Great practical location, cheap, interesting decor in the corridors, great bathrooms, very accommodating ladies / staff. Night bazaar just in the streets behind, lots of restaurants / cafes /massage nearby.

It’s in a great location and it’s all ground floor

I highly urge you book one night and see if you can tolerate it first. I can’t say much more else due to the laws here. Go see it for yourself.

Simple, clean and friendly staff!!

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times, and it remains my go-to place whenever I return to Chiang Mai. Every visit has been consistently excellent. The rooms are spotless, well-maintained, and the beds are extremely comfortable. Cleanliness is clearly a top priority, which I truly appreciate. The location is perfect, making it easy to explore the city while still enjoying a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. What really makes this place special, though, is the staff. They are incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything. Their warmth and genuine care make every stay feel even more enjoyable. I can wholeheartedly recommend this place and will definitely keep coming back. A big thank you to the entire team! :)

Au bord d'un boulevard très circulant même la nuit Les 2 fenêtres sur un mur pas de lumière naturelle J'ai réservé pour 2 semaines il y a des mois ne pouvaient ils pas me donner une autre chambre pour un séjour si long ! j'ai du partir beaucoup trop bruyant chambre rdc porte donnant sur la rue pas fermée la nuit ...ils ne m'ont pas fait de geste commerciale bien au contraire ils se sont empressé de se payer

L'hotel si trova in una strada tranquilla, molto comodo per il night bazaar, un po' meno per il centro che è comunque tranquillamente raggiungibile a piedi in 15 minuti. La camera era pulita e veniva rifatta tutti i giorni. Lo staff è molto gentile.

They truly make you feel welcome and taken care of. The rooms are lovely, very clean, with daily housekeeping. The beds are comfortable, and everything is well maintained. Location was good

No receptionist and never saw her after I checked in. Shampoo and body wash were given a small bottle at 30 ml and requested another bottle, which been told they only gave one each per day.

Nice budget hotel, very near night bazaar. Though unfortunately there is no lift, thus can be a challenge with heavy luggage for a room on the second level.

The room as great. Clean, organized, air conditioning worked very well. Great bathroom and hot water too.

The region its set can be a little complicated during the rainy season. We had a hard time leaving the premises because of the flooding.

Cheap, helpful

Honestly, It is the most value for money I got during my entire stay in Thailand (North, South, Central, etc.). The room and bathroom were very clean. To my surprise. Location was excellent and very good restaurant nearby. I prolonged my stay in Chiang Mai because of such deal.

The location was just round the corner from the night bazaar, which was open late, so you can always have a bite. Also, 10 min to the railway station

The room is comfortable. Water power is strong. Location is good. The fridge is too small. Traffic noise can be heard but in acceptable level.
