I hated their room service they say its 24 hours but no one answers and when you do they say we don't service 24 hours. One of their team members Moussa is extremely unprofessional and rude. He doesn't know how to handle customers and also deliberately ignores your orders when you request anything.

Restaurant, bars and sitting areas quite dirty, most of the time having plastic forks and paper glasses only. The room was spacious but the windows were not closing properly. At higher floors you could feel and hear the wind in the room through the windows.

staff were great especially Yigit - who was helping throughout the stay and manager Muhammad who helped check in, birthday celebrations and check out.

there is some false information regarding the swimming pool as there was a jacuzzi advertised however when we used we had security to get out as this was baby pool. we would come back to room and 2 occassions no towels - one day we rang for towels and we waited and waited and nothing came until next day when staff cleaned the room. there was so many faults with the room which they need to be looked at - we had bathroom door getting locked and stuck had to use a spoon to open - curtain ends coming off - bathroom fittings falling off - we did report but they were not done or fixed no cups or mugs or dishes given in apartment we are a family of 5 and the day we arrived there were only 4 beds - we told the hotel and they brought a bed which was only placed in the living room and when set up and used it was faulty and broken and was very dangerous for use. it was late in the night so replacement came next day

I absolutely loved my stay at WestSide Residences by Rotana. The room was beautiful, modern, spacious and extremely clean, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. When I mentioned that the sofa bed wasn’t suitable for one person, the staff were incredibly accommodating and brought a proper single bed up to the room for me, which I really appreciated. The staff were consistently friendly, welcoming and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. I especially loved how easy it was to communicate with the hotel through WhatsApp. They responded quickly and were always willing to assist. This was particularly impressive when I stored my luggage with the hotel before leaving. I messaged them urgently when I was worried about missing my flight, asking them to bring my bags out as quickly as possible, and they responded promptly and had everything ready for me. Their willingness to help during a stressful moment made such a difference.

The only minor things I noticed were that the washing machine didn’t have a dryer function, which would have been convenient during a longer stay, and there weren’t enough electrical sockets/outlets in the bathroom, making it a little difficult to use multiple appliances at once.

We hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad. Alles was schoon, comfortabel en goed verzorgd. We waren erg tevreden en komen graag nog eens terug! ❤️

Το προσωπικό πάρα πολύ εξυπηρετικό!!το δωμάτιο ήταν τεράστιο κ σούπερ άνετο για 5 μελής οικογένεια

Δεν μ άρεσε π ήταν πάρα πολύ βρώμικο!!απογοητεύτηκα με την καθαριότητα Έμπαιναν να καθαρίσουν κ το μόνο π έκαναν ήταν να βγάζουν τα σκουπίδια 5 μέρες δεν καθαρίστηκε ποτέ η τουαλέτα ούτε η κουζίνα κ τα κρεβάτια μόνο στρώσιμο Το πρωινό ήταν καλό αλλά θα ήθελα κ κάτι παραπάνω γι αυτό το ξενοδοχείο. Επίσης δεν μπορούσαμε να πάρουμε αυγά ομελέτα αν δεν την πληρώναμε!

No cleanliness, no good breakfast , no good facilities at all. Breakfast was included in my booking. But they were charging extra for eggs .

Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Nach der langen Anreise wurde der Check-in leider nicht pünktlich eingehalten, was etwas schade war. Das Hotel ist sauber und die Zimmer wurden täglich gründlich gereinigt. Das Frühstück ist ausreichend und abwechslungsreich, es werden jeden Tag auch neue Speisen angeboten. Besonders praktisch fanden wir die hoteleigene Garage. So konnten wir bequem parken und direkt ins Hotel bzw. auf unser Zimmer gelangen. Wir hatten ein Apartment gebucht. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt war, dass in der Küche keinerlei Küchenutensilien vorhanden waren. Wer selbst etwas zubereiten möchte, sollte das berücksichtigen. Da wir das Hotel hauptsächlich zum Übernachten genutzt haben, hat es unseren Erwartungen vollkommen entsprochen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war gut und wir würden das Hotel weiterempfehlen.

الاسره غير مريحه والرجاء الاهتمام اكثر بالنظافه وادوات المطبخ

مستوى النظافة يحتاج الى اعادة نظر سواء الاثاث في الغرف او شراشف السرير او حتى الممرات الخارجية وجدران اامصاعد الستائر مهملة وتحتاج لصيانة ولذلك لم تكن تغلق مما يسبب ازعاجا في غرف النوم مكيف الصالة كان يهرب ماء من السقف وكان تعامل فني الصيانة بوضع منشفة وتغييرها كل يوم بنفس الطريقة ولم يتم تغيير الشقة للأسف مع ابلاغهم مرارا بالمشكلة

It was okay for the price. The staff members by the pool and Spa area were very, very friendly.

الموقع بعيد نوعا ما عن وسط اسطنبول الغرف متهالكه و الاثاث جدا قديم تم ابلاغ الاداره برغبتي في تغيير الشقه و لكن افادوا بأن جميع العرف على نفس الوضع لاصحاب الميزانيه المحدوده جدا فقط و المضطرين ( لكن حطوا في بالكم تقريباً الفرق بيروح جزء كبير منه في التكاسي) الفريق خدمته سريعه و عوضونا عن وضع الشقه بإفطار يوم واحد مجانا و حتى الافطار اقل من عادي و مافيه تنوع و المكان ضيق صراحه لا انصح فيه

لايوجد شي ممتاز موظف الاستقبال سئ معنا يتحدث وكأنة مجبور بالتحدث وتأخر بتسجيل دخولنا 40 دقيقة وغرفتي كانت غير نظيفة بقع بكل مكان المطبخ والارضيات والحوائط ايضا وغسالة ملابس بغرفة النوم مزعجة ولايوجد منشر غسيل والمطبخ فارغ تماماً من الاواني والتلفاز قديم ليس سمارت وهاتف الغرفة عطلان اضطررت للنزول لاخبارهم بكل ذلك والسرير غير مريح ولايوجد مجفف شعر

Das Hotelgebäude war wunderschön und bot helle Zimmer mit großen Fenstern, Kochfeld, Waschmaschine und zwei Badezimmern; zudem gab es einen sauberen, geräumigen und nicht überfüllten Poolbereich sowie ein Fitnessstudio – alles war ausgezeichnet.

Insgesamt war es nicht sehr sauber; schon beim Betreten des Apartments nahm man einen eigenartigen Geruch wahr, und die Tische im Restaurant waren klebrig. Wenn das Ziel der Reise lediglich darin besteht, im Hotel zu bleiben, ist es ausgezeichnet; als Touristen wollten wir jedoch verschiedene Sehenswürdigkeiten besuchen und gaben schließlich mindestens 100 Euro pro Tag für Taxis aus. Wir hatten für fünf Personen reserviert, aber es gab nur Schlafplätze für vier. Nach einer Beschwerde an der Rezeption bekamen wir natürlich ein extrabett – allerdings mit einer sehr schmutzigen Matratze.

The apartment was not clean ,not equipped with basic requirements we have to ask for anything, iron, kitchen tools even tissues with every request the room service stand waiting for tips !! AC noises were very high we couldn't sleep indoor pool was very cold and its facilities was dirty

The mattresses were too soft for comfort and they had an empty kitchen which made absolutely no sense

La résidence était parfaite, propre, spacieuse et très bien située. On s'y sentait vraiment bien. Petit bémol pour la cuisine : il n'y avait aucun ustensile pour cuisiner. Si vous pouvez prévoir au moins le minimum ce serait top pour les séjours un peu longs.

Good standard. We showed them a problem with the room and they compensated us with a free massage straight away which was nice. Nice rooms and a nice view too. Please space for a family of 5.

It’s a little bit far from the tourist stuff but we didn’t mind. The breakfast needs sorting out, very basic.

Staff went above and beyond to make this a great experience

Smell of cigarette smoke in the hallways and stained carpets in the hallways. Carpet shampooing might help.

Welcoming staff, nice views, very nice and comfortable rooms, wifi works perfectly and is good of you are traveling with a car since it has good access to main roads.

Would wish if the property was kept better in terms of cleaning.

A large 2 bedroom apartment which was exactly what we needed for our stay.

the main bedroom toilet stank of wee so I needed cleaners to come back, which they did. I waited an hour and a half for some milk to be bought to the room by room service and 45 minutes for 4 cans of coke to be bought to the room. The apartment had a kitchenette for cooking but every single cupboard was empty. I had no plans to cook so it was ok for me but worth noting that absolutely nothing was available in the kitchen.

L'hôtel est excellent, nous avons réservé un appartement au 27 ème étage la vue est époustouflante, les chambres spacieuses Personnel au petits soins, surtout le jeune homme à l'accueil de la piscine, ceux de la salle petit déjeuner, ceux de l'accueil aussi . Nois avons demandé les ustensiles de cuisine aussi tôt nous avons reçu dans la chambre, le lit bébé en bois avec un très bon matelas comme à la maison, ménage fait chaque jour. Petit déjeuner très varié, parking spacieux. Rien à dire juste magnifique

Franchement c'est dur de trouver un point négatif

1- الموظفين متعاونين و تحديداً السيد محمد تواصل معاي ع الواتس اول ما هبطت المطار و ما قصر معاي بشيء و يشكر على تعاونه ( بس السبت و الاحد غير متواجد ). 2- موقعه مقابل مول اوف اسطنبول . 3- المطعم مفتوح 24 ساعه و اكلهم لذيذ جداً . 4- الشقة كبيره و تناسب العوائل ( غرفتين + صالة + 3 حمامات + مطبخ + غرفة غسيل ملابس + مكتب + اطلالات بانوراميه من الجهتين " الصالة و الغرف " )

1- التكييف سيء للاسف بالرغم انه مركزي !! 2- الله يعين اللي بيسكن في الواجهة الشرقية لان الشبابيك لا يوجد فيها ( بلاك اوت ) باختصار ما تحتاج منبه يصحيك .. الشمس بيصحيك 😭 3- المقبس الجداري مقبس اوروبي ( فيش ابو فتحتين ) و اذا تبغى فيش ثلاثي لازم تشتريه من الاستقبال !!! ( استغلال ) 💀 لذلك انتبهوا و جيبوا معاكم توصيله فيش ثلاثي عشان تشحنون جوالاتكم . 4- و اخيراً .. هل بأعيد التجربة في هالفندق ؟ طبعاً لا .. لكن سبب اختياري عشان معي اطفال و كنت مصر على توفر حمامين على الاقل و غسالة ملابس .. لكن للاسف كان موقعه بعيييييييد جداً من الاماكن السياحية و الخدمات الترفيهية ، و اوبر شفط اوووم الميزانية 💔

Breakfast wasn’t meeting our expectations and there is no variety

On the positive side, the apartment was very clean and well-maintained. We also appreciated that the staff responded to our requests promptly and were always quick to assist us.

The internal facilities were disappointing. The washing machine was broken and was only repaired after four days, despite repeated requests. The cookware provided was not standard and was not suitable for cooking. The kitchen facilities were inadequate, and there was very little seating/furniture in the living room.

Мебель была в плохом состоянии, как-будто её били специально. Зеркало в одной спальне рядом с кроватью было с большой трещиной снизу. В номере отсутствовали посуда и чайник а в туалете не было ёршика. После уборки заменили чистое постельное белье на белье с непонятным коричневым пятном.

The view was the only thing we liked

We were given a very small room and there were 5 of us,the oven was dirty,the dishwasher didn't work,there was no pots and cutlery ,they brought a broken pan it was disgusting,they say self catering but had no facilities at all,the room cleaning was pathetic,pillows n duvets and towels broken,hot water took 30 mins to get warm,windows filthy,would deffinately not stay here ever again they spoil the brand ROTANA

Den var nybyggd och allmänt fräsch trotts dålig underhållning. Den ligger ganska bra mitt i emot Mall of Istanbul. Stor gratis parkering som var utmärkt Poolen var ganska bra. Rummet var stort och härligt men en del av möblerna trasiga (brännskador på soffan och gardiner) Belysning i Rummet var delvis trasig. Tvättmaskin är en stor plus AC funkar så där ( temp var runt 30 grader ute så det var ok ända)

Det finns mycket pågående byggarbete i området som gör det svårt åtkomligt med bilen. GPS kunde inte hitta adress exakt. Frukost var dålig, väldigt få rätter, personalen var dåliga med påfyllning, slut på olika rätter även tidigt på morgonen. Vid fråga om det svarar personalen att de håller på att städa/stänga trots att frukosten är till 10.00 och vi är där vid 9. Ingen saft eller kall dryck. Bara vatten. Frukost är inte värt pengarna alls. Stort minus Dålig bemanning i receptionen vid utcheckning ( ca kl 6.00) ingen svarar på telefon när man ringde att få hjälp med baggage. Jag var tvungen att gå själv ner och pratar med Personalen där i reception och det var bara 1 kille som han hjälpte till med baggage själv ( ingen porter i tjänst alls)

شقة من غرفتين نوم اعجبني شراحة الشقة نوعا ما ووجود 3 حمامات وغرفة غسيل خاصة وكذلك وجود مواقف سيارات واعجبتني الاطلالة وتم احضار سرير اطفال لا يفوتكم في نفس المنطقة بالسيارة طبعا محل برجر اسمه 8one burger وكمان محل دونر لمحبي اللحم الخالص ikamet doner ويوجد ستار بكس رايق ومرتب

لم يعجبني مستوى النظافة ولا يوجد جوار الفندق مشيا على الاقدام اي خدمات

Неймовірний сервіс, дизайн, професійний персонал, уважність до деталей. Все неймовірно та чудово. Ми проживали на 31 поверсі - вид фантастичний. У нас була кухня з вбудованою технікою - це неймовірно зручно, якщо у вас є маленькі діти. Тренажерна зала також чудова. Готель розташований неподалік від зупинки транспорту , також пішки можно зібратися до великого 212 аутлет центру де є величезний супермаркет з великим вибором різних товарів. Також біля готелю стоїть таксі- що також робить зручним та сприятливим ваш відпочинок. Ресепешн завжди на зв'язку і досить швидко реагують на повідомлення й вирішують питання. Ми звернулися за необхідністю у тарілках, ножі, видатках та ложках з чашками- нам все одразу принесли. Я щиро рекомендую цей готель, впевнена, що колись знову повернусь сюди

Басейн малий до такої кількості поверхів та відпочиваючих -це єдиний мінус. І в номері була кухня, але посуд для приготування їжі (каструля, пательня, ковшик) , навіть столові прибори - це все відсутнє

Почистващият персонал имаше пропуски, закуската не беше добра, особено кафето- нес кафе( същото е в лобито, ако си го плащаш). Водата в банята- или гореща, или студена, мн трудно се наглася; възползвахме се от масажи- първият път ни ги таксуваха по 65 евро, а вторият- 75 евро( би следвало да е обратното, щом повтаряш да е по-голяма отстъпката); фитнесът е с мн. елементарни уреди, т.е.евтини.
