В целом в отеле прекрасно отдыхается. Но ,есть небольшие недочеты ,поделюсь своим мнением об этом: 1)В номере( мы жили в бунгало 508) не продумана система для сушки вещей после купания,нет крючков для одежды в ванной комнате. 2)Нас приветствовали бутылочкой вина,но не было штопора в номере и бокалов. 3)Чайник нужно переносить на тумбочку,чтобы вскипятить воду. И еще,у меня 1 мая был День Рождения( юбилей,55 лет). И мы выезжали в этот день в 5 утра,сестра обратилась на рецепшн с вопросом:,, возможно ли поздравление от отеля,какой-то знак внимания имениннице?",но получили отрицательный ответ:" этим занимается наш ресторан и он уже закрыт,, . Немного было обидно(. Но,в целом отдыхом мы довольны. Погрустили по поводу пляжа. Мы были в вашем отеле 10 лет назад и он был прекрасен.Новшество в виде странных волнорезов очень испортило внешний вид берега,сделало невозможным прогулки по берегу. Но,видимо другого решения не было,волны отнимают территорию пляжа,мы читали об этом.

Hotel położony przy samej "plaży". Teren hotelu zadbany. Personel sprzątający bardzo dokładny. Bar hotelowy oferuje specjalne oferty na piwo i koktajle. W pobliżu mnóstwo sklepów, restauracji i salonów masażu.

Uwaga! Willa z prywatnym basenem to 1/2 willi z dostępem do wspólnego prywatnego basenu. "Plaża" bardzo wąska z powodu wysokich fal które zabrały nabrzeże. Położone są ogromne worki wypełnione piaskiem które służa jako falochrony. Personel w recepcji z bardzo podstawową znajomością Angielskiego co utrudniło proces wymeldowanie z powodu nieporozumienia odnośnie zapłaty za usług dodatkowych ale nie było to próba wyłudzenia lecz zwykła pomyłka w podliczeniu opłaty minibar.

To use tennis court, the charges were really high. Throughout few days stay, I haven't seen it in use even once. Such a waste of the facility, it should be free or for a small charge!

Очень приятная территория с большим количеством зелени и цветов. Просторные номера. Рядом миллион кафе и магазинов, есть где погулять. Завтрак примерно одинаковый, еды довольно много, всегда есть фрукты. В целом хороший отель без супер существенных недостатков

80% постояльцев отеля - русскоговорящие, ощущение что ты в Анапе. Постоянно занимают лежаки с самого утра (а их не очень много) и могут потом даже не приходить на них. Некрасивый пляж с нагромождением камней и мешков. Вайфай слабоват

Nuo viešbučio iki Hošimino veža gulimas autobusas už 7 eurus žmogui. Viskas ko reikia tobuloms atostogoms.

Очень уютная комфортабельная территория с садом из разнообразных цветущих деревьев (декабрь) в саду живут птицы и они поют.. есть прикольные с хохолком и говорят "Ку Ку Ку"... Добрые люди и ответственный дружелюбный персонал. Все вопросы пребывания решались и не было проблем. Шикарный Паназиатский завтрак с изобилием блюд на любой вкус..забытый вкус колбасных изделий из натурального мяса и ароматный паштет.. 3 вкусных сыра на выбор.. много чего вкусного и свежайшего. Отдельно благодарю станцию яичницы и омлета.. маленькую женщину на обжарке .. большой выбор добавок в омлет и вкуснейшее свежее яйцо! Улыбка от нее бонусом. Персонал справляется обеспечением..нет пробелов в меню и очереди за чем либо.. на пляже ответственные парни.. всегда смотрят за купающимися в море.. к строительным работам в центре надо относиться с пониманием.. это во благо будущего и это надо делать уже сейчас.. обязательно посещу вновь.. чудное райское место.

Территория отеля, свой пляж, хороший завтрак, расположение отеля

Рядом с моим номером каждый день между 7 и 8 утра включали какой-то работающий механизм (насос, дизель или что-то еще), который работал весь день до вечера. Если любите поспать, это будет мешать.

Очень люблю этот отель и возвращаюсь сюда уже несколько раз в год — со временем это стало доброй традицией, особенно отмечать здесь Новый год. Всегда стабильно хороший, комфортный отдых без сюрпризов. Отель среднего уровня, но с очень достойным сервисом. Персонал дружелюбный, отзывчивый, все просьбы выполняются быстро и без лишних вопросов. Уборка в номерах ежедневная и качественная. Жил в разных категориях — и в виллах, и в обычных номерах — всегда всё было на хорошем уровне. Отдельно отмечу завтраки: действительно вкусные и разнообразные. Кровати удобные, санузлы хорошие, никаких проблем или недоработок за всё время проживания не возникало. Есть собственный пляж: он зависит от сезона — иногда его подмывает, иногда наоборот расширяется, но в целом пляж нормальный, с лежаками, которых всегда хватает. Есть бассейн, хотя лично я в нём ни разу не купался — море всегда было предпочтительнее. Отдыхали здесь с детьми — детям есть чем заняться, атмосфера спокойная и семейная. Очень приятное, надёжное место, куда хочется возвращаться снова и снова. I really like this hotel and come back here a couple of times a year. Over time, it has become a nice tradition for me, especially spending New Year holidays here. The experience is always consistently good and comfortable. The hotel is mid-range, but the service is very solid. The staff is friendly, attentive, and always willing to help — all requests are handled quickly and professionally. Rooms are cleaned daily and to a high standard. I’ve stayed in different room types, including villas, and every time everything was great. Breakfasts are especially worth mentioning — very tasty and enjoyable. Beds are comfortable, bathrooms are well designed, and I’ve never had any issues or complaints during my stays. The hotel has its own private beach. The beach condition depends on the season — sometimes it’s narrower, sometimes wider — but overall it’s quite good. There are always enough sun loungers.

Paljud Venemaa turistid panevad hommikusöögi aeg toitu kotti.Seda käitumist oli halb vaadata.Hotelli köögi personalil on ilmselt sellega vaja teha palju ebameeldivaid märkuseid,et toitu kaasa ei tohi viia.

Good location, lovely immaculate grounds. We had a villa for the family which was superb. Very clean. Good access to the beach. Bar staff and ground staff were brilliant. The beach guard was great with our son who cut his foot and was watching people in the water for safety. Bit breezy and undercurrent so take car when swimming. Breakfast was brilliant. We didn’t eat dinner but the menu looked great. Beach bar was fab and kids loved the smoothies. Good swimming pools.

We thought front desk staff weren’t as attentive as the rest of the staff. Beach bar did shut early- we went at 9.00 and it was shut. As with all the properties coastal erosion is a problem and the beach is disappearing though no fault of theirs. Keep off the barriers on beach as easy to slip and loose skin on the barnacles!!

Excellent property right on the beach but also right on the main highway / thoroughfare. Convenient walking distance to everything. Busses back to Saigon will pick up at this hotel as well.

Very dated. Mosquitos inside. They bit our son pretty good the one night that we stayed. Breakfast quality is poor. No way this is a 4 star resort.

The beach and gardens were lovely

The place was a relic from year gone by. Could use a lick of paint and some serious elbow grease to bring it up to a livable standard.

Location couldn’t be better

Quality could’ve been a bit better. But didn’t spoil it.

There was nothing we didn't like! Our room was large, bright, clean. Furnishings looked quite new, so everything was in top form. Short walk to the beach and loungers under shade. The swimming pools were kept clean and the water didn't feel over chlorinated. The grounds were immaculate.

Because there were so few people staying there there were limited choices on the buffet but everything that was available was good.

very disappointing stay never again, bedroom nice breakfast cold food and coffee abysmal choice I went once never again. the upstairs noise non stop above me (i was 3rd floor) drove me crazy until 2am. complained to staff absolutely no interest. Stayed in this area many times no complaints never again Swiss village. Gym closed spa closed yet i came for excercise!

It was a great place to stay. Great location, nice beach, and a great breakfast. Staff very helpful - went out of her way to pick up bus tickets for us. Highly recommend this place.

Location is good, manager staff unfriendly, breakfast is boring and limited and the same every day, hardly any cheese.

A little dated but overall not a bad hotel just needs a refurb

화장실에 곰팡이가 많고 물론 곰팡이냄새도 심하다 여러 맛집과의 거리는 택시타고 천오백원이면 다 가능하다. 수영장이 깊어서 좋다. 조식은 평타치.

Sehr Ungepflegter zustand, Schimmel die Farbe fiel von der Wand . Service fast keinen . Nur Russische Gäste . Essen wirklich grenzwertig . Ich komme aus der Branche und Reise sehr sehr viel halte mich immer zurück aber dieses mal kann ich nicht schweigen da es einfach nur schlecht war . Sauberkeit im Zimmer na ja . Services beim Frühstück keinen außer abräumen . Internationaler Gala Abend ja wenn mann Russisch spricht und Russland als International ansieht dann ok . Nur das Essen war schlecht . Der Aufbau wahr eine Katastrophe z.b. Suppenstation aber dort gab es keine Suppentassen , Frühlingsrollen Dipps an einer Anderen Station . u.s.w. Beach Bar ca. 2 Stunden am Tag besetzt . Einfach gesagt wenn man 2 Sterne erwartet könnte es vielleicht keine Enttäuschung geben aber 4 Sterne 100% sind es nicht !!!

Fantastiskt läge, underbar utsikt men underhållet av hotellet var bristfälligt. Till exempel var kaklet i poolen trasigt och barnen skadade sig på skärvorna

Bra läge, men slitet hotell

the hotel is old, the room is far away from 4-star, the shower is just the cheapest plastic shower from china, everything looks like 30 years old. The breakfast was medium, the reception unfriendly. Honestly, how can they use „swiss“ for a hotel looking like a old sovjet-style? The only good thing is the location. directly at the sea, with plenty of restaurants around.

체크인하고 방으로들어섰을때부터 부길한기운이.. 역시나 물냄새에 방향제냄새에 속부터 안좋아지고 머리까지ㅠㅠ기분이별로였다.화장실은 정말최악이다 모기에 곰팡이까지ㅡㅡ절망 그자체였다 날씨가더워서 수영장부터 고고싱~수영장은 뭐 그냥그냥 그랬다.이틀날부터문제가 터지기시작했다 비도오고바람도불고 추웠다.샤워를하려고하는데 뜨거운물이 나오지않았다 .호텔에콜요청을했다 고장이여서 내일고쳐주겠단다ㅡㅡ환장할노릇이다 아이가있는데ㅡㅡ어떻게 샤워하라고. 황당그자체였다.화를내서야 2층만고쳐주었다1층은 끝까 지내일고쳐주겠단다 .근데문제 너무뜨거운물이 꽐꽐나왔다 중간이없다 물이너무뜨거워서 조심해서 사용해야했다ㅡㅡ포기다 ㅠㅠ할말은많았지만 말이 통하지않아서 패스 청소도 정말 대충대충. 침대 커버도 3박4일동안 한번을 갈아주지 않았다.우리애가 쥬스조금흘렸는데 그대로 쭉우욱 썼다 말을해도 자꾸 이상한말을해서 ㅡㅡ그냥 말 안했다.3일째 수도가고장나서 단수란다ㅡㅡ헉 헉 헉 이다 두번다시 스위스빌리지 리조트가고싶지않다 .마지막날까지 최악이였다 객실에있는 슬리퍼가 1개부족하다고 붙잡더니 찾아달란다ㅡㅡ오마이갓~~맙소사 였다 차시간은되어서 기달리고있고 우리에게 찾으란다 하는수없이 객실을갔다 확인하려고 하는데 직원왈~~맞단다ㅡㅡ이런 * *욕이나왔다 다신 가고싶지않다 생각도 하기싫다

청결도 좋고 정원도 이쁘다, 수영장 청소는 좀 별로 인듯함. 그리고 호텔의 위치가 보케와 거리가 멀다 택시로 움직일 거리임.. wifi 느리고 자주 끊어짐. 그리고 직원들의 서비스가 좀부족하다., 화장실의 샤워부스가 낡았음. 객실카드를 한장 뿐이 안줘서 나갔다가 들어오면 방이 답고 냉장고가 시원하지 않음. 그래서 얼음을 항상 룸서비스로 불러야 함.,영어도 못하고 잘못알아 듣는다. 그리고 카드 디파짓이 아닌 여권으로 보증을 맡겨서 좀 당황스러웠다. 여권을 맡기지 않을시는 돈을 내라고 해서 좀 그랬다.

The place is highly recommended, the rooms are spacious, food are excellent, location and nearby stores, restaurant and shops are wakking distance. We enjoyed our stay overall. Just minor comment, the ac is facing away from the beds and it takes time to cool the rooms. Some misunderstanding during lunch because of the language barrier.

Resort war von außen super schön, Service und Personal super freundlich und zuvorkommend aber die Zimmer haben schon ihr Alter erreicht. Klimaanlagen kühlten nicht richtig, Badezimmer alt und teilweise Renovierung/ Sanierungsbedürftig.

Nice and Cousy hotel y great area, away from crazy traffic but not far from center. I liked the variety cool bars and restaurants near hotel. Friendly helpful staff.

Not Great for a 4 Stars... but ok for the Price. Breakfast not that good, I missed fresh juices. The room needs a little refreshment and better TV.

Vi bodde seks netter, og hadde en veldig god opplevelse. Flott beliggenhet nede ved stranden, og et nydelig hageanlegg inne på resortens område, som ble holdt ved like daglig. Frokosten var god, og vaskeri-tjenestene tilbudt av hotellet var veldig bra. De ansatte var veldig hyggelige og serviceinnstilte. Det eneste som trakk litt ned var massasjen jeg bestilte i resortens spa avdeling. Massøren virket veldig uinspirert, og hadde 7-8 telefonsamtaler underveis, både innkommende og utgående, mens hun gnikket litt tilfeldig på meg med den andre hånden. Timen skulle vare i 75 minutter, men var over etter ca 55 minutter.

Vi var veldig fornøyd med rommet i 2. etasje og utsikt til en nydelig hage! Frokosten var rikholdig med mye å velge i og mye god frukt. Bassengene var rene og det var solstoler nok til alle, selv om hotellet var fullt under kinesisk nyttårsfeiring. Vi bodde der i 1 uke. De siste dagene var det veldig sterk vind og da var det over 100 kitere som inntok sjøområdet. En fantastisk sport som var morsomt å se på, ikke noe støy fra motorer!

Ryssar och ännu fler ryssar, du är mitt i ett tungt ryskt turistområde. Frukosten bra, städdamerna ganska aggressiva och stormar in så du delar ditt toalettbesök med städtanten. När vi ska lämna hotellet blir vi anklagade för stöld av ett dricksglas och vi får inte våra pass innan vi betalar 20.000d, vilket vi självklart inte gör och vi uppmanar hotellet att kontakta polisen så att de kan kontrollera våra resväskor. Efter ett tag tröttnar personalen och vi får våra pass och kan gå. Vi kommer aldrig tillbaka och ber alla som funderar på detta resort att överväga något annat.

Отель расположен в центральной части курорта Фантьхиет-Муйне. На ресепшен персонал хорошо говорит по английски. Особая благодарность администратору Адаму, он говорит по русски, английски и помогал в общении с персоналом при проживании моей семьи в отеле. В отеле хорошие завтраки (шведский стол). На территории два общих бассейна и сад. В отеле есть ресторан, можно обедать и ужинать, но рядом с отелем очень много кафе и ресторанов. На пляже отеля расположена кайт школа, это довольно странно для отеля с 4*. В моих номерах плохо работал Wi-Fi, что меня очень расстроило. Персонал очень внимательно относится к клиентам.

Aged hotel and not well maintained. In urgent need of renewal. The room was very basic and not cosy at all. The bathroom was tiny and smelly. Breakfast is OK. Location is very good. I wouldn't recommend the hotel. I didn't feel it was good value for money.

Need cleaning and maintenance at rooms and toilets

On d 1st nite they gave us a room with a mulfunction aircond which facing the door not d bed. It is very stuffy and hot n we requested fr a change. In d beginning they refused by giving reasons tt there is nothing wrong with d aircond n most of their guests prefer room with no direct action. After we insists they gave us another room which is also malfunction. We decided not to move n requested for 2 fans. They gave us only 1 at the beginning n after a little bit argument they gave us 2. D next morning we wanted to see their boss 2 complain but instead they told us tt our new room is ready fr us to move n d room is indeed perfect. D aircond is working well s

Staff very good, breakfast and room are wonderful. The beach was nice and well kept up. We felt more could have been done on the Managments part to have events or use the full potential of this facility, neighborhing resorts had beach parties and non fires on Saturday night to entertain their guests. This would have been great for Swiss resort to do as well.

Beautiful hotel with great location right on the beach. Did have a 2nd floor room and no elevator. Grounds very well cared for and beautifully done. Great breakfast every day.

Pleasant staff, nice location, clean rooms

I am a disabled traveller and while this hotel was nice it isn't really suitable for wheelchair users there were ramps around the hotel but they were steep and when wet extremely dangerous. The hotel was pleasantly comfortable the breakfast was good but the food was downstairs which didn't have a ramp to my son had to get it for me. The staff were friendky and always helpful and the problems we did have they sorted out quite quickly. I recommend this hotel for couples who just want to relax

Everything in this hotel seems excellent including the room, breakfast & facilities. Only let down is with the receptionist. Very poor manner and rude. A Very big let down to this beautiful resort.

The best experience ever for first time traveler. Staffs are friendly and very polite.

The hotel has direct access to the beach which is there quite wide, even at high tide. There was no service for the deck chairs on the beach. The grounds are beautifull and well maintained. The hotel looks a little dated, but still quite nice. The AC in the room had probably been replaced recently. The room (De Luxe room) is simply furnished, but clean and with a balcony and view over the garden. The bathroom is on the small side and the shower quite small for a tall person. Excellent wi-fi all over the property, even on the beach. Breakfast was very good, with good variety and quantity. The hotel is popular with Russians, vietnamese, and Chinese tourists. Lots of families. The hotel was full and the price not a bargain because we stayed there during Tet (Lunar New Year) holiday.
