Besides its proximity to Mont Saint-Michel, my overall experience at this hotel was unfortunately very disappointing. The most concerning issue was that my room had apparently been assigned to other guests. When I opened the door using the key I had been given, I found someone else’s belongings inside. This is not simply an inconvenience, but a serious safety and security issue that should never occur in a hotel. On top of that, the staff also managed to reserve the taxi for my onward connection at the wrong time. Fortunately, I decided to double-check the taxi’s arrival time with the hotel myself; otherwise, I could have missed my connection altogether. Considering both incidents, I found the level of organisation and attention to guests’ security far below what should reasonably be expected from a hotel.

Reviewed Sep 19, 2026L’albergo è situato in una bella posizione, all’interno di un complesso con parcheggio (che si paga a parte e che costa una decina di euro e comprende anche il servizio di bus navetta da e per Mont-Saint-Michelle). La struttura è relativamente moderna, ma non dotata di ascensore per salire ai piani. La camera, dotata di soppalco in cui era presente il secondo letto matrimoniale, era un po’ piccola nella parte sottostante, ma complessivamente in ordine. Il bagno era spazioso. Punto dolente: la colazione. Si paga a parte ma, nonostante fosse “continentale”, aveva poca scelta.
Colazione con non tantissima scelta.

Reviewed Sep 17, 2026Le bruit est insupportable, que ce soit le seche-cheveux des voisins, les cars qui laissent tourner leur moteur sous les fenêtres ou, le pire, le bruit des navettes sur les plaques de la route. Très très difficile de se reposer un peu... Il faudrait un minimum d'isolation acoustique! Il n'y a pas de place dans la salle d'eau pour poser ses affaires.

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026l'Hotel è in una posizione molto strategica per raggiungere Le Mont-Saint-Michel sia a piedi (20 minuti al massimo) che con la navetta gratutita che fermava proprio davanti all'hotel. Struttura funzionale.
Sarà una prerogativa francese, ma anche se la camera era familare per 4 persone e mansarda, lo spazio per muoversi, sul piano d'ingresso, era veramente risicato. Anche in Normandia ormai è necessario dotarsi di condizionatori ed evitare l'uso di piumini in pieno agosto.

La nostra camera con soppalco era molto carina, ma davvero troppo stretta. Bagno abbastanza spazioso. Colazione a pagamento, ma con poca scelta. Purtroppo non c'è l'ascensore e quindi bisogna portare le valigie sulle scale.

Reviewed Aug 30, 2026L'hôtel est à côté de l'arrêt de la navette pour aller au Mont Saint-Michel et le parking est pratique pour y lasiser la voiture. La réceptionniste nous a très bien conseillé sur les horaires pour aller au Mont Saint-Michel et cela nous a évité la foule. L'hôtel est agréable, nous avions une chambre avec mezzanine (famille de 4 dont 2 enfants), suffisamment spacieuse.
Les ventillateurs sont utile mais avec une seule fenêtre, il a été difficile de faire circuler l'air dans la chambre. Il y avait aussi un bruit et des vibrations régulièrement, peut-être dû au passage des navettes à proximité de l'hôtel.

Персонал дуже уважний ( моє знання іноземних мов незадовільне))), номер невеличкий, але зручний, чистий і приємний. Сніданок - все свіже , смачне, є апарат для варіння яєць))).

Also good option if you come by car - plenty of space to park and possible to use the parking ticket to go in and out the parking if you need. Breakfast was good, hotel was clean - in my opinion good value for money.
Its a little problematic to have lunch or dinner nearby - we got recommendation from hotel staff about two restaurants nearby, but the reviews were not so good so we decided to go more far away by car to eat and it was a good option. Room was not very big, but ok for one or two nights

Plusem było to że znajdował się przy przystanku autobusu który kursował do opactwa, mogliśmy nawet kilka razy dziennie o każdej porze dnia tam się udać, ostatni kurs był o 01:00 w nocy. Pokoje ok, mieliśmy jeden z antresolą, mimo,że nie było klimatyzacji w pokoju , były wiatraki i to też wystarczyło . Wokół kilka restauracji, przyjemne miejsce nawet na jedną noc.
Szkoda że nie ma opcji śniadania razem z noclegiem w pakiecie, mogliśmy dokupić osobno, jednak nie skorzystaliśmy.

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026L'emplacement est parfait. Restaurant à proximité et navette pour aller au Mont ST Michel en face. Petit déjeuner assez copieux avec pas mal de choix. Personnel agréable et serviable.
Chambre un peu encombré avec l'escalier pour accéder a la mezzanine. Le toilette devant la douche pas pratique. Et, pas d'ascensseur. Le gros bémol parking payant 12,50€ par 24h, énorme vu le prix de la chambre.

De devoir laisser mon sac sans surveillance a la réception, sachant que les horaires d'arrivée ne sont qu'à partir de 17h. Il faudrait une bagagerie sécurisée

Hard brood en harde koffiekoeken. Ontbijt apart te betalen. Stofzuigen zijn ze vergeten. Kleine ventilator voor grote kamer te weinig en dus redelijk warm. Parking ook nog eens apart te betalen waardoor prijs oploopt en duur uitvalt.

De kamer lag aan de kant van de straat waardoor je de bussen goed kan horen (die rijden tot 1 uur ‘s nachts en atarten voor 6.00 alweer op).

Reviewed Aug 22, 2026Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Lage ist super. Die Zimmer sind recht klein, doch man hat versucht soweit alles rauszuholen. Frühstück war soweit in Ordnung
Das Hotel ist insgesamt in die Jahre gekommen. Es waren viele Flecken oder kleine Blessuren zu sehen. Im Zimmer ist ein Teppich verlegt.Dieser war ebenfalls alt und fleckig.

Struttura datata che necessiterebbe di un intervento di sistemazione e ammodernamento. Colazione ai minimi termini.
