Ăn sáng phải đặt món trước, phần đồ ăn hơi ít, nên nếu ai khẩu phần ăn hơi nhiều thì có thể order thêm trứng, nhưng đi cùng gia đình đông người thì không thể đặt hoài được vì cung hơi ngại. Chỗ nghỉ nên ghi rõ trẻ trên 4 tuổi sẽ charge thêm trên booking, để khi người đặt biết rõ trước, chứ đặt xong chỗ ở liên hệ lúc đó mới biết thì cung không vui cho người đặt.

Nothing really. Only disappointing thing for me was the fact they state in their description that they speak English, Vietnamese and Welsh and being welsh speaking this was the main reason we chose the property. Staff had no idea about this!!

Reviewed May 24, 2026Super nettes Personal, immer hilfsbereit bei alle Erledigungen, die ganze Anlage richtig sauber, gesundes Frühstück mit sehr guter und gesunder Auswahl, schöner Pool mit Blick aufs Meer, perfekte Anlage zum Entspannen und Unternehmungen zu planen, sehr gute Lokale mit Fischspezialitaten in der Nähe, rundum würde ich die Anlage zu 100%weiterempfehlen. Viele liebe Grüße an die zwei sehr sehr netten Mädels an der Rezeption

Reviewed May 23, 2026Das Hotel war wirklich sehr sauber und insgesamt eine tolle, gepflegte Anlage. Besonders schön war der Pool mit Blick aufs Meer, der zum Entspannen einlädt. Das Personal war durchweg sehr freundlich und die Lage ist sehr gut. Das gesamte Hotel wirkt modern und gepflegt und verströmt einen angenehmen, sauberen Duft. Das Frühstück war super lecker und konnte man draußen mit direktem Blick aufs Meer genießen – insgesamt ein rundum sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.

We had two cockroaches in our room, but I think it's almost impossible to prevent that, since it's a hot and humid country after all. But the room was really clean. The breakfast didn't have so many vegetarian/vegan options.

If you can afford, take the rooms with the sea view. The others are dark with only one window looking over the inner courtyard.

Viešbutis turi priėjimą prie jūros, deja paplūdimio nėra, todėl saulės voniomis mėgautis tenka prie baseino. Personalas draugiškas ir paslaugus. Skanūs pusryčiai. visiškai šalia yra nedidelė parduotuvė, kurioje galima įsigyti reikalingų prekių. Kambarys skoningai įrengtas, naktį pašalinių garsų negirdėjome. Vonios kambarys švarus ir tvarkingas. Lovos gana patogios.
Kurorto vieta, kurioje yra viešbutis paliko ne kokį įspūdį. Iš esmės tai viena gatvė palei jūrą, aplink nedaug veiklų. Kurorte daugumą sudaro rusų turistai.

The room was decent, mattress lower quality, needs touch up paint. Room safe and tv were not working. Low quality towels. Biggest downside was that the property is oceanfront but has no beach access and sewerage drain adjacent to the pool.

Reviewed Mar 28, 2026This was our second time at Serenity by the Sea and we loved it just as much as the first time. This time we treated ourselves to an ocean view room which was very spacious with a good size balcony. The whole place is spotlessly clean, the staff are lovely and the breakfast is good. We loved chilling by the pool and watching the kite surfers. We have travelled quite a lot around Vietnam and this is definitely one of our favourite places to stay.
If we had to find fault, the shower temperature was very erratic. I'm sure if we had mentioned it to staff it would have been fixed but it didn't seem a big issue as everything else was so good.

Codziennie sprzątane i wymieniane ręczniki. Obsługą przemiła i profesjonalna. Bardzo dobre śniadania i różnorodne. Można zostawić bagaże przed i po wymeldowaniu. Polecamy masaż w hotelu. Reviewed Feb 26, 2026The hotel was stunning with fantastic views and a very calm and friendly atmosphere which was infectious amongst the guests from various countries. Everyone just blended nicely. The cleanliness of the entire property was the best I've ever seen. The cleaning staff never stopped performing A star room service, cleaning windows daily and attending to the beatiful plants 🪴 I broke my foot on the third day of a three week sightseeing holiday but because I had a cast on, it wasn't possible to travel far. For that reason we chose to stay for the full term at Serenity and have a relaxing seaside break ( no pun intended) The staff and owner couldn't do enough to help. When we were in the stunning first floor balcony seaview room, our breakfast was bought to the room. We reluctantly moved downstairs for more ease later in the holiday where I could access amenities better. For the entire time the staff were nothing short of splendid and were forever upbeat friendly and very very smiley. They all worked so well as a team. I think the manager has created a diamond in paradise. Thank you
