Probabilmente per il periodo di bassa stagione, non c'era praticamente nessuno.. struttura enorme che sembrava "fantasma". In camera funzionavano le lampade ma non l'illuminazione principale

Reviewed Sep 10, 2026Abbiamo deciso di tornare dopo la bellissima esperienza positiva dello scorso anno. Quest'anno avendo preso una cabina grade abbiamo potuto utilizzare anche la cucina (fornitissima di tutto), senza rinunciare anche alle ottime portate preparate dal ristorante. La cabina aveva una cucina fornita di tutto, per preparare qualsiasi piatto (consigliamo di fare spesa a Tromso prima di arrivare in quanto la zona è piuttosto remota). Letti molto comodi e cabina pulita su richiesta quando necessario. Carinissimi i ragazzi italiani dell'Housekeeping, gentilissimi ed è stato un piacere conoscerli.
Avremmo avuto il piacere di incontrare gli Husky come lo scorso anno, ma quest'anno li abbiamo visti solo da fuori. Abbiamo provato a fare il giro del lago, ma il percorso non era totalmente fattibile (solo in parte c'è una passerella). da migliorare forse ricezione WiFi e canali TV.

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026Ubytování předčilo naše očekávání. Apartmánový komplex je umístěn přímo na břehu fjordu s balkonem přímo nad mořem. Dobře vybavená kuchyně, ve které chyběla snad jen mikrovlnná trouba. V manželské ložnici byly milým překvapením dvě přikrývky.
Lednička měla menší objem a manželská postel měla měkkou matraci - obě zmíněné věci ale mohou jinému naprosto vyhovovat

Reviewed Aug 22, 2026De locatie was perfect. We kregen de keuze voor een appartement omdat de pub mogelijk voor overlast zou zorgen. Net appartement met veel ruimte. Het appartement had een balkon met uitzicht op het meer.
Het 2 persoons bed in het appartement was erg smal. De keuken was wat verouderd. Het ontbijtbuffet was ok, maar de keuze was er niet reuze.

Saavuimme pari tuntia etuajassa ja jouduimme maksamaan 250nok/tunti extraa. Tämä siitä huolimatta että varaamamme asunto oli siivottu ja valmis. Terassilla oli vain yksi tuoli, pyynnöstä tuotiin kyllä nopeasti lisää. Keittiöstä puuttui mm. mikro. Ko. Asunnot ovat ilmeisesti yksityisomistuksessa joita hotelli hallinnoi.

Im Appartement war keine Kaffeemaschine, die in der Beschreibung angegeben war. Nur ein Wasserkocher und Instandkaffee, was nun mal keine Kaffeemaschine ist. Auf der Terrasse fehlten jegliche Möbel. Das Frühstück im Hotel war ok, jedoch war der Preis dafür viel zu hoch. Da hatten wir uns mehr erhofft

Reviewed Jul 9, 2026Lägenheten var jättebra utrustad. Der fanns möbler, utemöbler, sängkläder, toalettartiklar, alla möjliga köksredskap, även disktrasor och kökshanddukar. Det var välstädat. Området var välskött. Vacker utsikt mot fjord och berg. Det var inga så många gäster, då tog vi det lungt och var inte störda alls. Spa gick också jättebra. Jag rekommenderar.
Dålig väg till hotellet men det är inte hotellets fel. Det var inte deras fel heller att vädret var inte så bra. Hotellet är ganska isolerat, det finns inte så mycket att göra förutom fiske och vandring. Jag var lite uttråkad på kvällen.

Reviewed Jul 4, 2026De oorspronkelijk geboekte kamer was lekker ruim en had een groot bed en een mooie badkamer. Helaas veel te heet. Het vervangend appartement was voldoende, maar wel kleiner. Daarentegen had het wel een balkon dat uitkeek op het fjord. Het had een keukentje. De binnenkant van het hoofdgebouw was mooi.
De kamer was bij aankomst 31°C heet. Omdat het raam nauwelijks open kon (de ruit was ook gebarsten), en de thermostaat al laag stond, hebben we dit aangegeven bij de receptie. Na welgemeende excuses bood men meteen een vervangende appartementje met balkon aan. Het bed in het appartement was klein. De vering van de matrassen was te voelen. De douche bleek klein en de douchebak oogde gedateerd. De algehele sfeer bij het resort ontbrak. Het was kil. Behalve het zicht op het fjord, bood de locatie niets. De openbare weg naar de accommodatie zat vol met gaten en was slecht onderhouden door de gemeente. De buitenkant van de gebouwen kunnen een verfje gebruiken.

Reviewed Jul 2, 2026La vue sublime sur le fjord depuis le lit, la chambre lumineuse et spacieuse. L'hôtel propose des activités mais nous n'avons pas eu le temps d'en profiter.
Le restaurant est moyen, le petit dejeuner est complet mais les plats (oeufs, bacon) étaient froids.

Unfortunately the resort is tired and in disrepair We shortened our stay as a result and requested a refund The staff tried to help but they were mostly unable to help us resolve our issues I wouldn’t recommend unless you’re happy to compromise on comfort, cleanliness and general conditions

Reviewed Jun 23, 2026Das Apartment hat eine tolle Aussicht auf den Fjord. Wir haben sogar Delphine vorbei ziehen sehen. Es gab Kaffepulver für die Kaffeemaschine gratis. Der Service an der Rezeption war super freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Die Ausstattung des Küchengeschirrs war teilweise veraltet, es fehlten Topfdeckel, eine Pfanne war nicht mehr zu gebrauchen. Die Pfanne wurde auf jedoch Anfrage dann getauscht. Ein paar Haken für Handtücher im Bad fehlten leider.

Huoneissa ei toiminut ilmanvaihto - ei ole ongelma, jos ei ole ilmastointia mutta näissä huoneissa (eikä hotellin käytävillä) toiminut korvausilma eikä poisto: tunkkaista. Vain pieni ikkuna mahdollista avata hieman raolleen. Millainen huone auringossa on kun on helle.. meillä oli 12-15 astetta ulkona ja sisällä 24,5

It is off season so they had skeleton staff juggling everything which meant a lot of waiting around. It might be better if they just closed during the off season rather than give a bad experience and disappoint customers. The bedroom had a broken shutter so light streaming in all night, making the room hot and uncomfortable and impossible to sleep. Uncomfortable bed, and flooding in the bathroom due to a blocked drain. Atmosphere in the hotel was not nice, you couldn’t even choose a decent cold glass of wine as they had only one bottle in the fridge!! Parts of the terrace looked shabby and in need of a repaint. Crazy price for hot tub kr950 for two hours!! Breakfast was horrible with dried up food which was not replaced. A disappointing stay, we left rather than stay around for lunch because the menu was uninspiring and didn’t like the atmosphere of the hotel. Pretty location but not cosy at all. :(

Reviewed May 3, 2026I utgangspunktet fint rom, men virker som at vedlikehold mangler. Nydelig utsikt fra rommet. Fin størrelse på rommet. Fin plassering av seng. Stort bad og dusjnisje. God eggerøre og brød til frokosten. Fint utvalg av te.
Blinket i lyset på badet. Sluken i dusjen var tilnærmet tett. Ingen i resepsjonen så sent på kvelden. Hadde blitt lovet et fint rom, manglet solskjerming på dene av tre vinduer- tydelig at det tidligere har vært montert men tatt ned da festene fortsatt sto der. I nord-norge og lyst på natten var det en uheldig kombinasjon. Var også isolasjon stappet inn i ventilene over vinduene, spesielt. Tydelige tidligere vannskader på gulvet i hovedrommet. Deilig at det var rolig til frokosten, men tips til resorten er å legge lokk over pålegget slik at det slipper tørke ut i kantene.

Var veldig varmt på hotellrommet pga solen sto mot de store vinduene helt til kveld. Hjalp ikke med viften på rommet. Måtte ha åpen vindu og gangdør for gjennomlufting. Savnet kaffemaskin,da man ikke har løst å bruke vannkoker etter å ha hørt noen vasker truser i vannkokere på hotell.

- Unsere Unterkunft war bei Ankunft nicht beheizt und die Heizung hatte dazu Probleme - man schien sich für unser Problem nicht wirklich zu interessieren uns ich musste 3 mal persönlich beim Reception beschweren, bis etwas passiert ist. - Preis Leistung ist nicht ok viel zu teuer für schlechten Service - das Restaurant ist sehr ungemütlich, da es wenig Ambiente hat und steriles helles Licht. Qualität Ok Preis eher teuer

Die Qualität der Matratze ist eine Katastrophe. So weich, dass man fast See krank wurde. Schade!

Die angegebene Tour für die Polarlichter war ein Flopp nicht weil man die nicht gesehen hat sondern für das was geboten war(Erklärung, Tipps zum Fotografieren), viel zu teuer.

Reviewed Mar 29, 2026Location of the two bedroom apartment right on the sea with great views of sea and snow mountains. Got to see the Northern lights very nicely from the balcony in two nights. Staff was friendly too.
No microwave which is clearly seen in the pictures on line. Also absence of freezer and toaster in the kitchen. The exhaust over the stove was loose and kept falling. Most annoying thing were the lights near the jacuzzi etc that were brought and lit up through it the night which is strange. Lights serve no purpose at midnight but spoil the Northern lights viewing which is one of the priority of guests coming here. Light in balcony was also on through our the night. Reception told me that it's automatically on at night and they can do nothing about it . Also frying pan missing in kitchen. On request, I was provided one. With such high cost and corporate style of management, these things are surprising. Rooms are smaller than what they look on line.

Reviewed Mar 26, 2026The resort is nice, beautiful views, peaceful atmosphere, and genuinely warm and attentive staff. If you are looking for a place to disconnect and enjoy the Arctic scenery, this is a good alternative.
The complete lack of proactive communication about our main booked activity being cancelled. Our package included dog sledding, which had not been running for at least a week before our arrival. We were not informed until we were already on the transfer bus, where a staff member also told us that no dog sledding was available anywhere in Tromsø. That was not accurate. Another family at the resort found an operator in the city and completed the activity the day before we arrived. Upon arrival we were offered three alternatives: reindeer experience, Northern Lights, and the spa. Only one of those was a daytime outdoor activity related to why we were there. There was no snow activity offered as a genuine replacement. We accepted the reindeer experience because at that point we had no other option. We later found a public response from the resort to another guest describing the exact same problem: unclear communication, last-minute changes, activities not as described. That response already existed before our visit. Nothing had changed.
