Kaina neadekvati kokybei. Brangiausias variantas, bet kambarys ankštas, todėl nesmagus. Nebuvo pusryčiams nieko. Dar prastos restoranų rekomendacijos iš moters kuri pasitiko. Ji nebuvo nei dėmesinga, nei maloni. Daugiau net nematėme.

Dado o local, podem aparecer por vezes aparecer baratas ou formigas. Uma das paredes de um dos quartos, em rocha, não está devidamente selada (é possivel ver a luz exterior através da mesma), permitindo a entrada das baratas/formigas . Sugeria selar a mesma para evitar a entrada das baratas no futuro.

Reviewed Aug 27, 2026Die Zimmer sind sauber und gepflegt, genauso wie die ganze Anlage. Es ist alles sehr schön hergerichtet und gestaltet. Kommunikation und An-/Abreise sind unkompliziert geregelt. Das Bad ist riesig! Der gemeinschaftliche Küchenbereich ist groß und mit zwei Küchen ausgestattet. Wir konnten immer direkt unsere Mahlzeiten zubereiten. Sitzplätze hat es auch genügend. Geschirr usw. steht alles zur Verfügung. Es wird jedem Zimmer ein Kühlschrank- und Schrankfach zugewiesen in der Küche, wo man die Lebensmittel verstauen kann. Poolbereich bietet auch ausreichend Liege- und Sitzflächen. Neutral: Das Zimmer ist zu Dritt etwas eng, wir mussten mit den Koffern erstmal Tetris spielen. Da wir aber nicht häufig im Zimmer waren, war es für uns nicht weiter schlimm.
Am Poolbereich wären Schirme super, wir hatten uns beholfen indem wir die Liegen in den Gebäude Schatten gezogen haben. Der Pool an sich hätte etwas sauberer sein können. Wofür die Unterkunft nichts kann, sind die ganzen Leute, die die Küche nicht sauber hinterlassen oder ihr Geschirr einfach nach dem Spülen zum Trocknen den ganzen Tag stehen lassen. Vielleicht wäre es gut, wenn zwei mal täglich kurz jemand durch geht, aufräumt und die Flächen, Tische, bei Bedarf auch Teile der Schränke usw. abwischt.

La struttura e la posizione sono fantastiche: l’arredamento è moderno e bel organizzato e la vista è spettacolare. È presente anche una piscina. Grazie alla cucina ben organizzata abbiamo potuto cucinare e fare anche il barbecue. I proprietari sono stati molto disponibili e ci hanno aiutati quando avevamo delle esigenze. Posto consigliatissimo, ci ha lasciato un bel ricordo.

Cuidado nao deixar a porta aberta, podem entrar baratas. É uma ilha e estes bichos andam por toda a parte.

Reviewed Aug 20, 2026Op voorhand; we hadden de keuze uit 2 kamers en hebben bewust vanwege het uitzicht voor de iets kleinere kamer gekozen. De plussen: •Mooie en rustige locatie. Echt top! •Schoon en ruime parkeergelegenheid. •Heel vriendelijke, persoonlijke ontvangst en check in •Aanwezigheid en gratis gebruik wasmachines. •Kleine en fijne pool. •Heel fijne bedden. •Zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame medewerkers.
Op voorhand; we hadden de keuze uit 2 kamers en hebben bewust vanwege het uitzicht voor de iets kleinere kamer gekozen. De ‘Minnen’ zijn grotendeels heel snel door de accommodatie op te lossen: •Onze kamer was best klein. Dat is op zich geen probleem maar er waren te weinig plekken om spullen neer te leggen of op te bergen. Een extra plank in de kast en een kastje / plancet in de badkamer etc. zou al het nodige kunnen oplossen. •Te weinig stopcontacten op de kamer, tenzij je meubilair gaat verschuiven. •De handdoeken zouden wat wasverzachter kunnen gebruiken. Ze waren erg ruw. •De gedeelde faciliteiten in de keuken: inderdaad, alle apparatuur is aanwezig maar de kwaliteit van vooral bestek en pannen is minimaal. Omdat ieder z’n eigen ontbijt en vaak avondeten maakt, is het vaak file in de keuken. Gewoon onhandig. •De vaatwasser was buiten gebruik •Veel mensen houden van sociale interactie, wij ook. Op deze manier gebeurt die echter niet. Het is toch weer snel ‘ieder voor zich’, vooral met verschillende nationaliteiten. •Geen ontbijt. Voor deze prijs mag je gewoon een (basic) ontbijt verwachten. Helpt tevens om de drukte in de keuken op te lossen. •Er is sprake van een ‘koffiebar’. Alleen jammer dat je vanaf dag 2 de koffie zélf moet kopen. Sorry, dat kan veel beter! Dan nog iets anders. De oprit naar de accommodatie komt uit op de openbare weg waarbij er heel slecht zicht is op het verkeer op deze weg. Een bolle spiegel aan de overkant van de weg zou gevaarlijke situaties helemaal kunnen wegnemen. Gezien het aantal gasten en hun auto’s voor ons gevoel een must!

The space was clean, incredibly pleasant, and very quiet, yet situated right on the edge of the village—less than a five-minute walk from restaurants, pools, bars, nightclub a museum, and more.
I only stayed one night; that was the only thing I didn't like, because the place and the people made it well worth staying much longer.

Reviewed Jul 12, 2026El sitio es paradisíaco. Estás como en una selva todo verde con unas instalaciones preciosas, muy bien cuidadas y limpias. Vistas al mar. Piscina preciosa. Barbacoa... Cuesta salir de este paraíso. Y si hay algo todavía mejor es la atención y amabilidad de sus anfitriones Gonzalo y Noemí. Muchísimas gracias por todo. No dudéis en quedaros allí
Nada en lo referente al alojamiento. Si que aconsejo que se alquile el coche, porque el pueblo, pese a tener unas piscinas naturales preciosas próximas, si que adolece de más sitios de interés y el transporte público funciona regular.

Lage perfekt, man kommt überall schnell hin. Minimatkt fußläufig erreichbar, SPAR Markt mit dem Auto 5 Minuten entfernt. Top Blick auf den Pico, wenn die Wolken es zulassen ;)

Basisproducten zoals peper, zout en wat olie/boter hadden welkom geweest als je zelf kan koken. Eerste avond waren er uit de keuken ook al spullen van ons verdwenen (al is dat natuurlijk de verantwoordelijkheid van de andere gasten en niet van de bnb).

O alojamento é fantástico com tudo o que você precisa. Os quartos são muito confortáveis e com uma decoração top. A organização da cozinha e termos uma cozinha foi um extra fabuloso.

Reviewed Jun 11, 2026Sehr schöne, saubere und ruhige Unterkunft mit einem kleinen Pool. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und äußerst hilfsbereit. Der Supermarkt ist wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Sao Roque est beaucoup plus joli et ensoleillé que Madalena. Et surtout Noemia est accueillante, aimable, sympathique, disponible et souriante, une perle rare sur l’île!

Reviewed Jun 4, 2026Die Besitzer sind sehr nette Menschen, die einen sofort wohlfühlen lassen und bei allem helfen. Die Lage ist gut, um von dort weitere Unternehmungen auf der Insel zu machen. Das Zimmer war sauber und wurde täglich gereinigt.

In my opinion, the house is overrated for what it offers, and the way the owner handled the situation felt unprofessional and biased. Reviewed May 25, 2026Everything about this place exceeded expectations. We had a three bedroom unit super clean with a full kitchen. Our host was super sweet and gave us some suggestions on areas and vineyards to visit. Will definitely make a point to come back here.

Accommodation was above our expectations, very clean and equipped. Pico is an amazing Island and we definitely recommend Pico Dreams ☀️

O wc era pouco espaçoso e tinha um cheiro característico, independentemente da limpeza.

Os canais da TV não estão em formato digital. Nos dias de hoje não pode haver justificação para isso. Procurem quem perceba mesmo do assunto. Não é difícil nem caro resolver.
