The staff were nice helping with bags

The bungalows are dark and dirty. Found a huge clump of hair in shower. The pool was warm and all the pool furniture is super dated and shabby. Also in a seedy part of town.

Superbra läge vid fin strand med möjlighet till fin snorkling. Badvänligt även vid lågvatten. Bra pris på den egna lilla restaurangen. 5 minuters gångavstånd till hamnen.

När vi var där var det byggnation av ett hotell på intilliggande tomt vilket kunde vara lite störande om man vill ha lugn och ro vid polen eller ha en lång sovmorgon. (Juli -26.)

Size of room was great. Lots of choice for breakfast, with fantastic serving staff. Essentially on the beach, from which you can snorkel and see amazing fish. Lovely pool

Construction work next door. A lot of ants and flies at breakfast, and ants in the room. One night the music was very loud.

Prachtig kamer/huisje. Alles mooi en proper Vlak aan de zee, ontbijt aan het strand. Vriendelijke mensen, lekker eten. Mooi zwembad, mooi en proper domein.

Les points positifs : la piscine est agréable et l’hôtel est très bien situé pour arriver depuis le port, que l’on peut rejoindre à pied avec les valises. L’endroit est également assez calme le soir. En revanche, nous avons largement préféré l’ambiance de Sairee Beach, beaucoup plus familiale et animée, avec davantage de restaurants, boutiques et activités.

Concernant cette partie de l’île, nous avons été un peu déçus car elle est loin de l’image « carte postale » que nous avions de Koh Tao. Il n’y a pas de transats sur la plage, seulement quelques chaises installées près du restaurant, et la baignade est assez compliquée, notamment avec le port juste à côté. Nous avions deux chambres donnant directement sur la piscine. La chambre A2 est très vieillissante : fuite au niveau du jet d’eau des toilettes et forte odeur d’humidité. La chambre A3 était plus agréable. Au final, une situation pratique pour l’arrivée et une piscine agréable, mais nous avons été déçus par l’état de certaines chambres et surtout par l’environnement de cette partie de l’île.

No ens va agradar que per fer-te el servei de l'habitació havies de deixar la clau a recepció i la neteja era de 13:00 a 16:00 hores.

Hôtel et restaurant familial. Idéalement placé sur Koh Tao pour des plongeurs. L hôtel est tout près du centre bourg et du club de plongée francophone. L' île est petite, tout est à proximité en scooter ou en taxi. Le personnel est très gentil et très arrangeant, attentif à nos demandes.Belle piscine pour se détendre.

Les lits sont sur une estrade, pas toujours facile pour se lever rapidement, mais ce n' est pas trop gênant. La restauration mériterait d être mieux mise en valeur. Nous avons pris deux repas du soir sur place , c était savoureux mais le resto ferme à 20 h.

Bella e ampia stanza al piano terra con terrazza. Posizione vicina alla via principale dell’isola e al mare. A 5 minuti a piedi dal molo. Comoda la piscina, l’ideale per le nostre bambine. Colazione a buffet e portate su ordinazione più che sufficiente per le nostre esigenze. Personale disponibile.

Nothing terrible dirty place, booked 4 nights checked out after one and that was only because couldn't get another room until next day

Everything. Location was terrible, nothing to sit on on beach. Reception was full of building materials and tins of paint and very dirty. Room especially the bathroom was very very dated and not clean...we had upgraded to a swim up room.

Ya son 2 años que elegimos este hotel, el año pasado fuimos mi marido, yo y mi hija, este año nos llevamos a mi hermana y un amigo. Si el año que viene vamos sin lugar a duda elegiríamos este hotel

L’emplacement est bien mais difficile à trouver au premier abord. Au bout d’une impasse. Complexe sympathique, mais qui commence à être un peu vétuste… L’hôtel est très au calme et juste à côté du centre et du port. Très très bonne situation. De plus, le restaurant donne sur la plage..

Hôtel un peu vieillissant et pas facile à trouver la première fois. Ensuite, on n’y arrive très bien.

Bedrooms were amazing, very nice size and extremely comfortable beds, the room was very clean and the bathroom was very nice. The staff were very kind and helpful, our ac wasn’t working properly in our orignal room and they got us changed to a different room straight away with no issues at all, ac in the new room and every other room was working perfectly. The pool is extremely nice and the location was unbelievable, right on the beach with amazing views and so many shops on the road of the hotel with amazing food and clothes.

J’ai aimé le logement pour 6 personnes, l’environnement dans lequel il était (comme en pleine nature), la piscine, la proximité avec le port et tous les restaurants et surtout nous avons adorés la vue magnifique sur la plage où nous prenions nos petits déjeuners inclus avec la chambre.

Pour ainsi dire tout. L'hôtel est tenu par une très gentille famille qui nous fait sentir comme à la maison. La piscine est super ainsi que le restaurant sur la plage.

Rummet va stort och fräscht. Närhet till piren och flera bra restauranger.

Poolen var sliten och möblerna vid poolen var trasiga och borde bytas ut. Generellt skulle poolområdet behöva en upprustning vilket kanske är på gång då hotellets reception och området runtomkring just nu är en byggnadsarbetsplats. Rörigt och bullrigt.

La amabilidad de los dueños, llevo años alojándome ahí, y siempre han sido súper amables..están reformando o ampliando, me parece genial...las habitaciones grandes y el desayuno bien...todo muy limpio, la piscina este año no la probé...jejeje...la cercanía al puerto y a la zona de ocio... siempre voy a este hotel... gracias

W-Lan war teilweise schwach, Bungalow ist in die Kahre gekommen, die Einrichtung müsste ordentlich repariert oder ersetzt werden.

Taking shoes off every time you walk through a lobby is a bit annoying. I understand the desire to keep floors clean, but taking them on and off all the time is frustrating. That’s why we have mops. Also, they never gave me my deposit back :(

It was in a great location. Quite area not too close Sairee beach which can be very loud. We booked two rooms, and particularly enjoyed the double pool view room which was very clean and spacious. The pool area was very nice. Staff were very pleasant.

The bungalow we booked had ants in the shower on arrival, which the staff at reception were very apologetic about and moved us to a different room for the night so it could be cleaned properly. These bungalows are on ground level surrounded by trees so it is likely to attract insects. The other room we booked had a small leak in the shower and the water pressure and temperature was not great. Also construction happening beside the hotel so there was loud noises early in the morning.

Good for what you pay. Pool was nice, rooms big and comfortable but it’s you get what you pay for. Great location close to the pier, quiet and relaxing. Staff were friendly. Overall, good place to stay.

The bedding had holes in it but was clean and comfortable.

Iso ja kiva perhehuone, paljon tilaa. Päivittäin uudet vesipullot. Uima-allasalue oli myös todella hyvä ja lapsille sopiva.

Wifi oli heikko ja hotellin aamiainen ei ollut kovin hyvä.

Resortilla ihana ympäristö ja keskeinen sijainti. Talo toimi hyvin kahden teini-ikäsen lapsen kanssa.

The location is near the pier, so when you arrive you can just walk to the 'resort'. The beds on the balcony at the pool were really nice. The room is very big!

The service is good, but not perfect. We didn't speak much to the staff because when they walked by or when you saw them, they didn't say anything or even look at you. The air conditioning was terrible; the room stayed warm because it was just too old. They were renovating the reception and building new apartments next to the resort, so it was quite noisy outside.

Goede locatie, 1 min lopen naar het strand. Zwembad had heerlijk water en schoon. Grote, ruime kamer, netjes en groot balkon.

La habitación es amplia con camas cómodas aún que estén en el suelo. La piscina está genial. El desayuno muy completo. Está alejado del ambiente por lo que lo hace muy tranquilo y silencioso. En pocos minutos andando ya encuentras restaurantes y ocio.

It’s not really a resort and you cannot really swim at the beach, I suppose as a base if you had a scooter it would be OK, but if you think Holiday Resort, that’s not what you getting. It’s more a motel than a hotel

The smell in our room was terrible - damp/old/ musty. Not very clean and felt 1000 of people had slept on the mattress. It’s a young persons place !

I stayed just for 1 night. Although I haven't seen much of the hotel, I had a room on the 2nd floor with a big terrace and gorgeous seaview. Room was small but clean and comfortable, bathroom was nice. Decent breakfast, hot meals are cooked to order (eggs etc)

The WC at the beach could be probably renovate. Was old and not very nice. But it was clean !!! And also had always water

La piscine était trop chaude,

The “resort” has very spacious bungalows and plenty of space for your things, spacious bathrooms. We had a deluxe bungalow and the access was from two different roads which was nice for easy moving around. The pool is also a nice place to relax if you don’t want to swim in the sea. The breakfast area is right with a view onto the beach and there is also a fabulous sunset view.

The reception is a bit far from some of the accommodation and for the price , I was expecting a more attentive service and cleaning to the room daily. The breakfast was a bit limited.

Blue Diamond Resort est un hôtel très agréable, les bungalows sont très propres et confortables. C’était calme car éloigné de la rue. La vue sur la mer depuis le restaurant est incroyable !

The family room was a good size. There was also a good sized pool. Staff were really friendly. Able to walk to main shopping/restaurant area in about 20 minutes

The TV didn’t work and the restaurant closed during the afternoon and after 8 so limited options to eat there.

Petit déjeuner face à la mer !!! c'est exceptionnel

Es ist nahe am Pier. Der Pool war sauber und die Anlage echt OK. Direkt am Strand war auch fein. Frühstück gab es lange und war nicht schlecht.

Das Frühstückspersonal bekam den Mund nicht auf. Stellen das Essen einfach hin und gehen ohne ein Wort. Das Meer ist an diesem Strand nicht so appetitlich, wahrscheinlich weil es direkt am Hafen ist.

Mooie locatie aan de zee, rustig gelegen en op wandelafstand van de drukte. Geen nachtlawaai. Goed ontbijt aan het strand. Leuke wandelweg naar rustige strandjes. Strandhanddoeken beschikbaar.

Het uitzicht van de receptie is verouderd. Maar de bungalows aan de overkant zijn tiptop in orde. Personeel mocht vriendelijker zijn. We zijn anders gewoon in Thailand.

Bien placé et très belle chambre

La clim ne fonctionnait pas bien et du coup un peu chaud dans la chambre

Loved staying here - it was close the pier and close to the action of Koh Tao, but the street in itself was quiet and calming, so a great balance. The pool area was beautiful, and the beach front where the hotel reception is located is also beautiful. The room was more than enough to satisfy, perhaps the bathroom could’ve been modernised but that was it really.
