I booked two rooms for three nights for my family at this Hilton hotel, expecting the quality associated with such a well-known international brand. Unfortunately, this was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I have ever had. The air conditioning in my room did not work at all. On the first night, I reported the issue and was told to spend the night in the room and that a technician would come the next day. This is unacceptable for a hotel charging over USD 80 per room per night. The following day, I was informed that the problem had been fixed, but the room remained unbearably hot—more like a sauna. When I complained again, I was surprisingly told that no fault had been found and that the cooling level was set according to hotel management's policy. This explanation is simply unacceptable for a Hilton property. The problems did not end there. The parking garage had an extremely strong sewage smell, so bad that my daughter vomited on our first day because of it. The room was also poorly maintained: there was black mold or heavy black staining around the bathtub corners, and the bathroom door would neither close nor lock properly, leaving a gap that seriously compromised our privacy. This experience fell far below the standards any guest would reasonably expect from Hilton and raises serious concerns regarding maintenance, hygiene, guest safety, and privacy. I sincerely hope Booking.com investigates this property, as experiences like this do not reflect the level of service that customers trust your platform to provide.

İstanbul havalimanına yakın, otelin önü park etmek için müsait, fiyat makul, oda temiz. İstanbul Havalimanına yakın konaklamak için iyi bir alternatif.

Cumplio con la necesidad que yo tenia no fue viaje de placer la cama muy bien el baño bien y limpieza diaria. Toallas muy desgastadas desayuno medianamente completo el restaurant muy limitado en el menu y floja la calidad para cenar 1 noche esta bien , no mas pero es un pueblo donde no hay ninguna alternativa cerca

الفندق موقعه ممتاز وقريب من الخدمات بشكل عام

الفندق اسعار غرفه مرتفع مقارنة بحجم الغرفة ومساحتها ومقارنة مع فنادق اخرى بنفس الدرجة وبمناطق اجمل ، الغرفة كان بها مشاكل بالتكييف يطفئ لوحده بعد دقائق او ساعة ، عاماي النظافة او خدمة الغرف احيانا لاينظوا بشكل احترافي بل بمزاجية

Otel personeli oldukça kibar ve yardımseverdi oda temizdi kahvaltı çok güzeldi. Tekrar konaklamayı kesinlikle düşünüyoruz.

المكيف حار والغرفه ضيقه وعدم وجود قنوات عربيه كافيه واصوات بالغرفه بسبب الغرف المجاوره والثلاجه لا تبرد

Все, завтрак отвратительный, 🤢 старые убитые номера, сам район спальный и там нечего делать, очень далеко от аэропорта, такси выходит 65€ не рекомендую ни при каких ситуациях. Everything, the breakfast is disgusting, the rooms are old and dirty, the area itself is sleeping and there is nothing to do there, it is very far from the airport, the taxi leaves 65€ I do not recommend it under any circumstances.

Working space at Lobby

The driver from Airport was lost near your hotel because of Road work. You should put your own sign much clear by yourself.

The hotel was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was both varied and delicious.

We had a disappointing experience overall. We wanted to have dinner at the restaurant, but after waiting for quite a long time, no one came to take our order. We asked at reception, and they said they would take the order at reception. There was also no clear information that the restaurant was self-service. The food itself was not satisfactory. The Turkish dumplings were hard and undercooked. Although the soup was supposed to be a starter, it arrived together with the main course. There were bread crumbs left on the tables, and two of the dishes we selected from the menu were not available. The menu was already quite limited. The hotel advertises free parking, but when we arrived, the parking entrance was closed. We had to leave our car in a nearby paid parking and carry our luggage. Only later did reception inform us that the parking could be accessed with a card, but there was no information about this either at the entrance or in advance. There is also only a single-lane road in front of the hotel, so it’s not practical to stop, check in, and figure this out unless it is clearly explained beforehand. The location is also not as convenient as expected. Although it shows around 35 minutes to central Istanbul, it took us nearly 2 hours in traffic. It is not particularly close to either the city center or the airport. The staff were generally not very friendly. We also had an issue with the air conditioning in our room. It was really cold unfortunatly. Since it was late at night and our child was already asleep, we couldn’t change rooms. However, the night staff were helpful — they brought us a heater and seemed genuinely sorry about the situation. Overall, we would not choose to stay here again.

Wir sind mit einer Gruppe von 27 Personen gereist. Alles hat mit der Zimmereinteilung, welche wir vorweg mitgeteilt haben, bestens geklappt. Wir durften den Workspace für unsere Gruppe gratis benutzen. Die Lage war für uns ideal, da das Zentrum, an dem unser Event war, nur 10 Minuten Fahrzeit entfernt war. Zudem hatte es für die Jugendlichen Einkaufs- und Essensmöglichkeiten direkt neben dem Hotel. Das Einzige, was man bemängeln kann, ist das Restaurants. Wir haben an einem Abend für 27 Personen Essen bestellt, ein Buffet. Das Essen war soweit gut zubereitet, aber das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis hat nicht gestimmt. Wir würden aber für die Gruppe sofort wieder buchen, weil alles andere war bestens.

Restaurant zum Essen lohnt sich nicht. Auch die Getränke an der Bar sind für Istanbul zu teuer

Staff at the reception were nice and knows English which was easier to understand. Parking and no smoking room for the families were good.

Size of the room is small if more than 2 adults, without kids its good, with kids adding extra bed in the room is quite less space to move around, Suggestion, instead of extra bed sofa cum bed would be a good option.

Personalet var SÅ venlige, jeg rejste alene med min datter og var ikke så tryg ved at være ude om aftenen, men personalet var SUPER søde, så det var hyggeligt at spise på hotellet og de var hjælpsomme med at, hvad vi spurgte om.

Very good hotel, spacious room, clean, very helpful and friendly staff, good breakfast. Every time we visit Istanbul we stay in these hotels. Every time a pleasure.
