Very clean, comfortable, quiet. Located in front of Indomaret, so very convenient. Only 15-20mins by car from the airport. Situated on a major street so a lot of activity but not too busy to affect your rest.

No hot water in my first two nights, but there was hot water after I changed my room. Power outage in Sumatra also affected the TV signal.

Hotel nyaman, sarapan enak, water heater berfungsi dengan baik, tetapi ac nya agak berisik, but overall it was nice experience to stay here with dafam and the staffs are really helpful and friendly to the guests

Comfortable accommodation and friendly staff. Strategic location, away from the crowd but not far from the city center. The food is also delicious and varied. It's fun to stay here with family. Thank youuuu and we will come back to here again 🫶🏻

good ambiance it’s really comfort and silent, nice to search good place, ambience, tasty breakfast, everything in here nice, clean room & bathroom, overall good, and the service is very friendly and fast, parking is also adequate, recommended hotel.

Location was ok. Convenience store and a cafe right in front, and also good options within walking distance.

• Signs of age everywhere in the hotel. Everything in the room especially needs uplifting - our room even had scribblings on the wall • The bed was not comfortable at all (see photo) - the mattress was lined with a thin sheet that wasn't even tucked in properly and that was the bed situation when we first walked in • We requested for the use of iron and ironing board from the first night we checked in and the answer we got was they ran out of it since it was full house (even mentioned because there were many fellow Malaysians). They said they would send it to the room once someone returns but until the end of our stay (we stayed for 2 nights) and despite our repeated requests (through phone and at the counter), we never got it. Knowing that it would be a full-house weekend, I had expected them to either (i) prepare more irons; or (ii) be more proactive in monitoring which room number holds the iron, and imposing time limit on its use instead of just giving the plain answer of "no one has returned it, we'll have to wait for someone to check out". It might seem like a small matter but I believe it's reflective of the level of attentiveness they give as a whole to the needs of their customers.

Very friendly staff who helped us with good information. They also organised a special evening for the occasion of valentines day. The food was good as was the the spa.
