Rezeption ,Empfangshalle → Frühstücksraum.Lage gut. Ins Zentrum kann man zu Fuß laufen. Man sollte jedoch beachten, dass der Weg einbisschen bergauf führt.

Es steht leider kein Parkplatz zur Verfügung. Am Straßenrand kann man jedoch kostenlos parken. Ihr müsst einfach etwas Geduld haben, um einen freien Parkplatz zu finden.

Problema de aparcamiento. El diseño de la habitación es moderno, pero el baño no tiene nada de privacidad, es abierto y la mampara transparente. La habitación estaba sucia.

We had a very pleasant stay. This is a well run hotel with very competent staff. Rooms cleaned daily and the breakfast was good buffet style, Although there was complementary tea/coffee surprisingly there was no bottled water on arrival, only that which was available through the minibar. Providing bottled water I think this gesture would add to the experience not detract from it as is the situation presently. Saying that we would return.

La piscina situada en a planta alta, y la amabilidad del servicio de limpieza de las habitaciones.

Hotel bastante desangelado, sin alma, anónimo. En recepción me entregaron la factura a nombre de otro cliente con un precio diferente y activaron la tarjeta de forma que me permitió abrir una habitación errónea y ocupada. Pudo ser un malentendiido muy enojoso pero afortunadamente el otro cliente lo entendió. Bufet bastante variado pero de calidad escasa. Muy difícil aparcamiento en la zona. Poco aislamiento acústico de la habitación contigua. Luz de emergencia encendida permanentemente en el baño que alcanza al dormitorio por la puerta acristalada.

La cena nos pareció muy pobre y con poca variedad. En el desayuno del primer día le pregunté a la camarera que estaba preparando los huevos revueltos si podía freírme un huevo. Su respuesta fue que no , yo nunca había visto que se hiciera algo así en un hotel. Otro aspecto negativo fue el bar de la piscina. Llegamos a las 15:45 y nos informaron de que la cocina ya estaba cerrada porque eran las 16:00, por lo que no pudimos pedir nada para comer.

Muy buena ubicación cerca del centro, habitaciones nuevas, camas muy cómodas. Desayuno muy bueno el bufete muy amplio.

El horario de desayuno podría ser más amplio hasta las 10.30 u 11.00

Just spent 14 days at this hotel B&B very good stay Hotel was clean, the rooms cleaned daily if required, food was very good and plenty of selection, pool and outside area very good, situated near the town some steep hills to be aware of but not difficult, all the staff were excellent especially Jose on reception good and informative.

This was our 3rd time staying at this hotel, just having breakfast. Our room was situated on the 3rd floor above the reception area and on a main road. However the noise on occasions didn’t bother us. We chose the hotel as it is situated very close to the bus station but also close to the main areas of the village. We take advantage of going on the local buses to other villages which is a good service and very reasonable priced. The hotel has two fabulous roof top pools one which is heated. Easily accessible with all facilities for disabled people. Plush sun lounges and a nice bar where food is available also happy hour. The hotel rooms are very comfortable with air con and a balcony also room service if required for refreshment and they are cleaned daily leaving fresh towels. Food in the restaurant is also nice and fresh. The area is very nice with lots of lovely places to wander and a variety of restaurants and bars, mostly reasonably priced. Jose who works on reception has a wealth of information for you if you ask, and is always very pleasant, a really nice gentleman.

Mooie ruime kamer, schoon en mooi uitzicht. Rooftop bar en zwembaden zagen er prima uit, maar hier hebben wij zelf geen gebruik van gemaakt ivm het weer.

Parkeren in de buurt was lastig, alles was vol. Uiteindelijk een plekje kunnen vinden op 10 min loopafstand wat met een koffer natuurlijk niet zo handig was

Absolutely tremendous hotel. There was nothing that we could fault or complain about. Whilst all staff are pleasant and helpful, special mention goes to Eduardo on reception, who was exceptional and Kelly in the pool bar. We will definitely return, hopefully later this year.

Excellent stay, great location, great room, great staff and great food. looking forward to another stay.

Muy bien los desayunos, con variedad y cantidad. La amabilidad del personal, hago mención especial a Daniel (recepcion) y a las chicas, de la limpieza.

La ducha, le pongo un pero. La mampara no es capaz de retener el agua y moja gran parte, del baño. Desconozco, si pasa igual en el resto de habitaciones.

Das Hotel liegt zwar an einer stark befahrenen Straße, aber die Fenster schließen sehr gut. Alles ist optimal zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Hotel Pool auf dem Dach ist ein Traum!

Frühstück war ausgeschrieben bis 10:00 Uhr, kurz vor zehn wurden die Kaffeemaschinen ausgeschaltet und um 10:19 Uhr kam bereits der Restaurantleiter und bat mich, den Frühstücksraum doch nun zu verlassen. Das hat mich doch etwas geärgert!

Tuvimos un problema de mantenimiento, y el servicio tardó muchísimo en ir a repararlo. Era domingo y el de mantenimiento entraba tarde.....no lo entiendo.

Cobran por absolutamente todo! A la hora de la cena nos cobraron por la bebidas cosa que en el check in no te comentan q tienes incluido y q no . Por otro lado , había contratado un servicio de feliz cumpleaños que calidad precio … nefasto. 3-4 globos 40€ , lo hubiera sabido y no lo contrato.

Todo fue muy bien, pero cabe destacar el trato del personal, sobretodo en recepción fueron increíble y se han portado genial.

Good location, large comfortable beds including warmer sheets (visited in March, we found it useful), balcony with chairs, very good breakfast, option to buy bufet dinner, very helpful receptionist. Communication in english.

Weared bathroom with number of fast repairs, shower corner where water sprikles over the toilet. We needed to change bed sheets due to stains, but rest of the room was clean and we resolved problem to our safisfaction. No bathrobe (would be useful at 4* hotel with pool) nor vanity set.

I had a lovely stay at the hotel. I travelled by myself and found the location, facilities and hotel perfect for my needs. The rooms were a good size and the beds comfortable. Most importantly, staff were friendly and helpful, especially on Reception. Thank you Jose for sorting out my problems with such kindness and humour.

En general un 10. En la habitación, todo súper limpio, las camas y almohadas muy cómodas, el secador de pelo tiene bastante potencia para secar un pelo largo y no tardar mucho, caja fuerte gratuita, nevera para meter alimentos, hervidor con infusiones y café gratuito. El desayuno muy completo y variado. Lo mejor del desayuno el zumo de naranja! El personal es muy amable y atento. Volveremos a repetir sin ninguna duda.

Que no tuviera parking propio. Pero encontramos aparcamiento todos los días cerca del hotel.

El personal era muy amable y atento. Las instalaciones estaban muy bien muy nuevas y limpias. El personal de limpieza un 10!

La comida deja mucho que desear. El desayuno aceptable pero las cenas muy muy mejorables. El horario de las cenas era de 18h a 21h (a las 21h cierra el restaurante) para nuestro gusto demasiado pronto.

Everything, from the gentleman at reception to the housekeeping staff everyone was so cheery. The room was fantastic, very clean and the small ! patio (the receptionist will know what I mean 🤣) has a fabulous view. The icing on the cake was the breakfast, the best hotel breakfast I have had and the dining room staff were a superb team.

Es stinkt im Zimmer nach Abfluss, weil anscheinend keine siphons in der Dusche verbaut sind. Der Speisesaal ist wie am Bahnhof, fürchterlich laut und das Essen ist auch nicht von besonders hoher Qualität.

Lage war am Berg,keine Parkplätze am Haus,mussten am großen Parkplatz am Meer parken und für mich mit Rollator somit die Anreise sehr beschwerlich.Frühstückssaft leider ungenießbar

Non c’è parcheggio, neanche per carico/scarico bagagli L’orario delle piscine è troppo ridotto (10-18) e il bar chiude anche prima delle 18:00 La colazione è un po’ caotica, poiché l’albergo è frequentato da gruppi numerosi di vari tour operator; bisogna cercare l’orario con minor affollamento (sarebbe opportuno riservare una saletta agli ospiti non facenti parte dei gruppi)

10/10 for location as only a few minutes walk downhill from all the shops and main area. Close to two launderettes, and less than 5 minutes from the main bus station. 7/10 for food- very good selection but some dishes were only just warm, vegetables were soft and the menu is a weekly cycle and as we were here for 4 weeks, it was a bit repetative. Generally though, you can always find something to eat on the menu. Big shout out to the ebullient funny helpful waiter Santiago. Also the young waiting staff worked extremely hard and deserve some praise. 3/10 for wifi- it is reasonably fast, but you have to log on sometimes multiple times in 24 hours and there is no consistent wifi. 7/10 for the room, as it is large and well equipped. It is also cleaned daily and well by the cleaning staff. However, we had a consistently bad smell in the bathroom which appeared without fail overnight and lasted until mid morning. Initially it smelt of radishes but became increasingly stronger smelling of ammonia. We told the receptionist (Jorge- the good guy) in our first week, and immediately the filter in the bathroom vent and the air conditioning vent in the room were both cleaned. This lasted about 12 hours and it was back again. We told another receptionist who said it was the smell of the sea- impossible as the bathroom has no window and we never smelt the sea. The smell was definitely a sewage type smell but nothing was done about it and we endured it for our entire 4 week stay. For this reason and the poor wifi, we would not return to this hotel. 3/10 for atmosphere especially the so called entertainment in the lobby bar, and in fact the whole lobby area is very bright and there is absolutely no atmosphere with not very comfy seats. 2/10 for value as we have booked another hotel with better reviews and as we visited it during our stay, we know it has much better ambience yet is costing us over £800 less for the same 4 weeks in 2027 9/10 for noise level- this was no issuea t all as we had a room facing the back with occasional street noise or music.
