks didn’t work.

Villa duża, przestronna. Czysto i zadbane choć villa już swoje lata ma i w niektórych miejscach to widać. Łazienki czyste, ręczniki, szampony i mydło było. Posiadłość miała wszystko co potrzeba, ale kuchnia słabo wyposażona. Nie przeszkadza to jednak, gdyż ceny posiłków są naprawdę przystępne cenowo. W okolicy sporo knajp, restauracji kawiarni. Tuż obok sklepy spożywcze. Okolica klimatyczna i spokojna jak na ten region. Na pieszo ok 10-15 minut do plaży. W obiekcie można za darmo wypożyczyć skuter w okolicy miasta. Śniadania były smaczne i obfite. Do wyboru ok. 7 różnych wersji śniadania, które zamawia się dzień wcześniej przez what's-up lub u obsługi obiektu.

Woda w basenie była zimna jak byliśmy. Obsługa poza panią manager nie mówi po angielsku.

Spacious villa with a large comfortable four poster bed, jacuzzi that would fit 4 people, good shower, outdoor kitchen and dining area and comfortable lounge. All in secure grounds with a private pool. Note: there are trees around so you do get some leaves in the pool but the team clean it when cleaning your villa, and there are nets you can use. Let's face it, a few leaves should not put you off. Breakfast was included.You choose the day before and it is then delivered to your villa at the time you select. I loved the smoothie bowl and fruit platter - have never felt so healthy even though the team working there commented that we didn't order much and should have had more! Everyone we met was friendly, smiled a lot and was only too willing to help, not that we needed anything. Location was good, between Legian and Seminyak and the villa offers one free Grab trip per day in the local area and even gave us a free Grab to the airport. Great value for money and lovely place. Recommended, and if we are ever back in Bali we will stay here again. Thank you to all at HK Villa Bali

Excellent value for money, clean and functional space to relax. Lovely staff that will help you with anything you need. Breakfast was great and Coffee was amazing. Grab was called by staff and free from the villa to get to nearby garlic lane. But we also walked to Garlic lane which didn’t take long. Circle K practically next door to get any basic groceries. Would stay again

No door on the shower area, just a wall blocking the whole villa to the shower

Many things I booked same day at 2pm arrived 4:15pm and they said room will be ready by 8pm I asked teo things and never get a reply Cleaning is a disaster, insects every where and bathtub has lot of dirts.

La verdad nos a gustado todo y el muy buen desayuno..no han tratado bien y nos daban una moto para irnos a la playa,también nos han pillado el taxi al aeropuerto..recomendaría a todos!!

Struttura molto carina e soprattutto tranquilla, con ampi spazi interni, dotata di tutto il necessario, compresi i fornelletto elettrici per le zanzare, che fortunatamente non abbiamo visto. Personale molto gentile e disponibile, colazione ricca. Ottimo anche se datato lo scooter messo gratuitamente a disposizione per spostarsi a Legian.

Purtroppo la piscina aveva l'acqua parecchio fredda, ma la stessa cosa l'abbiamo trovata in tutti i posti dove siamo stati qui sull'isola di Bali

The staff were exceptional — what I would expect at 5 star property (not 4), they really go above and beyond, and probably one of the best service I’ve encountered in Bali. This villa really does have everything, and if not, they will try their best to provide for you! Thank you to the service staff for helping me feel very comfortable. Even let me have late check out for free due to an unexpected dental appointment. A lovely touch was the free grab one way to an area close by, which I asked for to Seminyak village. I loved the hot tub! I was in there every night. Very large and worked perfectly! I also really appreciated that you can choose time of your breakfast to be served in the morning, great for a morning bird like me!

It was run down a bit, I think some renovations are in order. Could make this into a 5 star villa and charge more money 😝 As a female solo traveller I also would have liked the option to lock the multiple sliding doors just for peace of mind— the only lock is the very front door entering your villa ground. The curtains didn’t block light very well and I found myself waking up around 4.30am consistently

Property is spacious will all amenities included. Staff is extremely helpful and go beyond with exceptional service and ensure all can be done to ensure a relaxing stay. Any issues are quickly resolved.

Kadek and the staff at HK villa were extremely friendly and helpful, the room service for cleanliness was excellent everyday they asked if they could clean the room and pool. The only thing that turned us off was that we were not allowed to flush toilet paper/tissues down the toilet.

The location is ideal and staff are great, the rooms are spacious but photos used to promote the villa's are several years old and whilst the facilities were good they are not exactly like the photos show. Villas are due for some cosmetic improvements. Private pool was large and clean. Breakfast was excellent each day, which you order the night before. Great value for the money paid.

Entrance and foyer are nothing like the photos, didn't really want to meet our friends we were travelling with in the foyer.

It’s very a big space, jacuzzi, storage, the bed had the curtains for bugs protection, staff were very friendly and helpful

The pool wasn’t really clean, the water wasn’t clear, lot of floaties, leaves stucked in the filter, I wasn’t comfortable using it. The sliding doors didn’t shut properly, leaving 2-3 cm of space for geckos and other animals free to come inside

Lovely private villa suitable for a couple. Staff were wonderful and provided assistance with transport, organised laundry service, delicious breakfast and serviced room daily. The villa was a nice (10 min) walking distance to Legian Street (google maps provides walking shortcuts). There are local Warungs and Western style restaurants close. Fantastic value for money to have your own private space and pool.

To be fair, there wasn’t anything we didn’t like, but it is looking tired and the photos of the foyer/entrance are nothing like when you arrive. Certainly would not stop us staying again.

These villas are like a hidden gem near the river. The main street is less than 1km walk from the villa and you are in amongst the shops and cafes. The villa was large and clean, it even had a jacuzzi which I didn't actually use because I was in the pool every day instead. The pool is a decent size and doesn't get warm so it's actually refreshing but not chilly. The internet was great.

Some random things like I only got to have 1 hot shower in the 6 days I stayed, the water was mostly cold. Things that I used up weren't replaced when the room was cleaned, I had to ask for extra sugar. The pool wasn't cleaned regularly, I ended up cleaning it myself most days. There is breakfast included in the stay, but it was very average. I ended up going down the road to Ruby's for breakfast because they had fresh watermelon juice which wasn't available at the villa and did a much nicer breakfast, plus the owners are lovely and I enjoyed their hospitality.

The breakfast was unbelievable, it was so large and the variety and quality was excellent. Pool was lovely and a good temperature. Love the free one way taxi service in Legian area , this able us to go to lots of restaurants .its an easy 10- 15 minute walk to end of Padma street, where you are right at the beach I. The centre of every thing . Lovely for couples want a quiet time , would definitely return

The only thing which is o minor improvement is better outside sun beds with cushions and stain the decks area , but I would definitely return ,

Everything about this Villa was amazing! Great amenities, awesome spa, bed, pool and bathroom! Close to Seminyak, Kuta and Legian. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were fantastic-even accomodating us until we could head to the airport.

The private pool was large with plenty of sun. Large comfortable bed, jacuzzi, daily room cleaning and the daily breakfast was exceptional.

Great lay out, spacious air conditioned living, bed and bathroom areas. Great pool that was not cold or too hot. Staff were attentive and eager to please. The breakfast was fantastic! Thank you for making our holiday special.

The pool from the villa could be a bit better cleaned and kept.

The villa was really spacious. Loved the bathroom with hot tub and double sink. Filter water freely available was a bonus. Pool was perfect size . Staff were amazing and were on call 24/7 for any requests. Breakfast was delicious and extremely generous. Bed was enormous and comfortable. Staff did a great job of cleaning everyday and kept the villa spotless. Ice available on request. Extra towels, microwave, iron all available on request. Location was perfect. 10 min walk to Legian bars and shops.

One of the loungers was broken and kept collapsing. But was easily fixed. The crockery and cutlery provided was the bare minimum.

Warm welcome. Privacy. Lots of room. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Fabulous breakfasts and variety. Communication with staff excellent.

Loved all of it. Huge pool, huge living area, huge bedroom, huge bathroom, huge shower, and a huge spa. Outdoor kitchen but rarely used it. 3 air-conditioners but one in the bathroom not working (will be fixed), but most of the time, we just had the one in the bedroom going as all the dividing walls didn't go up to the racked ceiling The staff were so helpful and friendly, couldn't do enough for us. The breakfast was amazing and they provided a free one way trip anytime to anywhere local. Kadek in particular was so helpful. We will definitely be staying here again.

Not enough good eating places nearby, only g a quick ride to our favourite place Stakz.

Heerlijke ruime villa met eigen zwembadje. Genoeg handdoeken voor op de ligstoel en voor het badderen. Mooie grote jacuzzi. Eindelijk een adres waar genoeg warm water was om het bad mee te vullen. Het ontbijt was superlekker en goede variaties en werd naar je villa gebracht op het tijdstip dat je de avond ervoor afspreekt. Het personeel was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Wat echt geweldig was was dat we op onze laatste dag pas om 18.30u. kostenloos mochten uitchecken omdat ons vliegtuig om 21.00u. vertrok! En die dag hadden ze geen nieuwe gasten. Dat was echt HEEL geweldig. Prima service en je wordt gratis naar het vliegveld gebracht. De locatie is ook prima, 20 minuten lopen via honderden winkeltjes naar het drukke strand. Als we weer naar Bali gaan, dan komen we hier zeker terug.

Een keer moest ik bijna 10 minuten wachten voordat ik door de deur naar het complex kon. Die zit altijd dicht, en normaal zit er ook altijd iemand, maar toen toevallig niet. Maar dat kan gebeuren. Verder was het super!

I had items stolen from my room. The boss tried to imply that I had been hypnotised by magic and that I hadn’t purchased the stolen items at all. He then insinuated that I (travelling alone) had permitted others into my villa and that he would check the cameras. I invited him to go ahead and do that. Also the bed was like a rock. It was way too hard.

The staff are great and always happy to help, very friendly.

The place needs some TLC, lick of paint, fixing / screwing the decking down, just general maintenance is a bit lacking.

HK Villa is the most amazing hidden gem across located across from the river. The staff cannot do enough for you. They are extremely accommodating, kind, friendly, just beautiful people. We had the Australian breakfast each day and it was one of the beat breakfasts we've had..I couldn't be happier about our stay at HK Villa. We didn't want to leave! Matur suksma 🙏❤️ we already miss you!!

We were surprised how big this villa was! Has everything you need for a short or long stay. 15 mins walk to Legian Beach and has some lovely restaurants and bars nearby. The staff were very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfasts were next level and catered to any tastes. Highly recommended and one of the nicest villas we have stayed in around Legian for value. Bonus, transport to the airport is provided and only took 20 mins!

Could be a few mozzies around but HK provided mozzie coils and nets over the bed in the airconditioned room. Not a major issue really.

The location, the villa and the staff are all amazing. My second time coming as I had such a wonderful stay the first time. Kadek is so kind, helpful and hospitable as are all the other staff. the breakfast is exceptional and I would 100% recommend HK villa to anyone coming to Bali.

HL villa is our home away from home - villa is spectacular- great side , huge pool, fabulous service and staff… Kadek is a standout , she is always able to assist with any inquiry , she goes above and beyond for the guests and cooks a breakfast better than in a restaurant- We love it here

The only thing of concern is the new 6 bedroom (12 guests) villa next door can be loud if all the guests staying there are up late or having a party , there were guests staying a few nights and while we were out in our courtyard enjoying the warm evening & what is usually a very quiet area later at night , the group next door were up late as well probably just having a few drinks and a laugh themselves but the noise travels easily and if that happened every night it wouldn’t be much fun to listen to

Gut gelegen, um die Region zu erkunden. Zu Fuß zum Strand geht gut, aber das Hotel stellt auch einen kostenlosen Transfer zur Verfügung. Einkaufsmöglichkeit in 50m Entfernung. Bequemes Bett, tolles Frühstück und sehr netter Service.

The villa was beautiful. Large, immaculately clean, and with own private pool. A super cute outside kitchen patio area. The breakfast was excellent. They could not do enough to make us feel comfortable. We had access to scooters for free if we wanted. And they even provide free one way transport to town or the supermarket if we didn't want to use scooters. Only a 15 minute walk from the hustle and bustle of town. Great value for money. Would stay again.

The pool really needed a good clean. Not leaves which are to be expected, but the tiles needed attention. Would also be good to have some cushions on the outside loungers. But overall, was an amazing place.

Spacious villa, short walk to shopping and restaurants. Hosts are lovely people. Breakfast is huge. Bed is comfortable, overall facilities are great.

The accommodation was great, only thing letting it down is minor maintenance that could be done to improve its overall look.

The design of the rooms and private pool is highly enough for the couples… Breakfast is perfect… cleaning and technical equipment highly enough. Motor bikes are ready for anyone, no charging….

The staff are absolutely fantastic, so much so that I thought they were the owners however this is not the case, the owners are very very fortunate to have such great and dedicated staff, they are a big asset. Reception is open 24x7. The breakfasts are included and you can choose what you would like, these are high quality and delivered at the time you ask for it even if it’s pouring with rain as it did one morning. The free use of a scooter is a big winner, we were able to use all day, every day of our stay. Free transport to the airport was much appreciated and organised at the time asked. Mosquito coils were also provided which deterred them effectively. There was a jacuzzi in the villa but did not use. One of the cheapest prices per night in Legian.
