I like the location.

Las camas eran cómodas. La piscina es muy bonita.

El personal de recepción es muy antipatico y borde. Hay muchos insectos en la zona. Las habitacioes son oscuras y encima no tienen servicio de habitación. Estuvimos 3 días sin que nos limpiaran la habitación. Las toallas estaban un poco amarillentas.

Das Hotel hat eine sehr schöne Anlage und der Pool war wunderschön! Die dazugehörige Bar war super gemütlich und wir haben dort sehr viel azeit verbracht. Vor Ort haben wir ein Upgrade gebucht da uns die einfachen Doppelzimmer nicht gefallen haben. Die Bungalows waren dann super schön. Wir fanden die Lage super da man sehr schnell bei einer einkaufsstr. Ist mit vielen Geschäften und restaurants

die Bäder sind stark renovierungsbedürftig und der Strand ist nicht so schön zum baden da er sehr lange super flach ist. Direkt dort konnte auch nicht gut geschnorchelt werden.

The location was good. The ground looked well maintained. The bar staff were friendly.

The staff at the reception were rude and unbothered about you being there. On one occasion a staff member continued playing their guitar after noticing us standing in front of him at the reception until we verbally had to interrupt him to ask a question. The toilet drains smelled very bad which made the whole room smell. It was not worth what we paid for it and we were very disappointed. Actually looked forward to leaving.

La ubicación tranquila y el encanto de las instalaciones como el bar y la zona de la piscina… es una pasada.

Las habitaciones normales están un poco desgastadas, imagino que por los años. Pero no están mal, solo que comparado con las instalaciones de fuera se nota el cambio. Pero recomedaria 100% la estancia.

Situato in una posizione al di fuori delle zone un po’ più affollate dell’isola, ma comunque rapidamente raggiungibili (motorino o taxi). Struttura pulita e personale super accogliente e disponibile.

The location, the infinity pool and the waitressing staff

One of the two guys at the reception is very rude, really unhelpful and condescending, which is the only negative point together with poor to not existing wifi in the rooms. On the other hand, the waitressing staff at the pool baar are really nice !!!

The location and vibe there is awesome! Really cozy and the restaurant has amazing view and prices. Staff was always friendly, the bed was really comfortable, the accomodations have safes and the view from the pool is amazing!! In the evening lots of beautiful lights. Would recommend it.

Die Lage des Hotels war in Ordnung.

Das Zimmer ist dreckig. Die Wände sind beschmiert. Bei uns liefen überall Ameisen und Geckos rum. Auf die Frage, ob wir unser Zimmer wechseln können oder das Geld zurück bekommen für die kommende letzte Nacht, um das Hotel zu wechseln, durften wir telefonisch mit dem Chef sprechen. Dieser sagte wortwörtlich, dass es unser Problem wäre. Man dürfe in dem Zimmer nicht essen und trinken (wir haben lediglich trockene Kekse und Wasser gegessen und getrunken). Es sei unsere Schuld. Dann würden wir zu viel reden. Er war genervt von uns und hat dementsprechend mit uns geredet. Er sagte er würde kommen und sich unser Zimmer angucken. An der Rezeption standen derzeit noch andere Personen. Auf einmal war er nett zu uns. Das sah, als wir im Zimmer angekommen sind anders aus. Er wiederholte lediglich das, was er bereits am Telefon gesagt hatte. Also mussten wir die Nacht noch da bleiben, im gleichen Zimmer. Also, sehr teuer für das, was man bekommt. Die Bilder, die man online zu sehen bekommt, entsprechend nicht ansatzweise der Wahrheit. Außerdem gibt es zwar einen Pool, aber nur vier Liegen. Von den vier Liegen gibt es nur zwei Matratzen. Also liegt man da auf hartem Holz, sehr unbequem. Die Alternative: Sitzsäcke mit ungefähr fünf Gramm Sand. Man kann sich also auch einfach auf den Boden setzten, macht keinen Unterschied.

Le personnel est vraiment aux petits soins et d'une gentillesse !! Le coin piscine, p'tit dej, cocktail,... Est vraiment appréciable avec la plage attenante. Un petit coin de paradis. Les chambres sont rudimentaires mais propres et fonctionnelles avec une bonne literie.

La navette était à priori gratuite pour venir nous chercher et nous ramener au port mais nous n'avons pas pu profiter de ce service. Nous avons dû régler ceci à nos frais.

La piscina con vistas al mar es, sin duda, uno de los puntos fuertes del alojamiento. Es un lugar perfecto para relajarse y disfrutar del entorno. También me gustó mucho que, cada dos días, dejaran toallas limpias aunque ese día no hicieran la habitación. Además, todos los días reponían dos botellas de agua y papel higiénico, un detalle que se agradece y que demuestra que cuidan el confort de los huéspedes. Bastante limpio y la cama grande.

El Wi-Fi es bastante deficiente. La señal es muy débil y la conexión se corta constantemente, por lo que resulta difícil utilizarlo con normalidad. Lo peor, sin embargo, fue la ducha. El agua caliente apenas funcionaba: salía durante aproximadamente un minuto y después desaparecía por completo, obligándote a cerrar el grifo y esperar para que volviera. No sé si era un problema específico de nuestra habitación, que estaba en la segunda planta, pero ducharse acababa siendo bastante desesperante y fue, sin duda, el aspecto más negativo de la estancia.

Sehr schöne, grüne Bungalowanlage! Pool und Poolbar sind auch sehr schön, direkt am Strand. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Gratis Taxiservice vom Pier.

Das Zimmer war mir zu einfach, was man auf den Fotos nicht unbedingt erkennen konnte. Die Decke im Bad besteht aus Holzlatten mit grossen Ritzen. Da ich Spinnen und andere Krabbeltiere nicht mag, hab ich mich nicht wohl gefühlt. Prompt war dann ein Grosser Gecko im Bad. Der Kühlschrank war so laut, dass ich ihn in der Nacht ausstecken musste!

Was raining when we were there. but its seems to have gone down hill since I was there last. The restaurant bit at the front not that nice now. And pool was uninviting and a bit green. Koh tao so crowded and expensive for what you get.

Das Resort liegt nah am Wasser und bietet viele Möglichkeiten um sich zu entspannen. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett und die Zimmer so wie auf den Fotos beschrieben.

Die Räume sind sehr minimalistisch eingerichtet, aber es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Es gibt einen Wasserkocher und einen Kühlschrank, sodass man gut versorgt ist. Der Pool- und Barbereich ist wirklich schön gestaltet – dort kann man es sehr gut aushalten und entspannt Zeit verbringen. Die Atmosphäre ist angenehm und man kann problemlos auch länger sitzen bleiben. Die Leute vor Ort sind extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit, was den Aufenthalt zusätzlich sehr angenehm macht. Auch die Lage ist top, man ist schnell überall und gut angebunden.

Es dauert etwas, bis jemand an der Rezeption ist.

L'emplacement est parfait, pas trop excentré. Proche d'un 7-11 en cas de petite faim, des restaurants et de la route principale afin d'aller aux différentes plages. La chambre est plutôt spacieuse, possibilité d'étendre son linge dehors. Le personnel de ménage est efficace. Les cafés devant la piscine sont très agréables le matin.

La calle para ingresar es una mugre. El conserje muy desagradable, malhumorado.Nada de empatia. La habitacion horrible. Las ventanas de madera no tienen vidrios. Tuvimos que poner papel para tapar los orificios. Había cucarachas y mosquitos. La cama viejisima. La piscina sucia, con el agua turbia. Al dia siguiente nos fuimos a otro hotel a pesar de que ahi teníamos 3 noches pagadas. Era muy deprimente para quedarnos. No debería estar un alojamiento así en Booking. Les hice una queja en atención al cliente de Booking pero nunca me contestaron

Arrivée au port on s’est presque fait engueuler par la personne avec qui on communiquait car on s’était trompé de lieu de rdv pour le taxi alors qu’au final il passait devant la où nous étions.

It is a beautiful place definitely! The staff at the bar were the best, we only had a bad experience upon check in. The receptionist is arrogant and communicated in a bad way. The rest was perfect :)

Personnel sympa, chambre spacieuse. Après un peu bruyant le matin mais c’est raisonnable. La piscine au top avec la belle plage juste en face, parfait.

Nette, grüne, kleine Anlage. Netter Pool am Strand gelegen. Zimmer sind zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Und nachts sehr ruhig. Obwohl wir keine Zimmer Reinigung wollten, wurden jeden Tag 2 Flaschen Wasser und Toilettenpapier vor unsere Türe gestellt. Kostenloser Shuttle vom/ zum Pier. An der Hauptstraße gibt's jede Menge Restaurants, Cafés, Seven 11, Roller Verleih und Massage.

Personal war recht unfreundlich. Strand war kleine Bucht. Leider lag unser Hotel schon ab 15 Uhr im Schatten. Das andere Ende der Bucht war bis 18 Uhr Sonne.

Me alojé en Fisherman durante mi estancia en Koh Tao y, sinceramente, si vienes a la isla principalmente para hacer inmersiones y necesitas descansar bien, es una muy buena opción. El hotel es sumamente silencioso, algo que se agradece muchísimo cuando te toca madrugar y el diving cansa bastante. Está en una zona muy bonita, acogedora y tranquila, al sur de la isla, en el lado opuesto al ambiente más fiestero, pero aun así está cerca de todo. Hay un 7-Eleven en la esquina, pequeñas cafeterías, lavandería y sitios para alquilar moto, así que resulta muy cómodo. No es un hotel de lujo, sino más bien un alojamiento sencillo, muy limpio, tranquilo y acogedor, donde se duerme muy bien. El personal fue amable durante toda la estancia, y quiero agradecer especialmente a Tim, el recepcionista, por su paciencia y su trato. Además, tienen una pequeña cafetería con un matcha de Chiang Rai buenísimo. Como punto menos positivo, diría que el precio me parece algo elevado para lo que ofrece. Entiendo que es temporada alta y que la demanda influye, pero personalmente creo que la relación calidad-precio podría ser mejor, ya que he estado en sitios similares por algo menos. Aun así, si tu prioridad es bucear y volver a un sitio tranquilo para descansar pacíficamente, este hotel cumple muy bien.

Lo que menos me gustó fue la relación calidad-precio. Para lo que ofrece, me pareció algo caro. Además, las fotos dan una impresión un poco más favorecedora de la realidad: la habitación es más pequeña de lo que parece en las imágenes. Aun así, la habitación es tranquila, acogedora y la cama estaba limpia. También conviene aclarar que no está directamente en primera línea de playa, aunque la playa está prácticamente a cinco metros. Como punto positivo, tiene una infinity pool bastante bonita.

The location is excellent, close to restaurants and the beach.

The rooms are not soundproof and are very echoey. I could hear other rooms laughing and making noise after 10 pm, causing me sleepless nights and insufficient rest. The hotel didn't have any signs prohibiting noise disturbances. The swimming pool was quite dirty. If you're looking for a relaxing and peaceful place to stay, this might not be the place. I regret spending my money.

Erg fijne en rustige plek. Schoon en ze maken het ook gelijk schoon als je er om vraagt.

Bij aankomst zijn de mensen achter de balie erg ongeïnteresseerd. Ze zitten te gamen tijdens je check-in en leggen niet even duidelijk uit hoe alles werkt. Dit is overigens niet voor al het personeel want de rest was erg vriendelijk.

TODO. Este hotel está ubicado en una zona privilegiada, con una piscina alucinante con vistas al mar. Un lugar que te invita a relajarte y dónde el servicio es excelente. Me da mucha pena no haberme quedado más tiempo, sin duda repetiría.

Dichtbij het strand. Fijn zitje voor je accommodatie waar je mag roken. Heel mooi zwembad met strandtentje erbij. Je kan er eten en drinken. En ik zag ook mensen die hun eigen drinken meenamen. Accommodatie is echt top, een heel leuke ruimte.

De hoeveelheid muggen en kriebelbeestjes als je buiten zit. Maar daar kan niemand iets tegen dien. Is op heel Koh Tao

Beaucoup de moustiques dans la chambre et sur la terrasse, matelas très fatigué, pas d'eau chaude sur tout le séjour, wifi itres insuffisant donc pas de films où vidéos accessibles sur téléphone ou tablette. Un des responsables de l'accueil très peu concerné par mes réclamations. Au final, cher pour la prestation proposée.

The pool is the best in the area. The food was also good. Our room was large and comfortable. We would stay here again.

Our only complaint was that the room wasn’t quite cool enough for sleeping. The AC required a keycard and it took quite a while for the room to cool down when we returned in the evenings.

Great location with the sea just behind the hotel. There is also a swimming pool for guests to relax. The overall atmosphere is very nice and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing stay

It seems like there used to be a TV in the room, but when I stayed there, it wasn’t there anymore. The air conditioner was also quite noisy and there was some water dripping while it was running

Pas très agréable à l’accueil, j’ai voulu commander un taxi mais il n’avais pas l’air de vouloir, chambre extrêmement mal isolée , avec petite fenêtre impression d’être enfermée, eau froide le premier soir, rapport qualité prix que je ne trouve pas bon.

We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad wat betreft de basis van het hotel. De kamer zelf was prima en het uitzicht vanaf het hotel is echt mooi. Dat gaf een vakantiegevoel. Ook de cocktails bij de bar zijn lekker. Daarnaast waren sommige medewerkers oprecht vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Bij het verlengen van onze kamer werd in eerste instantie goed met ons meegedacht. Dat maakte het extra jammer dat andere dingen minder goed verliepen. Ook het zwembad zelf is prettig en fijn om even af te koelen.

De communicatie rondom het verlengen van onze kamer verliep erg slecht. Hoewel we onze uitcheckdatum officieel hadden verlengd van 2 maart naar 3 maart, werd er op 2 maart toch bij onze kamer aangeklopt met de vraag of we kwamen uitchecken. Bij de receptie wist (waarschijnlijk) de manager ineens nergens meer van, terwijl we dit juist met hem hadden besproken. Tijdens het gesprek werd ik meerdere keren onderbroken en werd er gezegd dat mijn verhaal niet klopte. Ik voelde me niet serieus genomen en dat was erg ongemakkelijk. Dit hele gedoe had voorkomen kunnen worden als de administratie op orde was geweest. Daarnaast zit er bij de receptie een vogeltje in een veel te klein en slecht onderhouden kooitje. Het diertje zag er uitgeput uit en lag meerdere keren op de grond van de kooi door de hitte. Dat gaf een heel naar gevoel en vond ik eerlijk gezegd zielig om te zien. Verder zijn er extreem veel muggen, zowel in de kamer als op het terras. Deet is echt noodzakelijk. Bij het zwembad zijn er te weinig ligplekken, waardoor je bij drukte geen plek meer hebt. Ook zaten medewerkers op zondagmiddag luidruchtig in het zwembad (bommetjes maken, veel herrie), wat niet prettig is als je als gast rust zoekt. Tot slot kregen we bij het uitchecken nog een bericht dat er 30 baht te weinig was betaald, door een optelfout van het hotel zelf. Dat wij daar vervolgens achteraf mee lastig werden gevallen, vond ik onprofessioneel. Ondanks een aantal positieve punten, zorgden de slechte communicatie, het gedoe en het onprofessionele gedrag (van die denk ik manager) ervoor dat dit verblijf voor ons tegenviel.

The view from the pool was nice. Free drop off/ pick up from the pier.

Room was full of flies and had two lizards enter the room which we had to carefully get out. Aircon was poor, had to pay at the property which was not made clear and staff were rude when we questioned it. They also tried to check us out a day early due to admin errors their side. Only had a couple of sun beds, red were beanbags or uncomfy deck chairs. Food was good but arrived cold.

Nothing. So disappointed!

The staff were SO unfriendly and just seemed annoyed to be there. The place looks nothing like the glorious pictures advertised. The room was beyond basic and filthy dirty. Dead bugs all over the walls. Tv bracket but no tv. WiFi terrible. We booked for 3 nights but left after 1 and the rude man on reception didn’t blink an eye. Restaurant not a proper restaurant. Don’t stay here if you want anything more than a basic hostel.

It was lovely! So green and peaceful. Pool has amazing views and food by the pool was so good! Lovely staff and lovely rooms.
