Overall, everything was pretty much alright with the hotel.

​To be honest, there are a few points I just need to get off my chest. First of all, there is no elevator—for anyone with a walking disability, that's a real imposition. Second, the claim about a "private parking space" is simply false; it's just a normal public parking lot where you need a lot of luck to even find a gap. ​On top of that, the air conditioning doesn't really work well either. But the absolute worst part was the bed: you lie in it like in a sagging hammock and wake up the next morning with serious back pain. There are definitely hotels that manage that better. Since I'm in Phuket at least every other month anyway, I certainly won't be booking here again.

The room was big, clean, the beda was very comfortable. We had a balcony in our room, so there was lot of natural light. It is close to the old city.

No elevator so had to carry a heavy bag to 4th floor. I had a confirmed check-in at 2pm a couple of months ago but when I arrived I was told I would get the room 2 hours later. 2 hours later I was told to wait another hour. Then I was told it was due to an electrical fault when I asked and no door could open without electricity . When I finally got the room there was no safty box working in the room. Only when I said I was thinking about changing hotel they want to try change the batteries and then it worked. I don't know if it was a language barrier but incredibly poor information and customer service during the stay.

Bardzo fajne miejsce. W okolicy są dostępne bary i restauracje, można dojść spacerkiem do sklepu. Na plaże jeździliśmy taxi. Miła obsługa, wygodne łóżko, duży pokój.

A Hidden Gem! We just spent a weeks at this fantastic family-run hotel and loved every minute. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the entire place is spotlessly clean. Having reliable Wi-Fi and air conditioning made our long stay super comfortable, and you really can’t beat the location. Walking up the stairs without air-conditioning was not an issue for us. There's plenty of air conditioning in the room and the lobby. We’ll definitely be staying here again!

We were perfectly situated to explore everything we wanted to see without any hassle. A Quick Tip for Travelers: If your room is on the 4th floor, be prepared to walk up as there is no elevator. However, the climb is worth it! You’ll be much closer to the mystery bar and restaurant on the top level, which offers a truly great view of the area. Excellent stay. The hotel is spotlessly clean and situated in a very convenient location close to everything. Being family-run, the service has a personal touch that you don't find everywhere—the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful with local recommendations. Great value for the quality provided. Wifi is very good. If you want even faster go to these restaurants across the street: Pancake House, Pan Asian Tapas. Air-conditioning is working great in the rooms and the lobby. Also check out the PERA Space Capsule Hotel on the first floor and the Mystery Bar and Restaurant on the 5th floor, which belong to this hotel.

The location is great, only 5 minutes from the main road of Phuket old town. The bed was very comfortable, room size is good. We only stayed for one night before catching our flight back to Europe, and it was good value for money.

It was a little noisy during the night. We paid a higher price for getting a room on the first floor as there was no elevator and we had a big luggage. Unfortunately we were put on the top/4th floor, as the hotel was overbooked... I'm not sure if it's possible, but it would be good to somehow let Booking.com know, if the hotel cannot accomodate the request, so guests don't pay extra money for it.

I read a bad review about this hotel mentioning noise and that it doesn’t have windows. The truth is that it’s very well located and the service is good. From the outside it looks very bad, but it’s a good hotel.

Der Verkehr in Phuket Town ist unglaublich, fast wie in Bangkok - das Hotel liegt nicht weit von der Altstadt an einer Ausfallstraße und leider sind alle Zimmer mit Balkon zu dieser hin ausgerichtet

Hezké a moderně vybavené, velmi čisté. Nikde žádná plíseň. Nebyl slyšet hluk z ulice. Je zde lednice, ale dost hlučná. Je zde konvice, ale ne kafe ani čaj.

Nebylo zde okno - možná lepší bez okna vzhledem k lokalitě, ale rozhodně si myslím, že by tato informace měla být dostupná před rezervací. Postel hlavou k chodbě, občas hluk z chodby.
