Les chambres étant du 22e au 32e étage, la vue sur la ville est impressionante. La chambre et la salle de bains étaient spacieuses et confortable. J'ai apprécié de trouver un lave-linge dans la placard de la cuisine. Le 34e étage inachevé donne un petit air destroy.

The room was clean and rather spacious, the hotel is located close to the Sky train station and restaurants. Breakfast was excellent. A welcome non-alcoholic drink and snacks in the Sky bar were a welcome perk.

The air conditioning didn't work well: despite being on all the time, the temperature was always above 26 degrees. The daily room cleaning always involved changing all the towels, which should not be the practice in this century. The 1000 baht cash deposit at check-in is a totally unnecessary hassle.

Breakfast was good

Communication between front desk and breakfast crew. On the 3rd day had to show them my reservation included breakfast otherwise it was not updated with the crew.

We got scammed by the staff. We got to the hotel at 2 am after a long flight, looking forward to check in and going to sleep as fast as possible. To our surprise the staff at the front desk were very suprised to see us since they said they dont have any check in's theyre looking for. Of course i showed them my booking confirmation with the "confirmed" status and my confirmation email. They proceeded to tell me that my booking was cancelled and that i wasnt informed because of a mistake thay booking.com made. This went on until 4 am. 2 hours in the lobby of me trying to explain to the staff that this is impossible while talking to booking on my phone. At first they told me that my room was already given to someone else and that there are no moe rooms available at that time. After that they told me we can get a room for double the price i payed on booking. Felt like they wanted to scam us and take the money for themselves. They also said that they dont make the prices up but booking does, then proceeded to bargain for the price of the room. This made it obvious for me that they are scammers looking to make some money off of us. A very very bad experience for us. Would not recommend. Choose anything else over this.

We had a wonderful stay at Ari Quarter Bangkok. The location is fantastic, close to cafes, restaurants and convenient public transport. The room was clean, cozy and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful with all our requests. Good value for money for travelers exploring Bangkok. We would love to come back again and recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city.

Das Zimmer war super sauber und schön.

Der Pool war sehr erfrischend. Das Frühstücksbüffet war sehr reichhaltig. Die Lage zur BTS. Die Umgebung mit kleinen Lokalen und Musikbars. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and were very impressed! The location is absolutely perfect — very convenient for exploring the city and getting around. The breakfast buffet is fantastic, with a great variety of fresh and delicious food. Our room had an amazing view of the city, which was especially beautiful in the evening. One of the highlights of the hotel is the panoramic outdoor swimming pool on the 33rd floor — the views from there are incredible! There is also a fully equipped gym with everything you need for a proper workout. A special thank you to Suki at the reception, who welcomed us with a beautiful smile and was incredibly friendly and helpful. Her excellent English was especially appreciated and made everything so much easier for us. All the hotel staff were welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. It’s a place we would be happy to return to!

Personal war super freundlich, Zimmer war groß, gemütlich und sauber. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Besonders die Aussicht aus dem Zimmer und vom Pool war mega. Man darf, wenn man zu früh ankommt und das Zimmer noch nicht fertig ist, bereits den Pool Bereich und die Duschen vom Gym nutzen!

Frühstück könnte etwas länger als 10.30 Uhr sein und gerne etwas mehr warme vegetarische Auswahl. Wir sind aber als Veganer/Vegetarier auch auf jeden Fall satt geworden. :)

My bags were delivered promptly to my room, and the housekeeping staff were very respectful of my privacy. They did not disturb me unnecessarily and, whenever I requested service, they thoroughly cleaned and checked the room. The room was comfortable, the staff were professional and attentive, and the Bangkok skyline views were unforgettable. Overall, an exceptional experience. It felt a little bit impersonal and it felt like the hotel were doing everything they could to maximise profit. Lots of upselling in the lobby, big adverts etc, big warning labels on minibar about cost being added. Obviously that’s fine to do but it took away from the upmarket feel of the property. Staff were friendly but quite business like.

Les chambres datent un peu mais pas dérangeant. Notre chambre (étage 32)était en dessous de la piscine (étage 33( il y a des bruits de chaises et tables dès le matin et le soir.

Jeśli chodzi o same pokoje są nadszarpnięte przez czas, po zgłoszeniu na recepcję nieprzyjemnego zapachu z klimatyzacji zmieniono nam pokój. Zameldowanie jest od godziny 14, ale niestety nasz pokój nie był gotowy o godzinie 17:30, nie dostaliśmy za to żadnej rekompensaty. Zarezerwowaliśmy ten hotel ze względu na bardzo dużo opinii pozytywnych na temat śniadania, niestety nie są one dobre.

Il y avait toutes les commodités et la suite était très bien pour une famille

Petit déjeuner un peu léger Attention quartier Ari. Sympa mais pas central pour visiter les principaux lieux d’attraction de Bangkok. Surtout pour une première visite.

It’s close to the BTS station Ari and the staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is served with a wide variety of dishes. The neighborhood is lively with lots of food stalls and restaurants and street shops selling cheaper options.

The TV isn’t a smart one so you can’t watch movies on platforms like Netflix and only has Thai channels so if you don’t speak Thai, watching TV wouldn’t be a thing while you stay in your room.

La vue ! On nous a surclassé dans une suite avec 2 chambres au lieu de 2 chambres séparées , c’était vraiment très agréable! La piscine un peu froide mais vue incroyable. Super petit déjeuner. Lits confortables. Personnel accueillant

Nous étions à l’étage 32 juste au dessous de la salle de sport et nous entendions les “boum” des haltères ou autre matériel au sol très tôt le matin. Pas mal d’attente pour les ascenseurs. L’eau de la baignoire a du mal à évacuer. Je pensais que le quartier seraient un peu plus vivant le soir. Mais je chipote on a adoré !

Tijdens het regenen dat heel onze kamers overal water druppelde bij de ramen. Wel netjes opgelost door dag 1 overal handdoekjes te zetten en drogen door personeel. Dag 2 werden we een ander kamer aangeboden maar we wouden het niet.

The room we had was really spacious and exceeded our expectations

The fact that there was water leaking from the ceiling and was expecting any hotel staff who came in and cleaned the room for the 5 days we were there to have noticed the leak, but we checked out with a mini puddle and slightly disappointed. The welcome drink voucher and the free drink voucher for not requesting sheets change didn't offer a variety of drinks so it didn't feel much like a welcome treat or a thank you for being environmentally friendly.

Ligging in rustiger deel van Bangkok. Met taxi naar centrum kan soms lang duren door verkeer, maar achterop een scooter gaat het een stuk sneller. Vriendelijk personeel. Mooie rooftop en pool op hoogste verdieping. Er staan overdag gratis koekjes en fruit. Kamers prima schoon. Handig dat 7-eleven onder hotel zit en starbucks en wat andere winkeltjes en eetkraampjes. Gym is ook groot en prima.

De lift kan soms lang duren. Maar niet echt een probleem.

Spectacular Accommodation: For us coming from a small town, this extraordinary skyscraper hotel was the absolute highlight and the perfect conclusion to our 3-week trip! We had two rooms on the 30th floor with a magnificent view. Breathtaking Infinity Pool & Gym: The absolute highlight is the infinity pool on the 33rd floor overlooking the skyline. The very well-equipped fitness studio is located on the same floor. A great extra: we also received a welcome drink up here on the 33rd floor! Perfect for Runners: You can go for a great run around the block directly along the canal. Perfect Breakfast: The breakfast buffet on the 28th floor offers a huge selection of Thai, international, and Western-style options. You can sit beautifully outside on the terrace. Paradise for Shopping & Leisure: Thanks to the great connection to the public transport (Skytrain/BTS), we were at the major shopping malls like Siam Center, Siam Paragon, or the Red Building in no time. Our girls really went all out shopping here! Great restaurants are also within walking distance. Top-Class Service: The service was top-notch. Especially convenient: we could leave our luggage in the secure storage before checking in and after checking out without any problems.

Wspaniały hotel!!!! Ogromne, czyste pokoje z przestronnymi łazienkami, wygodnymi łóżkami i zapierającym dech w piersiach widokiem. Basen i siłownia na 33 piętrze to marzenie!!! Cudowna obsługa. Mieliśmy z mężem rocznicę ślubu. Z tej okazji czekały na nas w pokoju kwiaty a w lodówce ciasto i owoce. Jesli kiedykolwiek (a napewno) wrócę do Bangkoku to tylko i wyłącznie do tego hotelu!!! Dziekujemy!!!!!

The staff were helpful and attentive to detail. The swimming pool was cool. The cleaner had attention to detail. I was on 25th floor and the view was spectacular.

Dobra lokalizacja - niedaleko stacji kolei miejskiej, ładny pokój i łazienka, bardzo ładny widok, zachowana czystość

Klimatyzacja samoistnie spadała do niskich wartości - pomimo ustawienia termostatu na 26 stopni, temperatura jaka panowała po 3h w pokoju spadła do 18 stopni. Regulacja temperatury/obsługa klimatyzacji była nieintuicyjna. Brak dostępnych platform streamingowych na telewizorze oraz połączenia telewizora z wi-fi.

Beliggenheten i Ari er virkelig spennende, og et rolig nabolag med mange kule kafeer og restauranter. Rett ved BTS som tar deg til Siam-området på 3-4 stopp. Lite turister og genuin Bangkok-følelse. Et rimelig, og bra alternativ om man ikke ønsker å bo på Sukhumwit Road. Pluss-poeng for familierommet.

Leider muss ich von einem sehr unangenehmen Aufenthalt berichten. Das Zimmer war bei Ankunft nicht richtig gereinigt. Die Handtücher waren vergilbt und mit deutlich sichtbaren Flecken versehen und müssten 3x getauscht werden um saubere zu haben , ebenso das Laken musste auch 3x geholt und getauscht werden bis es ein sauberes Laken war– für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie inakzeptabel. Auch die Vorhänge wiesen Löcher auf, und die Wände machten insgesamt einen ungepflegten, abgenutzten Eindruck. Insgesamt hatte ich beim besten Willen nicht das Gefühl, ein sauberes und gepflegtes Zimmer bezogen zu haben. Für den Preis hätte ich deutlich mehr Sorgfalt bei der Reinigung erwartet. Ich kann das Hotel daher aktuell nicht guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen und vergebe 2 von 5 Sternen.

The wall is too thin, you can hear the neighbours talking. The alarm door, you have to make sure the door is perfectly close to avoid alarm triggers, so annoying when this happens every 10 minutes from room next doors

房間乾淨視野極佳，餐食不錯，離BTS還有一小段路。

Tout était parfait ! Le personnel très accueillant des mon arrivée. La vue depuis la chambre était exceptionnelle et sans parler de la piscine. Je recommande à 100% cet établissement pour profiter de la vue de Bangkok de jour comme de nuit.

L'accoglienza è la premura della sig Suki che si è prodigata per farci avere la camera prima del check in programmato dato che avevamo passato la notte in aereo, per quanto riguarda i servizi abbiamo apprezzato l'uso della piscina e il panorama sul tetto.

Schöne Lage, Zimmer sehr sauber und wunderbaren Ausblick, Frühstück war sehr lecker und gute Auswahl. Reception war sehr hilfreich und nett.

Ich verstehe das der Pool repariert werden muss aber uns erst 2 Tage vorher davon zu informieren so das wir nicht mehr kostenlos stornieren können ist sehr traurig. Der Pool ist ein Highlight in diesem Hotel und wir konnten es nicht nutzen, ja die Entschädigung von 600 Baht pro Tag ist nett aber ….. Das Personal am Frühstücksbuffet versteht unsere Bestellungen sehr schlecht, es kam oft etwas was wir nicht bestellt hatten.

Apartamento en planta 32, vistas impresionantes, el aire acondicionado enfría rápido, sin ruido, con balcón, cama cómoda aunque un poco dura como en todo el país, nevera grande, congelador, sofá, microondas… enseres de cocina muy limitados, no había con qué lavar pero solo nos calentamos cena 2 veces. Desayuno muy completo, super aire acondicionado en todo el hotel, los empleados muy amables y simpáticos. Esta opción es muy buena por calidad-precio. Alojarse en un barrio más céntrico en un hotel similar es mucho más caro. Nosotros nos movíamos en grab de puerta a puerta por 100-200 baths el trayecto. Tardas lo mismo en taxi que en bts al centro. En 3 días gastamos 18 euros en taxis. Compensó totalmente estar un poco alejados con el precio de la habitación. Hay un seven eleven justo al lado.

El agua de la piscina estaba muy fría, no entramos… pero son mis gustos. La limpieza en la cocina podía mejorar pero realmente no fue un problema.

Las vistas son impresionantes, el desayuno es abundante y comienza a las 6:00. La piscina también està muy bien.

La calidad del mobiliario no era la mejor, o mejor dicho, los muebles no estaban demasiado bien montados. La ubicación es en el barrio de Ari, es muy tranquilo y con buen ambiente pero queda un poco lejos de todas partes.

Great breakfast, great pool. Room is simole but good. 7/11 is on the first floor. A lot of great olaces around to explore. Not a tourist main street

Struttura molto bella. Abbiamo soggiornato al 31 piano. Una vista mozzafiato. Piscina nel top roof e palestra ottima. La colazione merita 10 stelle! Comodissimo lo Starbacks è un 7 Eleven proprio nella struttura. Molti locali in zona.

Forse la posizione un po’ decentrata, ma comunque comoda per i servizi in loco

Well our 1st room that was provided to us smelled like cigarettes. Disgusting! They offered us other rooms and it was the same thing. Also they do not offer YouTube TV so you are stuck with channels you don’t understand. If you ask they give you an adapter for you to connect that does not work even after you call up for maintenance.🤦🏻‍♀️

The location and cleanliness is superb.The view is so stunning too. Definitey worth the money.
