Nosy in morning due traffic. Most rooms face road, but found out there are 3 rooms face to back of hotel.

Les équipements sont un peu vieux, il y a quelques qu'on besoin d'un peu de entretien.

Het was zeer moeilijk om uit te zoeken hoe en waar we moesten parkeren. De volgende keer zouden we met de trein komen.

The stairs were very narrow.

J'ai pu accéder à ma chambre dès que je suis arrivée, avant 14heures et obtenir une chambre côté cour. Cela a été très appréciable ! Bonne pression dans la douche ce qui est assez rare dans les hôtels.
Ce n'est qu'un détail mais l'oreiller était un peu dur et pas très confortable.

Reviewed Jul 20, 2026Mon séjour (1 nuitée) a malheureusement été une association de déconvenues. L'hôtel ne dispose pas d'ascenseur. Une chambre annoncée comme étant en rez-de-chaussée s'est finalement révélée située sur un palier intermédiaire, ce qui est pour le moins trompeur. En chambre, le numéro du téléphone pour joindre la réception, tenté à plusieurs reprises, s'est révélé inopérant m'obligeant à me déplacer pour signaler les problèmes suivants... À mon arrivée, la climatisation était inopérante. Après tentatives infructueuses de réglage, direction l'accueil : il a fallu une manipulation du réceptionniste sur le tableau de commande à la réception, suivie d'une intervention dans la chambre, avant qu'elle ne fonctionne. Dans la salle d'eau, le pommeau de douche défectueux n'a permis ni pression d'eau, ni réglage entre eau chaude et eau froide. Le problème, signalé immédiatement, ne pouvait être résolu que le lendemain... jour de mon départ ! J'ajouterai, plus anecdotiquement, la présence ridicule d'un fauteuil aussi imposant qu'inutile, inadapté à l'espace déjà restreint. Je tiens cependant à souligner l'amabilité du réceptionniste, qui ne saurait être tenu pour responsable de ces dysfonctionnements. Ni son collègue à mon départ SANS DOUCHE, lequel semblait ne rien connaître de ces problèmes ! Je constate que mon expérience contraste fortement avec la majorité des avis positifs. Je prétends ne pas un client particulièrement exigeant, simplement quelqu'un qui attend une qualité de prestation en rapport avec le tarif demandé. En l'espèce, ce n'était manifestement pas le cas. Je ne recommande donc pas cet établissement.

Reviewed Jul 10, 2026Located in a nice area of Paris. 1 minute walk from line 6 metro, 10 minutes from Nation. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the AC works great. Not so the WiFi. The staff in the hotel and brasserie are the stars of the show. All of them are polite, friendly, and helpful, offer great service and all speak good English . Great little place to stay, highly recommended 👍

Reviewed Jul 2, 2026Le personnel est très gentil. Il n’y a pas l’ascenseur mais le personnel a apporté ma valise jusqu’à la chambre. Il y a la climatisation ce qui est très appréciable lors de canicule. Tout est très propre et l’environnement calme. Il est bien situé également.

The shower tray took a while to clear, but this is common in Paris. Staff did try to improve this.

Reviewed Jun 29, 2026Localisation près du metro et des transports publics dans un quartier avec plein de restaurants supermarchés. L'hotel est confortable et c'est facile a faire le check-in/check-out. Le meilleur point c'etait la climatisation que nous a sauve pendant la canicule.
L'isolement acoustique est terrible pour l'extérieur ont entend tout, heureusement le quartier est tranquille.

Kokolattiamatto vaatisi uudistamista. Hotelli ei sovi täydellistä siisteyttä vaativille eikä ole esteetön.

Reviewed Jun 25, 2026Camera di dimensioni contenute, ma ben arredata, bella vista e comodissima con la fermata linea 6 Picpus. Colazione disponibile al bistrot proprio sotto l'hotel.
Non c'è l'ascensore e le scale sono strette, se avete valigie pesanti è un pò faticoso. E' presente la moquette, nella nostra camera era macchiata e non pulitissima (avevano messo sopra un tappeto per ovviare al problema)

WiFi non opérationnel, très peu de rangement pour les vêtements, douche qui ne s’écoulait pas bien, pas d’ascenseur, moquette dans l’hôtel assez sale.

Le bruit des portes qui claquent toute la nuit très fort. Le bruit à Paris est une vraie torture. Mais le personnel était si aimable et serviable que ça excuse tout.

Отличное расположение — удобно добираться до разных частей Парижа, рядом есть кафе, магазины и транспорт. Также понравилось хорошее соотношение цены и качества для Парижа. Ребята персонал очень приятные и отзывчивые.
Единственный небольшой минус — отсутствие лифта, с чемоданом тяжело подниматься.

The wifi in our room didnt work. We had data but someone without EU roaming may have struggled in the room we were in.

Unica pecca è che nella nostra camera c'era poca superficie di appoggio e non aveva armadio, ma solo un porta abiti con poche grucce, per cui un po' scomodo.

Reviewed Apr 15, 2026La posizione è eccezionale, fermata della metro 6 a pochi passi. Abbiamo trovato una bottiglietta d’acqua gratuita in camera. Gentilissimo il ragazzo che fa il notturno.
Siamo arrivati alle 13:50 in struttura ed il ragazzo ci ha fatto aspettare 10 minuti per darci la camera alle 14, troppo fiscale e poco professionale. Camera e moquette non proprio pulite bene. Abbiamo dovuto fare 3 piani di scale, non proprio messe bene, con una valigia da 20 kg.
