La cama era súper cómoda La habitación muy grande Justo enfrente de la piscina El desayuno muy rico.

Estábamos en la primera habitación nada más entrar al resort, y se escuchaba la música de los locales de alrededor hasta las 3am. El hotel te da tapones, pero aún así, se escuchaba todo.

Erge Geluidsoverlast, vieze douches met schimmel, ik heb mijn kleren laten wassen waarbij alles 2 maten is gekrompen, er werd tot midden in de nacht een deur ingeslagen naast ons waarbij de security niks deed. Jongeren van een ander hotel komen overlast veroorzaken bij het zwembad en dan nog niet te spreken over alle mieren in de kamer. Wij zijn na 2 dagen naar een ander hotel gegaan

La chambre est confortable et propre, l’hôtel en plein centre donc parfait, bien situer pour sortir. Le petit déjeuner est bien La piscine est sympa

L’évacuation de la douche est vraiment horrible, il est vrai qu’on entend un peu la musique personnellement pas trop dérangeant pour nous.

Our first room we were brought to had mould and damp on the ceiling, smelled like cigarettes & was extremely dull. The reception staff gave us a free upgrade which was much better, much more modern room & a lot cleaner however you are next door to a bar so didn’t get much sleep until about 3am. Location for everything else was great

The rooms that haven’t been renovated are terrible

Room was clean and comfortable, pool was nice

The sliding door at the front of the room was very difficult to lock. It drove us nuts having to struggle with it for 10 mins every time we left the room. The staff had to come and help us do it a few times and even they had trouble because it kept spinning around. It was very annoying and frustrating.

La limpieza y que todo era nuevo.

Nos dijeron que vendrían a recogernos en el pier, pero no fue así, tuvimos que recorrernos la isla con las maletas y mochilas, con el calor fue bastante duro

Puiki vieta. Baseinas didelis. Viskas pasiekiama ranka. Vežimas net kuprines paėmė, nereikėjo nešti. Mūsų laukė uoste, nors neprašėme.

Norėjosi, kad kas rytą prie įėjimo/išėjimo durų, tai yra prie gultų būtų iššluotas smėlis. Patys šluotos kambaryje neturėjome. Per kelias dienas to smėlio susikaupė ir buvo nemalonu vaikščioti basam. Nustebino, kad išsiregistravimo metu pasakė, kad reikia susimokėti už mineralinį vandenį, kurio mes negėrėme. Viena iš personalo aptarnaujančių darbuotojų sako, kad mes gėrėm ir ji vis pastatydavo naujus. Taip padėdavo naujus, bet paprastą vandenį, kuris buvo nemokamas. Toks nesusipratimas, bet teko sumokėti už 4 buteliukus, kurių negėrėme. Vadinasi, kaskart reikia fotografuoti šaldytuvo vidų.

Si vous voulez dormir ne venez pas à cet hôtel, horrible,il y a une boîte de nuit juste derrière et des pool party qui commence à 19h et termine à 4 h du matin ,on avait l'impression que la musique à fond était dans la chambre.impossible de fermer l'oeil

Goede bedden, lekker geslapen goede service. Wij hadden geen warme douche de eerste dag maar werd gelijk gemaakt. Het ontbijt was uitstekend. Het personeel was zeer behulpzaam en erg vriendelijk. Ik ben zelf zeer tevreden. Zou zeker weer terug komen naar deze Resort.

Klimaanlage bringt zu wenig Kühlleistung. Im Zimmer ist es immer zu warm. Die zentrale Lage sorgt für sehr deutlich hörbare Bässe bis Tief in die Nacht hinein. Ohrenstöpsel werden vom Hotel jedoch vorausschauend bereitgestellt

Lamentándolo mucho, tengo que valorar el alojamiento con un 0. En la habitación hubo una cucaracha muerta toda la estancia a pesar de que entrasen todos los días a limpiar. El día de irnos al hacer el check out, nos hicieron esperar 10 minutos para comprobar la habitación, y nos dijeron que faltaba una toalla, cosa que era mentira. Ese día no nos habían dado el mismo número de toallas que otros días, y nos querían cobrar "la que faltaba".

Really close to the beautiful beach, stayed in a bungalow which was very close to the pool. Breakfast was good. The rooms were recently updated, with a comfortable bed.

If you are a early to bed and light sleeper, request a room further back, as there is a bar playing loud music til 2am

This was a decent hotel, we had a good stay. It was in a location that was within walking distance to everything . When we arrived off the port a member off staff had the hotel name on a sign, he took our bags on a trolley. We had fresh water every morning which was a nice touch. Very well priced and some nice restaurants on our doorstep

The photos of this hotel make it look more glamorous than it is. We thought it was just a well priced hotel, it’s more like a party hostel. The rooms were average. I had read that the noise was bad in comments but I sleep well so this has never been an issue for me. However the noise is very loud, we were awoken several times in the night. We were on the top floor, however our balcony faced right opposite residential apartments, it was right beside it. Overall for the price we paid it was still okay.

קרבה לים , חוף ים נפלא ורגוע ,אם כי צריך להזמין משהו כדי לשבת בכיסאות ...יש זמני שפל וגאות בים ויש לקחת את זה בחשבון כשיוצאים לשחות אחרת תשחו במים רדודים מאוד .... ארוחת בוקר טובה , שירות חדרים טוב אם כי מאוחר , בריכה נקייה . ליד המלון מלא מסעדות, חנויות וסבן אילבן ... וכל מה שצריך ,גם עיסויים ..

במקלחת יש עובש בין האריחים ,אין כמעט מקום לתלות דברים באמבטיה , אור קלוש מאוד . רעש נוראי כל לילה ממסיבות בחוף וגם אטמים לא עזרו .....חדר האמבטיה דורש,שיפוץ רציני - אריחים שבורים , מתקני אמבט עם קורוזיה . בכניסה למתחם ארוחת בוקר צריך להוריד נעליים ....משהו מוזר ביותר לאנשים שלא רגילים ללכת יחפים.

Perfecta ubicación, la piscina nos encantó. Habitación limpia y cuidada. Había reseñas que decían que el aire acondicionado no enfriaba, en nuestra experiencia si lo hacía y estuvimos muy bien de temperatura. Había reseñas que decían que con el ruido de los bares no se podía dormir. Quizá depende en qué bungalo te toque, pero nosotras estábamos en los estándar y sin problema, dormimos perfectamente. personal de recepción, muy agradable, incluso nos dejaron hacer el checkin antes.

many problems with, room, unable to sort out, moved me to another room but same problems , found language barrier a problem,was a nice place to stay at, bit but problems!!!!

Kjempe fint hotell! Rene fine rom. Fint og rent basseng med en bar i selve bassenget. Personalet fra hotellet kommer med tralle og frakter bagasjen til og fra ferjen. De som jobber på hotellet er veldig hyggelige, god service. Alt var meget bra og jeg kommer gjerne tilbake hit.

Perfect location for dalan beach and its beach bars at night . Chef at the egg station so lovely.

The hardest bed and mattress ever but you get what you pay for. Noticed the higher quality rooms had a higher standard which is fair. Toilet leaked daily but used towels on the floor so not to tread in it. Very loud base music from the beach but the hotel does state its in the party area and did use the free earplugs. Music wasn't an issue. Soon get used to the base.

La piscina muy linda y limpia, el desayuno estaba bien, las habitaciones estándar si estaban aparte de la piscina, si quieres quedarte frente a la piscina te recomiendo una como delux. De resto super facil llegar, cerca de la playa, restaurantes, bares, todo es ahi mismo.

Todo bien.

Hotel bem localizado, bem no centro e a 100 metros da praia que tem as festas durante a noite. O que pode se tornar um incômodo para quem gosta de mais tranquilidade. Não tivemos problemas com o barulho das festas, mas quem tem sono leve, pode se incomodar. Ótimo café da manhã, bem completo, piscina grande, cama confortável, frigobar e toda manhã na limpeza disponibilizam 2 garrafas de água. Próximo de mine mercados e restaurantes.

Somente pontuar o chuveiro, que não saia água irregular.

El ruido de las discotecas que tiene alrededor es infernal. Este alojamiento puede ser una buena opción para quién vaya a salir de fiesta, de lo contrario no lo recomiendo porque descansar bien durante la noche es prácticamente imposible antes de las 3 de la mañana.

Perfect location, just besides the market. Lovely swimming pool and very courteous and supportive staff. Rooms were good and well suited. Overall good feeling.

Vegetarian food options were limited. No intercom for communication with the reception counter ( may be that’s normal there), need to go physically to the counter.

Staff! The most rude people we have ever encountered in Thailand. Staff on the reception and security not friendly. Staff on the breakfast area make you feel very uncomfortable as they have closed faces, don’t smile and behave like you are a burden for showing up for breakfast (so now they have to actually work because you’ve shown up), this is not to mention their (lack of) English. Breakfast options were poor and staff got annoyed when I tried to wave the flys out of the fruits. This is not at all a resort!!! The housekeeping is a shame. They don’t replace toiletries or towels and don’t throw away trash. We had to go to reception for more shower gel and wonder around the premises trying to find someone that would replace our dirty towels, very embarrassing. The cherry o top: tried to say a towel was missing from our room on the check out - maybe they just didn’t replaced it (again) ?!

Our fridge did not work, and the toilet seat was very wobbly. However, other than this everything was good.
