Η τοποθεσία είναι πάρα πολύ καλή, δίπλα στην παλιά πόλη και σε εμπορικό κέντρο και σούπερ μάρκετ.Το προσωπικό φιλόξενο και χαμογελαστό και μετά ο δωμάτιο καθαρό και άνετο.

Moc příjemný pobyt, v reálu o něco hezčí prostředí. Super umístění. Doporučuji balkon s výhledem na bazén. Někdo tu psal o hluku z ulice, my jsme měli naprostý klid. 10/10

Manque un safe dans la chambre. Le petit déjeuner se résume à un café ou un thé, un croissant et deux œufs dur….. un peu simple malheureusement

Baan Suwantawe is our go-to hotel whenever we stay in Phuket Town. The location is fantastic - right across from Limelight Mall and within easy walking distance of Old Town, restaurants and bars, with convenient access to local transport. The Terrace Room is really spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is fairly basic, but it’s a nice and easy option to have available in the mornings.

The only improvement we’d suggest would be a smart TV, or the ability to cast to the TV so guests can access their own streaming services. It would be a great addition for those occasional days when you just want to relax at the hotel.

The room was clean and comfortable.

The bathroom could do with an upgrade.

I had a very pleasant stay at Baan Suwantawe. It's a great place to stay for whom wants to discover the Old Town by feet or do some shopping at Limelight Phuket. The lobby is cosy and looks like a coffee shop. The staff was very kind and available. As I had to check-out early in the morning for my flight, they allowed me to leave the room keys on the counter (there was a security guard in the lobby). The bed was great and comfortable. The fridge worked well. Each day, the cleaning staff provide you complimentary bottles of water and they give you extra amenities, such as toothbrush, hand soap, shampoo, shower gel, etc. I really appreciated that!

There were some noisy guests in the corridor sometimes. However, we usually heard them for a short while.

En fait près de 4 heures de retard au vol Air Asia. Arrivée de nuit à l'hôtel.. la chambre et le personnel très bien. Le petit déjeuner trop tard 8h30. la vieille ville est proche mais beaucoup trop de touristes. Les mosquées ont remplacées les temples c'est dommage...

Trop touristique trop bling bling pour nous. Les valeurs de la Thaïlande sont effacés ici. Heureusement on n'est pas resté.

Mooie ruime kamer, dichtbij old town Phuket. Om de hoek zit iets waar je kan wassen voor erg weinig geld! Heerlijk zwembad!

Ontbijt was wat karig. Je kreeg 1 croissantje, 2 eitjes en je mocht drinken kiezen (thee of koffie). De douchestraal was ook wel best hard.

Un excellent hôtel pour un budget idéal. Accueil, sourires, gentillesse. Les locaux sont très agréablement décorés. Les chambres sont top. Le petit déjeuner très bon. Tout est top au Baan Suwantawe. On s'y sent chez soi et avec un sentiment de liberté et de sécurité. Proche de tout, l'emplacement est idéal pour profiter de Phukey town. J'y retournerai avec plaisir !

Прекрасный чистый и уютный отель с отличным расположением! Супер красивая зона ресепшн, и очень чисто на этажах, в номере тоже все идеально убрано. Расположение отеля шикарное, прямо через дорогу торговый центр с кучей кафешек и большим красным супермаркетом. До старого города идти пешком минут 5-10, что очень удобно. В бассейне мы, к сожалению, не искупались, но зона у него выглядела очень красиво и уютно. Удобная кровать и вообще весь номер очень уютный, есть всё необходимое. Спасибо большое персоналу на ресепшн, замечательные приветливые девушки, очень нам помогли!

Кондиционер в номере довольно шумный, нам это не мешало, но если кто-то чутко спит, то наверное будет не очень комфортно. Многие тут отмечали завтраки) Конечно, круто, что завтрак есть, мы этого не ожидали и это приятный сюрприз! Но состав завтрака не самый разнообразный и средний по вкусу) Круассан, чай/кофе, два варёных яйца

Pool was fine, could use some cleaning and pool chair pillow top need to be replaced. Room was clean and great hot water but during the night there is some sort of pump or something that runs loudly all night. Location was fine is you want to be in a quiet area.

No options for breakfast - two boiled eggs, croissant, tea or coffee. 95% of staff not friendly or welcoming at all. Didn't not care to help or answer simple questions.

Good location for Phuket Old Town. Comfortable beds. Kettle & fridge in room. Very lovely staff. Nice little swimming pool with towels provided.

Lovely room- very modern & bright but unpacked our bags & discovered the air conditioning wasn't cooling the room down. Contacted reception who apologised & moved us to another , much bigger room. Sadly this wasn't as nice as the original one although it overlooked the pool. However, we were only staying 2 nights so didn't cause a fuss as the staff were very apologetic about it & did move us to a functional room.

Lift ging tot een bepaalde hoogte test was trap erg moeilijk voor mijn vrouw Ontbijt was slecht kon je geen ontbijt noemen een broodje e twee eieren in een glas wilde je meer dan moest je het kopen personeel was ook niet de vriendelijkeste Ik ga niet meer phuket is ook er duur.

Super Lage, direkt an der Altstadt mit vielen Restaurants und Einkaufsmögligkeiten. Sehr gute Matratzen. Das Frühstück ist klein, aber vollkomen ausreichend.

Gostei da localização, do tamanho do quarto, do conforto das camas e da piscina.

O café da manhã. Eles servem apenas 2 ovos, 1 croissant e 1 bebida, todos os dias. Senti falta de frutas, pelo menos.

Endroit sympathique ds le quartier, très bien situé pour aller/retour avec le bus 8411. Hôtel manquant un peu de rénovation si lon veut une touche critique mais excellent rapport qualité/prix ❤️🙏🌴☀️

Le petit déjeuner est une blague : 2 œufs dur, un croissant et un café !!! C’est tout !!! Ni plus ni moins. C’est honteux Sinon la chambre est vétuste et le prix est devenu exorbitant. Je viens ici depuis 10 ans mais là, c’est la dernière fois !

The overall stay was good. The location was fantastic, just 5 mins walk from old town clock tower, night market and bus terminal. Many nearby restaurants and markets. The room was very spacious with bathtub and all the amenities. The swimming pool area looked very good. The bed was very comfortable.

The wifi signal was very poor in the room. I expected the room to have a pool facing balcony. But there was no balcony. The TV was very old with DTH channels (very old school). The biggest disappointment was the breakfast. Only coffee, two boiled eggs and one croissant. It is not very filling and was expecting much more. The coffee was however very good.

Le personnel était super, la chambre était très belle, la piscine très bien aussi.

La salle de bain n’était pas correctement nettoyé. Et le petit dej est vraiment mauvais, on a le droit à 1 croissant une boisson chaude et 2 oeufs je trouve ça trop léger et surtout on ne peut pas choisir.

Tolle Lage, grosse Zimmer, schönes Bad und ein sehr bequemes Bett..

Das Frühstück besteht aus Tee oder Kaffee, ( der sehr gut ist ) 1 Croisant und 2 hart gekochte Eier im Glas. Statt den Eiern wären frische Früchte oder ein zweites Croisant passender.

Die Lage des Hotels war top, man konnte alles gut zu Fuß erreichen und ein 7eleven ist direkt um die Ecke.

Es war etwas laut durch die Straße. Das Frühstück war wirklich ein Witz. Es gab zwei Eier, ein Croissant und ein Heißgetränk ansonsten nichts dazu. Wenn man sich darauf einstellt oder außerhalb etwas zu frühstücken kauft ist es okay

Belle chambre - confortable

À l'arrivée dans notre chambre, la salle de bain n'avait pas été nettoyée : grands cheveux noirs partout au sol et dans la douche ! Avons demandé au gérant de communiquer avec nous. La dame au comptoir a ramassé les cheveux parterre sans plus ! Toujours sans nouvelles du gérant à ce jour !

Netter Empfang, Zimmer sauber und ok. Lage gut, nightmarket,ATM und Einkauf in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Das gebuchte Frühstück war um 6:45 leider noch nicht verfügbar....eine unausgeschlafene,genervte Angestellte hat nicht Mal einen Kaffee angeboten. Das kennen wir anders aus Thailand...

Great place to stay with families and the location is just walkable from the Phuket Old Town which is the main attraction in Phuket with weekend market around and has great restaurants near by.Also the property is very neat and well maintained. Definitely worth for the amount

We asked for an extra blanket for which they asked 150 Bhat for a night which i felt was crazy. Apart from this everything else was awesome

Schönes Hotel mit toller Lage, gute Zimmer und schöne Lobby

Ich habe ein Studio mit Doppelbett gebucht. Bekommen habe ich separate Betten, als ich dies reklamiert habe hat mir die Angestellte in der Lobby gesagt das das Zimmer mit Doppelbett schon ausgebucht war. Ich hab also nicht bekommen was ich gebucht habe und die Dame war nicht sonderlich bemüht sich dafür zu entschuldigen oder das Problem zu lösen.

The location of the hotel is great. It's in the Old Town, opposite a supermarket and food hall, on the blue tourist bus route and close to many bars, restaurants and a night market (twice a week, I think). The hotel itself is welcoming (lovely, comfortable lobby and cafe), the rooms are very spacious. Good to have such a central hotel with a decent sized swimming pool. The included breakfast is basic - 2 boiled eggs and a croissant, but a good choice of coffees and teas.

Good location with a pool

No real bag storage. Not secure. All the bags just left in the lobby (should you ask to leave your bag for a few hours). No locked room or ticketing etc.

Läget! Lugnt och mysigt. Rummet rymligt och caféet smakfullt. 2:a gången vi bott här. Väldigt trevlig personal. Älskar Indie market med allt gott strax intill

Frukosten - alldeles för hårdkokta ägg, Fick betala för en Coca-Cola ur minibar som vi ersatt dagen efter. Högtryck på poolsängar så man måste vara där väldigt tidigt på morgonen.

Zentrale Lage, der Pool, das Café im Erdgeschoss indem man auch das Frühstück bekommt. 7/11 wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Hauptstraße hinaus. An sich kein Problem, aber doch etwas laut. Am besten bei der Buchung drauf achten oder Oropax mitnehmen :-)
