徒歩圏内に食材店がない。近くにモールがあり飲食店はあるが、チェーン店ばかり。生鮮食品を買って帰れるスーパーマーケットはない。

Bohužel jsme museli apartmán reklamovat, dali nám úplně jiný, než jsme si původně zakoupili a ještě byl ve velmi špatném stavu. Flekatá pohovka, špinavá matrace, plíseň v lednici i v koupelně, chybělo mýdlo, nesvítilo světlo, použitá houba na nádobí atd. tzv. holobyt, něco strašného. Na fotkách na Bookingu ani nebyl vyfocen. Ztratili jsme reklamací hodně času. Apartmán nám druhý den vyměnili a velká pochvala i Bookingu, který nám reklamaci částečně kompenzoval.

Umständlicher Check-in (war keiner da zuerst, nach langer Anreise erst durch ein Einkaufszentrum müssen, sehr spärlich ausgestattete Wohnung, …), Gebäudestruktur mit Zugängen und Tiefgaragenausfahrt (ohne Schlüssel kein Zu- und auch kein Rausfahren), sehr schlechtes WiFi im Appartment, Gebäude ist schon weit von der nächsten Metro entfernt.

L'environnement n'est pas idyllique. Vue sur un immense centre commercial. Mais globalement un très bon rapport qualité/ prix.

El personal no tiene empatía. Aceptan una reserva con aviso que vamos a llegar tarde y luego mandan un mensaje que no podemos entrar. Hemos perdido una noche. Para recoger la llave, tienes que ir a 400 metros del alojamiento. Menos mal que tiene dos ascensores porque es un piso 14 y de los ascensores se estropeó. No lo recomiendo!

Verschrikkelijke verblijf. Foto's van verblijf waarmee op Booking.com wordt geadverteerd komen niet overeen met de appartement wat wij hadden. Een en al een teleurstelling: 1. receptie bevind zich in een zeer drukke winkelcentrum. Vanuit daar moet je met de auto ongeveer 300m rijden om bij het parkeer van de garage te komen. Een SUV past er niet omdat het een garagebox is. 2. bij de kamer en in de kamer een peneterende rioollucht aanwezig 3. kamer is zeer vies, faciliteiten afwezig. Heen en weer sjouwen van stoelen van kamer naar kamer. In de slaapkamer geen stoel bij bureau voor een vrouw om zich te kunnen opmaken. Geen kofferbank. Vieze vlekken op de bank. Boorden en glazen waren vies en niet gewassen uit met vlekken en aangekoekte etensresten. Idem voor bestek. Geen zeep, geen afwasmiddel, geen vaatdoek, geen vaatwastablet, geen wasmiddel, geen thee of koffie aanwezig. Gedurende ons 3wkn rondreis door meerdere landen en ruim 7 appartementen was dit de enige waar niks aanwezig was. Na deze ervaring hebben we de rest van ons reis enkel hotels geboekt 4. vies badkamer met een zeer oud en mogelijk brandgevaarlijke wasmachine. Gootsteen wasbak was verstopt en deze heb ik zelf moeten ontstoppen. Koelkast en kasten waren vies! 5. Had ik al benoemd dat de geadverteerde foto's ernstig afwijken van de foto's van het verblijft. 6. oncomfortabele bed en zeer oncomfortabele slaapbank.

Reviewed Sep 4, 2026Appartamento carino in zona Bicocca. Molto comodo per avere a soli 300mt la stazione della metro (Bignami) e anche il centro commerciale con i vari ristoranti. Ho apprezzato molto anche il meccanismo delle serrande automatico.
La cucina non era così ben fornita di accessori per cucinare. 0 condimenti che sarebbero più graditi (almeno sale e olio). La pulizia era un pò pessima in quanto ho trovato capelli e elastici sopra la lavatrice. Molto svantaggioso il fatto che il check in è obbligatorio farlo dentro il centro commerciale lì vicino e soprattutto che è solo fino alle 21:00. Se entro quell ora non ce la fai a ritirare le chiavi poi sono fatti tuoi. Infatti io e il mio compagno abbiamo rischiato per 10 minuti. Lui era ancora a lavoro ed è dovuto correre, io ero imbottigliata nel traffico. Inoltre il personale che ci ha accolti potrebbe essere un pò più sorridente e cortese.

Все не понравилось. Квартира была грязная,постели грязные,полотенца грязные. Номер не убирайся после предыдущих жильцов. Полотенца были мокрые и не стиранные. на мои претензии поменять постель и поменять полотенца хозяин ответил отказом и написал что в е белье у него чистое.полотенцами мыли пол , на столько они были грязные.на простыня были чужие волосы. В холодильнике не доеденная еда после предыдущих жильцов. Я потребовала вернуть деньги, он тоже отказал вернуть деньги. Хозяин очень наглый человек. И расстояние до аэропорта указано не верно.

Reviewed Aug 30, 2026Appartamento spazioso e sufficientemente pulito dotato di tutti i comfort necessari, compreso anche il posto auto al coperto (a pagamento ma a prezzo onesto). Ben organizzato e situato in una zona tranquilla e comoda per spostarsi con i mezzi e adiacente al centro commerciale (se volete potete dimenticarvi di cucinare data la vicinanza dei molti ristoranti). Se torneremo a Milano probabilmente prenderemo nuovamente in considerazione questa ottima struttura!
Alcune parti dell'appartamento meritavano un'attenzione in più per la pulizia, (ma solo piccoli dettagli). Sarebbe comodo avere delle brochure in dotazione alla reception per chi si trova a Milano come turista, ovviamente un surplus che non è una critica bensì un consiglio.

Le personnel, qui ne parle italien, et n'est pas très arrangeant. Le manque d'information lors de la remise des clés, ainsi que le manque de matériel. Deux verres pour 3 personnes, deux fourchettes et deux couteaux, un faitout et une poêle : C'est un peu léger pour 3 personnes. Il faut mieux apporter votre vaisselle. Contrairement au descriptif, il ne faut pas s'attendre non plus à avoir une cafetière. Le pommeau de douche ne tenait pas tout seul non plus.

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026Excellent séjour Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appart’hôtel et nous en sommes pleinement satisfaits. L’accueil a été très agréable et professionnel. L’appartement était très propre, confortable, bien entretenu et parfaitement équipé. La situation géographique est également un véritable atout : l’établissement est proche du métro et d’un centre commercial, ce qui est très pratique au quotidien et permet de se déplacer facilement. La place de parking, bien que payante, est un vrai plus : elle est très pratique, sécurisée et nous a permis de laisser la voiture en toute tranquillité. Nous avons vraiment apprécié la qualité de l’accueil, le confort et la propreté des lieux, ainsi que l’emplacement.
Aucun point négatif à signaler. Tout était parfait !

Que faltaba muchos menaje, no tener microondas, que las fotos del anuncio no se correspondían con el apartamento ofertado, y que tuvimos un problema con la puerta que se quedó la llave atascada y perdimos casi 1h esperando a ser solucionado.

The floor was terribly dirty, and all mosquito nets were torn or damaged. Smelly fridge and no dishwasher detergent. The short rental contract you have to sign on site, outside of Booking, is unreasonably tough and demanding. Parking, while available at additional cost, is very tight and you have to be escorted to it. Reviewed Aug 18, 2026La ubicación buenísima, frente a un centro comercial y a 6 minutos de la estación de metro. En 30 minutos estas en el Duomo. El depto re comodo, espacioso, seguro y tranquilo. Te esperan con el departamento fresco, lo cual se agradece para esta época del año. Nuestra perrita quedo Feliz también. La recepción buenísima.
Si bien hay cocina, no hay platos para comer, ni tampoco una esponja o jabón para lavar, nada. Pero si hay un cartel que te dice que si no dejas limpio todo te cobran 50 euros. Entonces no hace mucho sentido no poner cosas para lavar.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026L’appartement est spacieux et plutôt bien situé mais attention pas de parking attribué au logement, il faut soit réservé un emplacement payant soit se garer dans la rue sur un stationnement payant.
Les photos n’étaient pas conformes à l’appartement. Les équipements sont trop peu nombreux. L’appartement n’était pas très propre et la vaisselle pas rangée.
