Minha família e eu fomos atendidos por um staff muito gentil e prestativo. Hotel limpo, com aparência de novo, bem cuidado. O quarto que ficamos tinha aquecimento, TV pequena, banheiro com chuveiro (sem banheira) e uma sacada. Se quiser carregar o smartphone ao lado da cama, leve um duplicador de tomadas para compartilhar a tomada do abajur. O estacionamento, incluso na diária, é coberto e protegido por portão e câmeras. A ligação com o hotel é feita andando pela calçada (poucos metros). Os corredores e escadas do hotel são uma galeria de fotografias muito bonitas. Há quartos que dão vista para o Santuário de Fátima, que fica do outro lado da rua. Ouvimos dizer que o construtor do hotel era primo da Irmã Lúcia, um dos três pastorinhos relacionados à história do Santuário de Fátima. Fomos informados que poderíamos deixar as malas e mesmo usar a garagem após o checkout. Não utilizamos, mas o hotel conta ainda com café da manhã e restaurante para refeições, opcionais e pagos à parte. Nas proximidades (walking distance) há lojas de souvenires, supermercado, fast food. Fomos muito bem recebidos e certamente é um lugar onde voltaríamos a nos hospedar.

Lovely place to stay

The front desk lady is very kind and helpful. Even though we arrived late, she still accommodate us in a nice & helpful manner. The room was clean and comfortable.

This hotel is right next to the Basilica and a short walk from the bus terminal. The rooms are comfortable and clean. They offer breakfast for 5 euros per person and buffet lunch and supper for about 12 euros per person. The food and service are excellent.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sehr zentral, über die Straße und schon waren an der Gebetstätte. Preis /Leistung auch sehr gut. Für das Frühstück haben wir 5€ bezahlt, von der Auswahl ausreichend und Warmgetränke sind inkl. Das Dinnerbuffet für 12 € ist auch ein Superpreis. Fisch, Fleisch, Beilagen ist für jeden was dabei und alle Getränke inkl.

O hotel é literalmente "colado" no santuario. Adoramos a hospedagem, e o cafe da manha. Cama ótima, chuveiro excelente, adoramos. Super indico.

Muito bem escolhemos o quarto porque não estava lutado o jantar era maguenifico o pequeno não era muito completo mas chegou.

Esta é a segunda vez que nos hospedamos nesse hotel. Excelente localização, atendimento e limpeza. Gosto muito e recomendo.

친구와 가서 1박으로 머물렀는데 객실이 넓진 않았으나 편안하고 청결하였습니다. 숙소 위치가 버스 터미널에서 도보로 3분~5분 거리로 매우 가깝습니다. 프론트 직원분들도 친절하였습니다. 경사로가 정문이 아닌 좌측 레스토랑 쪽과 연결되어있습니다.

Easy walk from bus station and located next to main entrance. On site owners and staff really helpful. Room is a little but clean and comfortable.

The friendliest people who where willing to help with all your needs. The staff was very accommodating and Ana the front desk receptionist gave great advice on places of interest and locations. The hotel is located in a great location and you can even hear mass from your room being said from the church.

Some issue with ants in the bathroom and also around the bed headboard, which left the children kind of worried. Otherwise no fault to point. Great little hotel near all facilities and specially the sanctuarium.

Hotel is within a walking distance to Sanctuary. We stayed for 3 nights. Not sure if there was something in the bedding or the pillow but my mother left with pretty bad rashes around her neck. The next night, when we slept in Paris, the rash had almost disappeared. Other than this, it would have been an awesome hotel.

Strategies place and we go anywhere without worrying

We were a family of four visiting Fatima for 2 nights. The hotel was a short walk from the Rede Expressos bus station and adjacent to the Basilica of the Holy Trinity. Walking to the main Basilicas and plaza was a breeze. The hotel itself was a gem: simple, clean and convenient. Our room had 2 queen sized beds and had very good and efficient air conditioning. Breakfast was a typical continental European buffet that was reasonably priced. The owner of the hotel was literally hands on from check-in to preparation of breakfast. She took time to talk to you and took pride in the ownership of the hotel. The design and amenities are old but made up for by their state of cleanliness and order. Shopping was aplenty and adjacent shops to the hotel giving discounts to the hotel guests. We would definitely return to this hotel when we visit Fatima in the future.

It was a nice stay. Very near the airport as we needed. One room was ok, but the other was prepeared for just one person.

This hotel is simply superb , weather its the location , comfort of the rooms , staff , food and beverage... it's just ticks all the boxes .The owner and his wife give the guest personal attention and all the staff are extremely hospitable and friendly. The rooms are impeccably clean and have a good size . Onsite parking is free of charge . Once could not ask for more value for money . The food is good and the price is right . Highly recommend this hotel .

What a great hotel stay. I have stayed here once before and both times I experienced a great stay. Hotel staff are very friendly and the rooms are clean. I have stayed in several different hotels in Fatima and this is now my go to place. It is very convenient and close to the basilica and all the restaurants and shops. Have not eaten the breakfast at the hotel because I enjoy the bakery shops around town.

An excellent Hotel very close to the shrine etc.Secure FREE parking and disabled friendly room,dining room,lift and entrance. A lot of care has gone into creating a lovely,clean,modern environment in which to spend a few days in this unique town. The staff are more than excellent and deserve to be at the TOP for friendliness,helpfulness and local knowledge. The owners were on hand,even dining with their guests,making sure that all went well.That is a first for us. The rooms are spotless and comfortable although one small thing that would truly enhance the room would be tea/coffee making facilities and modern flat screen TV. You just get the feeling that all is as it should be If in Fatima and district stay here

Isn't it great when you book a hotel sight-unseen and it greatly exceeds expectations? Beautiful modern hotel right next to Fatima sanctuary and close enough to bus station that we could easily wheel our luggage down the street to the hotel. Host is a relative of the shepherd children and lived in Canada for many years. He and his wife entertained their guests with complementary glasses of port wine while we all watched Portugal win the Euro Cup together.

The owner and staff was so friendly, welcoming and helpful. We immediately felt like we were part of the family and were always treated with utmost kindness and friendliness. We will return to this hotel and definitely encourage our friends to do so too. The location, price, food, service and atmosphere is top class!

Only stayed one night,was allowed to check in early, 5 minute walk to Shrine and Church. Lovely little shops and restaurants 10 minutes walk

Very nice experience. Owners Maria and Antoni and staff are very warm and welcoming. They really care about their clients, always asking if we needed anything. Very hospitable/ accommodating. Breakfast basic. Lunch and dinner superb, home made, very delicious Portuguese food. Will come back again. Already spread the good news to friends and family.😀

Stayed two nights. The hotel is excellent- tidy rooms; nicely decorated corridors; the location cannot be better for those who come for visiting the sanctuary. We did not take a breakfast, so we can't comment on that. If you have a car, it is easy to visit nearby Batalha, Alcobaca and Tomar. We enjoyed very much our conversation with Antonio- the hotel owner. In summary, you cannot find a better place.

All in all, i was shocked that the hotel is rated 3 stars and especially considering the price and location. It was by far one of the best hotels I've booked over Expedia so far in comparison to the room rate. We were very comfortable and pleased with both the hotel and the location. The only downside is "thin walls" in case you were unlucky and had a loud neighbor.

We had a pleasant stay at Hotel Aleluia. The staffs were very helpful and the breakfast was very good. The buffet was superb and really worth for money. The location is very good, for it is close to the Basilica and the bus station.

We were very happy with everything .... the hotel is right opposite the Sanctuary, really convenient! Although my visit was mainly business, we also had a chance to walk around and visit the city. The service was excellent, they went out of their way to accommodate our food options as we are vegetarian. We also ended up forgetting some items in the hotel room and they called immediately and sent them to my by mail.

Fatima is small enough that even the one way streets mean that you get to see more of the city by making a loop around after following a gps to find this hotel. It is right on the corner of the Fatima square making it easy to walk to the places of worship. The rooms are comfortable (and warm. We were there just before Christmas). We had one suitcase that was lost in transit and the manager (owner?)made many calls to help us locate it .

This is good quality hotel in a great location, very friendly and helpful staff,excellent value for the price we paid, would definitely stay here again.

hotel with private car park is just next to cathedral and capela where evening candle mass is hold, really handy. you could keep car in the parking following day, but moved forward. we got interconnected rooms, receptionist was nice and helpful.

The staff of this family run hotel were congenial and knowledgeable. They were fluent in English and willing to converse readily with guests. The hotel was designed and lit beautifully on the outside. One would think it should cost much more. Excellent service, location, and price. And lastly, the dinner buffet was a divine Portuguese food extravaganza.

We had a very good experience in this hotel. The hotel is very pretty & very clean. The hotel is very close to the "Basilica". The hotel staff were so nice, polite and helpful. The hotel restaurant serves a buffet of homemade Portuguese foods which were very delicious.

The owner was friendly and helpful! Very delightful man. The room itself was nothing special. The bed was flat and firm – not very comfortable unless you like your bed hard. However, the room was clean and served our needs. Plus, we had a balcony with a perfect view of part of the Shrine located directly across the street. The buffet looked delicious but was a little too expensive for our taste so we found some nice cafés and restaurants within walking distance. One thing we thought strange was that the air conditioner unit had to be turned on at the front desk but we assumed this was to keep it from running unnecessarily. However, we tend to be warm and would have liked our room to already be cool as we came back and forth from the Shrine or from shopping. Each time, it took a while for the room to cool down when we returned as there was not much of a breeze through our windows those two days. We were told that a breaker blew a few times in our air conditioner but wondered if it just hadn't been turned off while we were gone. However, the owner was extremely apologetic and had it fixed quickly. Overall, we would recommend this hotel because of its location to the Shrine and cleanliness. Keep in mind that prices go up dramatically at most hotels in Fatima on and around the monthly anniversary of the apparitions at the Shrine (11th-13th of each month especially in October).
