Tout : les lits très inconfortables, le sifflement au travers de la porte vitrée car la VMC est trop forte ce qui oblige à dormir porte ouverte, la jolie piscine qui est mal peinte et qui est en fait une pataugeoire, le petit déjeuner industriel, le restaurant beaucoup trop cher, la chambre avec baignoire pas du tout fidèle à celle montrée sur booking... chambre très vieillotte ne correspondant pas du tout aux jolies photos correspondant à un autre bâtiment !

Tudo muito limpo, confortável e a vista do quarto era incrível !

櫃台人員都親切有禮，會協助解答我各種問題，早餐好吃，迎賓飲料每天都可兌換，也可以在HappyHour可以換到Orion啤酒，無邊際泳池+海景日落真的超級棒，房間隱私很好，房間好大浴缸配海景真的好愛，床很好睡像睡在雲朵上一樣舒服。

Personalen, läget, servicen, rummet, allt förutom en ordentlig städning saknades då det var dam på väggar och tak, men annars var städpersonalen underbar

c'erano tante formiche nella stanza. Abbiamo trovato anche ragnatele e ragni sul soffitto. Lo staff non è cortese e non aiuta per niente in caso di difficoltà. Ristorante niente di che e molto costoso per cena. La città è lontana, 10 minuti di macchina, quindi non ci sono molte alternative.

新館で部屋もきれいで広く、備品も充実していて、とても快適に過ごすことができました。プールからの出入りも便利で家族連れにはいいと思います。

The annex building provides wide windows and a beautiful view to the ocean, specially for guests staying in the first floor, where the window becomes a balcony with direct access out. The location is also very good - a short drive to the city center.

Parking is a little far from the hotel entrance, which can be inconvenient specially if it is raining.

Great view, the staff is nice. Only 2 people spoke English so hard to communicate. The restaurant is nice

Apparently there is 2 buildings and I was in the old one. It was pretty cheap. The matress were terrible killed my back. The walls are very think so you hear everything. Literally everything, washing machine, people , intimacy of neighbors. The clients of the other complex received spa and treatments and we didn’t. The pool has moisture on it and the terrace of my room had disgusting smells and dirty water. They say they would clean it when I complained but hasn’t.

風景漂亮 很放鬆 位置也不會離市區太遠

飯店有送一些飲料券，三點後才checkin 可以喝的四點就結束，有點送了=沒送的感覺，晚上有送另外的飲料，約了一個觀星行程回去時也結束不能喝了。

プール、大浴場、レンタサイクルなど、無くても良いものが有るのがとても満足でした。

朝ごはんのフルーツのレパートリーが、あまり沖縄(南国)っぽくないのが唯一残念です。

ロケーションと大浴場、プールがあった事が良かった！　プールで使用するバスタオルの貸し出しも！

構造上の問題で仕方がないけれど、部屋までがかなり遠かった。 駐車場が整備されていない事。ラインもなく、雨の後、舗装されていないので水溜まりなど、足場が悪かった。

En general todo bien, muy rico el desayuno.

Right on the ocean plus an oceanfront pool, clean, very friendly staff, great breakfast, nice restaurant and gift/snack shop.

No other restaurants nearby so without a car you need taxi or bus (limited schedule)

Bella struttura, pulita ed organizzata.

Le personnel gentil et accueillant. L’hôtel est sur la côte ouest de l’île ce qui est un bon emplacement pour se déplacer en voiture et visiter les lieux principaux de l’île. Prêt de serviette pour le onsen et la piscine. Petit déjeuner varié.

La chambre était un peu petite. On ne peut pas se baigner en face de l’hôtel mais il y a une belle plage à 5min en voiture.

1番端の部屋からのロケーションが残念でした

La isla en sí es una pasada, la piscina y tomarte algo en el exterior fue genial.

Nos alojamos en el edificio principal necesita una buena reforma está todo muy antiguo, y también no había casi nadie y por entrar antes nos cobraron 12€ por darnos la habitación antes .

海の目の前のロケーション、露天風呂も気持ちよく、 夕食をいただきましたが、おいしかった。

大型客船🛳️の到着日でタクシーの事前予約ができなかった。　他は特になし。

部屋が明るく清潔でした

空港からの送迎がなかった ビュッフェのメニューに新鮮さが物足りない。暖かいものは暖かく提供してほしい

Everything is perfect: the room is spacious, facing the sea, just wonderful. As there is no children's facility, this hotel is perfect for adults who want to spend quiet time.

It’s a fantastic hotel. The staff is super friendly and helpful and the facilities are great. We loved the pool area and the restaurant terrace. We booked the superior room and I can only recommend it, the room and especially the ocean view was outstanding. Much more than I expected for the price.

プールはインフィニティプールでとても素敵でした！ プールからのサンセットは観光していたため見れませんでしたがすごいみたいです！ お風呂は露天風呂から星空と月が見えて良かったです。 星空ツアーに参加しましたが、屋上で寝転がりながら眺められるようベッドを用意してくれてとても快適でした。 石垣からの満点の星空を見ることができ、なんと南十字星も見ることができました！ このツアーへの参加おすすめです！

特にないですが、レストランが朝から開いてくれていたら利用したかったです。

ロケーションが最高でした。 朝ごはんも美味しくいただくことができました。

施設自体が少し古さを感じました。 シャワールームのタイルの汚れなどが気になりました。

スタッフの方々の笑顔が優しい。 部屋の掃除をスキップしたり、タオルや部屋着、備品の補充のみのecoシステムサービスに協力すると補助クーポン券がもらえた。 朝日、夕陽のビューポイントが最高

旧館に宿泊したんだけど、廊下や近隣の部屋の物音がかなり聞こえた。 小さな子供連れは気を使うかも。

部屋からの見晴らしが良く、プールも大浴場も最高に良かった。従業員の方々もとても愛想が良く過ごしやすかったです。 曇で星空が楽しめなかったのが残念！ 快晴ならきっと海と宇宙のコラボが見れたはず。

El desayuno estaba bien y la ubicación

Nos tocó en el ala antigua, no parece ni de cerca un hotel de 4 estrellas, el precio muy elevado (cogido con bastantes meses de antelación) y tienen una opción eco sobre el cambio de toallas y no nos importaba que no nos las cambiaran… pero resulta que no pasaban por la habitación para nada, ni para ver si nos hacía falta papel higiénico. Una cosa es ser “eco” y otra es dar nulo servicio en las habitaciones, no reclamamos porque fueron muy pocos días.

夫婦で利用しました。 大変綺麗なオーシャンビューと美味しい朝ごはん、部屋は綺麗で快適で最高でした。部屋からはサンセットが望めます。アクセスも良いです。

夜は部屋が少し暗いです(光量不足)。あと、最初は１階のフロアに通されたのですが、オーシャンビューではあるものの、沿道が一般開放されている道なので、ランニングされてる方や他の観光客などが目の前を通ります。ので、中がハッキリと見えてしまい、プライバシー上問題があると思いました。その旨伝えたところ、上階層の部屋をご用意いただいたので、個人的に不満はありませんが、1階のお部屋は注意が必要です。料金は変わらないはずです。

Gastvrij, fijne bedden, schoon. Je kan kiezen voor een ecoprogramma. Wel of niet dagelijks je kamer schoonmaken en of wel geen schone handdoeken. Je krijgt dan kortingsbonnen die je in het restaurant kunt inleveren. Goed voor het milieu

Iets gehorig. Wij sliepen vlakbij de lift en veel gasten waren om 6 uur al wakker. Kletsen dan op de gang naar de lift toe.

Breakfast was excellent; excellent array of Japanese and Western food, very nicely presented. The quality of the food was also excellent. great coffee too

I only have good things to say about Beach Hotel Sunshine The location is incredible and it’s amazing value for money. * There is a huge selection of food at breakfast ranging from traditional Japanese to some western options. * The location is great. Amazing views from the hotel and there is a bus stop right outside the hotel, and the option of getting a bus which goes directly to Kabira Bay. It’s also just a 30 minute walk from Family Mart. * Laundry service is available * The rooms are clean, comfortable and include a hair dryer/shampoo/body wash * The hotel has great additional features too such as complimentary Okinawa tea/infused water, Eco Programmes which reward you with discount coupons to use at the hotel for bicycle hire, drinks, food etc and it also has an art gallery. We had a great stay, the staff were friendly and the check in/check out process was very easy. I’d 100% recommend.

Not related to the property, but booking.com prompted us to book an airport transfer costing £90. Thankfully we received a messages from the hotel saying that we can get a taxi from the airport costing 5,000 Yen (about £25).

洗衣間的清潔，應該可以將旅人的方便性，再做提升的考量（多清理乾淨，棉絮很多）

I loved the panoramic views of the ocean no matter where I was at the property. Saw some gorgeous sunsets on non-rainy days. I also loved the greenery in and around the property. Also, I had forgotten my headphones on my flight, and the person working on the front desk was very helpful. She called the airline for me, explained my situation, and coordinate the entire process so I could go pick them up from the airport lost and found. She made everything feel so seamless and easy. A big thank you to her fro me :)

I wish that the room cleaning would have been more thorough than what it was on the days that had been set for cleaning, and that there were more options available for food.
