Stayed for second time, its very large resort. Beautiful beach and pool area. Spacious rooms and very rich breakfast options.

Dining can be a bit expensive but its worth.

좋았던 점 음.. 음... 모르겠음 그냥 그 가격대에 비해 너무 당연한 서비스들인데 그것마저 못하는경우가 많아서 좋았던점은 음 숙소 에어컨이 시원한거..? 이게 다인듯

**한국인 여행객이라면 참고하세요** 솔직히 좋았던 점을 꼽자면 객실 에어컨이 시원했다는 점 정도입니다. 그 외에는 가격대를 생각하면 기본적으로 제공되어야 한다고 느껴지는 서비스들이라 특별히 만족스러웠던 부분은 많지 않았습니다. 한국인 여행객 기준으로 이야기하자면, 오사카·후쿠오카·도쿄 등의 일본 여행에서 기대했던 편의성과는 조금 다를 수 있습니다. 우선 한국어 대응이 가능한 직원은 많지 않은 것 같았고, 리조트 내 메뉴나 안내문 역시 대부분 일본어와 일부 영어 위주였습니다. 한국어 안내는 거의 찾아보기 어려웠습니다. 저는 이곳을 예약하면서 일본 리조트의 깔끔함과 동남아 휴양 리조트의 여유로운 분위기를 동시에 기대했습니다. 하지만 실제로는 리조트 안에서만 머물며 즐기기에는 아쉬운 점이 꽤 많았습니다. 풀바 가격은 비교적 높은 편이라고 느꼈고, 무엇보다 음식이 개인적으로 매우 아쉬웠습니다. 평소 일식을 좋아하는 편인데도 리조트 내 식당에서 먹은 음식들은 대부분 만족스럽지 않았습니다. 가격은 높은 편인데 맛이나 구성에서 그만큼의 만족감을 느끼기 어려웠습니다. 오히려 밖에서 사 온 컵라면이 가장 맛있게 느껴질 정도였습니다. 그리고 개인적으로 중요했던 부분인데, **객실 에어컨의 최저 설정 온도가 20도였습니다.** 20도 아래로는 설정되지 않았습니다. 또한 리셉션이나 일부 대기 공간은 냉방이 충분하지 않다고 느껴졌습니다. 오래 머물기에는 꽤 덥게 느껴졌습니다. 객실 TV 역시 일본 방송 위주였고, 제가 이용한 객실에서는 넷플릭스 등의 스트리밍 서비스를 편하게 사용할 수 없었습니다. 해외 여행객 입장에서는 조금 아쉬운 부분입니다. 후사키 비치에서 파라솔을 이용하며 쉬고 있었는데, 바람이 조금 불자 직원이 안전상의 이유인지 파라솔을 접었습니다. 이유는 이해하지만 햇빛이 매우 강한 상황이었고, 대체할 수 있는 그늘이나 별도의 안내가 없어 이용객 입장에서는 상당히 불편했습니다. 저녁 시간대 해변에서도 다소 아쉬운 경험이 있었습니다. 일부 이용객들이 해변에서 흡연하거나 플래시와 불꽃놀이를 사용해 조용하게 해변을 즐기거나 사진을 찍기에는 불편한 상황이 있었습니다. 리조트 측에서 이런 부분을 조금 더 관리해주면 좋을 것 같습니다. 가족 단위로 숙박하시는 분들은 객실 위치도 확인해보시는 것을 추천합니다. 제가 머문 건물 1층에는 흡연실이 있었는데, 사람들이 이동할 때 담배 냄새가 느껴지는 경우가 있었습니다. 비흡연자나 어린아이와 함께 방문하는 가족이라면 신경 쓰일 수 있습니다. 전체적으로 저는 이곳을 예약하면서 "일본 여행의 장점과 휴양 리조트의 장점을 함께 즐길 수 있겠다"는 기대를 많이 했습니다. 하지만 실제 경험은 기대와 많이 달랐습니다. 객실 가격이 20만 원 이하 정도라면 한 번쯤 고려해볼 수 있겠지만, 그보다 높은 가격이라면 개인적으로는 가격 대비 만족도가 많이 떨어진다고 생각합니다. 시설 자체가 나쁘다기보다는 **높은 숙박비에 비해 서비스, 음식, 편의시설에서 기대했던 수준의 만족감을 얻지 못했던 숙박**이었습니다. 한국인 여행객, 특히 리조트 안에서 대부분의 시간을 보내며 휴양을 즐기려고 하시는 분들은 예약 전에 이런 부분들을 참고하시면 좋을 것 같습니다.

Wenn man eine Japanreise tut und in Ishigaki abschliessend 4 Nächte in einem Ressort bucht, möchte man schon vorher gerne wissen, dass es sich bei Fusaki Resort um eine Hotelanlage handelt, welches ausschliesslich von jungen Familien besucht wird. Nichts gegen Kinder, vor allem sind japanische Kinder ausnehmend entspannt, fröhlich und ungestresst - in Vergleich. Trotzdem fühlten wir uns als älteres Ehepaar dort "etwas fehl am Platz" Handteller grosse Riesenspinnen (ungiftig und für den Menschen somit ungefährlich) im Zimmer kommen offensichtlich in diesen Breiten ab und an vor, selbst wenn wir immer alle Türen geschlossen hatten, trotzdem war für uns Mitteleuropäer der erste Kontakt, nun ja, "durchaus überraschend"...

There were activities or sea life cards which they gave to the families of other Japanese families but not ours for some reason. Kids felt a little left out seeing that.

Only stay here if you have at least two children under the age of 5, like being in very close proximity on a sunbed to others and in the pool. Want to spend a lot of money getting taxis into Town to avoid having to eat burger and chips for lunch - as only fast food on offer with seating for a max of 20 people when the hotel is huge.

Le resort hôtel est grand et très bien équipé, de nombreuses piscines, une salle de sport, une piscine indoor, plusieurs restaurants. Les chambres sont très confortables. Pour le petit déjeuner, c'est le top, on a le choix entre continental ou japonais ce qui permet de varier les plaisirs et tout est très bon!!! Le service de navette pour l'aéroport est impeccable.

On a du louer une voiture car peu ou pas de services pour ce déplacer d'un lieux à l'autre et une agence de voyage qui sert plutôt de centrale de réservation. Beaucoup de maitre nageur (5 ou 6) pour brider les envies des enfants de se défouler dans les piscine, c'est simple on a seulement le droit de barboter dans 1,2m d'eau... Tout comme la location de matériel de snorkeling utilisable seulement sur la plage adjacente...??!

暑い時期。幼児と快適に遊べる施設が充実している為、こちらのホテルだけで楽しく遊べました。 車で15分圏内に、カフェや夕食が食べれるお店、スーパー、コンビニがある為、起点としての行動がしやすいです。 そして、各施設のスタッフも、親切に対応してもらえました。

窓の鍵の部分に蜘蛛の巣がかかっており、清掃部分は隅々まで綺麗とは言い難いことが残念でした。 基本的にはとても綺麗にされていました。、

I don’t like writing negative reviews, but I’m compelled to share this story to help others. I absolutely wouldn’t book this resort unless you have cancellation until the day you arrive. We recently had a booking to arrive July 12, 2026. Unfortunately a typhoon (Bavi), described as large and violent, was going to directly hit the island July 10 and 11. The Gov of Canada sent out a warning to avoid non essential travel to Ishigaki because of excessive rainfall, violent winds, potential for landslides and power outages, disruption to food supply, medical care etc etc. We contacted Expedia .. who said because our cancellation date had passed a few days prior the hotel had to approve the fee to be waived. They contacted the hotel, as did we. Hotel staff agreed the storm was large and a concern but said unfortunately they weren’t going to waive our fee. Meaning we were still on the hook for 100% of our 5 night stay. We, calmly, said we were concerned about the storm, mentioned the travel warning, and the safety of our family (travelling with two kids). Not to mention being a tourist on the island after a destructive storm honestly just didn’t feel right. Again, nope. No waived fee from either Expedia or the Fusaki resort. (Which btw had closed its beaches and outdoor pools, due to this storm.) This response was disappointing. We cancelled anyways out of concern and the travel warnings/advice. (So, yep .. they all got what they wanted. Our money.) We will now be dealing with our travel insurance. This is my cautionary tale. We absolutely wanted to go there and certainly didn’t want to have to make a last minute pivot. It’s just really unfortunate how this was handled by both companies.

Disappointing Stay – Beautiful Resort, But Service Lets It Down Upon arrival, the resort looked very promising. The grounds are beautiful, the facilities are impressive, and the beachfront is lovely. Unfortunately, our experience was let down by the service and some overly strict policies. The first disappointment came at check-in. While one staff member did assist with the luggage trolley, my husband ended up doing most of the lifting and loading of our suitcases himself. At a resort of this standard, I would have expected staff to take a more active role in assisting arriving guests with their luggage. We were changing rooms during our stay, so we checked out of our first room at 10:00 a.m. and understood that check-in for the new room was from 3:00 p.m. At 2:35 p.m., I politely asked whether the room happened to be ready a little early. Without even checking the system, the staff immediately said no and told us to come back in 25 minutes. I wasn't expecting an early check-in, but I would have appreciated if they had at least checked whether the room was available. We waited in the lobby, and during those 25 minutes we watched several other guests being checked into their rooms before 3:00 p.m. This made it even more frustrating, as it appeared they were willing to check in other guests early but wouldn't even check whether our room was ready. Considering we were already staying at the resort and simply changing rooms, I thought there could have been a little more flexibility. The pool rules were also surprisingly strict. The pool is only 120 cm deep, and my daughter is 140 cm tall. Despite me standing right at the edge watching her the entire time, staff insisted that I had to be physically in the water with her because "those are the rules." I've stayed at many resorts around the world and have never encountered such inflexible policies. Communication was another major issue.

Many staff members have very limited English, which makes resolving even simple requests difficult. Our room only had three bath towels even though there were four of us. I called reception to request the missing towel, but because we had chosen the "no housekeeping" option to receive the environmental voucher, the staff repeatedly said "full skip" and refused to understand that I wasn't asking for fresh towels—I simply wanted the fourth towel that should have been provided. Even after asking to speak with someone who spoke better English, I received the same response. It wasn't until I became visibly frustrated and firmly explained again that I only wanted the missing towel—not a replacement set—that they finally agreed to bring it. A simple request became far more difficult than it should have been. Breakfast was also frustrating. On both mornings we had to join a waiting list and wait 20–30 minutes just to be seated. Dining in the evenings was equally disappointing. Although the resort has four restaurants, three operate as buffet or set-course dining. When I tried to book dinner at 5:30 p.m., I was told the earliest available table was 7:30 p.m. Asking about the following evening wasn't any better—the earliest available booking was 8:00 p.m. It's unreasonable that hotel guests cannot secure a dinner reservation at a reasonable time unless they book well in advance. While a few staff members were genuinely friendly, many didn't acknowledge guests or even offer a simple greeting. Service wasn't rude, but it lacked the warmth and hospitality you would expect from a resort of this calibre. For example, when ordering shaved ice at the Star Bar, the staff simply took our order without a smile or any friendly interaction. It wasn't poor service, but it certainly wasn't the welcoming hospitality you would expect from a premium resort. Overall, Fusaki Beach Resort has beautiful facilities and a fantastic location, but the guest experience fell well below our expectations. The combination of rigid rules, communication difficulties for English-speaking guests, long waits, and inconsistent service made it difficult to truly relax and enjoy our holiday. If you don't speak Japanese, I would struggle to recommend this resort. There are many other resorts across Southeast Asia where international guests are made to feel much more welcome and where the overall experience is significantly more relaxing and enjoyable. This version is balanced because it acknowledges the resort's beautiful facilities while clearly explaining the specific service issues you encountered. It reads as a factual account of your experience, which is generally more persuasive than simply listing complaints.

In normal circumstances this would have been a perfect hotel. However Typhoon Bavi hit ishigaki and i did not feel that the hotel communicated well that the majority of facilities were going to be closed - even after the typhoon had passed.

la poca disponibilità a contattare diving che non fossero partner. Quelli partner non avevano pacchetti di immersioni comodi per noi.

Betten etwas hart. Die rigide Regeldurchsetzung am Pool. Ich kann verstehen, dass alle Gäste zufrieden sein sollen, gleichzeitig möchten Kinder im Pool mehr machen, als nur schwimmen. Teilweise wurde es untersagt, dass Wasserfälle hin und her geworfen wurden, obwohl zu den Zeitpunkt keine anderen Gäste gestört wurden.

Arrived at hotel and told luggage would come to room in 10 minutes. It then took over an hour to arrive. There was a typhoon which was difficult, but the hotel did nothing to help. We considered trying to stay and extra night - the hotel advised they could offer a cheaper rate but then offered a rate 38% more than booking. The typhoon is out of their control but they made no effort to help.

部屋で大きなゴキブリがいて、ぞっとした。これで一切のリゾート感が台無しになった。部屋が非常に古く更新が必要な部分がたくさんあった。ホテル経営の基本から行っても設備の更新と清潔さの維持は必須と考える。

プールやプライベートピーチ、BAR、大浴場、リラクゼーションなどたくさん楽しめる場所があり、一泊では足りないくらい素敵な時間を過ごすことができます！

Location, beach, restaurants at night

It’s a huge resort so no personal touches. The staff in the restaurants were very friendly and helpful. Staff on the reception were ok but we asked them if they could call a restaurant for us to make a reservation ( as the restaurant did not have English speaking staff) the receptionist at hotel refused to do this for us. Which was a first for us and very surprising and of course disappointing. Also has to be said that it was also a first for us to stay at a beach resort and then be asked to pay over $30 to use a kayak for 30 minutes??? Really not acceptable.

とても清潔で過ごしやすかったです。 スタッフの方もとても優しく、丁寧に対応していただけました。 施設や食事を食べるところが程よく分散しているため、あまり混雑を気にせず過ごすことができました。 朝ごはんのビュッフェもとても美味しいです。

気になる点は特にありませんでしたが、 市街地からは少し離れた場所に位置しているため、 周りにお店が特にありません。 ホテル内の売店もとても充実！というわけでもないので 他所で飲み物などを確保してから過ごすといいと思います。

総合リゾートとしての完成度は高い　サービス体制も充実している　部屋は十分に広く設備・アメニティも良好 食事は朝食しかとらなかったが、いずれの場所も　品数・味・雰囲気いずれも十分満足

客室の床掃除があまり丁寧ではなかった 全体的なコストがかなり高い　高級リゾートというより　客層は小さなお子様と大家族のファミリーユースなのでもう少し料金体系を考えた方がいい

음식이 맛있다고해서 기대했는데… 너무너무 별로 였어요.. 저녁부페도 이용해봤는데 그냥그냥.. 음식개선필요 저녁음식 조리만바꿔 다음말 아침에 나옴..

El hotel está en un enclave paradisiaco, playa muy bonita, vistas al mar espectaculares. Está super bien equipado, con muchísimos empleados muy amables y siempre atentos. Muy cómodo, bien decorado, con varios restaurantes a elegir (ya que no tienes ninguna población cerca aunque la ciudad principal está a 15-20 mins en taxi), muchísimas hamacas, piscinas de sobra, la playa delante, gimnasio, onsen... Fue 1 semana reparadora. Tienes desde el aeropuerto autobús (con un chófer muy amable) que te lleva directo al hotel y lo mismo para la vuelta.

Hay que entender que es un hotel enfocado en turismo local más algo de Taiwán/China por lo que hay algunos empleados que sí hablan muy buen inglés pero la mayoría apenas lo habla así que necesitas paciencia para comunicarte con ellos. En cuanto a gusto personal, el mejor restaurante de largo es el buffet (el Ishigaki Bold Kitchen, espectacular). Por el contrario yo evitaría el Beachside Grill (el barbecue vaya), comida bastante meh.

No adult only pool, or free masks and snorkels. Thought the burgers were great at the beach but the amount of fries and the drinks were a joke !!!

Beautiful resort, clean rooms and amazing pools for kids. Beach was also stunning. Perfect for kids and babies. We especially liked the indoor pool. It was empty most days and our baby girl loved having her first ever swims there. Breakfast was also great as our baby could eat lots. It would have been nice to have more baby friendly options besides ultra processed food in packets

Price of the food on the resort and lack of options for evening takeaway given our baby sleeps from 6:30. The crows were also a real nuisance. I think they should get a hawk or some other predator to deal with that issue.

飯店很大環境很優美，很有放鬆度假風，有泳池和兒童玩水區域完善，小孩很喜歡，有直通海灘，玩水玩沙都很方便，飯店裡有自助洗衣機，烘乾機，建議可以在旁邊放換幣機，不然沒有零錢還要再走到櫃台換幣，櫃台人潮多的時侯，等待時間很久很浪費時間，早餐有道地食材餐廳和西式餐廳選擇，還不錯可以換口味，飯店人員都算很親切，如果櫃台能有中文服務會更好°

Excellent séjour pour notre voyage de noces ! Personnels toujours souriants, serviables et accommodants. Petit déjeuner très bon, copieux et varié en choix! Le resort est très propre et a beaucoup d'installations et de services disponibles.

Ein traumhaftes Hotel am schönen Fusaki Strand gelegen. Das Zimmer (Villa) mit drei Betten war geräumig und mit allem was man für Relaxing Days braucht ausgestattet. Es gab ein äusserst vielfältiges Frühstück.

It's a perfect hideaway for families with children. We spent an extended weekend in June and the hotel was quite full, guests were 90% Japanese families with young children. Everything is very well organized. Enough sun beds at the pools and on the beach. We booked the early dinner slot at 5:30 and it was very relaxed. Breakfast is very good, too. I loved the spacious room with balcony.

大浴場が外にあり距離も近くではないため、入浴後に汗をかいてしまう。 夕食がまず過ぎた。今まで泊まったホテルで評価をつけるとすると1番評価が低い。トラウマになりそう。

Really nice resort, the pool is amazing. We also really liked the breakfast. Staff were super friendly too. We also enjoyed the onsen.

We’ve had a standard villa which was a bit worn out and in need of a renovation. Especially the bathroom. The beds also weren’t really comfortable and have seen better days. We also would’ve liked lighter food options and snacks. There are no convenience stores around so you can’t just have a sandwich if you feel peckish. The hotel only offers full meals in the restaurants.

担当者様お世話になっております。6月9日にS210号室に宿泊いたしました者です。当日、スタッフの方のご案内をこちらの誤解で聞き間違えてしまい、駐車場へ向かう際、自動車用ではない通路に誤って進入してしまいました。その結果、車両が挟まって動かなくなり、車体に損傷が生じる事態となってしまいました。今後、他のお客様が同じように誤って進入されるのを防ぐためにも、該当の場所に警告標識や注意を促す看板などを設置されることをご提案（ご意見）させていただきます。ご検討のほど、よろしくお願いいたします。

Great hotel with good facilities, spa and pools Suited mostly for families with kids, but you can always find quiet areas to relax around the hotel

Прекрасный отель на первой линии с отличным обслуживанием и хорошими номерами. Расположен в 10 минутах на машине от города. Без автомобиля будете ограничены только территорией отеля. Очень понравилась фишка с уборкой номеров, если пропускаешь уборку номера отель возмещает 2000 йен которые можно потратить на территории отеля. В общем нам все понравилось, с удовольствием вернемся!

Единственный минус это иногда очередь на завтрак и ожидание столика по 20-30 минут. За недельный отдых такое было 2 раза. Не понимаю в чем сложность открыть еще один ресторан для завтраков что бы убрать эту проблему. Кстати завтраки классные!

The activity arranged by the hotel was terrible. We booked a one-day snorkeling tour through the hotel, but ended up being treated unfairly on the boat. Dozens of people were packed into a shabby, small boat. They didn’t provide wetsuits for snorkeling, and they didn’t even offer drinking water. The staff’s English was poor, the boxed lunch was awful, and there wasn’t even a table to eat on. It was a really bad day trip. On top of that, it wasn’t cheap — and they charged the same price for a 6-year-old child as for an adult, which was very unpleasant. We suggest the hotel strengthen its management of travel agencies, so as not to lower the hotel’s own standards.

コンビニが無いので弁当やおにぎりと言った軽食が買えない、ホテルのフロントトレカトラン、プール、部屋がそれぞれ離れているのに巡回カートの数が少ないので徒歩で歩くのが大変

Podczas podróży po Japonii postanowiliśmy polecieć na Ishigaki. Wybraliśmy ten hotel ze względu na szybki transfer z lotniska. Pomimo wielu turystów w hotelu panuje cisza! Byliśmy w szoku, ludzie tam na serio odpoczywają, a o 21:00 można położyć się spać przy otwartym oknie. Polecam to miejsce jeśli szukasz miejsca aby się zrelaksować, wyciszyć i nabrać energii. Gwarantowana pogoda, piękne widoki, bardzo dobre śniadanie i jak w wszędzie w Japonii - czysto. Personel bardzo otwarty, uprzejmy i pomocny.

Leider etwas vom Schuss und man darf mit Tattoos nicht am Pool liegen. Da ich eh lieber am Strand bin, wars für mich kein Problem.

Beautiful and secluded

It would be nice to have a better takeout option of lighter food options. Sandwiches, onigri, small salads, fruit. The only food options on the resort is full meals
