El agua del alberca estaba super caliente, se entiende que es por el tema del sol, pero al ser muy pequeña se sentía caliente, No hay sillas en las habitaciones

No hay espacio suficiente para estacionamiento dejar el vehículo en la calle me golpearon... No tener elevadores.. en la habitación no tener suficientes contactos eléctricos... El baño muy reducido.... Piso rústico... Clima minisplit.. ruidoso.. para descansar...

Las instalaciones muy bonitas, limpias y la atención del personal.

El gimnasio no tiene prendido el aire acondicionado siempre por lo que al momento de hacer ejercicio es muy caliente.

La ubicación está excelente, a solo 5 minutos en auto del centro de la ciudad y frente a la Marina, es decir, si buscas tomar algún tour por las bahías, el hotel tiene la ubicación inmejorable. El desayuno americano estuvo muy bien, tienen muy bien personal de cocina porque todo estuvo delicioso. Tienen tres piscinas en el área del hotel y una más en un club de playa que está a menos de 5 minutos caminando, así que tienes para estar en la piscina y también ver un poco del mar que está en el área de la Marina. Las habitaciones espaciosas y muy limpias siempre. El personal (tanto recepción, meseros, mantenimiento, limpieza, etc) fueron siempre muy amables. Definitivamente tuvimos una gran estancia.

Sólo por mencionar un poco, en una de las habitaciones el lavamanos tardaba un poco en que se fuera el agua, pero en general no tuvimos ningún problema.

The staff was awesome! Always willing to help and serve. The hotel is so pretty! The pools are really nice and decently clean. The views from the top rooms is great! There’s a tourism agency called Marea right next to the hotel lobby where you can buy your tours. Most of my tours I bought with them. They’re really nice people! I extended my stay here because I really liked this hotel :)

The only thing I didn’t like was that the hotel doesn’t have elevators. I stayed on the third floor and had a heavy, large suitcase plus the heat and humidity, made it so hard to get to my room every night 😅 The staff did help with my luggage though, but it’ll be nice to have some elevators.

Location is very good for Boat trips, excursions and close to the beach. This Hotel has a private Club included right on the beach, called BACAANDA.

No elevator on any of the buildings, a lots of steps if you get a room on the 3rd or 4th floor. Standard one bedroom room has a very small shower , 24” x 24” inches. The AC have a sistem that Only works whit the Door Card, force you to turn off the AC Avery time you leave the room.

Las instalaciones el hotel es muy bonito la ubicación cerca de todo la limpieza extrema de todos los sitios ;el personal muy amable.el.area de albercas limpias y agua a buena temperatura.

El área de regadera de la habitación muy pequeño pero es funcional y la limpieza y el agua caliente lo compensa .

Está muy bien ubicado. Aunque no está en la playa como yo había visto en algunas publicaciones, pero está muy cerca

Bien situé près de la plage de Santa cruz.beach club tout près... Le taxi pour l'aéroport était ponctuel. Le personnel m'a fourni un cafetière et café qui n'était pas inclus dans mon choix de chambre malgré çà.

Au check out a 6:30 hrs du matin ..la réception n'était pas au courant pour ma demande de transport...ce fut un peu stressant..un chance que le chauffeur l'avait mis dans son agenda lors de mon arrivé et fait la demande a ce moment là.

Recepción mal, wifi nunca funcionó, instalaciones muy viejas, el desayuno muy limitado, pagué por 2 adultos y 1 niño, a mi niño no lo incluyeron en el desayuno pero si en cobrar la habitación.

The pool was nice and the rooms were clean.

The plumbing was goofy, so there was a sewer smell coming up the shower drain all the time. The A/C was locked really low so it was hard to get a comfortable temp.

The location was lovely, overlooking the harbour. The balcony was large and we enjoyed sitting in the evening watching all the activities. The room was also large and the beds were comfy. Good hot water supply in the shower, tho the bathroom was very small. Drinking water was supplied every day. The beach club was fantastic, as were the 2 pools in the hotel.

It would have been nice to have had a fridge and a coffee maker in the room.

Beautiful hotel with an authentic feel. The pools are lovely and the staff are all very kind and friendly. The vibe is peaceful. And it’s nice that there’s also a beach club if you want a change of pace. The A/C in my room was awesome - really loud but it helped block out the child screaming at 6am…

Only that the WiFi was weak and unreliable in my room, and the price for a beer at the beach club was crazy. But these things didn’t stop me from enjoying my stay.

El hotel está lindo y el personal muy buen.

El baño de la ducha es una burla no media más de 1.20 m2 uno no se puede ni agachar no no , uno tenía que pasar al lado del espejo y taza inodoro para estar cómodo , la playa que tiene a los metros que dicen realmente no era tan linda en cuestión playa turística, realmente es embarcadero decenas de barcos y lanchas . Caminar a ella no es especial .

Old Mexico charming resort with a gorgeous beach club where you get the best service (Ihave to mention Joseph who took care of us,thank you). Located right next to the beach,having all the comfort- you can book a great massage at the beach after the long flight. .2 pools,clean and well maintained and a restaurant on side also serving at the pool or rooms. Towel service at the pool,great to have a gym on side!

Wish there was a coffee maker in the room as we arrived being 2h behind ( that means that we wake up at 6am) and nothing is open

L’hôtel est très beau avec beaucoup de végétation magnifique, belles piscines et idéalement placé. Le Beach Club en accès libre pour les clients de l’hôtel est un vrai + ! Nous avons adoré y passer une journée. Le personnel de l’hôtel est sympa. Je recommande vraiment cet hôtel :)

Nakon odlaska iz hotela dobili smo obavijest da su pronasli krizic sa ogrlice koji smo trazili.(vjerojatno dok su cisitili sobu). Hvala im na toj obavijesti

Dolaskom u hotel otpracen sam do sobe gdje smo trebali odsjesti i na prvi pogled sam vidio da je ograda od balkona trula. Jako opasno, a pogotovo za moju obitelj jer sam bio s djecom. Nakon toga smo smjesteni u drugu sobu. Ta soba je imala takodjer nedostatke poput klime koja se nije mogla namjestiti da puse prema gore jer je smjeralo bilo neispravno i puhalo je samo prema dolje. Direktno u glavu. Glava od tusa je bila slomljena takodjer. Hotel oprema krevete samo sa tankom plahtom sto za nocenje od 220 dolara nije standard. Takodjer u tih 220 dolara nije bio ukljucen niti dorucak. Mi smo se odlucili na ovaj hotel zbog slika koje su prikazivale plazu ispred hotela, to je bio sadrzaj koji smo trazili. Medjutim, za doci do plaze treba setnja od par stotina metara. Prvu noc nas je osoblje usmjerilo prema toj plazi jer je tamo navodno bilo restorana. Medjutim, kada smo dosli tamo tim putem(koji je bio neosvjetljen), shvatili smo da je sve zatvoreno. Vratili smo se u hotel pitajuci mozemo li nesto pojesti u hoteskom restoranu. Nazalost, rekli su nam da moramo cekati vise od jednog i pol sata na poslugu zbog guzve? Nakon toga smo otisli u centar jesti. Imajuci sve to na umu uoci druge noci obavijestio sam osoblje na recepciji da nisam zadovoljan uslugom i da cemo mi ujutro napustiti objekt. Zahtjevao sam neki vid rekompenzacije zbog svega navedenog. Nakon nekog vremena primio sam poruku na mobitel gdje mi je nadredjeni napisao da mi nude najbolju sobu u hotelu. Medjutim meni je vec bilo dosta svega i odlucio sam otici. Na moje upite za rekompenzaciju ostalih dviju noci, upravitelj mi je rekao da ne mogu uciniti nista jer sam rezervaciju ucinio preko bookinga, te da se sam obratim bookingu koji ce se kasnije obratiti njima. To sam i ucinio, medjutim booking me obavijestio da od objekta nema odgovora. Sve j svemu jedno jako lose iskustvo.

Le beach club est correct et le personnel est assez réactif.

L'obsolescence du matériel dans les chambres laisse beaucoup à désirer, le fait aussi de ne pas avoir de petit déjeuner compris dans le prix. Le beach club est à une centaine de mètres à pied de l'hôtel et les places de parking sont assez limitées avec une fermeture du parking à une certaine heure. Les photos sont assez belles mais il faut quand même se méfier.

No tiene playa como tal, las fotos son de otro club de playa. Tienes que caminar hacia ése club. Está junto a una gasolinera y esa calle da muy mal aspecto. La habitación estaba en 6 piso... NO TIENE ELEVADOR. Eso me pareció súper malo. Las habitaciones no están totalmente equipadas. Para una plancha hay que ir hasta la recepción. El aire acondicionado hace ruido insoportable.

El camino hacia el club de playa algo descuidado , pero las instalaciones del club muy bonitas .

El área de piscina muy agusto, aire acondicionado muy importante, el personal a nuestra llegada muy amable, nos consiguieron tours muy rápido y a buen precio.

Caían gotas del aire acondicionado en la cama, la señal del wifi débil en la habitación que nos tocó, el estacionamiento se llena pronto, ya que le caben pocos carros, nos indicaron que nos pusiéramos frente a un carro y que dejáramos las llaves para moverlo y aun así, nos llamaron a media noche para que lo moviéramos nosotros. Me hubiera gustado que tuvieran un minibar para conservar las bebidas frescas.

Fue decepcionante este alojamiento, el servicio fue malo, no tuvimos estacionamiento, la habitación olía a caño, demasiadas escaleras, el beach club estaba lejos del hotel

Lo peor fue el servicio, y el estacionamiento ya que no cuentan con los lugares suficientes y después de que se llena lo cierran con llave por lo que debes ir a buscar al personal

Insgesamt passt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Wie häufiger erwähnt, wäre an der einen oder anderen Stelle etwas Instandhaltung angebracht. Aber es hat alles funktioniert. Wenn man ein Zimmer im 4. oder 5. Stock hat, muss man das halt zu Fuß bewältigen, es gibt keinen Aufzug. Mich hat das nicht gestört. Die Lage an der Playa Santa Cruz ist meines Erachtens in Huatulco bevorzugt. Der Service an der Rezeption war bestens, besonderes Lob an Felix.

El wifi es malo y las almohadas son incómodas (muy gruesas), además de que las fundas estaban manchadas. La regadera es muy reducida, apenas me se puede bañar uno.

The property is very clean and comfortable and felt safe. Walking distance from restaurants and boat tours. The staff is friendly and courteous. Pools are nice. We went in slow season so it wasn’t crowded. It has free parking.

Too many stairs! Consider this if you have bad knees or out of shape.

I loved the central area where the pools are located. I felt like the grounds were very well kept and the staff was helpful.

The rooms do look like the pictures in the sense of the decor, but it is dated and a bit run down, at least our room was. I also thought the bathroom could use an update, but overall it was clean and comfortable.

El hotel es bonito, tal cual las fotos. El área de alberca se disfruta mucho. Y la ubicación es buena, a 10min caminando de Playa Santa Cruz y muy cerca en coche de otras playas.

This property has no elevator. LOTS of STAIRS and STEPS to get to the room. If you are traveling with elders, this will be an issue. Grandma has knee issues. Going up and down from and to the room is a trek. The check in process was a pain. They have you manually complete a form. Then they hand you bunch of remotes for the room. Why not just leave it in the room? The AC required a key card. If you ask for an extra key card, they need you to sign a paper. Extra towels, they need you to sign a paper. They will charge you if you do not return. The Do Not Disturb sign do not work. The employee still enter into the suite. Their breakfast that came with the stay is not great at all. A super small selection to pick from. I would not recommend this place if you plan to travel to Santa María Huatulco.
