The property is amazing. The only problem is they don't have any storage and often trolleys full of dirty linen is in corridors. But the room the location, the staff and cafe are excellent.

La habitación tenía mucha humedad ,no había extractor por ningún lado y la habitación era interior ,tenía un deshumificador que se paraba ,había muchos mosquitos ,tuve que pedir que me dejaran un spray para evitarlos , los colchones de las habitaciones por los pasillos. La habitación tenía piscina interior y el agua estaba helada ,la cristaleras que dividían la habitación de la piscina estaban viejas y sucias. El inodoro constantemente echaba agua

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura durante la nostra vacanza a Patong e ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo. Un ringraziamento speciale va a tutto lo staff, sempre gentilissimo, disponibile e attento alle nostre esigenze. Abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente le piccole attenzioni che hanno avuto nei nostri confronti: il giorno del check-out, nonostante avessimo già lasciato la camera, ci hanno dato la possibilità di fare una doccia prima di partire, ci hanno aiutato a trovare un taxi conveniente per raggiungere l’aeroporto e ci hanno anche regalato delle bottiglie d’acqua per il viaggio. Sono gesti semplici, ma che abbiamo davvero apprezzato e che dimostrano la loro grande attenzione verso gli ospiti. La struttura era pulitissima, ben tenuta e in una posizione davvero ottima, comoda per raggiungere le principali attrazioni e muoversi a Patong. Nel complesso è stata un’esperienza molto positiva e ci sentiamo di consigliare assolutamente questo alloggio. Grazie ancora a tutto lo staff per la gentilezza e l’ospitalità!

ازعاج الدراجات النارية في الليل والبرشر مال الحمام للشور نوعآ ما ضعيف وتعبئة الجاكوزي بطئ جدا

The location is in a quite area. The room we booked is a connected room with a beautiful sea view. The staff are all helpful.

There were only 3 varieties of breakfast served on a daily basis. I suggest they change the varieties on a daily basis.

The room was fairly spacious, nice view of the ocean and a huge bath with a view. comfortable and clean. Good breakfast with a lot of food. Good aircon and a fairly comfortable bed. Decent value for money

It was central to everything. The beach was right across the street. Staff were very nice and accommodating. Loved the breakfast. They have a pool and gym on the rooftop which gives a nice view of the beach. We left a valuable item behind and staff was very responsive when we reached out to them and were able to secure it until we figure out how to get it. The room had a balcony. The air-con was working extremely well, we couldn’t wait to get back from a hot day outside to cool down in our room. Bed was huge and comfortable. There was complimentary water which was replenished everyday. Robe and slippers were provided with toiletries ex: toothbrush and toothpaste in case you forgot. Room was cleaned everyday and fresh towels given if needed.

Wasn’t able to watch the television because we couldn’t figure out how to turn it on. However, we reached out to staff and they did help us with the issue.

the location is good, but the motel itself is old and kind of outdated, we will not go there again.

The chairs in the breakfast area are very unclean so you don’t want to look at them, they need to be washed, i brought it up but they told me to talk to the manager but she ignord me when i tried to talk to her. the gym is outdated, don't bother to go there, it is just a name and nothing else. Hot water when you take a shower is not frequent, so it gets cold and warm, cold and warm. Breakfast is very limited, if you stay more than 3 nights it will be repeated, 3 options to choose between.

Just a very cheerful place in a quiet part of Patong.

The swimming pool is kind of small.

The sheets were covered in blood and pubic hair. We asked to change rooms and checked the sheets and it was the same thing. Disgusting. The staff were not helpful. We had to find another hotel at 4am in the morning. Do not go here. It was appalling.

الحجز كان ثلاث غرف في ثلاث أدوار سأوضح وضع الغرف في كل دور جميع الغرف التي تم حجزها مواجهه للبحر وذات اطالالة رائعة الفندق بصفة عامة موقعه ممتاز امام البحر مباشرة وقريب منك شاطئ الباتونغ والفعاليات الشاطئية حجزنا شقة لخمسة أشخاص بالغين وكان موقعها في السطح مع المسبح العام يفصلهما باب تخرج تسبح وترجع للشقة والخصوصية جيدة أبداً مو كشف الغرفة الثانية جناح مطلة على البحر لثلاث اشخاص بالغين وكانت الاطلالة الأروع للبحر والجاكوزي داخل الحمام أكرمكم الله الغرفة الثالثة لشخصين بالغين وطفل اطلالة جزئية على البحر وكانت في الطابق الثاني بدون بلكونه ولكن البحر قريب منك وتشاهده بوضوح مع وجود الجاكوزي داخل الغرفة الفطور عبارة عن منيو وتختار منه والخيار الانسب أومليت أوآساي بالفواكهه والاطباق مشبعة مع العصير والقهوة أو الشاي والفاكهه نسينا مفتاح داخل السيفتي بوكس ورجعنا بعد ثلاث ايام وتم تسليمه لنا بعد الاتصال عليهم

الفندق ثلاث نجوم فلا تتوقع النظافة الفندقية ابداً الغرف مرتبه لكن الاثاث مهتري وقديم ومتهالك شقة السطح فوقك هنقر منظره كئيب ويصدر صوت عند نزول المطر والستارة مشقوقة اول يوم وجدنا وزغة صغيرة في الشقة بحكم تواجدها في السطح ومع وجود الأشجار وطبيعة البلد نعم اكرر زيارتي للفندق بشرط السكن في الدور الرابع لأنها الإطلاله الأجمل

Tuvalet sıkıntılıydı zaten giderseniz göreceksiniz klozetin üzerine uyarı yazısı asmışlar tıkanırsa 500 baht cezası var diye.benim Oğlum bilememiş peçete atmış ilk girdiğimizde ve tıkandı tabiki.sadece walking stret e yakın (1 km )ama daha yakın ve güzel otellerde var bence.beş yıldız vereceğim ki yorumu mu görün diye

This one of the best property i ever stay in Thailand with value for money. Next to beach, quite area of Patong, big room with beach view. Very close to resto, 7-11, atm and many more. The room with balcony beach front really breath taking. We are 2adults 1 child and there is huge futon can sleep the kid but the hotel provided me an extra bed. From the lobby to rooftop pool really nice its suit the style to the beach area so cozy. Stayed 3 nights with my family and we want to extend another 3nights unfortunately already fully booked. Highly recommended this area if you go to Patong Phuket.

The free breakfast really nice coffee and the fruits really tasty. I suggest to have more options for breakfast set specially for the guest who stayed for long. But the breakfast was really good but only 3 sets options. I want to special thank to Dada the one who took care of the resto she is amazing and helpful. I suggest also the housekeeping to do proper cleaning when we requested to clean the room but this never bother us the whole area is clean only need to manage to clean all what is needed not only the bed and toilet. But this is not a bad comment. Over all satisfied with thos hotel. If u want to enjoy Patong Beach in quite area choose this hotel!

Le personnel est extrêmement gentil et serviable , de la réception au personnel de chambre . La chambre avec vue sur la mer est incroyable.

L’emplacement est idéal mais le bruit de la route qui est très passante , rend les nuits très difficile par le passage continuel de scooter et des tuk-tuk avec la musique au maximum de 22:00 à 3:00 du matin .

Amazing view, very good rooms overall. Good swimming pool.

One of the male staff, he is dishonest. First, one of the rooms did not match, I went to tell him the rooms with the same price was not same, and did not match with whatever was shown in booking.com. But rather he was aggressive and told me to cancel if I want. But that would be more inconvenient for me so I stayed. Also, he gave us a cheaper room for 3 but at the cost of 2 rooms for 4 people. Second, while I checked out, i left some money in the room, but after checking they didn’t inform anything. Overall, from hotel pov, very good. Cleaning staff was good as well. But that front desk male guy, he should be replaced. He doesn’t know customer handing etiquette.

I had an excellent stay at Patong Signature Boutique Hotel. The hotel overall is clean and located in a great spot right in front of the beach. The area is quiet and comfortable, which made the stay relaxing. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and they even upgraded my room to one with a jacuzzi and a partial sea view — a really nice surprise. The rooms are big and spacious, with useful amenities like slippers and a safe. The rooftop swimming pool has a beautiful view, and the location of the hotel is truly awesome.

Although the hotel is clean, it’s not the cleanest compared to other places in Patong. The rooftop pool has a great view but wasn’t very clean. Breakfast is very simple and could be improved with more variety. Overall, these are small issues, but worth mentioning for future guests.

We absolutely loved our stay! The location was fantastic and made it so easy to get around. The included breakfast was a great bonus each morning. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. We were also pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary room upgrade, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

When we arrived had no hot water they rectified in morning. The hotel has obviously had a lot of money spent on it but sadly maintenance is not very good: 1. Gym equipment very rusty and dirty - not usable 2. Pool area loose tiles 3. Room mould on sealer around basin 4. Cupholders and towel rail loose and falling out wall 5. Windows leak had towels there entire stay only changed when asked to do so. 6. Bedside lights not working on arrival 7. Bedding has holes it 8. Floor tiles broken with holes need be careful can hurt foot 9. Area outside room has brooms, buckets linen trolley stored there entire stay

Extremely disappointed with my experience. The hotel repeatedly promised that my refund would be processed, but despite multiple assurances, the money was never returned. They ignored my messages for weeks, and when they finally replied, they falsely claimed that the refund had already been processed. Poor communication and broken promises. Stay away.

The room size was spacious and the view was very nice. The location is at the end of Patong Beach, with Bangla Road only about a 10–15 minute walk away. Thank you housekeeping team for the room decorations.

However, the midnight front office uncle did not seem very helpful. We requested assistance to open our room because we accidentally left the room key inside, but he did not pay attention and continued watching a movie on his mobile phone. After asking a second time, he slowly got up from the sofa and went to the counter to get a replacement key.

Nice room with a tube. Wonderful view. Staff was incredible!

Very dirty pool, gym worked only till 8 pm, usually it should be 24/7. I didn’t have a hot water in the bathroom. It is good for one night, not for a long stay.

I had a wonderful experience at Patong Signature Boutique Hotel. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The staff were extremely respectful, friendly, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The rooms were excellent, the atmosphere was calm and relaxing, and the location was very convenient. Honestly, one of the best hotels I stayed at in Thailand, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and great service.

The location, as it was on the beach but away from the busy Bangla Road precinct. The pool area was small but ok for a dip. The beach is opposite, so you had the best of both worlds.

The breakfast was basic.

Incredible noise from street, the floor and walls had holes, beds were cheap and uncomfortable spring beds, some of the lights didnt work, wall sockets were incredibly loose, even a small charger was falling out, bathtub was disgusting, shower as well
