Better shower

Good location, Easy to find, Very informative and freindly.

Beds were against the wall, so queen/double had no exit for one partner except for over the other partner - resulted in a trip. Right beside traffic lights so some traffic noise - we adapted and went to sleep.

The door rattled in tbe wind. The hot tap in the bathroom just went round and round. The kitchenette was exceptional but wasn't designed for short people in mind.

Everything in the room was satisfaction. Nice and comfortable. Everything I needed was in stock and been provided. I like everything about staying in a motel.

There was nothing I didn't like, everything was absolutely fine and satisfied.

They have a great outside area for the kids to ride bikes and scooters and a small playground. Staff were fab. Very close to fuel station, Maccas and a supermarket

Reception was awesome and offered to supply a trolley to assist with my luggage from the office to my room.

It was very spacious with good facilities in the room

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Location slightly removed from city centre but close proximity to restaurants and supermarkets. Facilities clean and well kept. Lots of parking and outdoor seating.

Only fault was slightly poor water pressure.

Bed wasn’t great. Only two thin towels for two nights. Very small amount of toiletries, we had to buy our own shampoo. Curtains didn’t fully close and the outdoor light stayed on all night which didn’t help falling asleep. A business on the other side of the river started their noisy activities at 6.30 am. The childrens play area looks unsafe.

Staff was very friendly.

Spacious room for my family of 6 & our dog, we had a trailer with us and were able to park that as well

Spacious, pet friendly with access to a great dog walking area. Clean bedding, Netflix, kitchen facilities, and comfortable lounge suite. Very handy to food outlets too.

A little noisier than expected with traffic, most people probably wouldn’t notice it though. We lived in a back section and don’t hear road noise.

Large room. Basically furnished but warm and comfy. The heater was put on prior to arrival for which we were very grateful: a nice friendly gesture!

No hairdryer nor coffee plunger🥲also Booking.com didn’t indicate that there would be $20extra for having dogs… it’s advertised as dog friendly but that extra charge isn’t evident until check in. We understand why, but ….

not enough towels and they were well worn. No milk given for the following day.

Situated in Woolston, it is handy to the shopping centre. Well lit up at night for security, and there is a park for every room.

Excellent facilities for a person with less mobility (we stayed in unit 11 which has disabled-access). Everything we needed in the apartment and the owner Jeff and his team went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.

I paid $780 for 3 nights I do understand that the cricket was on but there was no salt or pepper and there were dead inseces under our bed and the people next to us were so rude and at 7pm we sat outside our unit and she sceamed at us to shutup"

The only reason we stayed here was the motel allowed our dog to stay. It was smelly unclean and filthy. Windows didn’t close properly, drafts when windy. Cuties would blow upward. Mouldy silicone. It was just yuck. Well over due for an up grade. The shower dribbled water out the shower nozzle. No pressure. WIFI was a joke. The outside of the property was very well kept and in much better condition than the inside. The price was far too much for the state of the property. Staff were absolutely lovely. Would not recommend staying unless like us you have no other options.

I wiped dust off the whole room and as I’m an asthmatic this caused me great discomfort Very dusty and unclean by the toilet Ants on the bench Didn’t replace all sachets each day of our four night stay Tea sachets were very cheap and didn’t taste at all nice Not value at all for the money we were charged Would not recommend Top dollar for motel didn’t deliver

Great little spot to stay the night in Christchurch, clean and comfortable, basic amenities but all that was needed, lovely reception staff, close to supermarket, dining options, 5 min drive to Sumner Beach.
