Very good value for money. Is not far from the AYA service point with shuttles going to Pai. We were able to check in early which was appreciated!

The A/C malfunctioned during our stay but it was fixed extremely quickly! Great that the have a handy worker on hand.

They don't have breakfast and not many restaurants nearby

มดบนโต๊ะเยอะไปนิดนึง ต้องคอยเอาทิชชู่เปียกเช็ดออก ไปทุกครั้งเจอมดบนโต๊ะทุกครั้ง

Very large spacious room. Good aircon. Large bathroom. Very clean. Very nice reception area with selection of free coffee machines. Nice balcony overlooking green area.

Nothing really. If I had to choose something I would say the pillow was a little bit hard for me, but that's only because I am super fussy when it comes to pillows! Otherwise the bed and linen were first-class

เสียอยู่อย่างเดียวเลยค่ะห้องพักไม่ค่อยเก็บเสียง แค่ห้องข้างข้างลากเก้าอี้ก็ได้ยินแล้วถ้าใครขี้รำคาญจะรู้สึกไม่ค่อยชอบเท่าไหร่แต่ไม่ติดค่ะเพราะส่วนใหญ่ดีหมด

Kiváló ár-értékarány ! Tágas, erkélyes, jól felszerelt szoba . Példás az egész épületben a tisztaság ! Naponta tiszta törölköző, 4 nap után tiszta ágyhuzat járt. A dolgozók nagyon kedvesek, mindenben segítettek .

Personalmente l’ho trovata perfetta, la stanza era super accogliente, pulita e tutti i giorni mantenuta dal personale. Il posto è molto intimo perché è leggermente all’interno della strada principale dove c’è un complesso di hotel. Il 7-eleven è attaccato alla struttura con anche la lavanderia a basso costo e un centro massaggi formidabile a buon prezzo. Lo consiglio davvero.

The location is amazing and the hotel is very clean. The staff is very friendly.

There is no microwave and you have to go outside to the laundry mat to do laundry. I understand that there is no laundry, but the property should have a microwave in the common space

Very hard mattress. No soundproofing, quite loud at night. Far from town and not a very good location for public transport. Not many good restaurants nearby.

1.單床房的房間都在邊間，因此房間窗邊有蠻多螞蟻，且在地上和垃圾桶週邊爬，換了第二次到雙床房（位在飯店前端），才解除螞蟻危機 2.第一晚房間的熱水器故障，沒有熱水，且使用30秒後，蓮蓬頭不再出水（連冷水都沒有）

الموقع قريب من محل سوبر ماركت وأيضا مركز تجاري على بعد دقائق فيه محل لوتس المتنوع وتوفر محلات عديدة بالموقع عندما تتجه يسار محل سوبر ماركت سفن ايليفن. اطلالة الفندق جميلة جدا على الجبل. توفر الماء الساخن في اللوبي طوال اليوم لعمل الشاي وكذلك توفر ماكينات عمل القهوة في اوقات محددة.. توفر محل كي وغسيل ملابس ومحل مساج بالموقع . وجود فندق نجمتين أقل من سعر هذا الفندق وتوفر فندق 4 نجوم اعلى من سعر هذا الفندق. الهدوء والراحة في الموقع . تزويد الغرفة يوميا بحلاوة كيت كات وبييبسي وعلبة بطاطس وعصير وعلبتان ماء مجانا . والحقبقة أنا كل سنة أزور شيانغ ماي اسكن في هذا الفندق

I like very much this hotel because of everything is perfact. Even room ,clean for lobby ,lift,coridor ,bed sheet and out side hotel area.Location is sasy to travel every where, nera by 7 eleven ,massages place, street food and good restaurant etc.....

The room is clean and big with a balcony and a good shower, desk, fridge with free snacks.. The hotel is new and modern with an elevator. 1 minutes from 7/11. I would stay again!

It is not soundproofed..there is noise from the other rooms and the hallway but no street noise because it is not on the street..

The location was good, about a kilometre from the city centre. There were many eating places nearby, including a 7-11. The rooms were spacious and clean. They provide a complimentary minibar stocked with snacks every day for the duration of your stay. Complimentary coffee and tea are available at the reception; however, there are no kettles in the rooms.

Personal were very kind and help us with information and getting car or taxi. The room was really big and comfortable.

The location was good, just 5 minutes with a car or taxi. But to take a walk around the hotel wasn't really nice

The room size and clean

Great location, easy to get a grab taxi or scooter anywhere. The rooms were really clean, very comfortable beds and they even provide you some free snacks in the mini fridge on arrival. The staff were so lovely and helpful when I needed to extend my stay.

Quite a lot of positives and only one real negative. Very clean room and a refurbished bathroom. Helpful, English speaking, receptionist. Hotel is set in well kept gardens with a view of the surrounding hills (on one side) Morning coffee available for free downstairs but no kettle in the room. A well managed facility, in my opinion.

As previous guests have pointed out, the walls are very thin so you hear all the noise from the neighbouring rooms: snoring, alarm clock, TV, etc The location is maybe not the best but it's only a 20 minute walk from the old city wall.

The price is very reasonable. Clean room, accessible location. It's easy to go to Central Festival or Nimman. Besides, we traveled to Thapae walking stree on Sunday night by grab car which costs THB 80 from the hotel.

When other rooms close the door, it could make some noise. However, if the occupancy is not high or your neighbor is polite, we won't get this problem.

One of the standout features was the thoughtful amenities provided for families with young children. The fridge in the room was stocked with extra kits tailored specifically for kids, creating fun treats. This extra attention to detail made the stay even more convenient and enjoyable. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, offering a relaxing space to unwind after a day of exploring. The staff was friendly and always ready to assist with any requests, ensuring a smooth experience throughout the stay. The hotel's location was also a big plus. Situated in a peaceful neighborhood, it provided a sense of security while still being close to nearby attractions, restaurants, and shops, making it an ideal choice for both relaxation and sightseeing.

One low point of the hotel experience was the lack of an on-site laundromat. While there was a laundromat located within a short walking distance, it would have been more convenient for families to have one directly on the hotel premises. Having such a facility on-site would certainly enhance the overall convenience for guests, especially those with young children, who often need to freshen up their clothes more frequently. Additionally, another area for improvement, particularly for families traveling with children, was the lack of connected rooms. Having adjoining rooms would have made the stay more comfortable and practical for families needing separate spaces. It would be great if the hotel could invest in this feature in the future, as it would cater to the needs of families looking for more privacy while still being close together. These two aspects, though not major issues, could make the hotel even more appealing for families in the future.

The location was excellent. Very close to shopping village and a good choice of local and foreign foods

Hotel is very well kept, clean and efficient. Room is quite big, good wifi and bed is very comfortable. Free snacks and drinks in the room fridge every day. Free coffee and tea at the lobby in the morning. Work area in the lobby is great with good wifi. Laundry is just outside the hotel. Location is great, access to eateries and Jing Jai market etc. Will definitely recommend.

Hot shower sometimes take awhile to get the right temperature.

Good location being about 10 minute drive from centre The bed was extremely comfortable , the room was large and spacious with a great AC , a nice balcony with a Mountain View , very clean Staff were very friendly and allowed us to leave our bags after check out for the day (free of charge )

The bathroom wasn’t up to par with the rest of the room, but still had a warm shower and was very spacious.

Location is great! Not far from main road, but of course, you have to travel by car. Jing Jai market is very close by walking.

The wall is too thick or somehow you can hear people on the same floor closing the door for whole night. Actually it was my second time staying here. First time, I stayed on the first floor which is awesome I slept tight all night. This time I was assigned to stay on the fifth floor, so quite not sure if the structure of the room are different or because of this time the room is 100% occupied and all the guests don't sleep at night. So annoyed.

Very good value, clean. The bed is very hard with a squeaky inner spring mattress. No electric kettle in the room. Coffee, tea, and hot chocolate are available and free in the lobby. It can be difficult to get the coffee to your room if you have more than one cup, the elevator uses a key card and good luck with hot coffee.
