The pool was great, the room was spacious and modern furniture. The staff were amazing, super super friendly.

The hotel is beside a busy-ish road so it’s super loud at night, and was a bit tricky to fall asleep.

The standard suite room was right above reception, ended up paying extra to get a poolside room. The pool was in shade most of the day. The bathroom is outdated and needs renovating. The shower did not stay hot for long. The walls were not sound proof, could hear all the noises of people above and around us. The temperature is on the aircon and was very bright so the room never got really dark if you like that. When checking in the staff didn’t explain anything about the hotel like breakfast, house keeping ect was just given a key. I didn’t think it fitted the 4 stars.

We stayed in the JeJas Villa. It was perfect for our family. We felt safe and had privacy. The pool was clean. The staff were accommodating.

The first room we paid for was standard and was honestly quiet run down and blinds were ripped and just felt really uncomfortable. Changed to a studio and it was way better. Glad I paid the extra

The breakfast is extra and restaurant rather than buffet - good options and good coffee! Staff friendly and overall good vibe. Good value for money and location is close to lots of places.

The room are not very private; pool seemed to be in shade most if not all the time; small TV; aged a bit! Make sure you chose or ask for a private room if you need one.

Convenient location. Beautiful room, large, comfortable bed. Sort walk to beach and restaurants.

Very little sun on front pool area and water had a weird white film on it. Absolutely NO sun on back pool area where our room was. Pool was COLD.

Its right in the heart of Legian, close to everything but still quiet. The Villas are an excellent option for families

We paid a fortune for a dirty pool villa sooo disgusting looked nothing like pictures l felt dirty just staying there if we hadn’t spent so much money on it we would have gone elsewhere

AC was so bad i told them to fix it but they didn’t also location so bad and over all it was the worst hotel in my entire trip

I arrived and the sheets and blanket were all stained . There were hairs all through the bed . The blinds were ripped and marks all over the mirrors . I asked the staff to change the sheets as it was disgusting. It was late at night so I had to stay reluctantly . It was on a busy road , very noisey and so bright as soon as the sun was up . The next day I booked another hotel .

Mijn vriendin en ik hebben hier 1 nacht verbleven na aankomst van een lange vlucht. Het hotel is prima, maar niet geweldig. De kamers zijn simpel, maar degelijk genoeg. Het ontbijt was top!

De badkamer vonden we niet heel top. Redelijk wat beschadigingen en verouderd.

Location was excellent. Deluxe single room out to the pool was the best.

My shower wasn’t the best but all other ammenities were excellent.

Liked there were TV’s in each room, beds were comfortable and good size for 1 or 2 people. Pool was nice and relaxing and the staff were nice and accomodating

The villa we were in had a shared driveway/alley so was a bit noisey at night. Would have liked some more in villa entertainment such as speakers would have added a nice atmosphere

Beautiful setting with spacious comfortable rooms. The staff were very friendly & helpful.

The bathroom towels were very old

The living area and outside area of the villa is amazing. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need. The air con works well and there a ceiling fans. The upstairs sitting area has a sink and a small fridge which is very convenient.

The fourth bedroom is very small and the ensuite is not very nice. This room is more like a servants quarters than a fourth bedroom. We travelled in a group of four couples and three couples had lovely large rooms with magnificent ensuites and one couple had a tiny dingy room with single beds, no TV and a less than adequate bathroom with a sink that did not drain.

Wish that the do a bit touch up renovation and try up to date . Would be nice if they do some newly painted and renovation a bathrooms

The property is bit old , the bathrooms will be nice if they more up to date and wish they more options for the breakfast

The location was perfect, so close to everything including the beach..rooms are very big, staff are amazing and make you feel so welcome..food was beautiful and never had one bad meal... highly recommend

Terrible WiFi, safe didn’t work, lock on the door to the room was knackered and didn’t feel very secure, blinds had big gaps so people walking past door could see right into the room.

Room was spacious.

The 'balcony' advertised was just seating in the main hallway and faced directly to service stairs that went down into the hotel kitchens. There was no privacy in the room, even when closing all the blinds there were still gaps for anyone to see in and the kitchen staff were always walking past.

Location, 5 min walk to the beach...everything is close, at the door, food, spa, clothing 👌

Loved the ground floor suites with pool access. Aircon was amazing, the view of the pool, large spacious room, Netflix on the tv for those lazy days, great location with nearby cafes and convenience stores outside the hotel, walking distance to local pubs and shops, great coffee at the internal cafe.

Location is central to everything. The restaurant area is peaceful and the dining chairs are huge and comfortable. Three options for Bfast only tried 2 of them and both are delicious.

I've been staying at AQVA for years and I'm sad to say that it's very tired, rundown and needs a lot of tlc.

Very noisy, which can't be helped unfortunately as there's so much traffic now. Room was very old taps barely worked, moldy, hairs in the bed!

The villa was great, exactly what we expected. The villa’s pool facilities were great and the beds were comfy.

Very nit-picky but we were expecting two single beds for the kids but they we’re fine to sleep together in the double bed.

The food and staff were nice and it was in a pretty nice location.

Our villa was a little grotty and we didn’t immediately feel comfortable there, such as the walls up the staircase and the walls in the bedrooms & kitchen had visible splash marks and marks up them. We had other family members join us in another villa through AQ-VA and their villa was significantly better, I mean I would consider us to be in a 3 star and they were in a 5 star yet we paid the same so that was frustrating.

Заселили в номер над рестораном. В итоге каждый день просыпалась в 7 утра, шумно невероятно. Два раза обращалась к персоналу за заменой номера. Жила 3 недели и видела, что номера заселены на 40%. В предоставлении другого номера было отказано. Мебель старая, полотенца белые, но совсем не белые, а серые, приносить в номер в пятнах , полотенца требуют полной замены. Кнопка унитаза была сломана и приходилось каждый раз поправлять, крючок для полотенец сломан. Кухня- зависит от повара кто на смене. Отель подойдет для коротких поездок, для тех кто планирует жить долго- можно легко найти отель лучше за те же деньги.

Phone lines didn’t work for reception/room service, served drinks in standard plastic cups, not very nice. Long walk through construction areas to villa from bar/reception. No steps into pool, just a ladder, hard with baby to swim.
