The waiters/room service was very polite, friendly and helpful. Because of them it wasn't so bad. Wooden rooms have beautiful views. Location 10/10, view 100/10, comfy mattress 10/10. Communication on booking 3/10. Room service 10/10. Cleanness 3/10.

- Wifi didn't exist. - Zero communication on booking, i was trying to cancel and modify dates of my stay but noone replied on booking, when I was contacting on WhatsApp it was useless communication. Anyhow please remember, there is no communication, if you're not sure - don't book, otherwise have to pay full price. - The room was dirty, dusty, not cleaned for weeks, tresh on the floor. At least linen was clean. In the cheaper hotels is more cleaner. I don't understand how they want people to pay 8000 rup for so dirty rooms. It doesn't meet any international standards. - When I checked out the manager counted double price for stay, saying it cost more expensive. I refused to pay more than was in booking price. Basically they should fix their price on booking and not blame guests for prices they established themselves.

Even though they knew guest were arriving they didn’t cleaned enough i can see cobweb insects . I don’t know when they changed the bedsheet i was super itchy i had to call them to change it. food was average no tv no internet that functions bathroom was so so . Thats that leaving apart man bahadur was very kind and helpful while our atayy

Mamy things to work on. All facilities are used and Old. Not the best cleaning either. Windows very dirty. Some trash around the area, mamy things broken in garden. If they only repaired one thing a day, it would be 365 things repaired in a year

Un lugar excelente para poder disfrutar de los Himalaya. Desayunar en el jardín con ese paisaje, no tiene precio. Si te gusta el relax, es un hotel ideal. Tener en cuenta que no hay nada alrededor. Esto hace que tengas que comer y cenar en el hotel Las comidas son preparadas con gusto y están muy ricas. Además tienes la opción de cenar/comer en la habitación. Llamas a recepción y encargas la comida. El manager Birmani está super atento por si necesitas cualquier cosa. Incluso aprendimos mucho de la cultura Nepalí con las charlas que tuvimos. El hotel está "a medias". Todos los edificios están a medio construir. (pensaba que ahora estaría completo ya que los comentarios que he leído sobre la construcción del hotel son de hace años). Ves gente trabajar, pero se dedican a cortar la hierba. Nada más. Aunque las zonas comunes como el jardín, piscina,.. están cuidadas. Cuando fuimos habían preparado la piscina. Como no hacía buen tiempo, no la utilizamos. La habitación es grande, aunque las cosas se caían por no estar bien construido. La puerta del balcón no cerraba muy bien, el balcón estaba sin termiar. Era cemento y ladrillo. Si temes a los insectos, no es un lugar adecuado. Por otra parte comentar que no queda otra que reservar el taxi con ellos, y casi cuesta tanto como la habitación.

The view from the room is incredibly beautiful

The views were spectacular. The location is unreal, you are on a hilltop so you get panoramic views, even in your opposite walls re glass overlooking two separate valleys!

The property lacked timely service and the quality of food was average at best. When you are on a mountain top with no restaurants nearby, you gotta have good food

The location. The view is simply mesmerising.

The bathroom. We had booked super deluxe rooms, unfortunately the bathtub was leaking from somewhere and there was a foul odour coming from the bathroom.

Views were great . There’s a lovely walk from the hotel, quite flat and easy. I also walked towards Dhampus which was great but very steep return!

Beautiful views. There’s a flat walk from the hotel which is lovely. I also walked towards Dhampus - lovely until the long climb back up the hill! Great when the weather is good.

The location is excellent and breakfast is good

Very beautiful place, stunning views from window and balcony. Wooden design and furniture creates nice cozy atmosphere. Food was okay, breakfast included, also nice. Quiet place to relax. Most important that rooms have conditioner and electric blankets, you won't get cold during your stay in this high altitude at winter. Basically i loved everything there.

Bath tab wasn't cleaned well, drain was in hairs. Basically only one that could be easy fixed.

The room was cute and cosy! The view from the room would have been amazing for sure had we traveled during Spring/ Winter season! Some of the food we ordered were decent enough. We hiked to Australian camp from here which was a beautiful trek. You can also easily get public transports.

We had booked the stay to escape the heat so seeing that the pool was dirty and being cleaned throughout the three days of our stay was extremely disappointing. The restaurant space although was spacious and airy, there were flies everywhere and all the window panes nearby had dead insects. The place definitely needs more maintenance work.

Mr. Jivan and Mr Ayush and another lady (name not remembered) supported to their extent.

The hotel gives good view of the Annapurna mountain ranges. The staff were nice and the room was clean. The room had a balcony for the mountain view and luckily we did catch a glimpse of Mount Annapurna as the weather was always foggy. The bed also had a electrical heater mattress. The food in the restaurant was also tasty. Overall out stay was good. The manager Mr Gurung was kind enough to correct an accounting mistake in our bill post our checkout. And we received the amount. Thanks Mr Gurung and Mr Dai.

Staff was very friendly and the location is great if you want some peace and relaxing. Food options were amazing.

The showers could be a bit better, and the pool was not functioning when we were there.

The rooms were cozy and clean. The electric heating for the bed was definitely a major plus. The balcony views of Annapurna ranges were good too!

The bathtub in the restroom was broken and cracked.

The view was magnificent of the Annapurna range, the rooms were so comfy and warm. Large windows, spacious space and high ceilings. Absolutely excellent. The staff was tentative and friendly. Food was delivered to our room multiple times. Unfortunately the pool was not as advertised, there was no water, and there is quite some construction happening on the resort property. Food was mediocre, but highly recommend the chicken wings and fried paneer pakoda, very tasty. I would stay here again especially once the constructions is completed. My partner had a back injury so he was walking around in walker, the managers and staff was so helpful to him. Even bringing out a chair so he can sit down while outside.

The location , view , garden and the room with the double view was perfect. The staff were so happy to help and the cost is very reasonable. The local food was good too.

Still some pending construction that they could hide from sight. But other than that it was perfect.

Stunning view from my balcony room. Although garden and surrending area looks unorganized rooms are very comfortable, wooden covered walls and floors. Room has big windows facing the picture perfect mountains. Wifi is a bit slow, I had the best sleep. Restaurant menu has many choices . Breakfast was a la carte and adequate. This hotel is in a secluded area perfect for short stayings.

Everything was perfect. Shyam, the housekeeper, was very attentive to every detail.

Staff was great, location was great (even if the weather didn’t cooperate), room was very comfy and the food was exceptional. Even down to the breakfast, some of the best food I had during my time to Nepal. I tried the Aloo Tama soup, the fried buffalo momo, the thukpa, chicken fried rice, the club sandwich and the apple fritters. I’ve been a chef for long enough to notice when someone cooking really cares about the quality of food they serve and the food here made a trip potentially ruined by bad weather into a memorable one.

The WiFi didn’t really work in my room, but I think that was more due to how bad the weather was. Possibly related to the WiFi issues, upon leaving I had some issues with the bike I had rented to drive to and from the hotel, and attempted to contact the hotel many times for some assistance getting my bike started again (while still within 2km of the hotel) and I didn’t hear back until two days later. Luckily I fixed the issue myself, but better monitoring of the messages on this app and on the WhatsApp account associated with the hotel would be recommended

This was our second visit here. This time in off season. The resort is going through big upgrades, saw many under construction rooms. We booked a standard room which hasn’t been maintained at all. At the night we found ac not working. Then the management upgraded my room for a certain price to newer deluxe room which were new and well maintained.

Standard rooms are not maintained and toilets aren’t clean. Of course ac didn’t work. But new rooms are different.

Good property at a great location. The staff are very courteous but the services are expensive.

The hiking trail along the mountain bluff is the best part, enjoyable walk and amazing view and scenery. but you have to step over a stone wall to get to it or use a dirt path that starts from outside the hotel. weird cause it's the only thing they have going for them besides the restaurant (which is pretty good when it doesn't take 2 hours)

no TV in rooms, wifi didn't work well in any of the 3 rooms I was in. I told them repeatedly including how to address it (add a repeater router) and manager did nothing. shoddy rooms, water from public system is dirty, power cuts (no backup generator), assistant manager gave me WhatsApp number for restaurant orders then never responded to it. I feel like 25 USD a night would get you none of these problems anywhere in Asia other than Nepal (or India). no attention to detail, no courtesy mindset. will not go back to Nepal after being 0 for 3 in good hotel experiences. Nature trail doesn't count since it's not part of the hotel, it's managed by the town!

The owner was very helpful. The property has exceptional mountain views. Watching the rays of the sun on snow claded mountains were breath taking. The rooms are mountain facing.

Staff were extremely good, communicated with Jiwan and got airport taxi, we had some issue with noise. Jiwan went out of his way to give us another room. Kudos to Jiwan and his team. The manager was also very accomodating

the quadruple aspect room was cozy and with the amazingly big window the views of sunset and sunrise were spectacular, no kidding either! every morning was a wonderful surprise. So glad I booked 6 days as every morning was not the same.

ホテルの設備はちょっと山小屋風。サービスはスタッフが少ないので他の4つ星クラスに比較すると落ちますが、何といっても景観が素晴らしい。朝焼けから日の出、自室にいながらにして360度の景観が楽しめます。その景観を目の前にして外で朝食です。山登りをせずにこんな贅沢な時間は持てないと思います。

Service was personal and fantastic. We were the only guests. Location was great for views but at time of visit it was raining and cloudy. Though we did not see the Annapurnas we soaked in the cool weather and misty clouds. Power cut meant that we had a "romantic" dinner in dim lights. We appreciated that the manager took us on a short guided walk. The room was spacious and beds comfortable and there were great views from windows. Price a bit overrated as resort appears a bit rundown.
