Reviewed Sep 19, 2026Within the Zoned Parking area for Mont Saint Michel. The cost was €10.00 per day of your stay. You enter the area well before getting to the hotel. The room was comfortable and convenient, however the place is getting abit of wear and tear , so don’t expect everything to be top notch. The shuttle to the Mount stops right out the front , every 10 mins.
Two flights of stairs with very heavy luggage was a bit hard. The room itself was fine. Furnishing are getting a bit worn and tied.

We did not eat the breakfast but we ate dinner in PreSale and it was wonderful. The front desk was so friendly, parking was plentiful and near our room. The room was great, nice variety of lighting near the bed, good arrangement of room to have multiple locations for people to put suitcases, outlets on both sides of the bed. I like the separate toilet room from shower area—makes it easy for multiple people in the morning. Our room was quiet and peaceful.
Having a hair dryer that could move was really great. Wish there was a place to use it where you could see a mirror in room outside of bathroom. Would have loved a bottle of water next to bed. But truly a fine property

La recepcionista que ens va atendre, va ser molt amable i respectuosa. L'esmorzar molt complert en un menjador molt ampli i amb una molt bona decoració i gestionat per un personal molt amable. Recomanable al 100%.

Reviewed Sep 11, 2026Durch diese nervigen Schranken die man durchquerren muss, um auf das Gelände zukommen hatte ich etwas Stress und war genervt. Ich musste nochmal Kohled abdrücken um wieder rauszukommen, entgegen der Aussage der Rezeptionsmitarbeiterin! Das gesamte Areal hat die Bezeichnung "Kaserne" zu recht. Ich würde nicht nochmal dort buchen.

les parties communes de l'immeuble 'Normandie' sont un peu frustes, ambiance colonie de vacances. La TV est supposée fournir des programmes satellite, mais n'était pas connectée ni connectable à Internet et seule la TNT était disponible. Des affiches dans l'établissement promettent une boisson gratuite au bar si l'on se connecte sur l'app All Accor - sauf que, une fois enregistré avec son email et validé, on vous indique que vous n'avez pas accès aux avantages parce que la réservation a été faite par un tiers (Booking). Décevant.

Struttura non all' altezza di un 4 stelle, a mio parere sul fronte pulizia si potrebbe fare di più (asciugamano sporco di rossetto trovato in camera tra quelli puliti.. capita..), staff alla reception abbastanza di poche parole (al check in non ci hanno nemmeno spiegato gli orari della colazione), tv che non funzionava in camera. Qualità/prezzo non ci siamo... non ci tornerei. Si salva solo la posizione.

確認不足で失敗だったのは、エレベーターがなく階段しかなかったことです。大きなスーツケースを持って階段を上り下りするのはとても大変でした。スタッフも手伝ってくれません。また、この地域のエリア内に車が入るのにお金がかかるのですが、荷物を下ろすだけだとお金はかからないと言われましたが友人に送ってもらいすぐ出たのに、出る時に友人が€12.5取られたと言っていました。説明しても取られたそうです。もう少しホテル側から詳しい説明をしてくれてたら良かったと思います。スタッフ終始あまり親切ではないと思いました。周りにもホテルが少ないから割高だと思います。

Primo piano senza ascensore (con una grossa valigia non è il massimo) in una dependance a 100 metri dalla struttura. La colazione viene servita nel ristorante dell’hotel ma essendo noi nella dependance se avesse piovuto sarebbe stato un problema. Avere persone un po’ più cordiali ed empatiche alla reception aiuterebbe molto (fatto due o tre domande per capire meglio logistica, maree, etc ed ricevuto risposte rapide e senza troppa attenzione)

Grâce aux précieux conseils reçus à la réception, j’ai pu parfaitement organiser mes visites au Mont-Saint-Michel. Le petit-déjeuner est excellent et le restaurant est vraiment au top : très bonne cuisine et une expérience très agréable. Une adresse que je recommande !
Seul petit point négatif : l’absence de coffre-fort dans la chambre.

Reviewed Aug 21, 2026Easy access by car thanks to the access code for the barrier at the entrance to the Mont Saint-Michel area. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the shuttle to Mont Saint-Michel. The room was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was satisfactory.
Some of the common areas, especially the corridors and entrance area, felt a little dated. While this did not affect the comfort of the room or our overall experience, the hotel could benefit from a refresh in these areas. The only other minor drawback was the absence of an elevator, meaning we had to carry our luggage up to the first floor.

Reviewed Aug 20, 2026La posizione eccezionale: - è vicinissimo alla passerella che porta al Mont a piedi, ma se sei stanco, è di fronte alla fermata della navetta gratuita che percorrere quasi tutta la passerella, - si trova in una zona molto carina e spaziosa dove possono parcheggiare solo gli ospiti degli hotel, quindi poi parcheggiare davanti al tuo hotel. La camera è pulita, ampia e luminosa. Letto comodo, bagno ampio. Ci sono i distributori d'acqua gratuiti in ogni piano. Personale molto cordiale

Parking payant, le prix du petit déjeuner élevé, la ventilation de la salle de bain ne fonctionne pas donc il faisait très chaud et humide.

Der Weg zum Zimmer führte über eine schmale etwas wackelige Treppe/kein Lift vorhanden. Mit Koffer (ohne Hilfe) etwas schwierig. Könnte man aber sicher im Vorfeld abklären, ich wusste es eben leider nicht.

Из всех восьми отелей, в которых довелось пожить в путешествии по Франции вдоль Атлантики, здесь был самый простой завтрак за те же деньги. Скорее всего, потому что рядом нет альтернативных мест, где можно позавтракать

Der Flur im Haus Normandie hatte den Charakter einer Jugendherberge, aber die Zimmer waren sehr schön. Besonders das Badezimmer war komplett neu und perfekt sauber, wie alles andere auch
