Property location is awesome, easy to connect to metro trains and lots of restaurants around. Bed was comfortable and the entire place was very clean. Bathroom was very clean with good shower. Morning breakfast was okay but good value for money, same breakfast items everyday, if you are in a hurry good for a quick grab, otherwise visit a nearby bakery. Staff speaks English if you need help. They are also very kind and polite. Good house keeping service.

They have setup the AC to not to go below 23 degrees and it can be uncomfortable at night. Only one person with a big suitcase can fit in the elevator at a time. If you are a big person toilet seat can be challenging, it is cramped in a small space. Bed is comfortable but the length is short, for a six feet tall person your ankle will be out of the bed.

Everyone was very nice to me, a visitor with a handicap on crutches. They made a point to give me an easy to reach room. I was also surprised that this inexpensive facility has an elevator. And air conditioning! And the bed was good - I fell asleep immediately and slept all night every night.

The room was clean and in a good location for our walk to Gare de Lyon next day. The staff were welcoming. Although small, the bathroom was well appointed and had a good shower.

The public areas needed refreshing - the carpet had seen better days. The room was on the small side, even for Paris.

Die Lage ist perfekt für uns nah an der Metro und man ist doch schnell in Paris. Alles was man benötigt unmittelbar in der Nähe. Supermärkte, Bäckereien und Cafés sowie Bistro’s und Restaurants

Es könnte etwas sauberer sein bei der Kaffeemaschine war noch ein bis 2 Haare und es steckte eine alte Kapsel noch drinnen. Die Toilette war extrem eng man konnte sich kaum hinsetzen und musste die Beine extrem zusammen legen das ist etwas sehr unglücklich geplant worden.

Room felt small , perhaps due to dark ceiling There was an intermittent buzzing noise all night . I guess something to do with electric door lock . So tired from travel , couldn’t face reporting and changing rooms .

Friendly staff, great location, very good value for money.

The hotel was extremely accommodating as we needed to change the date of our trip. Reception staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are cute and quiet and the coffee machine and milk were a bonus. We loved the neighbourhood which has plenty of cafes and bars.

Il n'y avait pas de vraie armoire pour ranger ses affaires, mais rien de très dérangeant.

Équipe très sympathique disponible et souriante. Chambres agréables confortables et correspondant tout à fait au descriptif. Hôtel bien situé proche des transports et des commerces.

The light didn’t turn on, the shower opens inwards as it’s so small there’s no room to get in

In good area, not a tourist area (so if you wanted near the Eiffel this is not for you). Clean and simple place, good money value.

Small and slow elevator, when alone it’s fine with the stairs just couple of floors but with the luggage was hard, small room but this is the standard in Paris we already knew.

Staff were really accommodating; we had some last minute changes that they helped with so much. Location was great, next to the metro and easily accessible to all major sites in Paris! Just outside the hotel are so many amazing restaurants as well.

The stair were very steep and the lift couldn’t fit our pram. If you are going by car, be aware that there are not many car spaces for car street parking and it costs a lot if you find one. You have to book in advance parking and I would recommend onepark.

Das Zimmer war etwas eng. Die Dusche war allerdings grosszügig. WC und Lavabo aber eher wieder au kleinem Raum.

Great location for us, good cafes in the area and handy for the metro.

It was a small friendly hotel, we always got a smile and greeting from reception. The beds were very comfy, and the coffee machine in the room made amazing coffee.

The lift was a bit small, but understandable, do to the size of the hotel.

Hotel très bien placé pour quelques jours dans Paris. Literie confortable. Le monsieur présent à l accueil était sympathique et très accueillant ainsi que serviable. Quartier riche en restauration rapide et/ou de qualité .

Il faut savoir que la chambre avec un grand lit laisse peu de place et donc compliqué avec plusieurs valises.

The lift was terrible. It was difficult using, it’s so tiny for two adults to fit in. Even with a single adult, it was a struggle using it with a luggage.

A great little hotel in a local area

Location is very good .metro is only 5 minutes walk and lively area at night but not noisy .everything is near by .Bastille roundabout is walking distance though can take metro .Lots of restaurants and bars on th way to bastille roundabout

According to photo on website room is very small even for 2 adults .There is no chair for 2 only 1st or and chair and room lights are not bright enough .

O hotel é extremamente apertado, não entendo porque colocam na internet imagens para chamar atenção e depois é completamente oposto, porém, a localização facilita, Proximo ao Centro e ao Ponto de metro.

Os quartos são muito pequenos e com cheiro a mofo, os corredores Tudo apertado, com criancas é muito dificil.

The hotel is in the center of Paris. It is clean and quiet.

In the room the water in the shower had no pressure. What really disappoint us was that we agreed before leaving to reserve a car park at one price. Then we had to pay more for it.

As acomodações são muito limpas, a cama muito confortavel. O quarto tinha uma sacada incrivel bem parisiense e instagramavel e apesar de ser pago a parte tem a opção de estacionamento privado ( precisa ser reservado antes).

O booking não especificou que o estacionamento precisava ser reservado a parte e com antecedencia. De resto correu tudo bem .

L'hôtel était propre et bien situé. Le personnel était sympathique. La possibilité de se faire un café dans la chambre et la bouteille d'eau offerte ont été très appréciées.

La chambre était petite et salle de bain très petite. Mieux vaut ne pas avoir de trop gros bagage.

Super friendly staff, great little neighbourhood and a spacious, clean room.. perfect for what we needed.

Localização boa, perto do metrô Charonne. Quarto pequeno porém limpo e confortável. Vista bonita e bom isolamento acústico das janelas. A rua é bem agradável com comércio por perto.

Senti falta apenas de uma geladeirinha no quarto, embora isso já fosse previsto na descrição no Booking. Alerto também para o fato de que o elevador é bem pequeno e é bom considerar isso caso a pessoa vá levar muitas malas grandes.

Location is good close to the metro. Bolts didn’t cost too much either to main tourist places. Travelled to Notre Dame, Eiffel Tower, Moulin Rouge and Disney in Bolts (like uber). Staff very helpful and friendly. Cafe on the corner from it was really good for coffee and pasties.

Stairs aren’t the best to rooms, breakfast we didn’t pay for and I absolutely wouldn’t either was probably the worst breakfast I’ve seen as a spread.

Fabulous location - full of energy and Parisien charm. - easy to walk to great places and surrounded by lovely bars and restaurants.

They clean the room but didn't replace towel for us🥹(I hang my towel, but the cleaning staff still took them) Would be wonderful if they can get us mineral water everyday but i guess its only free for the first night?

Decent hotel for a budget in Paris - Paris isn't ever cheap, but a good typically Parisien hotel at a fair price. Good little area to stay in. Would stay again.

Convenient and comfortable hotel for our stay between trains into Gare du Nord and out of Gare de Lyon. Given the usual price of hotel rooms in Paris, it was good value. The staff were very welcoming and helpful.

Everything was fine. Others may like to note that the lift to the upper floors is useful but extremely small. Just one person at a time with a modest sized case!

J'ai été très bien accueillie à l'arrivée. La chambre est fonctionnelle, bien décorée, la climatisation fonctionne bien, le lit est confortable. Les fenêtres coupent parfaitement des bruits de la rue, ce qui fait que malgré les bars et cafés attenants, il n'y a pratiquement aucun bruit extérieur. Cerise sur le gâteau, il y a une machine à café. Le quartier est quelque peu animé, mais pas trop, ce qui est agréable après avoir visité le centre.

La chambre était petite, comme beaucoup de chambres d'hôtel à Paris, mais c'était propre et elle offrait tout ce dont j'avais besoin. Une machine à café était à disposition, la literie était confortable, et un petit espace de rangement permettait d'organiser facilement ses affaires. La salle de bain, bien pensée, offrait suffisamment d'espace pour s'y déplacer aisément. Le personnel professionnel et accueillant. Emplacement parfait pour tout déplacement, soit à pieds que avec les transport. Tout ce dont j'avais besoin y était.

The location was super convenient with metro and bus stations just short walks away (Charonne and Faidherbe-Chaligny). I was surprised that it’s also a bustling area with really good, trendy restaurants both French and international. The hotel room and building are small like most Paris properties but kept clean everyday. My room had 2 beautiful windows looking out the street. The lift is small like typical Parisian buildings, can fit 2 people or 1 person + 1 luggage. The front desk is 24 hours.

Small bathroom and small room floor area made it a bit difficult to move around and store luggage.

Stayed for a night. Very friendly 24/7 front desk receptionists. Room was very clean, comfortable, good temperature and had a coffee machine with coffee pods provided (and tea). Good sized bathroom with shower cubicle. Excellent location near to lots of restaurants ,metro and other amenities.

Lift was very small and narrow . not a problem for me but maybe for the claustrophobic.

It's a lovely little hotel in a great location for us. We like to be able to walk to Canal St Martin and the Marais for bars and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was tasty and worth taking. The aircon was amazing on a very hot weekend!

Posizione perfetta a pochi minuti dalla metro di Charonne sia dalla piazza della Bastiglia, con una vasta serie di boulangerie, negozi e locali di vario genere nei dintorni. Fondamentale la presenza dell'aria condizionata e di un'ottima insonorizzazione dall'esterno.

Alcune stanze possono risultare un po' piccole, ma se si viaggia con bagagli il più possibile compatti come abbiamo fatto noi ci si muove abbastanza bene. Magari aggiungerei qualche mensola o appendino in più per appoggiare i propri effetti personali con più agio.

Propre, confo, calme et une clim qui fonctionne!
