プールや温泉などいろんな施設がそろっていてファミリーにはありがたかった。

ブッフェの内容が毎日違うとよかった

Family friendly hotel

新館に泊まったので新しくきれいなお部屋でした。 込み合うこともなく静かに過ごせました。

屋上大浴場、露天ぶろ、が込み合っていてすぐに出ました。大浴場、プール、屋上ぶろ、どこの脱衣場も狭くて、宿泊人数に見合うキャパではなかった。クーラーが効いてないので蒸し暑い。うるさい、スリッパ置き場は足りていない。人のスリッパが突っ込まれている。はく気がしない。とにかく込んでいてゆっくり温泉を楽しめる感じではなかった

プールにビンゴ大会と、子どもが楽しめることが盛りだくさんで良かったです(^^)

部屋に大きな蜘蛛がいて怖かった。

景色が最高，部屋も広く最高でした。

夕食も朝食も食べやすい種類の多いビュッフェでした。縁日イベントも良かったです

食事が異国過ぎる。北海道の食事を楽しみにしていたので残念。 和食が美味しくなく、海鮮が新鮮じゃないし、美味しくない。どこの国かわかんない料理と味付けばかり。 北海道の誇りを捨てたホテル

子供が楽しんだので、良かった。

プールの更衣室に、浮輪を忘れてなくなった。

Een fijn hotel met genoeg te doen voor kinderen zoals een mooi zwembad. Daarnaast ook hele fijne onsen voor als je even bij wilt komen. Buffet was uitgebreid en lekker. De kamers waren erg ruim opgezet. Prima voor een gezin van vier en een leuke ervaring op de tatami matten

Het zwembad was leuk en gevarieerd, maar is duidelijk toe aan een goede opknapbeurt. Daarnaast was het vervelend dat je niet iets kleins of makkelijks kon bestellen zoals een broodje of koffie. Er was een café een deel van de dag geopend, maar ging weer dicht om 15.30u. Voor de rest alleen buffet.

1.免費交通接駁（需事先預約）。2.飯店的泡湯場所寬敞舒適，旁邊還有超大水世界可以玩水，很有趣。3.早餐和晚餐很豐盛，很享受。有機會的話，我會再回訪。

カウンターの方の対応がものすごく良かったです。 是非また利用させていただきたいと思いました。

特にないです

1)浴室的地面比臥室地面高出30公分很容易造成進出時拌到腳而跌倒, 浴室都沒有防滑防跌裝置, 整體而言是一個危險的設施. 2) 這個旅館整體設施和裝潢都是又老又舊價格卻不低不建議推薦.

客室は隅まできちんと清掃されており、埃も無かった。

夕食のビュッフェで閉店時間が近かったからか、 食事を取りに席を立ったら片付けられた。(食事中の際はテーブル上に食事中の札を置いておくスタイルだったので、そのままにしてあったのにバッシングを始められた。)まだ食べている旨を伝えたら、あまり誠意が感じられない謝罪をされて、隣の席を使っていいと言われた。 隣で自身の席を片付けられている中、気まずくなりながら食べた。

Baths were clean and enjoyable. Room was large and the views were amazing!

Room smelled musty and the beds were very old. Futons were great. Cafeteria was too busy and loud to enjoy eating fully.

餐廳看起來很氣派。 房間的榻榻米散發著清新的氣息。 地鋪睡起來很舒服，而且棉被很彭鬆，很乾淨。 浴衣好看、穿起來舒服。 夏天才有舉辦的夏燈路活動很有氣氛。

バスタオルを一人二枚分の不足分を気持ち良く貸し出してく れ気持ちよく入浴を複数回できた。フロントの対応もよっかた。

部屋の空調快適に調整できないことが残念だった。

개선점이라기보단 팁인데,무료셔틀버스 꼭 이용하세요,삿포로역에서 지하철이랑 버스 타고가면 조금 비싸요

食事の時のスタッフの態度が 笑顔もない　周りの身体が不自由な、お客様とかに少し気を使ってもいいかと

新しくはないが、多彩な浴場で満足した。バイキングは全体として味は良かった。大浴場のサウナは素晴らしいと思う。

海鮮丼はいくらは良かったが、具が足りない。刺身に満足感がない。また、器が小さすぎ。1階ロビ-はサービス手抜き過ぎ。すべてお客任せ。新館のエレベーターのフロア別案内が足りない。露天風呂が外からの視線が気になったし、屋根がないところがほしい。

食事は期待外れ、今回は連泊でしたが2日間同じメニューでガッカリ。食事が楽しみだったので残念😞でした、もう2度と行くことはないとおもいます。

部屋は広く設備は良かったです。食事もバイキングでビーフステーキや海鮮丼を心行くまで食べました。お風呂も広く温泉を満喫出来ました。

The hotel was lovely and cozy, and the staff was very accomodating, especially in the waterpark area (lagoon)!

Unfortunately the onsen on the mens side was under renovation, so it was far from how it looked in the pictures. I assume it will be looking better later

Large windows with views of the river. Breakfast was typical Ryokan buffet and was pretty good, which is average.

I have a tattoo and am an obvious foreigner. I was not allowed to use any of the onsen or spa facilities. Obviously this is a Japanese custom, but it is up to the discretion of the hotel as I have used the onsen in many others without issue. There is no mention of these rules on the website at all. I suppose one could just assume that it will apply but you'd like to think they would be more generous to someone who obviously is not part of Japanese customary culture. On top of this they tried to collect the hot spring tax when I checked out. I did not pay as I didn't use it. All this to say if you are not Japanese you might find this hotel a little "stuffy" and old. Other than that, if you're looking for a Japanese Ryokan you'll get that experience for a price higher than you could get something smaller and better. The breakfast might be the saving grace if you like a big morning meal.

Typical japanese mid range oldish mega onsen hotel. Breakfast was an absolute banger, with free flow kaisendon and bunch of other stuff including breakfast desserts. Get ready to get fed, and then to the onsens which were nice, especially with the rooftop outdoor view of the valley. rooms are big, futons comfy.

Big rooms are old and cleanliness is a bit meh. was a bit dusty. Due to mid range price and size lots of KR, CN, TW and HK tour groups. Be prepared to queue for breakfast if u go at peak time during peak periods.

大きな設備の揃ったホテルでした。

温泉は普通のお風呂のようで、風情がない無機質な感じです。 泉質の表示もなかったです。

夕食、朝食共に色んな種類の料理が楽しめた。

お部屋の空調を各自で調節出来たらいいなと思った。

The food was quite a spread and yummy, and the lobby was grand, but that's all that was good unfortunately...

The hotel was very dated and in need of an overhaul. The carpets were badly stained and the condition of the room was below average. The step up to the toilet was also very inconvenient.

あまり綺麗では無かった。

A nice onsen hotel with crazy amount of activities – should've stayed for longer than just one night! The rotenburo on the top of the roof was just perfection. The dinner and breakfast were super comprehensive, I especially liked the curry, yoghurt and jelly desserts of the breakfast!

There were too many other guests around, but obviously there is nothing we can do about it.

ชอบทุกอย่างทำเลที่ตั้ง ใกล้ป้ายรถโดยสารประจำทาง มีอาหารเช้าเย็น มีรถรับส่งฟรี ขึ้นได้ที่สถานีซัปโปโร อาหารอร่อย

We had a great time there! The staffs are friendly and helpful. The room is good size. The buffet offers large assortment, I always enjoyed that part. Plenty of car park space. 2 Onsen, that you can choose. A cleaning lady always there to keep the space clean.

Wish there were more hangers in the wardrobe. The rest are excellent!

温泉広い。部屋も問題なし。

食事（ビュッフェ）が朝も夜も大混雑。 チェックアウトも大混雑。 それぞれ約20〜30分待ち。 それだけ人気のホテルとも言える。

部屋からの眺望も良く、新館の大浴場、本館の大浴場、両方とも露天風呂も良かったと思います。館内の装飾や絵画、彫刻、朝夕の食事やレストランからの眺めなども良かったです。

早晚餐的餐點非常差，完全不符合加購的價格，最差的那一種吃到飽餐廳材料

這次住新館，相較於上次住的本館，感覺得出比較新比較大，有感升級

โรงแรมใหญ่มากมีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบครัน ทำเลที่ตั้งดีมีที่จอดรถเยอะมาก ออนเซ็นมีห้องให้ใช้เยอะมาก และให้ข้อมูลดี open air onsen บรรยากาศดีมาก วันที่ไปหิมะตกแช่น้ำร้อนไปชมวิวไปดีมาก ห้องซาวน่ามีให้เลือกเยอะหลายแบบ อาหารเช้าหลากหลายมาก มีปลาดิบเลือกทาน เราพักห้องแบบญี่ปุ่น ตอนค่ำๆจะมีพนักงานมาปูที่นอนให้ ที่นอนสบายแต่ฝุ่นเยอะ ห้องวิวดีมาก

ด้วยความที่เป็นโรงแรมใหญ่ แขกพักเยอะมากๆ รอคิวเชคอินนาน อาหารเช้าจะแบ่งให้ทานเป็นตามช่วงเวลา คนเยอะมาก โต๊ะก็เยอะเช่นกัน ห้องพักค่อนข้างเก่า และฝุ่นเยอะ ออนเซ็นเก่าแต่สะอาด

Hotel's swimming pool is look old and dark. the food is ok but not to great .

저녁과 조식은 뷔페여서 골라서 먹을 수 있는 점은 좋았어요. 그리고 직원들이 친절하고, 깨끗했습니다. 온천도 깔끔하고 좋았습니다.

화장실이 너무 작아서 아쉬웠습니다. 방안의 화장실을 제외하고는 모두 맘에드는 곳이엇어요.
