The location was good, relatively quiet and close to Asok and Nana stations...good links to both airports. Also close to a night market around the corner with great food. Runway 21 mall is across the road. The hotel itself iis fine, we didn't think the rooms were that small but could do with a deep clean. There is an elevator and the room had a minibar and safe. Towels are lovely and soft, shower was good although temperature fluctuates. The aircon is a little noisy and can only work with the roomkey in. It is tolerable at low speed.

We felt guests were not trusted by checkin staff and they do not go out of their way to help people. The two young guys were much better than the grumpy older lady and man...they should not be in this position. The hotel desperately needs new pillows, we asked for 2 extra pillows (there were only 2 very flat ones on the bed) and they did not have any spare? That ia not hard to fix, especially as it has been mentioned in reviews multiple times. Also, only 1 room key is given, we wanted to go in seperate directions so had to pay a deposit for another keycard. Forget it if you want a late checkout, we asked and got an excuse that they only had 1 maid. They phoned our room an hour before checkout, I'm guessing to check we were awake and then twice more....total overkill! Internet not great at all, we were on the fourth floor. There is good internet at reception.

The staff are exceptional and very helpful. The cleaning staff keep the room super clean. Very helpful all the time. 5 stars for the staff.

I’ve been staying here almost every year since 2015. It’s slowly deteriorated and the age is showing in every thing. When it first opened it was very good. Now it’s just run down.

The snacks and drinks in a small mini fridge in the room, it should just be in the lobby since there is no space in room. The shower head had a lot of leftover vertigris from the water. The water smells. The "Do Not Disturb" turns off if the key isn't inserted in the slot

３日滞在したが、設備も整っており、快適。水回りのシンクや鏡が広く、また鏡には棚があり、濡れずにメイク道具が置ける。使いやすかった！ あとシャワーの温度、水圧、ともにグッド！ 疲れた身体に温かいシャワー癒されました。 水二本とコーヒーは無料。デスク上のお菓子と冷蔵庫内の飲み物はチャージ。 冷蔵庫元より色々入ってるけど、まぁ標準的なホテルサイズで自身の買ってきたものを入れるスペースには困りませんでした。

やはり都市部だけあって部屋は狭め、24インチ以上のスーツケースを開くにはドア前だけ。26インチのスーツケースはギリギリでした。 ダブルベッドだけど、実質一人部屋。二人泊まるのは厳しいかな？ ホテルの問題ではないけど、大渋滞のバンコクの大動脈の道路が眼の前。時々爆音の車が通るとびっくりしました。 通常の渋滞は許容範囲 アソークのスカイウォークに繋がる歩道橋は至近ですが、歩道橋には屋根がないので雨に注意。 ホテル側のエレベーターはターミナル21すぐ近くなので、エレベーターを使う場合は、遠くから通常の歩道を使うことになります。凸凹屋根なしなので注意。

When I go through Bangkok and I'm only staying a few days there, I tend to stay in the Sukhumvit area between Nana and Asok. I haven't seen this hotel before because despite being only a few metres away from Sukhumvit Road, is a bit hidden in one of the lanes. The room was pretty comfortable, and one great thing is that the AC unit doesn't face your bed directly, so, it cools down the room but you don't freeze overnight if you leave it on. The rest is pretty standard for hotels in that area, but pretty good for the price I paid. Top marks to the friendly and helpful staff.

Avoid this hotel if customer service matters to you. My family's stay at Paradiso Hotel on Soi 10 in Bangkok ended with one of the worst customer service experiences I have encountered. From the moment we checked in, the staff seemed unwilling to accommodate even the most basic requests. We were repeatedly told that extra pillows and blankets were unavailable, despite what should be considered a routine guest request at any hotel. The hotel also charges extra for additional room key cards, which felt unnecessarily restrictive and inconvenient for families traveling together. The check-out experience was the final straw. Although our departure time was 12:00 PM, the front desk called our room at 8:00 AM to confirm that we would be leaving. Then, beginning at 11:55 AM, we received four calls within six minutes demanding to know when we were checking out. Check-out time had not even arrived. At that moment we are just going to walk to the elevator. When I went downstairs to ask why we were being repeatedly contacted, the younger front desk employee responded with hostility instead of professionalism. He raised his voice, behaved aggressively toward both me and my wife, and treated us with a level of disrespect that no paying guest should have to tolerate. Rather than attempting to resolve the situation, the staff appeared confrontational and uninterested in providing service. Unfortunately, this attitude was not limited to one employee. Of the staff members we interacted with, three front desk employees came across as unfriendly, unhelpful, and unwilling to assist guests. The only exception was the late-night manager, the guy with silver hair who was courteous, professional, and genuinely helpful. He was the only employee who demonstrated the kind of hospitality guests should expect. Frankly, he is the hotel's only shining star. There are many hotels in Bangkok that understand hospitality and know how to treat guests with respect.

The location is great, near koreatown and soi Cowboy for travelers looking to explore Bangkok nightlife and food. The price was also fair for the rooms we got

The hotel added multiple photos of a rooftop pool that is located at another, unrelated hotel on Google maps. This was misleading to me as I always check booking and Google reviews when deciding on hotels. It feels like deliberate misleading. Also, the included wifi was completely unusable.

Location was fabulous hotel itself basic but you get what you pay for it was clean

17.03.2026 Es hat mir gar nichts gefallen. Das ist ein richtiges S H I T Loch!! Alles defekt. Klimaanlage funktioniert nicht richtig, Möbel alles defekt! Extrem kleine Zimmer. Koffer abstellen? Ja genau.. zwischen Bett und Baddezimmer Eingang. Ausserdem muffelt das Zimmer. Die Bilder in booking.com sind eine Lüge oder 30 Jahre alt. Wer in Gottes Namen kann hier eine 10 vergeben? Geht es euch noch gut oder lebt ihr in einer Blechhütte???? Der Kollege an der Reception weiss ganz genau, dass das Hotel abartig schlecht ist!! Geld bekommst du auch niemals zurück. So wirst du hier scammed!! Ja nicht buchen. Schaut die Bilder genau an.. und genauso schrecklich riecht es!!!!!! Sofort auschecken, bevor man sich noch die Kretze holt!!!

The shower is either very hot, but then it suddenly gets cold and the pressure falls. The room was quiet which is good, and clean. The location is great. Nothing in english on the tv.

The water pressure on the 5th floor was poor . There was a mere trickle in the shower and toilet spray.

Cleanliness

I liked the location due to it being close to a BTS station and Terminal 21 shopping. The room was very large and spacious for the price point.

The furniture was dated and the restroom did not feel clean as some broken/repaired shower tiles contained mold and the lights flickered. Water pressure and heat was very bad as it switched from hot to cold and could not find a sweet spot. The bed was very hard as well.

Super Lage wenn man gerne mitten im Geschehen ist. Hier passiert alles auf einmal und zugleich. Das Zimmer war sauber. Das Bett gemütlich . Das Personal hilfsbereit und freundlich . Sehr zu empfehlen!

Nära till allt, butiker och kommunikation. Personalen var mycket trevlige och hjälpsamma.

La ubicación, se llega fácilmente a cualquier lado con el transporte público. A pesar de estar en plena avenida, por la noche no es muy ruidoso. En general, los servicios provistos por el precio son excelentes! Volvería a quedarme, el personal de recepción y limpieza muy amables

It was difficult to get hot water in the shower.. The two days and nights I stayed here, I was only able to get hot water one time. Shower pressure was poor. The beds is very hard. I requested 1 extra pillow and was denied.
