Very good location had everything with in walking distance. Room was clean and very affordable. Very friendly staff

Room had a smell to it. Small stand balcony for the studio. But these were not real major issues for me as the service and value for money was really good

Location is perfect. Large suite with huge bed. Staff were very professional, happy and gave us wonderful service. Breakfast was excellent and the food was delicious.

This hotel is in a fantastic location if you’re into bars, beach and shopping, never short of things to do! The staff were amazing, super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, fresh to order! The rooms are spacious, and the bed is huge! The laundry and gym facilities also great.

The pool has no shade and is pretty small. There was also a lot of building works happening while we were there (not the hotels fault!) but made it hard to relax. Pool bar is $$.

Issue with the wifi only one person could connect and everybody else had to ring up and use an individual password which was really annoying but other than that it was a perfect stay

You couldn't ask for a better location! Situated right in the heart of Padma and Garlic Lane, it’s just 2 minutes to the beach with endless options for food, shopping, and massages right outside. The staff are so warm, happy, and helpful, and the property itself is spotless and spacious. Highly recommended!

Where do I begin? Everything!!!! Staff were so kind and helpful, rooms were spacious, clean and so comfortable, rooftop pool was great, attached restaurant very good. I will definitely be back again.

The staff were fantastic. Always greeted with a smile. The pool was clean and staff were amazing. The rooms are comfy, clean and having a family room and bedroom with 2 toilets, was like being at home.

The location is very central to many great eating spots, cafes and dinner spots. Then there is plenty of shopping opportunities close by, plus the beach! The roof top pool is a fantastic sunset view! The staff were excellent, very welcoming, polite and just happy to help or even just listen to how your day out and about was.

Schoon hotel, ruime hotelkamer. Zeer vriendelijk personeel waardoor je je erg welkom voelt. Ontbijt ruim in keuzes. Zwembad schoon en verfrissend. Lokatie in levendige omgeving op steenworp afstand van strand. Aanrader!

Nothing, the feral dog out the front licked my new tattoo before I even walked in and wouldn't leave me alone, staff don't care, mould everywhere in the bathroom, shower curtain mouldy, about 10 sheets of toilet paper provided, 1 towel, no shower pressure, literally a trickle, walls are so thin the bikes/dogs/children sound like they're in the room with you, stains on the sheets, pillows so thin you're sleeping flat, I can feel the 1970 mattress springs, aircon was good though but only because the room is so small it would be silly if it couldn't keep up.

Balcony isn’t a true balcony. Only about 30cm wide so can’t sit there. Construction noise next door which wasn’t revealed when booking or checking in. Restaurant food was not fresh. Pastries at breakfast were stale and hard.

The shower was not physically separated from the rest of the bathroom, meaning you could easily wet the entire floor.

Our stay at Rama Residence has been absolutely faultless. The staff are beyond accomodating, even as far as assisting us with an extension to our stay when my daughter became unwell and we were unable to travel home as planned. While the hotel was fully booked out and we needed to switch rooms, the staff went above and beyond to make sure my daughter and I were comfortable with a later check out and the changeover was seamless - such an appreciated gesture during a stressful moment. The location is ideal and the service, rooms and food are all exceptional, we are already planning a return trip with the rest of our family and Rama Residence will be at the top of our list. Terima kasih!

The rooms were beautiful, the location was perfect, and the staff was helpful and very polite. The pool area was stunning. It was a little piece of paradise in the middle of busy and noisy Bali. I loved it. :)

I have no complaints. One actually- I wanted to extend my stay, but they were fully booked. Not a real complaint, though. It's understandable. :)

Little let down with the house keeping we were their for 11 days we generally keep a clean house but unfortunately little things were left unattended also 1 event were linen needed changing instead they overturned the quilt in hope no one would notice not the case and the menu was disappointing sad to see many items be sent back barely eaten

Upon arrival we were offered with the room that was different from pictures. It had a tiny window instead of the whole wall of windows, and it had no balcony. The room was exchanged next day for a better one, so we liked 3 out of 4 nights there

The apartment was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. The location is very central, close to the beach and convenient for reaching restaurants, shops, and everything you need. Although the area itself was not my favourite, the central location makes it very practical. The staff were absolutely lovely, friendly, and helpful. A great bonus was having a coin-operated laundry available, which is very convenient, especially when travelling in Bali. The infinity pool area and the gym were also very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and appreciated the comfort, cleanliness, and convenience of the facilities.

The only negative points for me were the area itself, as Seminyak, Legian, and Kuta are not my preferred areas of Bali. They feel very busy and highly tourist-oriented, and less like the authentic Bali experience I enjoy. The breakfast buffet could also be improved, as I found the selection a little limited. However, the à la carte menu offers more choices, including healthy options, which helps to compensate.

Pool was extremely cold due to where it was located on roof it caught all the breeze which meant water temp was almost too cold to swim in.

Couldn't get late checkout

I loved the location of Rama Residence Padma. Close to the beach, Garlic Lane and my favourite spot La Karma Spa. Our room was amazing. I was so impressed with the cleanliness and the staff that serviced our room. The staff here were exceptional and couldn't do more for you. I have already booked again for next year, so can't wait to get back.

The menu by the pool, it only offered deep fried stuff, there was no healthy options like rice paper rolls or a Caesar salad, nacho's or anything like that. It would be nice if the bar staff walked around and asked if anyone wanted anything to drink or eat as well. Pool was slippery, a couple of guests fell into the pool whilst we were there and the staff didn't go over to see if they were ok. which was surprising.

We were very disappointed in the construction going on that is directly next to the rooftop pool. It looks like a very big project and we will not stay there until that is completed.

Location is great but it was spoilt by building construction next door. One room was facing the construction site. No buffet breakfast and limited gluten free options on the menus. No privacy at swimming pool with construction workers overlooking the pool. We feel that we should have been advised of the construction works next door.
