The location was very good to me. I dived with one of the shop near by and lots of restaurants around yet quite to sleep. There are place to hung wet clothes.

I’m not sure why so many people rate this place as excellent. She helped me well but information provided was not efficient like first day she told me about taxi as 100 tb but last day she said if there are three then it’s 100 if not it’s 300tb. And they only take cash. If I knew I changed cash in Bangkok. Overall it was nice place to stay.

Great location, in the main street but far enough not to be in the noisiest area. You just need to cross the road to be on the beach. Room with many facilities and the possibility to use the kitchen, so useful for us. Nice staff, very helpful.

Anyway, our rating is based mainly on the almost absence of light in the room. In our room (A3) there is a blind window on a wall and, except for one room only A1, all the others are on a narrow aisle where there is a few light. Result: we have been in the darkness from the morning to the evening. Not so comfortable!

Good location, kind staff who helped us arrange transportation.

Had ants and other small bugs. Asked for a solution like traps, but was told that when they checked there were no bugs and was given spray which was more of a bandaid solution. The bugs returned. The shower was either very hot or very cold, and the drain smelled.

La chambre donnant sur la rue est assez bruyante, logique. Demandez une des chambres plus loin de la rue si dispo !

Le bruit de la rue trop passante et agitée. Prenez des bouchons d'oreille ! La plage avec trop peu de fond, pas très agréable pour la baignade. Si vous êtes à koh tao pour la tranquillité et le snorkeling choisissez un autre endroit ! Si vous êtes là pour l'animation et les soirées, vous êtes au bon endroit.

Stanza grande fornita di tutto quanto ci si aspetta. Il posto è altresì un agenzia di viaggio quindi è facile prenotare escursioni e battelli se necessario.

Il posto è squallido. La stanza ha due finestre: una di ingresso nella camera che da sul ballatoio attraverso cui passano tutti gli ospiti, l altra, opposta, da su un muro. Se vuoi privacy, luce naturale zero.

Great location, nice spacious room.

I’ve been travelling for 6 weeks around Thailand and I have never had a shower worse than this. The pressure was so weak you could not clean yourself.

Great location with clean spacious rooms. We loved our stay here, it’s affordable, has great air-con and was perfect for us. My boyfriend and I stayed here for 5 nights very much recommend!

good location. quiet area to sleep at night. room is spacious and bed is comfy. they left water bottles every day.

there are tiny bugs in the room attracted to the snacks, so I ruined my muffin in the box. but it is pretty normal in the rainy seasons in the island. so not a big deal.

Highly recommend! Comfortable large room with outdoor patio space and clean shared bathroom facilities close by. Great location, just round the corner from bars, restaurants and shops, but away from the noise at night. Helpful staff who booked our onward travel and taxi to the port.

使うダイビングショップの3軒隣と最高の立地でした。 朝6:30集合なので、近い事でとても助かりました。 セブンイレブンも徒歩3〜4分くらいと便利。 繁華街に対して一番外側の為、行きたい場所によっては遠い可能性有り。

建物が古い事と掛け布団に汚れがあった事。布団は使わなかったし低費用なので建物が少し古い事は十分気にもならなかった。

Strong wifi Good ac Big room

Great location near the beach and everything was clean. Bed was extremely comfortable (hit or miss in Thailand) and toilet was not damp or stale which is a plus. Very nice receptionist lady who helped us book taxi to port for only 100 baht. We paid 300 baht to get from port to the hotel. Great value for the price especially with all the expensive places nearby.

- sehr sauber - super Lage (7Eleven, Strand, Strandpromenade in der Nähe, aber trotzdem ca 100m vom Trubel entfernt; haben keinen Roller benötigt) - jeden Tag zwei neue Flaschen Wasser - room service möglich - beachhandtücher kostenlos ausleihbar - schnorchelausrüßting kostenlos ausleihbar - Personal sehr freundlich, haben auch unseren Transfer nach Khao Sok dort gebucht -> günstigeres Taxi zum Pier, nach Check out konnten wir abends noch kostenlos duschen und auch unser Gepäck lagern

Nichts, wird fanden an der Unterkunft alles super. Aber Ko Tao generell teurer als andere Orte in Thailand.

Staff very friendly, location was excellent and AC worked really well. Room was very big, lots of storage space.

The light outside the room was very bright so needed an eye mask to sleep comfortably. Shower wasn’t very hot but we were fine with this.

There are a lot of people smoking in the hall and smokes got easily into our room which I hated. The doors of the room are the windows at the same time, so I could hear all the noises outside, I had to use earplugs

Die Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt völlig, im Zimmer hat man alles was man braucht. Und die Damen sind auch sehr nett.

Litt støy fra korridoren utenfor, sengen står jo rett ved inngangen så det er bare en skyvedør mellom senga og korridoren hvor folk beveger seg.

Central to Sairee area

The property felt very unsafe, there were no staff around from 8pm onwards and the main staircase to the rooms was visible from the main road. The door lock was not secure, and there was no safe in the rooms. The hotel staff were not friendly nor helpful, and did not make us feel welcome at all. We had to leave the property 3 days early, having paid for 5 night total, due to an emergency. We asked the staff about a potential refund and they refused, we then asked to speak to the manager, we were told she was asleep so to come back at 7pm. At 7pm we were told she still was not around and to come back at 8. However, at 8pm the reception closed and so we could not speak to the manager. In the morning we were quickly hurried out of the hotel. Our experience overall was not the best, and we felt extremely unwelcome from the get go. This is very unfortunate.

I loved that it was so quiet and yet very close to beach, activities, food, and shopping.

Good location very close walking distance to the main Sairee area and beach. Comfy bed, good AC, big room. Bathrooms separate but close by and in good condition.

There are a couple of flights of stairs to the rooms, which was fine for us but be aware.

Nous avons passé trois nuits dans cet hôtel et en sommes très satisfaits. Le rapport qualité-prix est bon, et l’emplacement est pratique pour visiter Ko Tao.

Die Lage war sehr gut, an sich auch ruhig gelegen. Wir hatten vielleicht etwas Pech, da unser Zimmer direkt zur Straße lag und es dadurch ein wenig laut war. Hat uns aber nicht groß gestört. Das Zimmer und das Gemeinschaftsbad waren sehr sauber. Das Personal freundlich. Preis-Leistung gut. Viele Restaurants direkt die Straße runter. Der Strand ist innerhalb 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

Die Anlage hat ein Ameisen Problem. Wir hatten kein Essen im Zimmer, dennoch gab es neben und über unserem Bett eine Ameisenstraße. Die Klimaanlage hat ein wenig getropft. Die Fenster waren nicht ganz zu, es gab immer einen kleinen Spalt.

This is a very convenient small hotel at a good location. The place is quiet (compared to the hassle of the tourist center ), yet very close to everything you need. There are many good restaurants nearby, massage centers etc. We had one room with private bathroom and one room with shared bathroom. Both rooms were very clean, with convenient beds and reasonably furnished. The shared bathroom was perfectly clean. The Internet worked without any issues. AC worked very well in both the rooms. The reception is open 8-20 and can handle check in, check out, left luggage and sell transportation. We bought the Oxygen full day snorcheling trip and it was unbelievably nice and good value. The taxis make a cartel at this island in a similar way as on the surrounding islands, resulting in prices like 10€ per 1km per car. So we walked from the port to the hotel on arrival. It's a nice walk except for the bags and the motorcycles everywhere. On the way back we ordered a taxi at the reception for 500 bht per family. It seems that you have to remove your shoes for the reception, but not for rest of the hotel.

Établissement très propre. Nous étions une famille de 8 et avions tout le dernier étage pour nous, le top. La chambre côté rue est la plus lumineuse mais aussi la plus petite. Le personnel est très gentil.

La rue est très bruyante mais c'est la vie en Thaïlande. L'hôtel est presque a la sortie de la ville donc c'est tout de même le moins bruyant de la ville je pense!

Personal muy amable, nos ayudaron con absolutamente todo, habitacion e instalaciones limpias , buena potencia de agua y caliente . Cama muy cómoda y habitacion bastante espaciosa . Aire acondicionado . Buena ubicacion, a tan solo 7 minutos caminando a la playa . Me encantó todo. Totalmente recomiendo alojarse en Khun Yin g House . Espero poder regresar. Great location, close to the hustle and bustle of walking street. The shared bathrooms are clean, the accommodation offers beach towels to use, aswell as snorkel equipment. Overall not a bad place to stay.

Great place, nice and quite and only 3 minutes next to all the good hostels and main restaurants road. Superb location looking for close proximity to everything while also being in. Quiet area. Ideal for sharing with mates as Koh Tao expensive

Really great location, very clean. Room was fab, spacious and fresh towels when needed as well as beach towels. Also water every day was a nice touch. Easy to book onwards travel with them as well. Cute cat. Thank you so much! Staff were fab.

Our neighbours. Stealing chairs, screaming in the hallway and taking calls loudly at 2am. Not the fault of the hotel of course.

30’ walk from the pier but in a more quiet and peaceful location, staff was nice and helpful. the little shared balcony is very homey in the evening 🍀 room and bathroom were super clean too!

My stay here was great!! The location is great, the rooms are clean and the service is good. The hostel is very quiet and peaceful. The lady in the reception is the sweetest and helped me a lot, she helped me with extending my visa and even gave me a ride to the immigration office for a very cheap price! Unfortunately when I wanted to stay more nights they were fully booked, but they helped me get a room in a hotel they work with for the same price. Very recommended :)

The location of the property is perfect and the rooms were clean

There was a powercut for 2 full days meaning no air con no lights (which is a problem as there isn’t much natural light at all) and we lost water at one point too. I understand this can be an island wide issue, however we didn’t know this and when asking the staff if they had any idea when it’d all be back on she just laughed and said no. I’m not one to be negative at all but the laughing just made me a little uncomfortable. We’ve had power cuts in other places and little bits of compensation were provided which make the world of difference.

Spacious double room with a kettle, fridge, aircon & a fan. Really good location to the town & beach. Fairly quiet as just on the edge of the main town. Staff were friendly and helpful. We extended our stay with no issues. Shared bathrooms were cleaned everyday, throughout the day. (Just sometimes guests left them messy!)
