The room was big and the location was good and convenient. Mattress was comfy and hard.

I'll start with check in...we rented a 3 person triple room, but they only gave 1 key between us, apparently the computer can only register 1 card, first hotel in 30 years I heard this... Photos of the room is misleading, the decor looks like its in its final stage of plastering and requires a paint job. Walls unfinished as I cut my foot on edges of the walls. Light fixtures were sticking out everywhere. Shower....there's a sign that says beware of hot water....wasn't even like warm, literally cold. No way a 3 star hotel, give it a 1 star the most! Disappointing

I loved the location, being in the middle of a back-soi it was very authentic. The room service and staff were kind and helpful, even through language barriers. Great value for money!

Upstairs pool can be more clean, limescale makes it look a little scary. Otherwise, some leaking pipes here and there - generally okay.

Everything is great and the staff were excellent, changed my room when I had an issue and were super friendly, kind and welcoming. Will return!

Checked 3rooms on arrival all 3rooms had electric lights issues. Finally the property asked me to check out and find another hotel. They refunded my money. And bad odor. Dull painting the rooms were dark and very small.

Через дорогу 7/11, местная кафешка с низкими ценами и вкусной едой. Бассейн на крыше порадовал. Есть WiFi Free.

Запах сырости в номерах, подтекающие краны в санузлах, "уставшие" смесители и душевые лейки. Бронировал большой номер с балконом, получили два смежных. Да, балконы в каждом, но это тех. балконы, на которых стоят внешние блоки кондиционеров, выйти на него можно только через окно, двери нет.

Good sized rooms with AC, Mini Fridge & TV

AC didn't work in first room given but they changed my room without fuss however in the new room the shower heater kept cutting out and the slot for the card key was dodgy... This place is in need of some tlc

La piscine sur le toit

Les chasse d'eau qui fuit dans toutes les chambres et le lit de la chambre de notre fille était dur quand on a regardé c'était du béton en guise de sommier. Pas de petit-déjeuner possible un distributeur sur l'extérieur. Pas de salle de repos celle qui est sur l'application est devenu un magasin attenant à l'hôtel. Tout n'est pas comme le descriptif

Кондиционер без пульта, выключатель расположен далеко от кровати, что крайне неудобно. Плохое освещение, особенно в ванной. Несмотря на запрет, постояльцы курят марихуану. Слава богу не в номерах, а возле бассейна и возле входа в отель.

Location near to market. As well as not to far to Patrunam central market. Which taxi cost less then $3. All receptionist very helpful and room too tidy chambermaid do well clean. Myself stayed there from 2023 2024 2025 2026 more than 10 times.

Nothing totally good and clean. Location also nit too far to central Bangkok area.

Bathroom not clean

L'emplacement est bien, il y'a quelques bar, massage et resto à côté .

La propreté laisse à désire, l'hôtel à besoin d'un rafraîchissement certain. Lit dur comme de la pierre, pas d'eau chaude , un filet d'eau dans la salle de bain pour se doucher, la clim qui fait in bruit de tracteur en fin de vie .. Pour le prix il ne faut pas s'attendre à grand chose mais cela dépanne.

La piscine sur le toit offre un grand bol d'air frais. La vue sur la/les skylines de la ville est magnifique. La connexion internet était de 50Mps en download et en upload. J'ai pu travailler en ligne. Le personnel était très agréable.

La piscine est trop chlorée à notre sens. Ma fille a même eu des démangeaisons très fortes après 1h de bain. Et, bien qu'il soit interdit de fumer de la marijuana dans l'hôtel, tous les fumeurs s'en donnent à coeur joie devant l'hôtel et sur la terrasse de la piscine. Mais ma foi, c'est devenu accepté en Thaïlande. Je mentionne donc cela pour les familles. Certains joints sont à refaire dans les salles de bains. Et il y a quand même eu des fumeurs qui ont fumé dans les chambres et qui ont déclenché une alarme incendie. LOL

I've travelled the world & I would happily say this is one of the worst hotel rooms I've ever stayed in. I understand you get what you pay for but this was awful. Was there any plus the only thing I would say is the fridge worked, they gave you two bottles of water and a roll of toilet paper every day & they offer to clean your room every day

On arrival I was told that they would shut down the electricity for a few hours because they were gonna do some maintenance had I known this at the time of booking I would never have booked The 1st room I was offered had an adjacent door to another room so I could hear loud talking I'm a very light sleeper so that wouldn't work They then offered me a 2nd room which was even worse had the most foul smell of smoke eventually ended up in the 3rd room The 3rd room was so dark the walls were concrete tiles it was honestly so miserable. There was one tiny window that hardly brought any light to the room. The curtain on the window looks so old and some of the hooks were hanging off. The balcony was just as grubby as the bathroom and tiny you have to step over the window to get in not even worth the view. There was no side lights and the actual lights in the room were spotlights on two sides of the room so I had to use the bathroom light as a side light. The worst part was the bathroom absolutely horrible just very grubby everything was old definitely needs a whole renovation. I had to put a chair in the shower and put my back to the wall so that I didn't look at the grubby tiles. When you switch the shower off it continues to drip so the room just had constant noise of dripping taps loud fridge and loud AC The bed was clean but it was hard the pillows were so flat. The AC and the fridge was so loud and there was no way to regulate the AC was either on or off so you couldn't control the temperature so one minute you were baking hot the next minute you were freezing cold. Surprisingly the walk to the nearest 7-Eleven was quite far considering in Thailand most of these 7-11s are close to your door step. Well would I recommend absolutely not

When it comes to paying, they only want cash.

Very expensive for what they offer, the rooms are ugly
