Sehr gute und ruhige Lage, schöne Sicht und die Zimmer sind sauber.

Es fehlen Haken um z. B. Handtücher aufzuhängen. Die Fenster lassen sich zum Lüften nicht arretieren. Auch im Frühstück Raum konnte man weder Fenster noch Türen nach draußen öffnen.

At first sight, it could be an interesting, exciting place to stay - an old, abandoned monastery building and church. It's a shame that its uniqueness ends there, the rest: neglect, carelessness, ugly room without fresh air, windows that can't be opened, bed without pillow, a non-working elevator, a bad vending machine, a broken toilet, service without heart... The only positive experience was that in the end there were no more guests in my 4-bed room... just like in the whole building...

Muito envelhecido, pouco cuidado,tem um espaço maravilhoso, e com muito potencial se fousse tratado, mas infelizmente abandonado, muito caro pelo serviço que tem.pequeno almoço simples,mas aceitável mas a falta de cuidados no imóvel.Nao recomendo.

Do pouco isolamento sonoro, da pouca flexibilidade para fornecer algo de pequeno almoço quando temos que sair antes do horário de abrir.

Il fatto di essere un ostello non autorizza a non rispettare le norme igieniche di base: bagni che emanano un odore nauseabondo e inutilizzabili per la maggior parte del tempo, scarichi non funzionanti, docce piene di ruggine e tappate dai capelli e dalla sporcizia nello scarico, asciugamani sporchi. La mia camera era così calda che ho dormito in giardino: quando mi sono lamentata delle condizioni in cui si aspettavano che dormissi, mi hanno risposto che verso le 3 o 4 di notte la situazione sarebbe diventata un pó piu vivibile: peccato che dovevo alzarmi alle 6 e mi hanno rovinato anche la giornata successiva perchè non ho chiuso occhio. Le finestre sono rotte, e tenute aperte da sassi. Mai avuta un esperienza cosi tremenda. Avevo 3 notti prenotate ma sono scappata dopo la prima, senza che la struttura mi rimborsasse nulla ovviamente. Ci sono molte altre alternative a Pico, io non augurerei nemmeno al mio peggior nemico un soggiorno del genere. The bathrooms emit a nauseating odor and are unusable most of the time; the drains don't work, and the showers are full of rust and clogged with hair and dirt. The towels were also dirty.My room was so hot that I ended up sleeping in the garden. When I complained about the conditions they expected me to sleep in, they replied that the temperature would become a bit more bearable around 3 or 4 AM. Too bad I had to wake up at 6 AM. They completely ruined my next day because I didn't catch a wink of sleep. The windows are broken and kept open with rocks.I have never had such a terrible experience. I had booked a 3-night stay but fled after the first night—without receiving any refund from the property, of course. There are plenty of other alternatives in Pico; I wouldn't wish a stay like this on my worst enemy

Breakfast literally a bun, 2 slices of cheese and 2 slices of ham. Coffee and milk, jam. That is it.

La qualité de l'accueil, la beauté du bâtiment et du point de vue

Le côté très sommaire de la chambre mais je m'y attendais, l'inconfort du lit.

Le couvent est très bien entretenu. Les chambres sont agréables, il y a de la place pour ranger notre sac dans des casiers. Les salles de bain sont correctes et fonctionnelles. Le personnel est très gentil, présent pour nous aider à organiser notre séjour . Il y a un grand parking gratuit devant le couvent, chose qui est très agréable sur Pico

La salle de bains de la chambre: wc ayant du mal a s'évacuer, douche qui déborde dans la salle de bain La chambre: très spartiate et pas entretenue Le lieu est mystique mais difficile a entretenir Petit déjeuner sommaire La chambre double avec salle de bains très très mauvais rapport qualité/prix au même prix que des chambres haut de gamme sur Pico.

Prédio histórico, tranquilidade e localização

O hotel precisa de manutenções, está velho, com paredes estufadas, mofo, mobília muito ruim, colchões péssimos. Banheiro com mofo no espelho, parede furada no box, que por sinal não segura a água da ducha e molha todo o banheiro. Café da manhã péssimo, literalmente apenas pão, manteiga, queijo e presunto. E o mais absurdo, contado: 2 fatias de queijo e presunto e 2 pães por pessoa. Bebidas a vontade. Tudo isso a preço de hotel muito superior dentro na Ilha. A meu ver, a diária neste hotel não vale nem a metade do preço que cobram - no meu caso um quarto com banheiro privativo. Me senti enganada e decepcionada pois as fotos não transparecem a realidade.

O mosteiro é simplesmente lindo! O alojamento encontra-se mesmo virado para a Ilha do Faial numa zona verde e tranquila.

I had a great stay at Azores Youth Hostels on Pico Island. I chose a standard private room, and it was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful sea view. The hostel was quiet, making it a perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. A special thank you to the gentleman at the reception, who was incredibly kind and always happy to help with any questions. I also appreciated being able to leave my luggage before check-in. This was my first experience with a shared bathroom, and everything was excellent. The bathrooms were separated for men and women, very clean. The simple breakfast was a nice bonus and a great start to the day. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would happily recommend this hostel to anyone visiting Pico Island.

Wonderful romantic old structure in a beautiful settimg. Nice simple rooms with enough space. The kindest and most service oriented receptionist, I have seen since a long time. He was always available, polite and informed sincerely and helped where help was needed. Every hotel could be proud to have him. Exceptional person.

Little noisy. When wind, windows are making noises. Quality of breakfast very low.

Os funcionários são cinco estrelas super amáveis e prestável, a limpeza também estava no ponto apenas as condições dos chuveiros e que estavam esquisitos, porém em relação ao preço e incrível.

Es un monasterio muy bonito. No es el típico alojamiento al que estamos acostumbrados. Sirven algo de desayuno.

Las instalaciones están antiguas. Cogimos una habitación con baño privado y no sirvió de nada. La ducha se salía toda el agua y la cadena del Wc no tenía fuerza y se quedaba todo estancado. Les hace falta reformar las zonas de mucho uso y cambiar los colchones. Contando con un sitio tan bonito es una lástima no hacerle las mejoras que necesita.

L'attitude du personnel au petit déjeuner. L'impossibilité de déjeuner avant de partir pour le Pico car trop tôt....nous avons eu un petit paquet de biscuits, une orange et une petite bouteille d’eau à la place!!!! Curieux qu’il n’y ait pas de cuisine dans un hostel (auberge de jeunesse). Ambiance particulière du lieu...énergie négative.

El sitio donde está ubicado es magnífico. San Roque es muy buen sitio para hospedarse en Pico, mejor que Madalena, el convento es precioso y wn frente tienes vistas al mar con una de las mejores pisicnas naturales de la isla. Es muy económico y tienes desayuno aunque no sea muy variado, merece mucho la pena.

Puede que los baños necesiten más revisiones constantemente ya que suele haber cisternas o duchas que gotean muy a menudo.

Todo o barulho ouve-se nos quartos. O pequeno almoço é muito fraco, deveria melhorar.

#AZORY #PICO a ubytování❓️👇 📌 AZORES YOUTH HOSTELS - PICO, 954 Kč dvoulůžkový pokoj na noc se snídaní...🎖🤗 No a protože se na mě neustále obracíte s doporučením ubytováním na tomto ostrově, opravdu se podepisuji pod svůj dříve mužský klášter, který, jak jsem zjistila, byl v minulosti i vězením a dokonce zde sídlil i finanční úřad!😱😁 Naštěstí, tyto časy jsou dávno v trapu, a dnes je tato nádherná budova bývalého kláštera přetavena v úžasný hostel. Najdete zde jak nejlevnější ubytování okolo 450 Kč se snídaní na lůžku ve sdíleném pokoji o různém počtu lidí, tak i takovýto👇 krásný dvoulůžkový pokoj za necelou tisícovku se snídaní a výhledem na nádherný Atlantik a stromy kolem kláštera. Já jsem si vyzkoušela oboje, jak sdílený pokoj, tak i samostatný, a rozhodně doporučuji zvolit soukromí. Mnohem více si vychutnáte celý ostrov, mnohem raději se budete vracet domů, protože pokud máte soukromí a klid, dá se to opravdu jako domov označit. Můj pokoj byl sice naprosto základní, ale dostatečný. Nechyběla spousta úložného prostoru, psací stůl a židle, lampička a zásuvky u postele – tedy do té doby, než jsem si pokoj přestavěla k obrazu svému (s výhledem z okna), a tudíž vzdálením se od zásuvek. Ve skříni jsou další přikrývky, náhradní polštář, ale hlavně ručníky, které na obyčejném lůžku ve sdíleném pokoji v ceně zdarma nemáte. Nechybí ani ramínka, takže můžete sušit prádlo všude po pokoji. Jediné, co bych ještě trošku uvítala, je alespoň malá lednice na nápoje. Nejen na nápoje, ale třeba na jogurt nebo zbytek pomazánkového másla či sýra. Bez lednice je to ve zdejším klimatu opravdu stres a přemýšlet nad tím, co si nakoupíte na večer na jídlo, aniž by se vám to vlastně zkazilo, je blbý. Každopádně kolem kláštera jsou nádherné kočičky, takže všechny mé zbytky, než aby mi na pokoji shnili, nejsem vždy odnesla jim. Zejména grilované kuře jim opravdu chutnalo🤗😁 Je to ale jenom detail, s ohledem na cenu a hlavně k tomu, že zde máte v ceně i výbornou snídani.

Die Lage und der Blick über das Meer ist super! Auch das Gebäude (ein altes Kloster) ist wunderschön.

In unserem Mehrbettzimmer konnte (wollte?) man kaum lüften und die Luft war insbesondere für die oberen Betten sehr stickig. Die metallenen Stockbetten haben recht viel Lärm gemacht. Das Frühstück war eher bescheiden.

El desayuno muy tarde y pocas cosas para desayunar, se necesita más variedad y cantidad. El día 12/6/26 no había agua en los baños y no hicieron nada por solucionarlo

A cama é desconfortável. O pequeno almoço é fraquinho. Precisa de alguma manutenção, pintura, e arranjos de WC. A casa de Banho do quarto onde ficamos tinha a cabine de chove partida.

Personeel was aardig, Er was geen ontbijt, wel een. keuken met koelkast etc. en de locatie is afgelegen, maar dat wist ik.

Doucheruimte was een beetje klein en. krakkemikkig.

The hostel is located in a very impressive place - in a monastery building with a beautiful view of the ocean. Shower and toilet facilities are comfortable, tidy and clean. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Although I usually don't stay in hostels when I travel, this one was a very pleasant surprise.

There is nothing to complain about, it completely met and exceeded expectations.

Het gebouw was een oud klooster en had charme. De receptioniste was vriendelijk.

Douches waren niet proper en alles was nog nat op de vloer.

Great value for the money, simple and clean. Staying in an old convent has its charme!

This hostel is literally an old convent. The atmosphere is incredible and peaceful. Everything looks brand-new and the dorms are spacious.

According to the size of the place I am sure they could be able to have kitchen facilities for the guests. It would help attract more and more young backpackers and travelers.

Edifício antigo e bonito, muito central em São Roque do Pico

Precisa de uma renovação, casa de banho do quarto super antiga, autoclismo não tinha força suficiente para descarregar, luzes do teto a cair do mesmo, muito pouco conforto no quarto. Pequeno almoço estava praticamente sem comida durante os 15 minutos que estive lá.

O local e o facto de ser um antigo convento. Ter elevador

Casa de banho a precisar de renovação e com cheiro desagradável. As fotografias apresentadas não correspondem exatamente à realidade, demonstram quarto com mais espaço e casa de banho com janela o que não havia. O pequeno almoço era limitado tanto a nível de quantidade como de variedade. Por exemplo, temos direito a dois papo secos por pessoa, podiam colocar 2 pães diferentes ou um pão e um croissant por exemplo.

Funcionários, refeição, localização, acolhimento

A precisar de melhoramentos, wc's avariados, sem local para colocar a roupa nos chuveiros, ouvem-se todos movimentos dos quartos vizinhos e corredor

Le charme de l’auberge fait tout, Belle emplacement, Personnelle très agréable, Commun très propre. Chambre suffisante.

The building is beautiful. There is a living room. You can hang your clothes outside to vet them dry. You can charge your phone easily in the room. Great location.

It was cold. You have to pay 5€ for the towels. Wifi only works on the groung floor. Lack of light at least in the living room to be able to read.

Excelente Localização. Boa Limpeza. Cama confortável.

Pequeno almoço podia melhorar. Pão duro e faltou condimentos. Ruído de máquinas pelas 07h00.

La posizione, la tranquillità e il luogo è molto caratteristico. Comoda la colazione inclusa, anche se semplice. Ottimo per una notte.

Manca uno spazio cucina, mancanza di un metodo di riscaldamento (ma coperte extra disponibili) e puzza di fogna dal bagno

Très belle bâtisse et bien entretenue.Un ancien couvent avec du charme.Personnel accueillant.

Le lieu. Dormir dans un ancien couvent, c'est top. L'ensemble architectural est beau. Le rapport qualité prix.

Les chambres sont sommaires...on est dans un ancien couvent, normal mais la salle de bains aurait besoin d'un bon rafraîchissement. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment basic. Un peu une ambiance et organisation monastique.

Le lieu est magnifique, bien situé au pied d'un trail, accessible par bus, commerces à proximité et piscine naturelles. L' équipe est très gentille et aidante, bagagerie, petit déjeuner inclus. Tarif correct au vu de ceux pratiqués sur les Açores.

Dortoir mixte plus cher que ceux des femmes (pas de dortoirs hommes). Très sonore (surtout le dortoir mixte au dessus du réfectoire), des équipements vétustes (serrure en mauvais état, 2 des 3 toilettes HS, un robinet HS, douche froide durant 2 à 3 minutes avant arrivé de l'eau chaude).

The staff went above and beyond to accommodate their guests. I had asked about a bus, and the receptionist went out of her way to call the bus company to ensure I caught the bus in time, which was more than helpful. They were all incredibly friendly. In addition, the complimentary breakfast was quite excellent. Overall, I would highly recommend.

The only thing that I would say is the bathroom lights are quite dim. But you could easily shower before it gets dark, which is not difficult considering the sun sets around 20.00.

Gostamos muito da fisionomia do alojamento. E um Lugar muito bonito. Cheio de história. Uma das nossas camas já estava bem cansada.

O pequeno almoço poderia ser mais elaborado.

A Santa tinha sido usada por alguém e tinha lá a marca.... Ausência de aquecimento no quarto sendo o mesmo um pouco frio. Cuidado na reserva, ler bem pois nem todos os quartos têm WC como parece na descrição.

Boa localização Quarto aconchegante e com bela vista para o mar. Foi uma semana tranquila e bem aproveitada.

O pequeno-almoço era sempre a mesma coisa. Senti falta de alguma variedade.

The building itself is really interesting and the staff is nice.

No ac, no kitchen or fridge and the restaurants in the neighbourhood are just fast food. So if you dont have a car its really hard. You can hear everything even the quiets steps

What a nice surprise! It's the greatest place on the island and you have it almost for yourself alone. But there is an extremely nice lady who left punctually at 11pm although I was the only guest. What a pity. We could have sang ourselves into sleep.

Breakfast terrible but for the price ok, you don't have to eat it.
