Alberca, aunque tardaron en prender la luces, estaba en penumbra.

Las decoraciones del cuarto se ven como instaciones viejas, no me agrado, además había cucarachas.

Me encantó el hotel, el personal tiene un trato excelente, las instalaciones súper bonitas ,limpias y cuidadas, el restaurante de lo mejor en calidad , servicio y precios, la ubicación me pareció perfecta,regresaría sin dudarlo!!! Muy recomendable para hospedarse en familia Por favor nunca bajen la calidad del servicio porque es extraordinario

El restaurante fue el punto más alto que tiene el hotel. Mantenimiento de parte del personal fue perfecto. Las señoritas de limpieza muy lindas y listas para ayudar. El punto bajo es porque hay que compartir cosas básicas como hielo y agua. Otro negativo es la falta de aire acondicionado central y tener que quitar la tarjeta cada que sales. Así no puedes mantener el cuarto a una temperatura normal. Es caliente o frío. Esa fue nuestra observación familiar.

Excelente hotel muy cerca de la playa, muy tranquilo maravillosas vistas. Muy recomendable para su descanso, su desayuno muy rico y económico.

No me gustó cuando las empleadas hacen la limpieza de las recamaras, ellas tiran las sábanas en el piso y al ir pasando uno da mal aspecto, sugiero utilicen contenedores para ir metiendo la ropa sucia. Pero encantado de volverme hospedar ahí.

La ubicación, la comida del restaurante y la alberca. El desayuno estuvo delicioso, limpio y todo el personal muy atentos.

La habitación triple es más austera a comparación de las demás y no tiene vista a ningún lado, aún así es cómoda y está limpia, no hay buena señal de Wi Fi.

La comida es excelente . Gran sabor buenos precios. Y el servicio en general de todo el personal es muy amable y eficiente

En si todo estuvo bien solo seria que en la alberca no se acerca nadie en caso de hacer cumplir las reglas pero en general todo bien

la suite con tres camas, es muy vieja, necesita una remodelacion pues es completamente diferente a las demas habitaciones, hasta en las sabanas y almohadas se ve la diferencia

The location was OK--walking distance to the beach, but at an incline, so it would be hard to walk for older people. The rooms were spacious and the view from the restaurant was nice!

Not enough activities and the hotel didn't seem lively. The restaurant didn't have a bar, so that was disappointing. The rooms felt stuffy despite having the AC on through the night.

This hotel is in a great location if you want to walk most anywhere. Yes it is up a slight hill, but it allows you access to old town, Santa Cruz, Chahue Beach and if you are really ambitious, you can even walk to Tangalunda beach. The hotel is older, but it is very clean. The restaurant attached has good food with excellent service. The pool is very clean and a good size. You have a view of the water though you are not on the beach. If you want to stay in town, this is the best hotel because it feels like you are out of town, but with everything accessible. It is also quiet because of its location. I would not hesitate to stay here again if I was back in La Crucecita.

Tiene todo a la mano, tiene un restaurante que tiene un menú variado, hay una alberca grande y una pequeña que estan disponibles hasta las 10 de la noche. El personal muy amable. Nosotros pedimos una habitación con vista al mar y como el lugar esta en alto se aprecia bien el amanecer Es un hotel pequeño y no hay mucho ruido

Very clean hotel. No hot water the entire stay. Cold showers, water barely warm enough to not be unbearably cold. Not sure if that’s an area thing or just this hotel.

I stayed 6 nights end of March. Staff was amazing and friendly, restaurant service impeccable and all my dishes breakfast and dinner were delicious, pool clean, distance to centro less than 10 min. Close to shopping centers and beaches. Rooms have full size toiletries. Older rooms but clean and comfy. Suggestions, fridge and microwave and better lighting in the room. Some light music in restaurant would be nice. A small shop w snacks, water, pop etc. I definitely will be returning. Thank you. Very nice and helpful staff. Massages a plus. Gracias de Chicago

It was everything we expected

The rooms are very clean and roomy enough for what we needed, there room to hang a few items in the space provided and a few drawers and shelves to place other items. Upon arrival there was a bottle of water for each of us which we could then keep and refill at the water station in the lobby when whenever we needed. The restaurant is very nice and the food was excellent. The staff are very friendly and the manager speaks excellent English Some of the other staff don't speak much English but they try very hard and communication was fairly easy. I liked the location as it was was fairly central and it was easy for us to walk to where we wanted to go. Santa Cruz beach was only a 15 minute walk. La Crucecita was 20mins and Chahue beach was only 10 minutes away

The water pressure for the showers is not great and sometimes the water was a bit cool if you are showering late afternoon, it would be n also be nice if there was a kettle or coffee maker in the room

This is a very comfortable hotel. The staff are exceptionally kind and welcoming. The pool area is great. The breakfast included was exceptional. My only con would be the rooms could use a bit of a refresh but otherwise a great stay. View from balcony was overlooking pool and ocean. Second time we have been there ! Debby Alberts Canada

Breakfast & dinner were always excellent and plentiful. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Everything was good no issues

We had a great stay in Villa 2, with our own little private cooling pool. Service was great. Cleaning was pretty good. Staff were very friendly and helpful. There can be quite a bit of street noise at night, especially on weekends. The party buses driving by are LOUD, but usually stop by 1am. Xmas decorations were over top the awesome.

Really nice place. Quaint hotel that felt secluded. Restaurant was good, really recommend the breakfast and coconut prawns. We asked for a fridge and coffee maker and received both. Plus had a lovely balcony and awesome view of the bay.

We always enjoy staying with Ricardo and his fantastic staff at Princess Mayev. They were working on their incredible Christmas display for 2 weeks while we were there! They lit up the Display Dec 1st! It is amazing!! The hotel is super clean and its location can’t be beat! We will definitely return. Thanks for a delightful stay 🤗

The staff were always friendly, attentive, and eager to assist. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a great stay with convenience, cleanliness, and excellent customer service.

5-7 minute walk to the beach Nice beach view (depending on your room)

The hotel is in a good location only about 6-8 minutes from the beach Le Entrega, by taxi. The hotel is quiet and the pool is very nice and the view is amazing and the staff is great, but it is definitely time to do some updating. The furniture is old and there was a hole where the ceiling fan was. They don’t offer towels to take to the beach so you might have to be sneaky about it. The food is awful and very expensive. Eat elsewhere. I ordered a steak and it was dry, chewy and it looked grey.

Great staff always willing to help you. Location is away from the busy traffic, but walkable to all locations.

The Staff were exceptional and the food at the restaurant was excellent. We had poor a/c in our room and it was very hot. The beds were ok... but no more than that.

It is a great place to stay and get some rest The only thing is about some guests which don't respect the rules of the common areas, probably the staff needs to be more careful with that

Nice property with very good restaurant, multiple pools, helpful staff. Room was ok, with a nice view! Staff arranged for a two hour taxi/tour of the surrounding area, highly recommended!

First off, this hotel has amazing views of the ocean and surrounding forrests. The pools are also pretty nice. The rooms are a bit old (especially the furniture!) but are comfortable. With a bit of investment, this place could be considered almost luxurious. The downsides: no coffee in room (maybe not a Mexican custom?), and the one sold at the restaurant is a bit pricey. WiFi in rooms is spotty, sometimes terrible (it's fine around the pool though). The main issue is the noise... this place is VERY popular with families, so expect a lot of kids and teens having a great time in the pool until closure at 10pm. Very few foreigners so you get a real Mexican experience.

Overall stay was great but some of the staff can use a bit of help with courtesy.
